目前, 在 PCC架构中, PCRF可以动态地下发 PCC策略给 PCEF, 策略 信息中包含 QoS和计费的信息。 PCRF根据 AF提供的业务相关信息、 PCEF 上报的承载相关信息以及 SPR中用户签约的业务信息, 制定 PCC策略。

相关技术中, 当用户漫游到拜访地时, 存在两种接入方式, 一种是归属 地路由接入 ( home routed access ) , 一种是本地 J¾导接入 ( Local BreakOut access, LBO access ) , 对于本地疏导接入场景如图 3-1 ( LBO接入漫游场景 下的 PCC架构 )所示, 其中 PCEF位于拜访网络, 拜访网络和归属网络的信 息交互通过拜访地 PCRF ( Visited PCRF, V-PCRF )和归属地 PCRF ( Home PCRF, H-PCRF )之间的漫游接口 S9接口传送。当用户在拜访地网络接入时, V-PCRF通过 S9接口请求建立 S9会话 /子会话, H-PCRF制定 PCC策略, 下 发 PCC规则给 V-PCRF , 前传给 PCEF/BBERF等执行。
目前移动通信的个性化业务需求增多, 不同运营商的业务类型存在较大 差异, 同时用户漫游时归属网络业务在漫游地使用的资费偏高, 这两个原因 导致用户漫游到拜访网络需要能够支持在访问归属地网络业务的同时, 可以
通过其在归属网络签约的终端和身份(Identity, ID )信息访问拜访网络的本 地业务(称为漫游本地业务) , 这样不仅可以最大程度地增强用户体验和降 低资费, 同时也能为用户提供其归属运营商网络所不具备的拜访地网络的特 色业务。
因为漫游本地业务归属于拜访地网络,对于归属网络的签约独立,因此, 对于用户访问漫游本地业务功能的相关策略和资源授权, 需要由拜访地网络 的 V-PCRF决策。 然而, 该用户属于归属地网络, 其资费账户在归属地网络 的 ocs。
由于漫游本地业务归属于拜访地网络, 对于归属网络签约独立 (归属地 网络不一定具有该类业务,或具有的该类业务但其标识两地网络也不一致), 因此对于该类业务信息归属地网络的 OCS无法识别 ,无法对漫游本地业务进 行在线计费的信用授权等处理。
相关技术中用户漫游到拜访地网络后,只能由归属地 OCS( Home OCS , H-OCS )执行在线计费功能,用户可通过拜访地网元(例如,代理 OCS ( proxy OCS ) )连接到 H-OCS, 或者可通过 V-PCRF前传信用请求到 H-PCRF, 再 前传到 H-OCS执行。 但相关技术的这些方法中都只能针对归属地签约业务, H-PCRF或 H-OCS只能获取到归属地的业务和资费签约信息。而对于漫游本 地业务, 归属网络很可能没有相关业务的签约, 因此, 无法通过相关技术的 多种方案来实现对漫游本地业务的在线计费功能。
另外, 相关技术中, 解决漫游本地业务的一种方案是, 漫游用户到拜访 网络签约和开漫游资费账户, 该资费签约账户存放在拜访网络的 OCS (即, 拜访地 OCS ( Visited OCS, V-OCS ) ) 。 拜访网络的 OCS (即, V-OCS )根 据该拜访网络签约可以直接对漫游用户进行账户信用和余额管理, 实施信用 控制, 而不向归属网络的 OCS (即, H-OCS )请求信用控制。 但该技术方案 存在的问题是, 用户需要在漫游地重新缴纳费用, 原先归属地账户里的大量 余额无法使用。 且用户离开该漫游地网络后, 还需要结算该漫游地费用, 若 不结算该漫游地费用, 则该漫游地费用将滞留在该漫游地临时账户中成为呆 账额度。 因此给用户的漫游本地业务的使用带来了很多等同于漫游本地新开 户的处理, 严重损害了漫游本地业务力求给用户更便利丰富和优质的业务体
验的原则, 并未能实质性解决漫游本地业务的在线计费问题。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种漫游本地业务的在线计费方法、 Η- 0 C S、 H-PCRF装置、 V-OCS及 V-PCRF装置, 以解决如何更好地实现拜访地网络 开展漫游本地业务的在线计费的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种漫游本地业务的在线计费方法, 应用于漫游拜 访地接入场景下, 该方法包括:
归属地在线计费系统 H-OCS通过 Sy接口向归属地策略与计费规则功能 H-PCRF发送信用阔值;
所述 H-PCRF通过 S9会话创建或修改响应消息向拜访地策略与计费规 则功能 V-PCRF发送所述信用阔值;
拜访地在线计费系统 V-OCS从所述 V-PCRF接收所述信用阔值; 以及 所述 V-OCS向策略和计费执行功能 PCEF发送携带相关信用的在线计费 会话激活响应, 或触发所述 PCEF发起重鉴权流程。

如图 3-2所示, 图 3-2为本发明实施例的 PCC漫游拜访地接入的架构示 意图, 对比相关技术的 PCC漫游拜访地接入的架构示意图 3-1 , H-OCS和 H-PCRF通过 Sy接口交互 ,传送 H-OCS授权的信用阔值给 H-PCRF , H-PCRF 通过 S9接口传送给 V-PCRF; 拜访地网络中, V-PCRF可通过 Sy接口传送 该信用阔值给 V-OCS , 或者通过 PCEF中转给 V-OCS , 由 V-OCS执行实时 信用管理。
根据上述架构,本发明实施例提供了一种漫游本地业务的在线计费方法, 应用于漫游拜访地接入场景下, 该方法包括:
H-OCS通过 Sy接口向 H-PCRF发送信用阔值;
所述 H-PCRF通过 S9会话创建或修改响应消息向 V-PCRF发送所述信 用阔值;
V-OCS从所述 V-PCRF接收所述信用阔值; 以及
所述 V-OCS向 PCEF发送携带相关信用的在线计费会话激活响应,或触 发所述 PCEF发起重鉴权流程。
需要说明的是, 本文中提到的 H-OCS与 HOCS、 H-PCRF与 HPCRF、 V-OCS与 VOCS以及 V-PCRF与 VPCRF均为同一概念。
实施例一
( 1 ) 漫游本地业务的会话创建
如图 4所示, 图 4为本发明实施例一的 UE漫游时创建 IP-CAN会话的 信令流程图, 会话创建过程中, VPCRF 收到 PCEF 的会话创建请求, 发送 S9会话创建或修改请求消息给 HPCRF; 由于是漫游本地业务, HPCRF在决 策授权漫游本地业务的同时,若发现授权 VPCRF漫游本地业务权限的同时, 需要授权信用阔值, 则发送 Sy会话创建 /修改消息(初始 /中间漫游本地报告 请求)给 HOCS。 HOCS根据消息中的漫游本地业务指示或标识, 根据漫游 协议或签约,授权信用阔值(该信用阔值粒度可以为用户或会话或业务级别,
可以为账户金额、 时间、 流量或事件等用量)在 Sy会话创建 /修改响应消息 中发送给 HPCRF。 HPCRF通过 S9会话创建 /修改响应消息将该信用阔值发 送给 VPCRF。 VPCRF发送 Sy会话创建 /修改消息 (初始 /中间漫游本地报告 请求)给 VOCS, 其中携带该信用阔值。 VOCS根据该 HOCS授权的信用阔 值执行信用管理和账户金额处理。 PCEF发送在线计费会话激活请求消息给 VOCS, 携带专用计费密钥 ( special charging key )和 /或漫游本地业务标识或 指示; VOCS发送在线计费会话激活响应 (即, 创建信用响应)给 PCEF, 携带相关的信用信息。 如图 4所示, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 S401 , 在 UE请求建立 IP-CAN会话的过程中, PCEF位于的网关 接收到 IP-CAN会话建立请求消息, 并在该 IP-CAN会话建立请求消息中携 带用户标识和请求接入的 PDN的 PDN标识。
步骤 S402, PCEF向 V-PCRF发送 IP-CAN会话建立指示消息, 并在该 IP-CAN会话建立指示消息中携带用户标识、 PDN标识以及为 UE分配的 IP 地址(IP Address ) 。
UE接入拜访网络时, 拜访网络提供归属地漫游方案和漫游本地业务方 案, 若 UE选择了漫游本地业务方案, 则 PCEF在消息中将 UE的漫游本地 业务方案指示传送给 V-PCRF。
步骤 S403 , V-PCRF根据用户标识判断该用户为漫游用户; 若 H-PCRF 还未为该用户建立 S9会话, 则 V-PCRF向 H-PCRF发送请求消息, 以建立 S9会话, 同时还请求建立一个 S9子会话, V-PCRF在 S9子会话中携带该用 户的签约信息、 PDN标识以及 IP地址等。 若 H-PCRF已为该用户建立了 S9 会话, 则 V-PCRF向 H-PCRF发送请求消息以修改 S9会话, 同时还请求建 立一个 S9子会话, V-PCRF在 S9子会话中携带该用户的签约信息、 PDN标 识以及 IP地址等。
若 V-PCRF支持漫游本地业务( Roaming Local Service, RLS )功能, 则 在该 CCR请求消息中携带的支持特征( support feature )中设置 RLS功能(或 若 RLS功能为该版本必选功能,则直接设置该版本 support feature功能即可 ); 若该 RLS功能不是必选功能, 则可选地, V-PCRF除了发送 support feature 能力协商外还需要发送 RLS请求给 H-PCRF以请求该 RLS功能的授权; 请
求方式不做限定,例如,在该 CCR消息中携带 RLS request AVP给 H-PCRF。 步骤 S404 , H-PCRF 根据用户标识判断还没有该用户的签约数据, H-PCRF向 SPR发送签约文档请求, 并在该签约文档请求中携带用户标识和 PDN标识。
SPR根据用户标识和 PDN标识返回用户签约信息(即,签约文档应答); 此时若归属地 SPR还未向 H-PCRF提供过漫游本地业务签约文档,那么 此时 SPR将向 H-PCRF提供;
或者 H-PCRF在设备启动后就与 SPR交互以便获取漫游本地业务签约文 档。
步骤 S405, 由于是漫游本地业务, 若为在线计费, H-PCRF在决策授权 漫游本地业务的同时, 发现授权 V-PCRF漫游本地业务权限的同时需授权信 用阔值, 则 H-PCRF激活 Sy会话, 发送 Sy会话创建 /修改消息 (初始 /中间 漫游本地报告请求)给 H-OCS, 携带业务相关信息(例如, 漫游本地业务标 识或指示) , 或携带该用户的授权信息 (例如, 漫游本地业务授权指示) 。
步骤 S406, H-OCS 判断是否满足授权条件(例如, 可根据消息中的漫 游业务指示或标识判断该业务为漫游本地业务, 根据漫游协议或签约账户信 息判断是否可以授权该类业务) , 授权信用阔值(该信用阔值粒度可以为用 户或会话或业务级别, 可以为账户金额、 时间、 流量或事件等用量)给该用 户在拜访网络使用; H-OCS发送 Sy会话创建 /修改响应消息(初始 /中间漫游 本地报告响应)给归属地 H-PCRF, 消息中携带该信用阔值。
步骤 S407 , H-PCRF根据 V-PCRF的请求消息, 以及返回的用户签约信 息、 网络策略、 UE 的接入信息等判断授权漫游本地业务, 或是制定下发策 略。
若 H-PCRF根据签约信息和漫游协议等信息, 授权拜访地的漫游本地业 务功能, 则返回响应消息给 V-PCRF , 消息中可能包含表示该功能支持的 support feature, H-PCRF给 V-PCRF的 RLS授权指示、 以及可能会存在的授 权运营商列表(list )和授权业务 list等详细信息。 授权 V-PCRF可对漫游本 地业务独立资源授权和策略制定(比如, 用户级授权) ; 为在线计费时, 则
消息中携带 H-OCS授权的整体信用阔值;
若 H-PCRF不支持漫游本地业务, 或支持但不授权拜访网络对该用户的 漫游本地业务, 则 H-PCRF返回相应的 support feature指示, 以及可能存在 的是否允许 RLS的指示 (例如, RLS支持或拒绝 (RLS report或 reject ) , 或者直接拒绝该消息,携带相关拒绝原因(reject cause ) );若需要,则 H-PCRF 制定相关策略, 策略中包括 PCC规则、 事件触发器等, H-PCRF向 V-PCRF 返回的消息中携带制定的策略。
步骤 S408, 若为在线计费, 则 V-PCRF发送 Sy会话创建 /修改消息(初 始 /中间漫游本地报告请求 )给 V-OCS, 携带 H-PCRF下发的 H-OCS授权的 RLS整体信用阔值。
步骤 S409, V-OCS存储该信用阔值,返回 Sy会话创建 /修改响应消息(初 始 /中间漫游本地报告响应 )给 V-PCRF。 后续 V-OCS可根据该 H-OCS授权 的信用阔值执行信用管理和账户金额处理。
步骤 S410 , V-PCRF存储 H-PCRF返回的消息, 根据授权漫游本地业务 或是 PCC规则, 向 PCEF返回相应的响应消息; 若为 H-PCRF制定的策略, 则如相关技术流程执行规则下发。 若为 H-PCRF授权 V-PCRF执行漫游本地 业务功能, 则 V-PCRF制定该业务相关 PCC规则下发给 PCEF, 以及将相应 的 QoS规则下发各 BBERF, 安装执行。
步骤 S411 , 如果是在线计费, PCEF将激活在线计费会话, 提供漫游本 地业务指示等数据信息给 V-OCS做决策。 PCEF发送在线计费会话激活请求 消息给 V-OCS , 携带 special charging key和 /或漫游业务标识或指示。
步骤 S412, V-OCS根据 PCEF信用请求的业务信息和 H-OCS的授权和 下发的阔值, 执行信用授权, 下发相应信用配额给 PCEF; V-OCS发送在线 计费会话激活响应 (即, 创建信用响应)给 PCEF, 携带信用配额等信用信 息; 技术处理类似于相关技术的 H-OCS和 H-PCEF之间的信用管理流程。
步骤 S413 , PCEF安装并执行策略,如, PCC规则、事件触发器等; PCEF 所在网关向 UE返回应答建立 IP-CAN会话, 携带分配的 IP地址。
步骤 S414, 业务过程中, V-OCS下发给 PCEF的信用额度用尽, 而业务
继续, 则 PCEF继续发送信用控制请求消息给 V-OCS申请信用额度, 并在请 求消息中上报当前的使用用量。
步骤 S415 , V-OCS存储当前的使用用量,并根据 H-OCS授权的总阔值, 判断是否授权 PCEF新的信用额度; V-OCS给 PCEF发送响应消息, 携带新 授权的信用额度。该 S414和 S415步骤的拜访网络内 PCEF和 V-OCS之间的 信用管理交互流程,可借鉴现有归属网络中 H-PCEF和 H-OCS之间的信用管 理。
( 2 ) 漫游本地业务的会话终结
经过上述流程,可执行漫游本地业务的在线计费功能。当会话结束时(粒 度可为每个 IP-CAN会话或者该 APN下的最后一个 IP-CAN会话, 其根据运 营商策略决定) , H-OCS 授权的信用阔值剩余用量(和 /或当前使用用量) 需要报告给 H-OCS, PCEF将会发送信用终结报告给 V-OCS发起信用会话终 结。 V-PCRF将会发送 Sy会话终结请求(漫游本地业务终结报告)给 V-OCS, 告知会话终结, 获取信用阔值剩余用量(和 /或当前使用用量) 。 V-PCRF将 该信用阔值剩余用量 (和 /或当前使用用量 )通过 S9会话修改或终结请求发 送给 H-PCRF。 H-PCRF发起归属地的 Sy会话终结请求(漫游本地业务终结 报告)给 H-OCS, 告知会话终结, 并携带该信用阔值剩余用量(和 /或当前 使用用量)给 H-OCS。 流程描述如图 5所示, 各步骤描述如下:
步骤 S501 , PCEF检测到需要触发终结 IP-CAN会话, 该触发可能来自 其他网元、 UE或是 PCEF自身 (例如, PCC规则全部删除) 。
步骤 S502, PCEF 向 V-PCRF发送 IP-CAN会话终结指示消息; 告知 V-PCRF该 IP-CAN会话正在被删除, 并提供相关信息给 V-PCRF。
步骤 S503 , 该 IP-CAN会话中的漫游本地业务相关的 PCC 规则由 V-PCRF生成, 收到该会话终结请求后 V-PCRF将识别并删除该类规则及其 相关信息。
步骤 S504, H-PCRF识别该 IP-CAN会话中存在漫游本地业务, 且存在 Sy会话,则 V-PCRF发送 Sy会话终结请求(漫游本地业务终结报告) V-OCS,
告知会话终结,并向 V-OCS获取信用阔值剩余用量(和 /或当前使用用量)。 步骤 S505 , V-OCS终结该 Sy会话, 删除相关信息, 返回 Sy会话终结 响应消息 (漫游本地业务终结响应)给 V-PCRF, 消息中携带该用户 /业务的 信用阔值剩余用量(和 /或当前使用用量) 。
步骤 S506 , V-PCRF发送 S9会话修改或终结请求消息给 H-PCRF , 通知
H-PCRF该 IP-CAN会话的终结; 若该 IP-CAN会话为该 APN下的最后一个 IP-CAN会话, 则终结 S9会话, 若不是最后一个 IP-CAN会话, 则修改 S9 会话, 终结该 IP-CAN会话对应的子会话; 该消息中携带信用阔值剩余用量 (和 /或当前使用用量) 。
步骤 S507 , H-PCRF将识别并删除该 IP-CAN相关的 PCC规则, 并删除 该 IP-CAN会话相关的信息, 例如, 签约信息等; 发起 Sy会话终结请求, 报 告信用阔值剩余用量(和 /或当前使用用量)给 H-OCS。
步骤 S508, H-PCRF识别该 IP-CAN会话中存在漫游本地业务, 且存在 Sy会话, 则发送 Sy会话终结请求(漫游本地业务终结报告)给 H-OCS, 告 知会话终结, 并携带信用阔值剩余用量(和 /或当前使用用量)给 H-OCS。
步骤 S509, H-OCS存储该终结该信用阔值剩余用量, 终结该 Sy会话, 删除相关信息; 返回 Sy会话终结响应消息 (漫游本地业务终结响应)给 H-PCRF。
步骤 S510 , PCEF删除该 IP-CAN相关的所有 PCC规则。
步骤 S511 , H-PCRF发送 S9会话修改或终结响应消息给 V-PCRF。
步骤 S512, V-PCRF发送 IP-CAN会话终结响应消息给 PCEF, 告知该 IP-CAN会话的终结处理; 该消息为步骤 502的响应消息。
步骤 S513 ,对于在线计费的漫游本地业务, PCEF给 V-OCS发送终结报 告。
步骤 S514, V-OCS发送信用终结响应消息给 PCEF, 并终结该在线计费 会话。
需要说明的是,上述步骤并非按顺序执行,例如,上述步骤 S513和 S514 可以在步骤 S512之后执行, 也可以在 S501之后 S502之前执行, 还可以在
S505之后 S506之前执行。
( 3 ) 漫游本地业务的会话修改
在业务进行过程中,当 IP-CAN会话修改发生,若涉及到计费信息变更, 则可能触发 PCEF将向 V-OCS发起信用请求或发送终结报告请求;若 H-OCS 授权的阔值尚未到达,则 PCEF和 V-OCS之间的交互处理流程同图 4中的信 用管理流程。 涉及计费相关处理流程相同, 这里不做重复描述。
在会话过程中,若 H-OCS授权给拜访地的总信用阔值到达,且业务需要 继续, 则 V-OCS会发送请求消息给 V-PCRF, 请求信用阔值, V-PCRF通过 S9接口发起 S9会话修改流程, 向 H-PCRF请求该阔值。 H-PCRF发起 Sy会 话修改流程,向 H-OCS重新请求信用总阔值,并携带上当前的实际使用用量 给 H-OCS; H-OCS返回 Sy会话修改响应消息给 H-PCRF, 携带新的授权信 用阔值或拒绝请求给 H-PCRF。 H-PCRF将授权结果及阔值信息通过 S9接口 传送到拜访网络的 V-PCRF。 V-PCRF发送 Sy会话修改响应消息给 V-OCS, 告知新的授权结果及阔值信息。 其它流程同相关技术的 IP-CAN会话修改流 程, 这里不做重复描述。
实施例二
( 1 ) 漫游本地业务的会话创建
如图 6所示, 图 6为本发明实施例二的 UE漫游时创建 IP-CAN会话的 信令流程图, 会话创建过程中, V-PCRF收到 PCEF的会话创建请求, 发送 S9会话创建或修改请求消息给 H-PCRF; 由于是漫游本地业务, H-PCRF在 决策授权漫游本地业务的同时,发现授权 V-PCRF漫游本地业务权限的同时, 需要授权信用阔值, 则发送 Sy会话创建 /修改消息(初始 /中间漫游本地报告 请求)给 H-OCS。 H-OCS根据消息中的漫游本地业务指示或标识, 或根据漫 游协议或签约, 授权信用阔值(该信用阔值粒度可以为用户或会话或业务级 另' J , 可以为账户金额、 时间、 流量或事件等用量)在 Sy会话创建 /修改响应 消息中发送给 H-PCRF。 H-PCRF通过 S9会话创建 /修改响应消息将该信用阔
值发送给 V-PCRF。
与实施例一不同的是, 拜访地不存在 Sy接口部署, 或存在 Sy接口但并 不支持漫游本地业务的阔值传送功能, 则 V-PCRF制定并下发漫游本地业务 相关的 PCC规则给 PCEF, 并携带该归属地授权的信用阔值给 PCEF。 PCEF 给 V-OCS发送信用创建请求消息,携带漫游本地业务信息以及该信用阔值给 V-OCS。 V-OCS存储该信用阔值,并根据请求消息携带的业务信息及 H-OCS 授权的信用阔值执行信用管理和账户金额处理。 V-OCS发送在线计费会话激 活响应(即, 创建信用响应 )给 PCEF, 携带相关的信用信息。 如图 6所示, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 S601 607 , 处理同实施例一的步骤 S401 407, PCEF请求 IP-CAN 会话建立, H-OCS授权信用阔值, 下发到 V-PCRF。
步骤 S608 , V-PCRF存储 H-PCRF返回的消息。 根据授权漫游本地业务 或是 PCC规则, 向 PCEF返回相应的响应消息。 若为 H-PCRF制定的策略, 则如相关技术流程执行规则下发。 若为 H-PCRF授权 V-PCRF执行漫游本地 业务功能, 则 V-PCRF制定该业务相关 PCC规则下发给 PCEF, 以及将相应 的 QoS规则下发各 BBERF, 安装执行; 响应消息中携带 H-PCRF 下发的 H-OCS授权的 RLS整体信用阔值给 PCEF。
步骤 S609, 在线计费, PCEF发送在线计费会话激活请求消息给 V-OCS 激活在线计费会话, 并提供漫游本地业务指示及 H-OCS授权的 RLS整体信 用阔值给 V-OCS做决策。
步骤 S610 S613 ,处理同实施例一的步骤 S412 415, V-OCS对该漫游本 地业务执行信用管理, PCEF安装和执行相关 PCC规则, 不做重复描述。
本发明实施例中, 使得用户漫游到拜访网络时可以使用在线计费的漫游 本地业务。
如图 7所示, 图 7为本发明实施例的 H-OCS的结构示意图, 该 H-OCS 包括:
接收判断模块 71 , 其用于: 接收 Sy接口请求消息, 其中, 该 Sy接口请
求消息中携带漫游本地业务标识或指示; 根据该 Sy接口请求消息判断用户 的漫游本地业务权限, 确定发送信用阔值; 以及
发送模块 72, 其用于: 通过 Sy接口向 H-PCRF发送所述信用阔值。 另外, 为了终结会话, 所述接收判断模块 71还用于: 接收所述 H-PCRF 通过所述 Sy接口报告的会话终结请求, 终结 Sy会话, 删除相关信息; 所述 发送模块 72还用于: 向所述 H-PCRF返回会话终结响应。
当信用阔值到达时,为了获得新的信用阔值,所述接收判断模块 71还用 于: 接收所述 H-PCRF通过所述 Sy接口发送的会话修改请求, 其中, 该会 话修改请求中携带当前信用阔值的实际使用用量; 所述发送模块 72还用于: 向所述 H-PCRF返回会话修改响应, 其中, 该会话修改响应中携带新的信用 阔值或拒绝请求。
如图 8所示, 图 8为本发明实施例的 H-PCRF装置的结构示意图, 该 H-PCRF装置包括:
接收模块 81 , 其用于: 接收 H-OCS通过 Sy接口发送的信用阔值; 以及 发送模块 82, 其用于: 通过 S9会话创建或修改响应消息向 V-PCRF发 送所述信用阔值。
另外,所述发送模块 82还用于: 向所述 H-OCS发送 Sy接口请求消息, 其中, 该 Sy接口请求消息中携带漫游本地业务标识或指示。
所述发送模块 82还用于: 向所述 H-OCS发送会话终结请求; 所述接收 模块 81还用于: 接收所述 H-OCS返回的会话终结响应; 以便终结会话。
如图 9所示, 图 9为本发明实施例的 V-OCS的结构示意图, 该 V-OCS 包括:
接收模块 91 , 其用于: 从 V-PCRF接收信用阔值; 以及
处理模块 92, 其用于: 向 PCEF发送携带相关信用的在线计费会话激活 响应, 或触发所述 PCEF发起重鉴权流程。
其中,所述接收模块 91是用于以如下方式从 V-PCRF接收信用阔值:通 过 Sy接口从所述 V-PCRF接收所述信用阔值; 或者,通过所述 PCEF从所述 V-PCRF接收所述信用阔值, 实现过程可参见图 4和图 6。
另外, 为了终结会话, 所述接收模块 91还用于: 接收所述 V-PCRF发送 的会话终结请求; 所述处理模块 92还用于: 向所述 V-PCRF返回会话终结响 应。
为了结束在线计费会话, 所述接收模块 91还用于: 接收所述 PCEF发送 的信用终结报告;所述处理模块 92还用于:向所述 PCEF返回信用终结响应。
如图 10所示, 图 10为本发明实施例的 V-PCRF装置的结构示意图, 该
V-PCRF装置包括:
接收模块 101 , 其用于: 接收 H-PCRF通过 S9会话创建或修改响应消息 发送的信用阈值; 以及
发送模块 102, 其用于: 向 V-OCS发送所述信用阔值。
其中,所述发送模块 102是用于以如下方式向 V-OCS发送所述信用阔值: 通过 Sy接口或 PCEF向所述 V-OCS发送所述信用阔值。
另外, 为了终结会话, 所述发送模块 102还用于: 向所述 V-OCS发送会 话终结请求; 所述接收模块 101还用于:接收所述 V-OCS返回的会话终结响 应。
上述 H-OCS、 H-PCRF装置、 V-OCS及 V-PCRF装置之间互相交互, 使 得用户漫游到拜访网络时可以使用在线计费的漫游本地业务。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 上述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如, 只 读存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使 用一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆 用硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明实施例不 限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明。 本领域的普通技术人员应当理解, 可以 对本发明实施例的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换, 而不脱离本发明实施例 的技术方案的精神和范围, 均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
工业实用性 本发明实施例中, 使得用户漫游到拜访网络时, 可以使用在线计费的漫 游本地业务。
Claims
1、 一种漫游本地业务的在线计费方法, 应用于漫游拜访地接入场景下, 所述方法包括:
归属地在线计费系统 H-OCS通过 Sy接口向归属地策略与计费规则功能 H-PCRF发送信用阔值;
所述 H-PCRF通过 S9会话创建或修改响应消息向拜访地策略与计费规 则功能 V-PCRF发送所述信用阔值;
拜访地在线计费系统 V-OCS从所述 V-PCRF接收所述信用阔值; 以及 所述 V-OCS向策略和计费执行功能 PCEF发送携带相关信用的在线计费 会话激活响应, 或触发所述 PCEF发起重鉴权流程。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 还包括:
所述 H-OCS通过 Sy接口向 H-PCRF发送信用阔值之前, 所述 H-OCS 接收 Sy接口请求消息, 其中, 所述 Sy接口请求消息中携带漫游本地业务标 识或指示; 以及
所述 H-OCS根据所述 Sy接口请求消息判断用户的漫游本地业务权限, 决策是否发送所述信用阔值。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
所述 V-OCS从所述 V-PCRF接收所述信用阔值, 包括:
所述 V-OCS通过 Sy接口从所述 V-PCRF接收所述信用阔值; 或者
4、 根据权利要求 1-3任一权利要求所述的方法, 其中:
所述信用阔值为预定数目的账户金额、 流量、 时间或事件。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 还包括:
当所述信用阔值到达, 所述 V-OCS 触发重鉴权请求以从所述 V-PCRF 获取新的信用阔值, 或者触发 Sy接口会话修改以从所述 V-PCRF获取新的 信用阔值;
所述 V-PCRF通过 S9会话修改流程向所述 H-PCRF前传阔值请求; 以
及
所述 H-PCRF通过所述 Sy接口向所述 H-OCS请求所述新的信用阔值。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 还包括:
所述 V-PCRF向所述 V-OCS发送会话终结请求;
所述 PCEF向所述 V-OCS发送信用终结报告;
其中, 所述会话终结请求或所述信用终结报告中包含所述信用阔值的使 用用量和 /或剩余用量。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 还包括:
所述 V-PCRF 将所述信用阔值的使用用量和 /或剩余用量前传给所述 H-PCRF; 以及
所述 H-PCRF通过所述 Sy接口报告所述信用阔值的使用用量和 /或剩余 用量给所述 H-OCS。
8、 一种归属地在线计费系统 H-OCS, 包括:
接收判断模块, 其设置成: 接收 Sy接口请求消息, 其中, 所述 Sy接口 请求消息中携带漫游本地业务标识或指示; 根据所述 Sy接口请求消息判断 用户的漫游本地业务权限, 确定发送信用阔值; 以及
发送模块,其设置成:通过 Sy接口向归属地策略与计费规则功能 H-PCRF 发送所述信用阔值。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的 H-OCS, 其中:
所述接收判断模块还设置成: 接收所述 H-PCRF通过所述 Sy接口报告 的会话终结请求, 终结 Sy会话, 删除相关信息; 以及
所述发送模块还设置成: 向所述 H-PCRF返回会话终结响应。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的 H-OCS, 其中:
所述接收判断模块还设置成: 接收所述 H-PCRF通过所述 Sy接口发送 的会话修改请求, 其中, 所述会话修改请求中携带当前信用阔值的实际使用 用量; 以及
所述发送模块还设置成: 向所述 H-PCRF返回会话修改响应, 其中, 所
述会话修改响应中携带新的信用阔值或拒绝请求。
11、 一种归属地策略与计费规则功能 H-PCRF装置, 包括:
接收模块, 其设置成: 接收归属地在线计费系统 H-OCS通过 Sy接口发 送的信用阈值; 以及
发送模块, 其设置成: 通过 S9会话创建或修改响应消息向拜访地策略 与计费规则功能 V-PCRF发送所述信用阔值。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的 H-PCRF装置, 其中:
所述发送模块还设置成: 向所述 H-OCS发送 Sy接口请求消息, 其中, 所述 Sy接口请求消息中携带漫游本地业务标识或指示。
13、 根据权利要求 11或 12所述的 H-PCRF装置, 其中:
所述发送模块还设置成: 向所述 H-OCS发送会话终结请求; 以及 所述接收模块还设置成: 接收所述 H-OCS返回的会话终结响应。
14、 一种拜访地在线计费系统 V-OCS, 包括:
接收模块, 其设置成: 从拜访地策略与计费规则功能 V-PCRF接收信用 阔值; 以及
处理模块, 其设置成: 向策略和计费执行功能 PCEF发送携带相关信用 的在线计费会话激活响应, 或触发所述 PCEF发起重鉴权流程。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的 V-OCS, 其中:
所述接收模块是设置成以如下方式从 V-PCRF接收信用阔值:
通过 Sy接口从所述 V-PCRF接收所述信用阔值; 或者, 通过所述 PCEF 从所述 V-PCRF接收所述信用阔值。
16、 根据权利要求 14或 15所述的 V-OCS, 其中:
所述接收模块还设置成: 接收所述 V-PCRF发送的会话终结请求; 以及 所述处理模块还设置成: 向所述 V-PCRF返回会话终结响应。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的 V-OCS, 其中:
所述接收模块还设置成: 接收所述 PCEF发送的信用终结报告;
所述处理模块还设置成: 向所述 PCEF返回信用终结响应。
18、 一种拜访地策略与计费规则功能 V-PCRF装置, 包括:
接收模块, 其设置成: 接收归属地策略与计费规则功能 H-PCRF通过 S9 会话创建或修改响应消息发送的信用阔值; 以及
发送模块,其设置成:向拜访地在线计费系统 V-OCS发送所述信用阔值。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的 V-PCRF装置, 其中:
所述发送模块是设置成以如下方式向 V-OCS发送所述信用阔值: 通过 Sy接口或策略和计费执行功能 PCEF向所述 V-OCS发送所述信用 阔值。
20、 根据权利要求 18或 19所述的 V-PCRF装置, 其中:
所述发送模块还设置成: 向所述 V-OCS发送会话终结请求; 以及 所述接收模块还设置成: 接收所述 V-OCS返回的会话终结响应。
