Abstract

一种具有通话功能的眼镜(1),包括镜脚(13),所述镜脚(13)中设有容置槽(131),所述容置槽(131)具有连通所述镜脚(13)侧边的开口,所述容置槽(131)中活动连接有置于所述容置槽(131)中且可移动至所述容置槽(131)开口外的摆动块(14),所述摆动块(14)中设有用于通话的发声元件。该眼镜在需要进行通话功能时,可以将摆动块(14)移动至容置槽(131)外,显露在镜脚(13)外,利用摆动块(14)中的发声元件,进行通话操作,当不需要通话功能时,则可将摆动块(14)置于容置槽(131)中,避免眼镜(1)外形尺寸较大及重量大的问题,且用户不需要在耳朵中放置任何元件,使用较为舒适,大大降低通话时辐射对健康造成的影响,尤其对于经常驾驶的用户而言,使用该眼镜(1),显著提高驾驶安全性。

Description

具有通话功能的眼镜
 本发明涉及眼镜的技术领域,尤其涉及具有通话功能的眼镜。
目前,市场上具有通话功能的眼镜,其发声器件主要分为骨传导和耳机两种,通过在眼镜上安装骨传导构件或插设耳机实现通话效果,其均存在尺寸大及重量大的缺陷;另外,骨传导组件或耳机的存在也会影响眼镜的外观,骨传导构件会大大增大眼镜尺寸,而利用插设耳机,耳机在通话时,需要放入耳朵中,造成耳朵不适,使得眼镜整体不合适作为普通日常配戴眼镜使用。
   另外,市场上还出现一些配置普通蓝牙耳机的眼镜,因为蓝牙耳机也要放入耳朵中,才能固定和收听声音,同样会造成耳朵不舒适;加上蓝牙耳机在待机时,也需要佩戴在耳朵中,更加加重耳机长时间放入耳朵的不舒适感,且存在辐射以及影响驾驶安全等问题。   
本发明的目的在于提供具有通话功能的眼镜,旨在解决现有技术中的具有通话功能的眼镜尺寸大、重量大以及使用不舒适的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,具有通话功能的眼镜,包括镜脚,所述镜脚中设有容置槽,所述容置槽具有连通所述镜脚侧边的开口,所述容置槽中活动连接有置于所述容置槽中且可移动至所述容置槽开口外的摆动块,所述摆动块中设有用于通话的发声元件。
与现有技术相比,本发明中的眼镜,当需要进行通话功能时,则可以将摆动块移动至容置槽外,显露在镜脚外,利用摆动块中的发声元件,进行通话操作,当不需要通话功能时,则可将摆动块置于容置槽中,避免眼镜外形尺寸较大及重量大的问题,且用户不需要在耳朵中放置任何元件,使用较为舒适,大大降低通话时辐射对健康造成的影响,尤其对于经常驾驶的用户而言,使用该眼镜,可显著提高驾驶的安全性。
图1是本发明实施例提供的具有通话功能的眼镜的立体示意图;
   图2是本发明实施例提供的具有通话功能的眼镜的立体爆炸示意图。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
以下结合具体附图对本发明的实现进行详细的描述。
如图1~2所示,为本发明提供的一较佳实施例。
本实施例提供的眼镜1包括镜框11以及镜脚13,镜框11和镜脚13都为常见的结构,镜框11中配置有两个镜片12,镜框11的两侧分别连接有镜脚13,镜脚13可以相对于镜框11转动,当然,镜脚13和镜框11之间的连接关系可以使实际情况而定,并不仅限制于本实施例中的结构。
在上述的镜脚13中,设置有容置槽131,容置槽131具有连通镜脚13侧壁的开口,且容置槽131中活动连接有摆动块14,该摆动块14中设有发声元件,且摆动块14可以放置在容置槽131中,且可以移动出容置槽131,显露在镜脚13外。
这样,在上述的眼镜1中,当用户不需要使用其通话功能时,可以直接将摆动块14放置在容置槽131中,当需要使用眼镜1的通话功能时,则可以将摆动块14移动至容置槽131外,显露在镜脚13外,利用摆动块14中的发声元件,进行通话操作。该眼镜1不需要配置骨传导骨架、耳机以及蓝牙耳机等,摆动块14可以内置在镜脚13中,其尺寸较小,只用于固定发声元件作用,从而,避免眼镜1外形尺寸较大及重量大的问题,且用户不需要在耳朵中放置任何元件,使用较为舒适,大大降低通话时辐射对健康造成的影响,尤其对于经常驾驶的用户而言,使用该眼镜1不会影响驾驶安全。
本实施例中,摆动块14的一端通过销轴17转动连接在容置槽131的底部,这样,则可以直接通过转动摆动块14,直接将摆动块14移动至容置槽131外,或直接将摆动块14移动至容置槽131中。
具体地,上述的容置槽131设置在镜脚13的内侧面上,当然,容置槽131的开口可以连通镜脚13的上侧壁或下侧壁,本实施例中,容置槽131的开口是连通镜脚13的下侧壁。
在摆动块14上,还设有发声传出孔141,其连通至发声元件处,供发声元件传出的声音传至外部,以便用户收听。
当然,为了使得在转动摆动块14时,摆动块14能便捷移动出容置槽131外,本实施例中,摆动块14与容置槽131之间设置有斥力组件,该斥力组件可以对摆动块14产生朝向容置槽131开口处的斥力。
具体地,上述的斥力组件包括设置在容置槽131内侧壁中的第一磁块15以及设置在摆动块14中的第二磁块16,该第一磁块15与第二磁块16的磁性相同,从而,两者之间具有相斥的斥力,该斥力朝向容置槽131的开口处,迫使摆动块14向外摆动。
当摆动块14放置在容置槽131中,为了使得摆动块14位置稳固,避免受上述的斥力组件作用,摆动件难以固定在容置槽131中,摆动块14与容置槽131之间设有吸力组件,该吸力组件可以产生朝向容置槽131内侧的吸力,从而使得摆动块14稳固的放置在容置槽131中。
具体地,上述的吸力组件包括设置在容置槽131底部的第三磁块以及设置在摆动件中的第四磁块,该第三磁块的磁性与第四磁块磁性相异,这样,两者相互之间会产生吸力,该吸力朝向容置槽131内侧,从而可以使得摆动块14稳固置于容置槽131中。
本实施例中,为了使得摆动块14稳固的放置在容置槽131中,上述的第三磁块凸出容置槽131,相对应地,摆动块14的内侧面设有与该第三磁块相配合的凹槽,这样,当摆动块14置于容置槽131中后,第三磁块置于凹槽中,实现卡合连接。
当然,也可以是第四磁块凸出摆动块14的内侧面,而凹槽18则设置在容置槽131的底部,利用第四磁块与凹槽18之间的卡合配合,使得摆动块14稳固位于容置槽131中。
当然,也可以分别在容置槽131的底部及摆动块14的内侧面设置上述的凹槽,而相对应地,第三磁块凸出容置槽131,同时,第四磁块凸出摆动块14的内侧面。
上述第三磁块、第四磁块以及凹槽的设置情况可以视实际情况而定。
本实施例中,沿摆动块14一端向另一端延伸的方向,即沿摆动块14与销轴17连接的端部向另一端延伸的方向,斥力组件与销轴17的距离小于吸力组件与销轴17的距离,这样,吸力组件产生的吸力相对于销轴17的力矩大于斥力组件产生的斥力相对于销轴17的力矩,这样,只需要较小的吸力则可以使得摆动块14稳固置于容置槽131中。
当用户朝容置槽131开口外转动摆动块14时,吸力组件的分离快于斥力组件的分离,此时,吸力组件产生的吸力急剧下降,斥力组件产生的斥力则相对减小较慢,此时,在斥力对销轴17的力矩则大于吸力对销轴17的力矩,这样,在斥力产生的力矩作用下,摆动件则快速被摆动至容置槽131外;当用户朝容置槽131内转动摆动块14时,在用户推力作用下,当摆动块14转动至一定位置时,此时,吸力对销轴17的力矩大于斥力对销轴17的力矩,在吸力的作用下,摆动块14则很快被吸引至容置槽131中,并且稳固放置在容置槽131中。
   以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 具有通话功能的眼镜,包括镜脚,其特征在于,所述镜脚中设有容置槽,所述容置槽具有连通所述镜脚侧边的开口,所述容置槽中活动连接有置于所述容置槽中且可移动至所述容置槽开口外的摆动块,所述摆动块中设有用于通话的发声元件。
  2.    如权利要求1所述的具有通话功能的眼镜,其特征在于,所述容置槽设于所述镜脚的内侧壁。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的具有通话功能的眼镜,其特征在于,所述摆动块的一端通过销轴转动连接于所述容置槽的底部,另一端空置。
  4.     如权利要求3所述的具有通话功能的眼镜,其特征在于,所述摆动块与所述容置槽之间设有对所述摆动块产生朝向所述容置槽开口处的斥力的斥力组件。
  5.     如权利要求4所述的具有通话功能的眼镜,其特征在于,所述斥力组件包括设于所述容置槽内侧壁的第一磁块以及设于所述摆动块的第二磁块,所述第一磁块的磁性与所述第二磁块的磁性相同。
  6.    如权利要求3所述的具有通话功能的眼镜,其特征在于,所述摆动块与所述容置槽之间设有对所述摆动块产生朝向所述容置槽内的吸力的吸力组件。
  7.    如权利要求6所述的具有通话功能的眼镜,其特征在于,所述吸力组件包括设于所述容置槽底部的第三磁块以及设于所述摆动块的第四磁块,所述第三磁块的磁性与所述第四磁块的磁性相异。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的具有通话功能的眼镜,其特征在于,所述第三磁块凸出所述容置槽底部,所述摆动块内侧面设有与所述第三磁块配合的凹槽。
  9.     如权利要求7所述的具有通话功能的眼镜,其特征在于,所述第四磁块凸出所述摆动块内侧面,所述容置槽底部设有与所述第四磁块配合的凹槽。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的具有通话功能的眼镜,其特征在于,沿所述摆动块一端向另一端延伸的方向,所述斥力组件与所述销轴之间的距离小于所述吸力组件与所述销轴之间的距离。
