在以下的一个或者多个实施例的描述中, 母书指作者或自动编辑系统提供的源代码及 元信息(metadata )。 子书指母书服务器根据母书源代码生成的文档。 母书服务器负责存储 和管理母书、 生成子书, 以及管理母书和子书之间的交互, 即管理母书服务器和子书客户 端之间的交互。
图 1是根据本发明一个实施例的电子文档的提供方法的流程图。 如图 1所示, 根据本 发明一个实施例的电子文档的提供方法, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 S 101 : 母书服务器生成母书。 母书服务器为但不限于云服务器。 在本发明的 示例中, 母书服务器可以通过多种方式生成母书, 例如: 母书服务器根据作者编写的 文档生成母书, 即作者根据指定的格式编写文档, 母书服务器根据编写的文档生成母 书, 在该实例中, 指定的格式为但不限于 BDF文件格式, 还可采用任何目前已知的文 件格式。
此外, 本发明的实施例还提供了另外一种母书生成方法。 具体而言, 包括以下步 骤:
S 1 : 母书服务器接收用户通过子书客户端发送的搜索词。 子书客户端为智能手机、 平板电脑、 PC机、 电子书等。 例如: 母书服务器具有搜索引擎功能, 或者借助已有的 搜索引擎功能, 如百度搜索引擎。
S2: 母书服务器根据搜索词进行搜索以获得多个搜索内容。
S3 : 母书服务器对多个搜索内容进行聚合并形成母书。
在本发明的实施例中, 母书服务器可从多个搜索内容中提取结果化信息并转为母 书。 具体地, 母书服务器接收用户通过子书客户端发送的搜索词, 母书服务器根据搜 索词进行搜索以获得多个搜索内容。 同时, 母书服务器可按照相关性算法自动在后台 聚合多个搜索内容并以电子文档或电子书的形式进行展现。 在本发明的具体例子中, 相关性算法例如为根据点击日志来判断相关性的算法, 或者使用百度百科, wiki 百科 的相关词条和推荐词条, 将相关词条的内容自动去重和去除无关内容 (如网页的导航 条, 底部的版权信息等) 。
进一步地, 在排版生成母书过程中, 母书服务器可采用排版程序进行排版, 例如 可通过开源的 xelatex排版程序、方正书版的排版程序或者 aode的 indesign等排版程序 进行排版。 排版生成的母书为但不限于: pdf格式的母书, 在此过程中, 母书服务器将 排版信息保存起来(例如在 xelatex排版程序中, 排版信息称为逆向引用语法文件, 即 可以点击 pdf重新跳转到排版源代码) 。 在该示例中, 母书可包括原始网页信息 + pdf +排版信息的 zip压缩包, 该母书默认为标准开本, 母书会被存放在母书服务器上, 作 为后期对母书的校对、 更新、 引用等所用。
步骤 S 102: 母书服务器接收子书客户端发送的请求消息。 该请求消息可为用户在 登录特定的电子书程序之后, 根据用户的指令向母书服务器发出。 在本发明的实施例 中, 该请求消息中包括母书对应的标识或序号等用于标记母书的信息。
步骤 S 103 : 母书服务器根据请求消息和母书为子书客户端生成相应的子书, 并将 子书发送至子书客户端。
在该实例中, 请求消息包括但不限于子书客户端所需子书的格式信息, 母书服务 器根据格式信息为子书客户端生成对应的子书。 在本发明的一些实施例中, 子书客户 端所需子书的格式信息可根据子书客户端的类型或型号推导得出。 例如, 如果母书服 务器根据请求消息查找到与该请求消息对应的母书, 则母书服务器根据查找到的对应 的母书生成请求消息中所请求的格式的子书。 在该实例中, 子书是母书服务器根据子 书客户端的类型等自动将母书在线重新排版后生成的。 例如智能手机和平板电脑两种 不同类型的子书客户端, 其两者之间的屏幕大小不同, 则母书服务器会根据屏幕大小 等信息自动将母书在线重新排版后生成适合每一类子书客户端阅读的子书, 从而保证 每一类子书客户端具有对子书清晰的显示效果。 在本发明的其他示例中, 母书服务器 也可预先生成目前常用的子书客户端所需要的子书, 在接收到子书客户端的请求消息 之后, 根据该请求消息从预先生成的子书中选择即可。
步骤 S 104: 当子书客户端接收到用户的操作指令时, 子书客户端获得操作指令所 对应的内容在母书中的位置信息。 操作指令例如为复制、 或者编辑子书中显示的某一 内容。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 子书包括子信息文件, 子书客户端根据子信息文件获 得操作指令所对应的内容在母书中的位置信息。 子信息文件由母书服务器在根据母书 生成子书时生成。 进一步地, 子信息文件记录子书中内容所属页码在母书中的位置信 息。 具体地说, 子书会带有一个子信息文件, 然而不同的子书由于排版方式的不同, 其对应的子信息文件也不同。 例如对于 xelatex排版程序而言, 该子信息文件也可被称 为逆向引用语法文件, 即可以点击 pdf重新跳转到排版源代码, 子信息文件记录了子书 所有文字和图片所在的页码位置在母书中的对应位置, 其对应的方式可通过移动 X , y 坐标变换等方法计算得到。 因此, 母书服务器可根据子书的子信息文件获得子书的一 页在母书上的位置。
步骤 S 105 :子书客户端根据位置信息从母书服务器中获得操作指令所对应的内容。 例如: 当母书服务器获得用户通过子书客户端复制子书中某一页内容的指令以后, 可 根据该页内容在母书中的位置将母书中相应位置的内容发送给子书客户端, 从而实现 对该内容的复制操作。
在本发明的一个示例中, 该方法还包括: 母书服务器根据母书的内容生成母书对 应的编号。 例如, 母书服务器可对母书的内容进行 sha- 1算法, 并提取 sha- 1前 N个字 符作为上述编号, N例如为 12。 可知, 每一个母书对应一个唯一的编码。 此外, 母书 与子书具有相同的编号。 进一步地, 子书客户端为多个, 例如移动终端、 平板电脑、 PC机和电子书等, 即所有不同子书客户端上具有相同编码的子书对应唯一的母书。 这 样, 所有对于不同屏幕大小的子书客户端而言, 可以对某一页开展交流和协同编辑, 在具体应用中, 例如, 在远程教育和远程学习中, 可带来极大的便利。 同时, 对于不 同屏幕大小的子书客户端而言, 子书是个性化排版的, 从而保证个性化排版的子书在 多种子书客户端中具有清晰的显示效果。
进一步地, 本发明实施例的电子文档的提供方法, 还包括: 母书服务器根据母书 中的部分内容生成母书所对应的指紋信息。 例如, 母书服务器对母书进行随机几个内 容块的采样, 如五个内容快, 并生成指紋信息。 该指紋信息可用于对内容进行去重以 及对母书进行快速反抄袭使用, 从而提高母书的质量且避免盗版的发生, 保证母书的 版权。
为了进一步提高对母书版权的保护, 母书服务器获得母书的版权保护信息。 母书 服务器根据母书的版权保护信息选择子书的受保护格式或非保护格式发送至子书客户 端。 例如, 如果母书的作者对母书的保护等级要求比较低, 则母书服务器可选择子书 的非保护格式发送至子书客户端, 非保护格式的子书例如为完整的 PDF格式的子书, 其内容可被编辑复制。 如果母书的作者对母书的保护等级要求比较高, 则母书服务器 将 PDF格式的母书打印成图片后生成子书, 并将子书发送给子书客户端,在该实例中, 图片的格式为但不限于 png格式或者 djvu格式。从而可对母书进行高等级的版权保护, 避免母书的版权受到侵犯。 进一步地, 例如子书客户端在得到子书后, 可判断子书的 格式是原始的 pdf格式还是做了 drm保护的 pdf (即图片) , 在用户要求复制或检索带 保护的 pdf 时, 子书客户端可根据排版信息文件计算出当前页在母书的源代码中的位 置, 母书服务器可将对应的一页文本发送给子书。
为了进一步维护母书的版权, 该电子文档的提供方法, 还包括: 母书服务器获得 子书客户端的权限信息; 母书服务器根据权限信息对子书客户端所获得的内容进行管 理。 其中, 权限信息包括子书客户端所能够获得的母书的页码信息, 例如: 可通过用 户登录的方式实现, 即子书客户端要求用户登录, 对登录的用户也可划分多种等级, 不同等级的用户拥有不同等级的权限, 不同权限对应不同的授权范围, 这样, 每一位 登录的用户只能请求授权范围内的页码数, 用户不能连续从母书中请求文本, 即不能 多次向母书中请求文本内容, 否则就失去了版权保护的意义。
此外, 权限信息还包括子书客户端所能够获得的母书的内容量信息。 具体地, 例 如子书客户端所能够获得的母书的内容量信息不能超过母书的总内容信息的 50%。 具 体地说, 母书服务器会记录所有子书客户端对受保护内容的请求量, 如果发现被请求 的内容总和已经超过了设定值 (比如 50% ) , 则对子书客户端进行锁定, 锁定期间对 子书客户端提供检索, 而不对子书客户端提供对新页码的复制、 拷贝等功能。 从而进 一步提高对母书的版权保护力度。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 该电子文档的提供方法, 还包括: 子书客户端接收用 户的定制信息, 并将定制信息发送至母书服务器; 母书服务器根据定制信息为子书客 户端生成子书。 在该实例中, 定制信息包括但不限于字号或者自定义板式等信息, 即 子书客户端可以发送字号或者自定义板式命令给母书服务器, 母书服务器如果确认该 子书客户端获得授权, 则重新排版子书并发给该子书客户端。
根据本发明实施例的电子文档的提供方法, 母书服务器根据子书客户端的请求消 息, 例如根据子客户端的屏幕大小, 自动将母书在线重排以生成适合子书客户端所阅 读的子书, 从而可保证子书在多种客户端均能够清晰显示。 同时本发明实施例的方法 具有适用性强的优点。

具体地说, 母书服务器 210 为但不限于云服务器。 在本发明的示例中, 母书服务 器 210可以通过多种方式生成母书, 例如: 母书服务器 210根据作者编写的文档生成 母书, 即作者根据指定的格式编写文档, 母书服务器 210根据编写的文档生成母书, 在该实例中, 指定的格式为但不限于 BDF文件格式, 还可采用任何目前已知的文件格 式。
此外, 母书服务器 210还可以通过如下方式生成母书。 具体而言, 母书服务器 210 接收用户通过子书客户端 220发送的搜索词, 其中, 子书客户端 220为智能手机、 平 板电脑、 PC机、 电子书等。 例如: 母书服务器 210具有搜索引擎功能, 或者借助已有 的搜索引擎功能, 如百度搜索引擎, 并根据搜索词进行搜索以获得多个搜索内容, 以 及对多个搜索内容进行聚合并形成母书。

17、 如权利要求 16所述的电子文档的提供系统, 其特征在于, 其中, 所述子书包 括子信息文件, 所述子书客户端根据所述子信息文件获得所述操作指令所对应的内容 在所述母书中的位置信息。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的电子文档的提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述子信息文件记 录所述子书中内容所属页码在所述母书中的位置信息。
19、 如权利要求 16-18任一项所述的电子文档的提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述母书 服务器根据作者编写的文档生成所述母书。
20、 如权利要求 16-18任一项所述的电子文档的提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述母书 服务器接收所述用户通过所述子书客户端发送的搜索词, 并根据所述搜索词进行搜索 以获得多个搜索内容, 以及对所述多个搜索内容进行聚合并形成所述母书。
21、 如权利要求 16所述的电子文档的提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述母书服务器, 还用于根据所述母书的内容生成所述母书对应的编号。
22、 如权利要求 21所述的电子文档的提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述母书与所述子 书具有相同的编号。
23、 如权利要求 16所述的电子文档的提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述请求消息包括 所述子书客户端所需子书的格式信息, 所述母书服务器还用于根据所述格式信息为所 述子书客户端生成对应的子书。
24、 如权利要求 16所述的电子文档的提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述母书服务器, 还用于根据所述母书中的部分内容生成所述母书所对应的指紋信息。
25、 如权利要求 16所述的电子文档的提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述母书服务器, 还用于获得所述母书的版权保护信息, 并根据所述母书的版权保护信息选择所述子书 的受保护格式或非保护格式发送至所述子书客户端。
26、 如权利要求 16所述的电子文档的提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述母书服务器, 还用于获得所述子书客户端的权限信息, 并根据所述权限信息对所述子书客户端所获 得的内容进行管理。
27、 如权利要求 26所述的电子文档的提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述权限信息包括 所述子书客户端所能够获得的母书的页码信息。
28、 如权利要求 26或 27所述的电子文档的提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述权限信 息包括所述子书客户端所能够获得的母书的内容量信息。
29、 如权利要求 16所述的电子文档的提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述子书客户端, 还用于接收所述用户的定制信息, 并将所述定制信息发送至所述母书服务器, 以及所 述母书服务器, 还用于根据所述定制信息为所述子书客户端生成所述子书。
30、 如权利要求 16所述的电子文档的提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述子书客户端为 多个。
31、 一种母书服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
母书生成模块, 用于生成母书;
接收模块, 用于接收子书客户端发送的请求消息;
子书生成模块, 用于根据所述请求消息和所述母书为所述子书客户端生成相应的 子书, 并将所述子书发送至所述子书客户端; 以及
管理模块, 用于接收所述子书客户端根据用户的操作指令生成的操作请求和所述 操作指令所对应的内容在所述母书中的位置信息, 并根据所述位置信息将所述操作指 令所对应的内容发送至所述子书客户端。
32、 如权利要求 31所述的母书服务器, 其特征在于, 其中, 所述子书包括子信息 文件, 以使所述子书客户端根据所述子信息文件获得所述操作指令所对应的内容在所 述母书中的位置信息。
33、 如权利要求 32所述的母书服务器, 其特征在于, 所述子信息文件记录所述子 书中内容所属页码在所述母书中的位置信息。
34、 如权利要求 31 -33任一项所述的母书服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括: 搜索模块, 用于根据所述子书客户端发送的搜索词进行搜索以获得多个搜索内容, 以使所述母书生成模块对所述多个搜索内容进行聚合并形成所述母书。
35、 如权利要求 31所述的母书服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括:
编号生成模块, 用于根据所述母书的内容生成所述母书对应的编号。
36、 如权利要求 31所述的母书服务器, 其特征在于, 所述请求消息包括所述子书 客户端所需子书的格式信息, 所述子书生成模块根据所述格式信息为所述子书客户端 生成对应的子书。
37、 如权利要求 31所述的母书服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括:
指紋生成模块, 用于根据所述母书中的部分内容生成所述母书所对应的指紋信息。
38、 一种子书客户端, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送模块, 用于向母书服务器发送所述请求消息;
接收模块, 用于接收所述母书服务器根据所述请求消息和所述母书服务器中的母 书生成的子书; 以及
操作控制模块, 用于接收用户的操作指令, 并获得所述操作指令所对应的内容在 所述母书中的位置信息, 以及根据所述位置信息从所述母书服务器中获得所述操作指 令所对应的内容。
39、 如权利要求 38所述的子书客户端, 其特征在于, 其中, 所述子书包括子信息 文件, 所述子书客户端根据所述子信息文件获得所述操作指令所对应的内容在所述母 书中的位置信息。
40、 如权利要求 39所述的子书客户端, 其特征在于, 所述子信息文件记录所述子 书中内容所属页码在所述母书中的位置信息。
41、 如权利要求 38所述的子书客户端, 其特征在于, 所述请求消息包括所述子书 客户端所需子书的格式信息, 以使所述母书服务器根据所述格式信息为所述子书客户 端生成对应的子书。
42、 一种电子文档的提供方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤:
母书服务器生成母书;
所述母书服务器接收子书客户端发送的请求消息, 其中, 所述请求消息包括所述 子书客户端所需子书的格式信息; 以及
所述母书服务器根据所述请求消息和所述母书为所述子书客户端生成相应的子 书, 并将所述子书发送至所述子书客户端。
43、 如权利要求 42所述的电子文档的提供方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述子书客户端接收所述用户的定制信息, 并将所述定制信息发送至所述母书服 务器; 以及
所述母书服务器根据所述定制信息为所述子书客户端生成所述子书。
44、 一种电子文档的提供系统, 其特征在于, 包括母书服务器和至少一个子书客 户端, 其中,
所述至少一个子书客户端, 用于向所述母书服务器发送请求消息, 其中, 所述请 求消息包括所述子书客户端所需子书的格式信息; 以及
所述母书服务器, 用于生成母书, 并根据所述请求消息和所述母书为所述子书客 户端生成相应的子书, 并将所述子书发送至所述子书客户端。
45、 如权利要求 44所述的电子文档的提供系统, 其特征在于, 所述子书客户端, 还用于接收所述用户的定制信息, 并将所述定制信息发送至所述母书服务器, 以使所 述母书服务器根据所述定制信息为所述子书客户端生成所述子书。
46、 一种母书服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
母书生成模块, 用于生成母书;
接收模块, 用于接收子书客户端发送的请求消息, 其中, 所述请求消息包括所述 子书客户端所需子书的格式信息; 以及
子书生成模块, 用于根据所述请求消息和所述母书为所述子书客户端生成相应的 子书, 并将所述子书发送至所述子书客户端。
47、 一种子书客户端, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送模块, 用于向母书服务器发送所述请求消息, 其中, 所述请求消息包括所述 子书客户端所需子书的格式信息; 以及
接收模块, 用于接收所述母书服务器根据所述请求消息和所述母书服务器中的母 书生成的子书。
