Claims (21)
- 카드 결제를 수행할 사용자의 이동통신단말기 식별정보를 입력받고, 상기 이동통신단말기 식별정보를 포함하여 상기 이동통신단말기에 대한 셀프 카드 결제를 요청하는 셀프 카드 결제 요청 신호를 전송하고, 상기 셀프 결제 요청 신호에 응답하여 결제 요청 신호가 수신되면 상기 결제 요청 신호에 포함된 카드정보에 의해 해당 카드 결제 금융사를 통해 결제를 수행하는 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기;가상 카드 단말 식별정보를 포함하는 청구서의 수신 시 청구서를 표시한 후, 카드로부터 카드정보를 읽어 카드정보와 상기 청구서를 포함하는 결제 요청 신호를 전송하는 이동통신단말기; 및상기 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기로부터 상기 셀프 카드 결제 요청 신호의 수신 시 상기 셀프 카드 결제 요청 신호에 포함된 이동통신단말기 식별정보의 이동통신단말기로 가상 카드 단말 식별정보를 포함한 청구서를 전송하고, 상기 이동통신단말기로부터 상기 결제 요청 신호의 수신 시 상기 가상 카드 단말 식별정보에 대응하는 상기 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기로 제공하는 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이동통신단말기는,유무선 인터넷망 및 이동통신망에 접속하여 상기 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부와 데이터 통신을 수행하는 통신부;일정 거리 이내의 카드로부터 카드정보를 읽어 출력하는 카드 리더부; 및상기 통신부를 통해 상기 청구서의 수신 시 상기 카드 리더부를 통해 결제를 할 카드의 카드정보를 읽어 상기 결제 요청 신호를 생성하여 상기 통신부를 통해 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부로 전송하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제어부는,상기 청구서의 수신 시 사용자로부터 아이디 및 패스워드 중 적어도 하나 이상을 입력받고, 입력된 아이디 및 패스워드 중 하나에 대응하는 미리 저장된 아이디 및 패스워드와 비교하여 일치하는지를 검사하는 인증부;상기 인증부에 의한 인증 성공 시 상기 청구서를 수신하고 청구서에 포함된 결제 금액 및 가맹점 정보를 검출하여 표시하는 결제정보 획득부;상기 청구서의 표시 후, 상기 청구서에 대해 결제를 수행할 카드를 상기 카드 리더부에 인접시킬 것을 요구하고, 인접한 카드로부터 카드정보를 읽어 획득하는 카드정보 획득부; 및상기 카드정보 및 청구서를 포함하는 결제 요청 신호를 생성하여 상기 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부로 전송하는 결제부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제어부는,상기 카드정보 획득부를 통한 카드 정보 획득 시 상기 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부를 통해 상기 카드정보의 카드에 대한 카드 조회를 수행하는 카드 조회부를 더 포함하되,상기 결제부는, 상기 카드 조회부를 통한 조회 결과에 이상이 없는 경우 상기 결제 요청 신호를 생성하여 상기 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,가맹점 카드 결제 단말기는,다수의 숫자키 및 카드 셀프 결제 기능키를 구비하는 입력부;일반공중전화망에 접속하여 금융사 서버들과 데이터 통신을 수행하고, 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부와 데이터 통신을 수행하는 통신부;가상 카드 결제 가맹점 프로그램이 저장되어 있는 저장부; 및상기 카드 셀프 결제 기능키의 입력 후 상기 가상 카드 결제 가맹점 프로그램에 따라 카드 결제를 수행할 사용자의 이동통신단말기 식별정보를 상기 입력부를 통해 입력받고 상기 이동통신단말기 식별정보를 포함하여 상기 이동통신단말기에 대한 셀프 카드 결제를 요청하는 셀프 카드 결제 요청 신호를 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부로 전송하고, 상기 셀프 결제 요청 신호에 응답하여 상기 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부로부터 결제 요청 신호가 수신되면 상기 결제 요청 신호에 포함된 카드정보에 의해 해당 카드 결제 금융사를 통해 결제를 수행하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기는,가맹점 컴퓨터 단말기와 연결되어 데이터 통신을 수행하는 제2통신부를 더 구비하되,상기 가상 카드 결제 가맹점 프로그램은 상기 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부를 통한 셀프 카드 결제 서비스 제공 가맹점으로 등록 시 상기 제2통신부에 의해 접속된 가맹점 컴퓨터 단말기를 통해 상기 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부로부터 다운로드 받아 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제어부는,상기 카드 셀프 결제 기능키의 입력 후 상기 가상 카드 결제 가맹점 프로그램에 따라 카드 결제를 수행할 사용자의 이동통신단말기 식별정보를 상기 입력부를 통해 입력받고 상기 이동통신단말기 식별정보를 포함하여 상기 이동통신단말기에 대한 셀프 카드 결제를 요청하는 셀프 카드 결제 요청 신호를 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부로 전송하는 가상 결제 확인 처리부;상기 통신부를 통해 결제 요청 신호를 수신받고, 결제 요청 신호에 포함된 카드 정보를 검출하여 획득하는 카드 정보 획득부; 및상기 획득된 카드정보의 카드에 대한 결제를 승인하는 해당 카드 결제 금융사를 통해 결제를 수행하는 카드 결제 모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제어부는,상기 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부를 통한 카드 셀프 결제 서비스 제공 가맹점 등록 시 상기 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부로부터 임의의 범위를 가지는 가상 카드 단말 식별정보 대역을 할당받고, 상기 카드 셀프 결제 기능키 눌림에 의한 카드 셀프 결제 요청 발생 시 상기 가상 카드 단말 식별정보 대역의 임의의 가상 카드 단말 식별정보를 생성하는 가상 카드 단말 식별 정보 생성부를 더 포함하되,상기 가상 결제 확인 처리부는 생성된 가상 카드 단말 식별정보를 상기 셀프 결제 요청 신호에 포함하여 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,가상 가맹점 관리 서버부는,카드 셀프 결제 서비스를 제공하고 카드 가맹 승인 완료된 업체의 가맹점 정보를 저장하는 가맹점 DB;상기 카드 셀프 결제 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 사용자의 이동통신단말기 식별정보를 포함하는 사용자 정보를 저장하는 사용자 DB;상기 카드 셀프 결제 서비스를 제공할 가맹점 및 개인 회원 등록 수단을 웹페이지를 통해 제공하고, 상기 등록 수단을 통해 입력된 가맹점 정보를 상기 가맹점 DB에 저장하여 가맹점으로 등록하고, 상기 등록 수단을 통해 사용자 정보를 입력받아 상기 사용자 DB에 저장하여 개인 회원으로 등록하는 웹 서버; 및상기 회원으로 등록한 가맹점의 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기로부터 상기 셀프 카드 결제 요청 신호의 수신 시 상기 카드 셀프 결제 서비스 가입 회원에 대해 상기 셀프 카드 결제 요청 신호에 포함된 이동통신단말기 식별정보의 이동통신단말기로 가상 카드 단말 식별정보를 포함한 청구서를 전송하고, 상기 이동통신단말기로부터 상기 결제 요청 신호의 수신 시 상기 가상 카드 단말 식별정보에 대응하는 상기 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기로 제공하는 가상 가맹점 관리 서버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제9항에 있어서,상기 가상 카드 단말 식별정보는 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부에 의해 생성되어 상기 이동통신단말기에 할당되되, 상기 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기의 카드 단말 식별정보와 맵핑되어 관리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가상 카드 단말 식별정보는 이동통신단말기에서 1회의 카드정보 리드에 대해 유효하며, 상기 1회의 카드정보 리드 후, 삭제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부는,가맹점 카드 결제 단말기의 제조사 및 기기 종류에 따른 가상 카드 결제 가맹점 프로그램들을 저장하는 어플리케이션 DB를 더 포함하고,상기 웹 서버는 상기 카드 셀프 결제 서비스를 제공할 가맹점 회원 등록 시 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기에 대한 제조사 및 기기 종류를 입력받고 입력된 제조사 및 기기 종류에 대응하는 설치 프로그램 및 가상 카드 결제 프로그램을 가맹점 컴퓨터 단말기로 제공하여 상기 가맹점 컴퓨터 단말기에 상기 설치 프로그램의 설치 후 상기 설치 프로그램에 의해 상기 가상 카드 결제 프로그램을 상기 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기에 설치하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 시스템.
- 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기가 이동통신단말기 식별정보의 입력과 함께 셀프 카드 서비스가 요청되면 상기 이동통신단말기 식별정보 및 결제 금액을 포함하는 셀프 카드 결제 요청 신호를 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부로 전송하여 상기 이동통신단말기에 대한 셀프 카드 결제를 요청하는 셀프 카드 결제 요청 과정;가상 가맹점 관리 서버부가 상기 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기로부터 상기 셀프 카드 결제 요청 신호의 수신 시 상기 셀프 카드 결제 요청 신호에 포함된 이동통신단말기 식별정보의 이동통신단말기로 가상 카드 단말 식별정보를 포함한 청구서를 전송하는 카드 결제 요청 과정;이동통신단말기가 가상 카드 단말 식별정보를 포함하는 청구서의 수신 시 청구서를 표시한 후, 카드로부터 카드정보를 읽어 카드정보와 상기 청구서를 포함하는 결제 요청 신호를 전송하는 가상 결제 요청 과정;가상 가맹점 관리 서버부가 상기 결제 요청 신호의 수신 시 포함된 청구서의 가상 카드 단말기 식별정보에 대응하는 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기로 결제 요청 신호를 전송하는 결제 요청 과정; 및상기 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기가 상기 결제 요청 신호의 수신 시 상기 결제 요청 신호에 포함된 카드정보에 의해 해당 카드 결제 금융사를 통해 결제를 수행하는 결제 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,셀프 카드 결제 요청 과정은,가맹점 카드 결제 단말기가 이동통신단말기 식별정보 대해 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부로부터 미리 할당 받은 임의의 범위를 가지는 가상 카드 단말 식별정보 대역에서 임의의 하나의 가상 카드 단말 식별정보를 생성하는 가상 카드 단말 식별 정보 생성 단계;상기 생성된 가상 카드 단말 식별정보, 상기 이동통신단말기 식별정보 및 결제 금액을 구비하는 청구서를 포함하는 셀프 카드 결제 요청 신호를 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부로 전송하는 셀프 카드 결제 요청 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 카드 결제 요청 과정은,상기 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부가 상기 셀프 카드 결제 요청 신호의 수신 시 상기 셀프 카드 결제 요청 신호에 포함된 이동통신단말기 식별정보에 대응하는 이동통신단말기에 가상 카드 단말기 식별정보를 생성 및 부여하고, 상기 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기에 대한 가맹점 정보에 맵핑하여 저장하는 가상 카드 단말기 식별정보 할당 단계; 및상기 가상 카드 단말기 식별정보가 포함된 청구서를 상기 이동통신단말기로 전송하는 카드 결제 요청 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 방법.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서,상기 가상 결제 요청 과정은,상기 청구서의 수신 시 사용자로부터 아이디 및 패스워드 중 적어도 하나 이상을 입력받고, 입력된 아이디 및 패스워드 중 하나에 대응하는 미리 저장된 아이디 및 패스워드와 비교하여 일치하는지를 검사하는 인증단계;인증 성공 시 상기 청구서를 수신하고 청구서에 포함된 결제 금액 및 가맹점 정보를 검출하여 표시하는 결제정보 획득 단계;상기 청구서의 표시 후, 청구서에 포함된 가상 카드 단말기 식별정보를 검출하여 저장하고, 상기 가상 카드 단말기 식별정보에 근거하여 상기 청구서에 대해 결제를 수행할 카드를 상기 카드 리더부에 인접시킬 것을 요구하고, 인접한 카드로부터 카드정보를 읽어 획득하는 카드정보 획득 단계; 및상기 카드정보 및 청구서를 포함하는 결제 요청 신호를 생성하여 상기 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부로 전송하는 가상 결제 요청 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 가상 결제 요청 과정은,상기 카드정보 획득부를 통한 카드 정보 획득 시 상기 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부를 통해 상기 카드정보의 카드에 대한 카드 조회를 수행하는 카드 조회 단계를 더 포함하되,상기 가상 결제 요청 단계에서 조회 결과에 이상이 없는 경우 상기 결제 요청 신호를 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 가상 결제 요청 과정은,상기 카드정보 획득 단계 후, 상기 저장된 가상 카드 단말기 식별정보를 삭제하는 가상 카드 단말기 식별정보 삭제 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 카드 셀프 결제 서비스를 제공할 가맹점 회원을 등록하는 가맹점 등록 단계 및 상기 카드 셀프 결제 서비스를 이용할 개인 회원을 등록하는 개인 회원 등록 단계로 이루어지는 회원 등록 과정을 더 포함하되,상기 셀프 카드 결제 요청 과정은 상기 회원 등록 과정을 통해 가맹점 회원으로 등록한 가맹점에서 상기 개인 회원으로 등록된 회원의 이동통신단말기에 대해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 가맹점 등록 단계는,가맹점 카드 결제 단말기가 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부로부터 가상 카드 결제 가맹점 프로그램을 다운로드 받아 설치하는 프로그램 설치 단계; 및가맹점 컴퓨터 단말기를 통해 가맹점 등록 수단을 제공하는 가상 가맹점 관리 서버부의 웹 서버에 접속하여 상기 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기 식별정보를 포함하는 가맹점 정보를 상기 가맹점 등록 수단을 통해 입력하여 가맹점 등록을 수행하는 가맹점 정보 입력 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 프로그램 설치 단계는,가맹점 컴퓨터 단말기가 상기 웹서버에서 제공하는 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기의 제조사 및 기기 종류를 입력하는 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기 정보 입력 단계;가맹점 컴퓨터 단말기가 상기 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기에 대응하는 설치 프로그램 및 가상 카드 결제 가맹점 프로그램을 상기 웹 서버로부터 다운로드 받는 다운로드 단계;상기 가맹점 컴퓨터 단말기가 상기 설치 프로그램을 설치하는 설치 프로그램 설치 단계;상기 가맹점 컴퓨터 단말기가 상기 설치 프로그램을 통해 가상 카드 결제 가맹점 프로그램을 상기 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기로 전송하는 가상 카드 결제 가맹점 프로그램 전송 단계; 및상기 가맹점 카드 결제 단말기가 상기 설치 프로그램에 의해 다운로드되는 가상 카드 결제 가맹점 프로그램을 설치하는 가상 카드 결제 가맹점 프로그램 설치 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 셀프 카드 결제 방법.
