Description

收集无线局域网的接入点信息的方法、 装置及系统 技术领域 本发明涉及无线通讯技术领域, 具体涉及一种收集无线局域网的接入 点信息的方法、 装置及系统。
背景技术 无线局 i或网 (wireless local area network, WLAN )是一种以无线方式 组建的网络体系, 支持接入 WLAN的用户设备 ( user equipment, UE )通 过搜索并连接到 WLAN的接入点 (access point, AP ), 就可以享受到便捷 的宽带互联网服务。 目前, 在办公楼宇、 商业中心、 学校等人群聚集的区 域, 企业或学校已经部署了较多的 WLAN AP供用户接入访问。
近年来, 随着移动数据流量的大幅上升, 移动通信网络的带宽和速度 都面临着越来越大的挑战, 为了緩解现有移动通信网络的数据流量负荷, 电信运营商也开始逐步部署大量的 WLANAP。如何优化无线局域网和移动 通信网络的覆盖, 实现无线局域网和移动通信网络的融合互通, 正成为技 术研究的热点, 具备广阔的商用前景。 其中, 如何方便快捷地收集已部署 的 WLAN AP的信息, 对于优化 WLAN的网络覆盖具有重要意义。
现有技术中, 应用程序开发商已开发出收集 WLANAP信息的应用程 序, 智能手机运行该应用程序时会收集周围的 WLAN AP信息, 然后将收 集到的 WLAN AP信息上传给应用程序开发商的服务器, 供其他用户共享 使用。 但是, 这种方法需要用户在手机中安装特定的应用程序, 并且收集 到的 WLAN AP信息对于电信运营商提供的网络而言是透明不可见的, 并 不能为电信运营商所用。 目前, 尚未发现基于移动通信网络架构的收集 WLAN AP信息的技术方案。 发明内容 本发明实施例提供了一种收集无线局域网 WLAN的接入点 AP信息的 方法、 装置及系统, 可以基于移动通信网络的架构, 便捷地收集 WLAN AP 的信息。

第一方面, 提供了一种收集无线局域网的接入点信息的方法, 该方法 包括:
网络设备在最小化路测 MDT测量配置过程中向基站发送 WLAN AP需 求信息,所述 WLAN AP需求信息用于请求用户设备 UE上报 WLAN AP信 息;

具体实施方式 为使本发明的目的、 技术方案、 及优点更加清楚明白, 下面结合附图 并举实施例, 对本发明提供的技术方案作进一步详细描述。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案可以应用于各种移动通信网络, 例如: 通用移动通信 ( universal mobile telecommunication system, UMTS ) 系统、 通用分组无线业务 ( general packet radio service )系统、 长期演进 ( long term evolution, LTE ) 系统、 先进的长期演进 ( long term evolution advanced, LTE- A )等。 术语 "网络" 和 "系统" 可以相互替换。
在本发明实施例中, 基站(base station, BS ) 可以是与用户设备 ( user equipment, UE )或其它通信站点, 如中继站点, 进行通信的站点, 基站可 以提供特定物理区域的通信覆盖。 UE 可以分布于整个无线网络中, 每个 UE可以是静态的或移动的。 UE可以称为终端( terminal ), 移动台 ( mobile station ), 用户单元 ( subscriber unit ), 站台 ( station )等。 UE可以为蜂窝电 话 ( cellular phone ), 个人数字助理 ( ersonal digital assistant, PDA ), 无线 调制解调器(modem ), 无线通信设备, 手持设备( handheld ), 膝上型电脑 ( laptop computer )等。 无线局域网的接入节点( access point, AP )也称无 线访问节点、 会话点或存取桥接器, 具体可以是指单纯性无线 AP, 也可以 是指无线路由器,或者也可以是指其他能够提供 UE以无线方式接入无线局 域网的设备。 本发明实施例中, 基站工作在 UMTS系统、 LTE系统等移动 通信网络中, 无线局域网的接入点 AP工作在无线局域网中。
参见图 1,本发明实施例提供的一种收集无线局域网的接入点信息的方 法, 包括:
步骤 S101、 用户设备 UE接收基站发送的 WLAN AP需求信息。
其中,所述 WLAN AP需求信息为网络设备在最小化路测 MDT测量配 置过程中发送至所述基站,所述 WLAN AP需求信息用于请求所述 UE上报
WLAN AP信息。
最小化路测 (minimization of drive tests , MDT )技术是第三代合作伙 伴计划 ( 3rd generation partnership project, 3GPP )标准组织提出的一项全 新的路测技术,通过移动通信网络对用户设备 UE进行 MDT测量配置, 由 UE按照 MDT测量配置进行 MDT测量并上报 MDT测量结果。由于在 MDT 测量过程中需要用户设备 UE参与,会涉及用户意愿,移动通信网络可以根 据用户意愿对特定 UE进行 MDT测量配置, 所述特定 UE可以是预先确定 的同意进行 MDT测量的 UE, 例如所述特定 UE可以是和电信运营商事先 签署同意进行 MDT测量协议的 UE。
移动通信网络可以向用户设备 UE发送 MDT测量配置信息, 用于指示 UE进行 MDT测量所需的参数, 如测量对象, 汇报配置, 测量标识, 数量 配置, 测量间隙等参数。 UE在接收到 MDT 测量配置信息后, 可以按照 MDT测量配置信息进行 MDT测量并上^艮 MDT测量结果。所述 MDT测量 结果与该 MDT测量配置信息相关, 具体可以是接收信号码功率(received signal code power , RSCP )、 接收信号强度指示 ( received signal strength indicator, RSSI )、码片能量与噪声功率比 / i¥a、参考信号接收功率( reference signal received power , RSRP ) 或者参考信号接收质量 ( reference signal received quality, RSRQ )等。 步骤 SI 02、 所述 UE根据所述 WLAN AP需求信息收集 WLAN AP信 息。
UE在接收到所述 WLAN AP需求信息之后,若所述 UE支持 WLAN接 入功能,所述 UE可以进行 WLAN搜索,以收集所述 UE周围的 WLAN AP 的信息。 例如, 所述 UE可以是通过侦听 WLAN AP定期发送的广播信标 ( beacon ),或者也可以是通过主动搜索( active scanning )的探测反馈( robe response ), 获得所述 UE周围的 WLAN AP的信息。
所述 UE收集的 WLAN AP信息,可以包括所述 WLAN AP的以下信息 中的一种或多种: 媒体访问控制 MAC地址、 服务集标识符 SSID、 加密类 型、 信道号、 使用协议、 部署者。 其中, MAC地址也称硬件地址, 是由 48 比特长, 12位的 16进制数组成, 每个 WLAN AP具有全球唯一的 MAC地 址; 服务集标识符 SSID可以由部署者在部署 WLAN AP时自行定义; 部署 者可以是运营商、 企业、 学校或者个人; 加密类型可以是 WPA ( Wi-Fi Protected Access )、 WPA2( Wi-Fi Protected Access 2 )或 PSK( Pre-shared Key ); 使用协议可以是 IEEE( Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers )802.11 系列协议, 例如 802.11a、 802.11b, 802.11g、 802.11η等; 信道号是所述 UE 检测到 WLAN AP的工作信道的号码。
步骤 S103、 所述 UE向所述基站发送所述 WLAN AP信息, 以使得所 述基站向所述网络设备发送所述 WLAN AP信息。
采用图 1 所示实施例提供的收集无线局域网的接入点信息的方法, 可 以基于移动通信网络的架构, 利用 MDT测量配置过程, 由 UE收集并上报 WLAN AP信息, 从而可以便捷地收集 WLAN AP信息。 并且, 由于 MDT 测量配置过程可以选择进行 MDT测量的 UE,采用该方法收集的 WLAN AP 信息也具有艮好的准确性和可靠性。
可选地, 上述步骤 S101中的 WLAN AP需求信息可以用于请求 UE上 报特定 WLAN AP的信息; 步骤 S102中, UE根据所述 WLAN AP需求信 息收集 WLAN AP信息时,可以记录搜索到的 WLAN AP中特定 WLAN AP 的信息, 所述特定 WLAN AP包括: 具有特定的部署者的 WLAN AP, 或者 具有特定的服务集标识符 SSID的 WLANAP。
例如, 可以只收集特定运营商部署的 WLAN AP的信息, 以用于后续 针对性地优化该运营商的 WLAN 网络覆盖。 若运营商自行定义特定的 SSID,例如将 SSID和公共陆地移动网络( ublic land mobile network, PLMN ) 绑定, 也可以只收集具有特定的服务集标识符 SSID的 WLAN AP的信息。
可选地, 所述 UE在收集所述 WLAN AP信息时, 还可以记录所述 UE 的状态信息, 得到 WLAN AP信息记录; 所述 WLAN AP信息记录包含所 述 UE收集的 WLAN AP信息, 以及所述 UE在收集所述 WLAN AP信息时 记录的所述 UE的状态信息; 则所述 UE向所述基站发送所述 WLAN AP信 息, 进一步包括: 所述 UE向所述基站发送所述 WLAN AP信息记录。
上述 UE的状态信息, 可以包括以下信息中的一种或多种: 所述 UE接 收所述 WLAN AP信号的接收信号功率、 所述 UE所处的地理位置信息、 所述 UE收集所述 WLAN AP信息的收集时间。 其中, 所述接收信号功率 可以反映所述 UE和所述 WLAN AP的距离大小。 通常, 当 WLAN AP的 发射功率确定以后, UE距离所述 WLAN AP的距离越近, 接收信号功率 也就越大。 所述地理位置信息是所述 UE在收集所述 WLAN AP信息时所 处的地理位置信息。 例如, 若所述 UE 支持全球导航卫星系统 (Global Navigation Satellite System, GNSS )功能, 所述 UE可以通过开启 GNSS 设备来获取地理位置信息。所述收集时间是所述 UE在收集所述 WLAN AP 信息的时间, 可以是绝对时间, 也可以是相对于配置下发时间的相对收集 时间。
可选地, 上述步骤 S101中所述 UE接收基站发送的 WLAN AP需求信 息, 可以包括: 所述 UE 接收基站发送的日志型测量配置 (Logged Measurement Configuration ) 消息, 所述日志型测量配置消息包含所述 WLAN AP需求信息; 或者, 所述 UE接收基站发送的无线资源控制 (radio resource control, RRC )连接重配置 ( RRC Connection Reconfiguration ) 消 息, 所述 RRC连接重配置消息包含所述 WLAN AP需求信息。
当 UE 接收到日志型测量配置消息时, UE 可以采取日志型 MDT
( Logged MDT )测量方式, UE可以在 RRC空闲态( RRC idle )进行 MDT 测量; 当 UE接收到 R C连接重配置消息时, UE可以采取即时型 MDT
( Immediate MDT )测量方式, UE可以在 RRC连接态 ( RRC connected ) 进行 MDT测量。
若所述 UE通过日志型测量配置消息接收到 WLAN AP需求信息,可选 地,上述步骤 S102中所述 UE根据所述 WLAN AP需求信息进行 WLAN搜 索并记录, 可以在所述 UE处于 RRC空闲态时进行; 则所述 UE向所述基 站发送所述 WLAN AP信息记录, 可以进一步包括: 所述 UE向所述基站发 送 MDT日志, 所述 MDT日志包含所述 WLAN AP信息记录; 在所述 UE 向所述基站发送 MDT日志之前,还可包括:所述 UE向所述基站发送 MDT 日志可用消息; 所述 UE接收所述基站发送的 MDT日志需求消息。
若所述 UE通过 RRC连接重配置消息接收到 WLAN AP需求信息, 可 选地,上述步骤 S102中所述 UE根据所述 WLAN AP需求信息进行 WLAN 搜索并记录, 可以在所述 UE处于 RRC连接态时进行; 则上述 UE向所述 基站发送所述 WLAN AP信息记录,可以进一步包括: 所述 UE向所述基站 发送测量报告, 所述测量报告包含所述 WLAN AP信息记录。
需要说明的是, 若所述 UE在进行 WLAN搜索时, 搜索到多个 WLAN AP, 则可以同时得到多条 WLAN AP信息记录, 所述多条 WLAN AP信息 记录与所述多个 WLAN AP分别对应, 所述多条 WLAN AP信息记录可以 具有相同的地理位置信息以及收集时间。
为了更清楚的介绍图 1所示实施例中 UE收集并上报的 WLAN AP信息 记录, 下面结合图 2进行说明。 在图 2中, 支设有两个 UE, 分布在三个 AP的覆盖区域内, 不失一般性, 两个 UE标识分别记为 UE1和 UE2, 三 个 AP的 SSID分别记为 AP1、 AP2和 AP3。 UE1可以同时搜索到 AP1、 AP2和 AP3, 记录得到三条 WLAN AP信息记录; UE2可以同时搜索到 AP 1和 AP2, 记录得到两条 WLAN AP信息记录。
在表 -1中, 给出了用户设备 UE1收集并上报的三条 WLAN AP信息记 录, 表中数据仅为示例性的数据, 并不构成对本发明实施例的限制。

结合图 2,观察表 -1和表 -2中的数据可以发现,对于同一个 WLAN AP, 处在不同位置的不同的 UE的接收信号功率与 UE和 AP的距离直接相关, 距离越近,接收信号功率也越大; 不同 UE收集到的 WLAN AP信息保持一 致。 对于同一个 UE收集的多条 WLAN AP信息记录, 收集时间, 地理位置 保持一致。
若所述 UE收集到多条 WLAN AP信息记录,所述 UE可以向所述基站 发送全部多条 WLAN AP信息记录, 也可以只向所述基站发送部分 WLAN AP信息记录, 例如只发送接收信号功率最大的一个或几个 WLAN AP信息 记录; 所述 UE可以单次发送多条 WLANAP信息记录,也可以分多次发送 多条 WLAN AP信息记录。

WLAN AP信息的同时, 还能获取到收集所述 WLAN AP信息的 UE的状 态信息。 将收集到的所述 WLAN AP信息、 UE接收所述 WLAN AP信号 的接收信号功率、 UE所处的地理位置信息以及 UE收集所述 WLAN AP信 息的收集时间相结合, 可以了解所述 WLAN AP工作状况, 如网络覆盖范 围及信号强度, 进而可以利用这些信息对 WLAN 进行优化, 例如优化 WLAN的网络覆盖。 参见图 3,本发明实施例提供的一种收集无线局域网的接入点信息的方 法, 包括:
步骤 S301、 基站接收网络设备在最小化路测 MDT测量配置过程中发 送的 WLAN AP需求信息; 其中, 该 WLAN AP需求信息用于请求用户设 备 UE上报 WLAN AP信息。

采用图 3 所示实施例提供的收集无线局域网的接入点信息的方法, 可 以基于移动通信网络的架构, 利用 MDT测量配置过程, 由 UE收集并上报 WLAN AP信息, 从而可以便捷、 准确、 可靠地收集 WLAN AP信息。
可选地,所述基站接收网络设备在最小化路测 MDT测量配置过程中发 送的 WLAN AP需求信息, 可以包括: 所述基站接收网络设备发送的 MDT 测量激活消息, 所述 MDT测量激活消息包含所述 WLAN AP需求信息。

WLAN AP信息记录数据库示例 该更新策略是基于这样考虑,由于 WLAN AP的部署者不同,其 WLAN AP运行工作的可靠性和稳定性也不相同。通常来说,运营商部署的 WLAN AP的可靠性和稳定性最高,个人部署的 WLAN AP的可靠性和稳定性最差, 企业或学校部署的 WLAN AP的可靠性和稳定性介于两者之间。 因此, 可 以考虑对部署者不同的 WLAN AP信息记录, 赋予不同的有效期限。 部署 者为运营商的 WLAN AP信息记录的有效时限最长, 例如两年; 部署者为 企业或学校的 WLAN AP信息记录的有效时限居中, 例如六个月; 部署者 为个人的 WLANAP信息记录的有效时限最短, 例如一个月。
对于已建立的 WLAN AP信息记录数据库中同一个 WLAN AP的多条 WLAN AP信息记录:
优先保留接收信号功率最大的 WLAN AP信息记录, 优先删除接收信 号功率最小的 WLAN AP信息记录; 或者,

接收信号功率最大、 地理位置信息存在或收集时间最近的这些 WLAN AP信息记录, 相对于其他 WLAN AP信息记录具有更好的参考价值, 例如 接收信号功率较大表明收集并上报该 WLAN AP信息记录的 UE距离所述该 WLAN AP 的距离最近, 利用该 UE 的地理位置信息可更好地估计出该 WLAN AP的地理位置信息。

采用上述可选技术方案提供的网络设备,可以根据已建立的 WLAN AP 信息记录数据库确定所述 UE所处的地理位置信息。由于 WLAN AP的覆盖 范围通常只有 10〜20米,所以这种确定 UE的地理位置信息的技术方案的定 位精度可达 5〜20米, 并且该方法对于 UE位于室内的情形仍然适用, 能够 克服基于全球导航卫星系统 GNSS的定位方法适用于室外情形的限制。
可选地,所述处理器 1030还用于在所述接收器 1020接收到所述 WLAN AP信息记录时,若所述接收器 1020还接收到 MDT测量结果,将所述 MDT 测量结果,与根据已建立的 WLAN AP信息记录数据库确定的所述 UE所处 的地理位置信息进行关联;其中,所述 MDT测量结果为所述 UE进行 MDT 测量所得。
采用该可选技术方案提供的网络设备, 将所述 MDT测量结果, 与根据 已建立的 WLAN AP信息记录数据库确定的所述 UE所处的地理位置信息进 行关联, 可以针对移动通信网络进行优化, 例如优化移动通信网络的网络 覆盖。 此外, 也可基于上述 WLAN AP信息记录和 MDT测量结果, 促进移 动通信网络和无线局域网的融合互通, 例如综合考虑上述移动通信网络和 无线局域网的网络覆盖。 参见图 11, 本发明实施例提供的一种通信系统 110, 包括: 如图 5所 示实施例中用户设备 UE 50、 如图 6所示实施例中基站 60、 以及如图 7所 示实施例中网络设备 70; 其中:

所述网络设备接收所述基站发送的 WLAN AP信息; 所述 WLAN AP 信息由所述基站接收自所述 UE, 所述 WLAN AP信息为所述 UE在接收到 所述基站发送的所述 WLAN AP需求信息后, 根据所述 WLAN AP需求信 息收集所得。

所述未包含所述 UE所处的地理位置信息的 WLAN AP信息记录为第一 WLAN AP信息记录, 所述 UE为第一 UE;
则所述网络设备根据已建立的 WLAN AP信息记录数据库确定所述 UE 所处的地理位置信息, 进一步包括:
所述网络设备以所述第一 WLAN AP信息记录中包含的 WLAN AP的 MAC地址为检索标识, 检索所述已建立的 WLAN AP信息记录数据库中是 否存在第二 WLAN AP信息记录; 所述第二 WLAN AP信息记录中包含所 述 MAC地址, 并且包含第二 UE所处的地理位置信息;

所述网络设备将所述 MDT 测量结果, 与所述网络设备根据已建立的 WLAN AP信息记录数据库确定的所述第一 UE所处的地理位置信息进行关 联。
12、 一种收集无线局域网 WLAN的接入点 AP信息的方法, 其特征在 于, 包括:
用户设备 UE接收基站发送的 WLAN AP需求信息,所述 WLAN AP需 求信息为网络设备在最小化路测 MDT测量配置过程中发送至所述基站,所 述 WLAN AP需求信息用于请求所述 UE上报 WLAN AP信息;
所述 UE 艮据所述 WLAN AP需求信息收集 WLAN AP信息; 所述 UE向所述基站发送所述 WLAN AP信息,以使得所述基站将所述 WLAN AP信息发送给所述网络设备。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述 UE根据所述 WLAN AP需求信息收集 WLAN AP信息,进一步包 括:
所述 UE根据所述 WLAN AP需求信息进行 WLAN搜索, 并记录搜索 到的 WLAN AP中特定 WLAN AP的信息; 所述特定 WLAN AP包括: 具 有特定的部署者的 WLAN AP, 或者具有特定的服务集标识符 SSID 的

16、 根据权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述 UE接收基站发送的 WLAN AP需求信息, 进一步包括: 所述 UE接收基站发送的无线资源控制 R C 连接重配置消息, 所述
RRC连接重配置消息包含所述 WLAN AP需求信息;
所述 UE向所述基站发送所述 WLAN AP信息记录, 进一步地包括: 所述 UE向所述基站发送测量报告, 所述测量报告包含所述 WLAN AP 信息记录。
17、 根据权利要求 14-16任一所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述 UE在收集所述 WLAN AP信息时记录的所述 UE的状态信息, 包 括以下信息中的一种或多种:
所述 UE接收所述 WLAN AP信号的接收信号功率、所述 UE所处的地 理位置信息、 所述 UE收集所述 WLAN AP信息的收集时间。
18、 根据权利要求 12-17任一所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述 UE收集的 WLAN AP信息, 包括以下信息中的一种或多种: 媒体访问控制 MAC地址、 服务集标识符 SSID、 加密类型、 信道号、 使用的协议、 部署者。
19、 一种收集无线局域网 WLAN的接入点 AP信息的方法, 其特征在 于, 包括:
基站接收网络设备在最小化路测 MDT测量配置过程中发送的 WLAN AP需求信息, 所述 WLAN AP需求信息用于请求用户设备 UE上报 WLAN AP的信息;
所述基站向所述 UE发送所述 WLAN AP需求信息;
所述基站接收所述 UE发送的 WLAN AP信息,所述 WLAN AP信息为 所述 UE根据所述 WLAN AP需求信息收集所得;
所述基站向所述网络设备发送所述 WLAN AP信息。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述基站接收网络设备在 MDT测量配置过程中发送的 WLAN AP需求 信息, 进一步包括:
所述基站接收网络设备发送的 MDT测量激活消息, 所述 MDT测量激 活消息包含所述 WLAN AP需求信息。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述 MDT测量激活消息还包含 MDT测量指示信息, 所述 MDT测量 指示信息用于指示所述基站向 UE发送日志型测量配置消息或者无线资源 控制 RRC连接重配置消息, 所述日志型测量配置消息或 RRC连接重配置 消息中包含所述 WLAN AP需求信息;
所述基站向所述 UE发送 WLAN AP需求信息, 进一步包括: 所述基站根据所述 MDT测量指示信息, 向所述 UE发送所述日志型测 量配置消息; 或者,
所述基站根据所述 MDT测量指示信息, 向所述 UE发送所述 RRC连 接重配置消息。
22、 根据权利要求 19-21任一所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述基站接收所述 UE发送的 WLAN AP信息, 进一步包括: 所述基站接收所述 UE发送的 WLAN AP信息记录;所述 WLAN AP信 息记录包含所述 UE 收集的 WLAN AP信息, 以及所述 UE在收集所述 WLAN AP信息时记录的所述 UE的状态信息;
所述基站向所述网络设备发送所述 WLAN AP信息, 进一步包括: 所述基站向所述网络设备发送所述 WLAN AP信息记录。

若所述基站根据所述 MDT测量指示信息向所述 UE发送所述日志型测 量配置消息,所述基站接收所述 UE发送的 WLAN AP信息记录, 进一步包 括:
所述基站接收所述 UE发送的 MDT日志, 所述 MDT日志包含 WLAN AP信息记录;
所述基站向所述网络设备发送所述 WLAN AP信息记录, 进一步包括: 所述基站向所述网络设备发送所述 MDT日志。

若所述基站根据所述 MDT测量指示信息向所述 UE发送所述 RRC连 接重配置消息, 所述基站接收所述 UE发送的 WLAN AP信息记录,进一步 包括:
所述基站接收所述 UE发送的测量报告, 所述测量报告包含 WLAN AP 信息记录;
所述基站向所述网络设备发送所述 WLAN AP信息, 进一步包括: 所述基站向所述网络设备发送所述测量报告。
25、 根据权利要求 22-24任一所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述 UE在收集所述 WLAN AP信息时记录的所述 UE的状态信息, 包 括以下信息中的一种或多种:
所述 UE接收 WLAN AP信号的接收信号功率、所述 UE所处的地理位 置信息、 所述 UE收集所述 WLAN AP信息的收集时间。
26、 根据权利要求 19-25任一所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述 UE收集的 WLAN AP信息, 包括以下信息中的一种或多种: 媒体访问控制 MAC地址、 服务集标识符 SSID、 加密类型、 信道号、 使用的协议、 部署者。
27、 一种网络设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送单元,用于在最小化路测 MDT测量配置过程中向基站发送 WLAN AP需求信息, 所述 WLAN AP需求信息用于请求用户设备 UE上报 WLAN AP信息;
接收单元, 用于接收所述基站发送的 WLAN AP信息; 所述 WLAN AP 信息由所述基站接收自所述 UE, 所述 WLAN AP信息为所述 UE在接收到 所述基站发送的所述 WLAN AP需求信息后, 根据所述 WLAN AP需求信 息收集所得。
28、 根据权利要求 27所述的网络设备, 其特征在于:
所述发送单元用于在 MDT测量配置过程中向基站发送 WLAN AP需求 信息, 进一步包括:
所述发送单元用于向基站发送 MDT测量激活消息, 所述 MDT测量激 活消息包含所述 WLAN AP需求信息。
29、 根据权利要求 28所述的网络设备, 其特征在于:
所述 MDT测量激活消息还包含 MDT测量指示信息, 所述 MDT测量 指示信息用于指示所述基站向 UE发送日志型测量配置消息或者无线资源 控制 RRC连接重配置消息, 所述日志型测量配置消息或 RRC连接重配置 消息中包含所述 WLAN AP需求信息。
30、 根据权利要求 27-29任一所述的网络设备, 其特征在于: 所述接收单元用于接收所述基站发送的 WLAN AP信息, 进一步包括: 所述接收单元用于接收所述基站发送的 WLAN AP 信息记录; 所述
WLAN AP信息记录包含所述 UE收集的 WLAN AP信息, 以及所述 UE在 收集所述 WLAN AP信息时记录的所述 UE的状态信息。
31、 根据权利要求 30所述的网络设备, 其特征在于:
所述接收单元用于接收所述基站发送的 WLAN AP信息记录, 进一步 包括:
所述接收单元用于接收所述基站发送的 MDT日志, 所述 MDT日志包 括所述 WLAN AP信息记录; 或者,
所述接收单元用于接收所述基站发送的测量报告, 所述测量报告包括 所述 WLAN AP信息记录。
32、 根据权利要求 30-31任一所述的网络设备, 其特征在于: 所述 UE在收集所述 WLAN AP信息时记录的所述 UE的状态信息, 包 括以下信息中的一种或多种:
所述 UE接收到所述 WLAN AP的接收信号功率、所述 UE所处的地理 位置信息、 所述 UE收集所述 WLAN AP信息的收集时间。
33、 根据权利要求 27-32任一所述的网络设备, 其特征在于: 所述 UE收集的 WLAN AP信息, 包括以下信息中的一种或多种: 媒体访问控制 MAC地址、 服务集标识符 SSID、 加密类型、 信道号、 使用的协议、 部署者;
34、 根据权利要求 33所述的网络设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 处理单元, 用于在所述 WLAN AP信息记录中包含 WLAN AP的 MAC 地址时, 以所述 MAC地址为检索标识, 建立或更新 WLAN AP信息记录数 据库;
存储单元, 用于存储所述 WLAN AP信息记录数据库。
35、 根据权利要求 34所述的网络设备, 其特征在于:
所述处理单元, 还用于在更新 WLAN AP信息记录数据库时, 若所述 WLAN AP信息记录中未包含所述 UE所处的地理位置信息, 根据已建立的 WLAN AP信息记录数据库确定所述 UE所处的地理位置信息, 所述已建立 的 WLAN AP信息记录数据库包括至少一条 WLAN AP信息记录。
36、 根据权利要求 35所述的网络设备, 其特征在于:
所述未包含所述 UE所处的地理位置信息的 WLAN AP信息记录为第一 WLAN AP信息记录, 所述 UE为第一 UE;
则所述处理单元还用于根据已建立的 WLAN AP信息记录数据库确定 所述 UE所处的地理位置信息, 进一步包括:
所述处理单元还用于以所述第一 WLAN AP信息记录中包含的 WLAN AP的 MAC地址为检索标识, 检索所述已建立的 WLAN AP信息记录数据 库中是否存在第二 WLAN AP信息记录; 所述第二 WLAN AP信息记录中 包含所述 MAC地址, 并且包含第二 UE所处的地理位置信息; 若所述 WLAN AP信息记录数据库中存在所述第二 WLAN AP信息记 录,将所述第二 WLAN AP信息记录中包含的第二 UE所处的地理位置信息, 确定为所述第一 UE所处的地理位置信息。
37、 根据权利要求 36所述的网络设备, 其特征在于:
所述处理单元, 还用于在所述接收单元接收到所述第一 WLAN AP信 息记录时, 若所述接收单元还接收到 MDT测量结果, 将所述 MDT测量结 果, 与所述位置确定单元根据已建立的 WLAN AP信息记录数据库确定的 所述第一 UE所处的地理位置信息进行关联; 其中, 所述 MDT测量结果为 所述第一 UE进行 MDT测量所得。
38、 根据权利要求 27-37任一所述的网络设备, 其特征在于: 所述网络设备为网络管理系统设备、移动性管理实体 MME或服务通用 分组无线业务支持节点 SGSN。
39、 一种用户设备 UE, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收基站发送的 WLAN AP需求信息, 所述 WLAN AP 需求信息为网络设备在最小化路测 MDT测量配置过程中发送至所述基站, 所述 WLAN AP需求信息用于请求所述 UE上报 WLAN AP信息;
收集单元, 用于根据所述 WLAN AP需求信息收集 WLAN AP信息; 发送单元, 用于向所述基站发送所述 WLAN AP信息, 以使得所述基 站将所述 WLAN AP信息发送给所述网络设备。
40、 根据权利要求 39所述的 UE, 其特征在于:
所述收集单元用于根据所述 WLAN AP需求信息收集 WLAN AP信息, 进一步包括:
所述收集单元用于根据所述 WLAN AP需求信息进行 WLAN搜索, 并 记录搜索到的 WLAN AP中特定 WLAN AP的信息; 所述特定 WLAN AP 包括:具有特定的部署者的 WLAN AP,或者具有特定的服务集标识符 SSID 的 WLAN AP。
41、 根据权利要求 39-40任一所述的 UE, 其特征在于:
所述收集单元,还用于在收集所述 WLAN AP信息时,记录所述 UE的 状态信息, 得到 WLAN AP信息记录; 所述 WLAN AP信息记录包含所述 UE收集的 WLAN AP信息, 以及所述 UE在收集所述 WLAN AP信息时记 录的所述 UE的状态信息;
所述发送单元用于向所述基站发送所述 WLAN AP信息, 进一步包括: 所述发送单元用于向所述基站发送所述 WLAN AP信息记录。
42、 根据权利要求 41所述的 UE, 其特征在于:
所述接收单元用于接收基站发送的 WLAN AP需求信息, 进一步包括: 所述接收单元用于接收基站发送的日志型测量配置消息, 所述日志型 测量配置消息包含所述 WLAN AP需求信息;
所述发送单元用于向所述基站发送所述 WLAN AP信息, 进一步包括: 所述发送单元用于向所述基站发送 MDT日志, 所述 MDT日志包含所 述 WLAN AP信息记录。
43、 根据权利要求 41所述的 UE, 其特征在于:
所述接收单元用于接收基站发送的 WLAN AP需求信息, 进一步包括: 所述接收单元用于接收基站发送的无线资源控制 RRC 连接重配置消 息, 所述 RRC连接重配置消息包含所述 WLAN AP需求信息;
所述发送单元用于向所述基站发送所述 WLAN AP信息, 进一步包括: 所述接收单元用于向所述基站发送测量报告, 所述测量报告包含所述
WLAN AP信息。
44、 根据权利要求 41-43任一所述的 UE, 其特征在于:
所述 UE在收集所述 WLAN AP信息时记录的所述 UE的状态信息, 包 括以下信息中的一种或多种: 所述 UE接收所述 WLAN AP信号的接收信号功率、所述 UE所处的地 理位置、 所述 UE收集所述 WLAN AP信息的收集时间。
45、 根据权利要求 39-44任一所述的 UE, 其特征在于:

发送单元, 用于向所述 UE发送所述 WLAN AP需求信息;
所述接收单元, 还用于接收所述 UE发送的 WLAN AP信息, 所述 WLAN AP信息为所述 UE根据所述 WLAN AP需求信息收集所得;
所述发送单元, 还用于向所述网络设备发送所述 WLAN AP信息。

所述接收单元用于接收网络设备在 MDT 测量配置过程中发送的 WLAN AP需求信息, 进一步包括:
所述接收单元用于接收网络设备发送的 MDT测量激活消息,所述 MDT 测量激活消息包含所述 WLAN AP需求信息。

所述 MDT测量激活消息还包含 MDT测量指示信息, 所述 MDT测量 指示信息用于指示所述基站向 UE发送日志型测量配置消息或者无线资源 控制 RRC连接重配置消息, 所述日志型测量配置消息或 RRC连接重配置 消息中包含所述 WLAN AP需求信息。
