본 발명은 테이크 아웃 등에서 사용되는 음료용 컵을 이용하여 사무실, 가정 등으로 이동하거나 배달시에 쉽게 조립하여 사용할 수 있으며, 특히 일회용으로 사용된 컵의 2개 이상 겹합하여 쉽게 컵이 넘어지지 않도록 지지할 수 있는 기능성 케리어를 얻기 위한 것인 바, 두 개 이상의 컵을 지지할 수 있도록 테두리면을 받쳐주는 지지면과 중앙에 관통구가 형성된 상부 지지 부라켓; 상기 상부 지지 부라켓의 관통구를 연결 할 수 있도록 끼움돌기가 상부와 하부에 형성하여 컵을 운반 할 수 있도록 형성된 운반용 손잡이로 이루어져 조립과 운반이 편리하며 특히 커피 컵 케리어를 재활용함으로서 환경오염 방지 및 비용절감을 함으로서 사회와 기업의 이익을 도모하고자 하는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.

Description

테이크 아웃 컵 기능성 케리어
본 발명은 테이크 아웃 등에서 사용되는 음료용 컵을 사무실, 가정 등으로 이동하거나 배달시에 쉽게 조립하여 사용할 수 있으며, 특히 재활용시 여러 컵이 쉽게 넘어지지 않고 다양한 용기로 사용할 수 있도록 보조하는 테이크 아웃(take-out) 컵 기능성 케리어에 관한 것이다.
근래에 들어서는 블랙커피나 프림커피 또는 각종 차나 음료를 각자의 취향에 따라 구매하여 마실 수 있도록 Take-out용 일회용 컵이 많이 출시되고 있다. 또한 일회용 컵의 사용자 수가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다.
이에 일회용 컵의 디자인이 다양하게 출시되고 있으나, 컵을 케리어 할 수 있는 도구는 단지 종이박스와 비닐봉투를 이용하는 단순한 구조의 형태로 사용하고 있다.
또한, 일회용 컵을 사용한 후에 버리는 경우 환경오염과 처리비용이 증가되고, 재처리시에 환경오염이 발생되는 문제점이 있었다.
종래의 음료병이 2개 이상을 운반할 경우 비닐봉지에 넣은 음료병들이 서로 부딪혀 깨질 수 있고 손으로 들고 다니는 경우 2개 이상의 음료병을 운반하기 힘들다는 단점이 있다. 또한 비닐봉지는 환경오염을 일으킬 수 있다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 한국공개특허 제10-2008-0045474호는 바닥부를 기준으로 바닥부의 한쪽 면으로부터 접합부가 연장되고 다시 바닥부의 다른 면으로부터 배면부가 연장되고 다시 배면부로부터 상면부가 연장되고 상면부로부터 접합부가 연장되게 형성하고 접합부와 접합부가 접착되어 형성되어 각각의 접합부들을 서로 마주보게 접합시켜 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 컵, 병 등 내용물이 담긴 용기의 운반 상자가 공지되어 있으나, 쓰레기의 배출이 늘어나고, 일회용 컵을 재활용(컵끼리 결합도구 등으로)하기가 어려운 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 발명의 해결하고자 하는 과제는 커피 전문점 등에서 커피 등을 여러개 구입시 커피 컵을 운반하기 편리한 케리어를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 종이박스가 찌져지거나 조립이 불편한 문제점을 해결하여 파손이 적으며 조립이 편리한 테이크 아웃(take-out) 컵 기능성 케리어를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 뚜껑이 있는 일회용 컵을 재활용함으로써 환경오염을 방지하고 화분 및 연필꽂이, 핀통, 양념통 등으로 재활용할 수 있는 친환경 일회용 컵을 고정 부라켓으로 사용할 수 있는 컵 캐리어를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 해결 수단은 2개 이상의 컵을 지지할 수 있도록 테두리면을 받쳐주는 지지면과 중앙에 관통구가 형성된 상부 지지 부라켓과, 상기 2개의 컵 측면을 지지 하도록 가이드 날개와 중앙에 관통구가 형성된 날개 지지 부라켓과, 상기 상부 지지 부라켓과 하부 지지 부라켓의 관통구를 연결 할 수 있도록 끼움돌기가 상부와 하부에 형성되고, 운반 할 수 있도록 형성된 운반용 손잡이로 구성되어 이를 조립하여 여러개 컵의 운반이 이루어지도록 달성하였다.
본 발명은 테이크 아웃용으로 2개 이상의 컵을 구입시 운반 및 조립이 편리하도록 형성한 효과가 있다.
또한 커피 전문점에서 커피를 여러 개 구입시 커피 컵 케리어를 이용하여야 하는데 케리어는 한번 쓰고 재사용이 되지 않으므로 이를 개선하여 커피 컵에 재조립함으로서, 여러 개의 커피컵을 서로 고정시켜 커피 컵의 넘어짐을 방지하고 식물식재 연필꽂이 핀통등 다양한 용도를 동시에 사용할 수 있도록 하였으며 커피 컵 케리어를 재활용함으로서 환경오염 방지 및 비용절감을 함으로서 사회와 기업의 이익을 도모하고자 한 효과가 있다.
특히, 여러 개의 컵을 조립할 수 있도록 하여 화분으로 사용시 미적 감각을 그대로 활용하여 사무실, 학교, 가정에서 환경 조성에 기여한 뛰어난 효과가 있으므로 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.

도 1 내지 도 20에 도시한 본 발명은 일회용 테이크 아웃용 컵을 누구나 쉽게 운반할 수 있으며, 조립이 불편한 컵박스 문제점을 해결하고, 비오는 날이나 물이 있는 곳에서도 재기능을 발휘할 수 있는 운반 및 재사용시 컵과 컵을 서로 지지할 수 있도록 형성한 것을 요지로 하고 있다.
먼저 본 발명은 일회용 컵을 쉽게 운반할 수 있는 것을 요지하는 것에 대해 설명한다.

상기 상부 지지 부라켓(140)은 컵(210)의 테두리(220)면을 받쳐줄 수 있도록 호형 구조의 지지면(120)을 형성하고, 상기 지지면의 끝단에는 컵을 받쳐주도록 컵 링(260) 또는 휜다리(350)를 형성하여 컵의 하중을 지지하도록 상부면에 형성하였다. 또한 중앙에 관통구(130)를 형성하여 날개 지지 부라켓의 관통구(180)와 연결할 수 있도록 형성하였다.

상기와 같이 형성하여 끼움 홈에 컵 테두리면을 삽입하여 컵이 빠지지 않도록 장착하여 컵이 넘어지거나 이탈되지 않도록 하여 상기 컵에 흙(280)을 넣은 후에 식물(270)을 식제하여 사용하거나 필기구통 장식용 꽂이, 보관통 등으로 재활용 할 수 있도록 하였다.
도 6에 도시한 바와 같이 본 발명은 3개의 컵을 운반하거나 고정할 수 있도록 아래와 같이 형성하였다.
먼저 3개의 컵을 받쳐주는 3면의 지지면(120)을 형성하고 중앙에 관통구(130)가 형성된 상부 3면 지지 부라켓(290)을 형성하였다. 또한, 상부 3면 지지 부라켓의 하부면에는 끼움 홈(100)과 상기 끼움 홈 내의 컵이 쉽게 빠지지 않도록 돌기(110)를 형성하였다.

상기와 같이 형성하여 3개의 컵(210)을 캐리어 할 수 있도록 상부 3면 지지 부라켓(290)과 3면 날개 지지 부라켓(300)을 운반용 손잡이(170)을 끼워 운반할 수 있도록 하였다.
도 8은 상부 3면 지지 부라켓의 단면을 도시한 것으로 끼움 홈(100)과 상기 끼움 홈의 내에 돌기(110)를 형성한 것이고, 도 9는 끼움 홈의 내에 경사면(100-1)과 상기 끼움 홈에 컵이 빠지지 않도록 돌기(110)를 형성하였다.

도 11 과 도 12에 도시한 본 발명은 4개의 컵을 운반 및 고정할 수 있도록 아래와 같이 형성하였다. 먼저 도 11의 조립도는 다수개의 끼움 돌기(150)가 형성되고, 상기 끼움 돌기의 상부에 상판(160)을 형성한 운반용 손잡이(170)과, 4개의 컵을 지지 하도록 지지면(120)이 4개의 면와 중앙에 관통구(130)가 형성된 상부 4면 지지 부라켓(310)과, 상기 상부 4면 지지 부라켓(310)과 결합되는 4면 날개 지지 부라켓(320)은 컵의 측면을 지지 하도록 4개의 지지 날개(190)를 형성하고 중앙에 관통구(180)를 형성하였다.
상기 운반용 손잡이(170)은 컵의 길이에 따라 길이를 조절 할 수 있도록 끼움 돌기(150)가 다수개 형성하여 하부에 장착하는 4면 날개 지지 부라켓(320)의 위치를 설정할 수 있도록 형성하였다.
도 12는 4개의 컵을 동시에 운반 할 수 있도록 상부 4면 지지 부라켓(310)과 4면 날개 지지 부라켓(320)을 운반용 손잡이(170)로 결합하였다.
도 12는 4개의 컵을 운반용으로 사용한 후에 컵 링과 휜다리를 절취하여 재활용이 가능하도록 형성한 실시도이다.
도 13 과 도 14는 2개 이상의 컵을 쉽게 또는 안전하게 운반할 수 있도록 손잡이(330)를 형성하였다. 상기 손잡이(330)는 양쪽에 걸이구(340)를 형성하여 운반용 손잡이(170)을 걸 수 있도록 하였다.
또한, 손잡이(330)는 걸이구(340)를 양쪽으로 늘이거나 줄일 수 있도록 하여 컵과 컵끼리 이격되도록 하여 많은 양의 커피를 운반할 수 있도록 하는 특징이 있다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예의 도 15 내지 도 18에 도시한 본 발명은 테이크 아웃 컵을 지지할 수 있도록 테두리면을 받쳐주는 지지면과 컵 링(180)이 형성된 컵 지지 브라켓(190); 상기 컵 지지브라켓의 지지하는 운반용 손잡이로 이루어진 테이크 아웃 컵 캐리어에 있어서, 상기 운반용 손잡이(200)의 수평지지대(120)의 상부면 또는 하부면에 다수개의 끼움홈(130)을 형성하여 캐리어의 무게중심을 잡을 수 있도록 형성한 특징이 있다. 상기 운반용 손잡이(200)는 수평지지대(120)와 수직지지대(110)로 형성되며 수평지지대를 컵지지 브라켓(190)의 장착구(160)에 끼워 고정할 수 있도록 끼움턱(100)을 형성하였다. 상기 본 발명의 수평지지대(120)는 상부 또는 하부면에 끼움홈(130)을 형성하여 다수개 컵이 장착되는 컵지지 브라켓(190)이 수평을 이루어지도록 형성하였다.
도 15와 도 16에 도시한 본 발명은 수평지지대(120)의 상부에 보조끼움대(140)를 형성하고 다수개의 끼움홈(130)을 형성하였다.
상기 끼움홈(130)은 실시예와 같이 연결손잡이(260)의 끼움돌기(270)가 삽입될 수 있도록 하여 다수개의 컵을 이동시에 편리하게 운반할 수 있도록 형성하였다. 상기 끼움홈은 중심점에서 무게중심이 되는 끼움홈(130)으로 이동하여 끼움돌기(270)를 끼워 수평을 유지하도록 형성하였다. 도 17은 3개 또는 4개의 컵을 수용하는 상부 지지 부라켓에 중앙과 측면에 관통구를 형성하여 삽입된 컵에 따라 무게중심이 달라지므로 선택하여 끼울 수 있는 관통구를 형성하였다. 도 18은 선반걸이에 편리하게 걸 수 있도록 한 사용상태도의 도면이다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예의 도 19과 도 20에 도시한 바와 같이 도 1 내지 도 12에 도시한 본 발명은 두 개 이상의 테이크 아웃 컵을 지지할 수 있도록 테두리면을 받쳐주는 지지면(100)과 컵 링(110)이 형성되면 상기 컵 링의 끝단에 장착홀(120)이 형성된 상부 지지 부라켓(150)과, 상기 상부 지지 부라켓(150)의 컵 링(110)에 형성된 장착홀(120)에 걸이구(130)로 걸 수 있도록 다수개의 행거(140)가 형성된 운반용 핸들(200)로 이루어진 테이크 아웃(take - out) 컵 기능성 캐리어를 형성하였다. 본 발명의 실시예를 자세히 설명하면; 2개의 음료용 컵을 운반할 수 있도록 상부 지지 부라켓(150)을 형성하였다. 상기 상부 지지 부라켓(150)은 음료가 들어있는 컵의 무게를 지탱할 수 있도록 양쪽에 지지면(100)과 상기 컵을 잡아 줄 수 있도록 컵 링(110)을 형성하였다. 상기와 같이 컵을 잡아주거나 지지하도록 형성하고, 상기 컵 링(110)의 측면에 장착홀(120)을 형성하여 걸고리(130)로 쉽게 걸어서 운반할 수 있는 운반용 손잡이(200)를 형성하였다. 상기 운반용 손잡이(200)는 끝단에 걸이구(130)를 형성한 행거(140)를 다수개 형성하여 2개 또는 3개, 4개의 컵을 운반할 수 있도록 형성하였다. 상기 행거(140)는 다수개의 컵을 이동하기 편리하게 길이를 형성함이 바람직하다.

Claims (11)

  1. 두 개 이상의 컵을 지지할 수 있도록 테두리면을 받쳐주는 지지면과 중앙에 관통구 또는 측면에 관통구가 형성된 상부 지지 부라켓 ;
    상기 상부 지지 부라켓의 관통구를 연결할 수 있도록 끼움돌기가 상부에 형성하여 컵을 운반할 수 있도록 형성된 운반용 손잡이로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 테이크 아웃(take - out) 컵 기능성 캐리어.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 두 개 이상의 컵을 지지할 수 있도록 테두리면을 받쳐주는 지지면과 중앙에 관통구가 형성된 상부 지지 부라켓; 두 개 이상의 컵 측면을 지지하도록 가이드 날개와 중앙에 관통구가 형성된 날개 지지 부라켓; 상기 상부 지지 부라켓과 날개 지지 부라켓의 관통구를 서로 연결할 수 있도록 끼움돌기가 상부와 하부에 형성하여 컵을 운반할 수 있도록 형성된 운반용 손잡이로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 테이크 아웃(take - out) 컵 기능성 캐리어.
  3. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 지지 부라켓은 3개 컵 또는 4개 컵을 받쳐 주도록 컵 테두리 지지면이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이크 아웃(take - out) 컵 기능성 캐리어.
  4. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 상부 지지 부라켓은 컵 테두리를 끼울 수 있도록 상부 또는 하부에 끼움홈과 상기 끼움홈 내에 돌기가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이크 아웃(take - out) 컵 기능성 캐리어.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 지지브라켓은 지지면의 끝단에 링 또는 휜다리가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이크 아웃(take - out) 컵 기능성 캐리어.
  6. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 날개 지지 부라켓은 2개 또는 3개 및 4개의 가이드 날개가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이크 아웃(take - out) 컵 기능성 캐리어.
  7. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 운반용 손잡이의 수평지지대의 상부면 또는 하부면에 다수개의 끼움홈을 형성하여 다수개의 컵을 운반시에 캐리어의 무게 중심을 잡을 수 있도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이크 아웃(take - out) 컵 기능성 캐리어.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 운반용 손잡이는 끝단에 종이홀더 또는 스푼 걸이봉을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 테이크 아웃(take - out) 컵 기능성 캐리어.
  9. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 운반용 손잡이와 운반용 손잡이를 서로 연결하도록 끼움홈에 끼움돌기가 형성된 연결 손잡이를 더 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 테이크 아웃(take - out) 컵 기능성 캐리어.
  10. 테이크 아웃(take - out) 컵 기능성 캐리어에 있어서,
    두 개 이상의 테이크 아웃 컵을 지지할 수 있도록 테두리면을 받쳐주는 지지면과 컵 링이 형성되면 상기 컵 링의 끝단에 장착홀이 형성된 상부 지지 부라켓; 상기 상부 지지부라켓의 컵 링에 형성된 장착홀에 걸이구로 걸 수 있도록 다수개의 행거가 형성된 운반용 핸들; 로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 테이크 아웃(take - out) 컵 기능성 캐리어.
  11. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 지지 브라켓은
    중앙에 관통구를 형성하고, 상기 중앙의 관통구에 보조다리를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 테이크 아웃(take - out) 컵 기능성 캐리어.
