Description

Vehicle seat
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat, and more particularly to a vehicle seat capable of storing a seat cushion and a seat back in a storage position formed on a vehicle body floor.
Conventionally, a vehicle seat that can store a seat cushion and a seat back constituting a seat body in a storage position formed on a vehicle body floor is already known, and among these, a seat corresponding to a rear seat of the vehicle is known. Thus, there is a vehicle seat that can be stowed rearward and stored in a recess provided at the rear of the seat.
As a mechanism for storing the seat body, there is known a rotation link that connects the seat cushion and the vehicle body floor and rotates with respect to the vehicle body floor. The seat cushion and the seat back can be moved to the storage position by the rotation of the rotation link (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The automobile seat described in Patent Document 1 includes a leg member connected to a front portion of a seat cushion, and a link member connected to a rear portion of the seat cushion so as to be rotatable with respect to a vehicle body floor. When the seat is retracted, the seat back is folded to the seat cushion side, and the hook member provided at the lower end of the leg member is released from the U-shaped striker fixed to the vehicle body floor. The seat body can be stored in the storage recess by rotating the link member toward the rear of the seat with respect to the vehicle body floor.
Further, when the seat is in the stored state, a hook member separately provided on the leg member is configured to engage with a striker separately fixed at the storage position.
Japanese Patent No. 3979460
By the way, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, in a seat that can store the seat body in the storage position, the seat body is moved in the front-rear direction to switch between a seatable state where the occupant can sit and a stored state. The hook member provided on the leg member is hooked in the front-rear direction with respect to the striker to be engaged or disengaged.
However, in the above configuration, when the leg member is re-engaged with the striker in order to return the seat from the stored state to the seatable state, the leg member may swing back and forth, thereby causing variation in the front and back.
Therefore, there has been a demand for a vehicle seat that improves the operability of absorbing the variation and engaging the leg member with the striker.
Further, in the seat of Patent Document 1, when the seat body is stored, an engagement hook separately provided on the leg member is configured to engage with a striker on the storage floor, and stability when storing the seat. However, there has been a demand for a vehicle seat that has a simple structure and further improves stability during seat storage.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat that has a simple structure and can be easily switched between a seatable state and a stored state. .
Another object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat having a simple structure and improved stability during seat storage.
According to the vehicle seat of the present invention, the subject is a vehicle that can be switched between a seatable state in which an occupant can be seated and a storage state in which a seat cushion is moved to a storage position formed on a vehicle body floor. A detachable leg, one end of which is attached to the seat cushion, and a first engaged portion provided at the other end is detachably connected to a first floor engaging portion provided on the vehicle body floor; A rotation link that has one end attached to the seat cushion, the other end rotatably connected to the vehicle body floor, and is rotatable to move the seat cushion to the storage position side, and the rotation link And a second engaged portion that is detachably connected to a second floor engaging portion provided on the vehicle body floor, wherein the first engaged portion of the detachable leg is the first engaged portion. For floor engagement And a portion of the first floor engaging portion that can be engaged with the first engaged portion extends along the moving direction of the seat cushion. To be solved.
As described above, the first engaged portion of the detachable leg protrudes in a direction orthogonal to the moving direction of the seat cushion with respect to the first floor engaging portion, and the first engaged portion of the first floor engaging portion. Since the portion engageable with the joint portion extends along the movement direction of the seat cushion, for example, the first engaged portion of the detachable leg is engaged with the first floor in order to return the seated state to the seatable state. Even when the detachable leg swings in the front-rear direction when engaged with the mating part, the hooking part of the first floor engaging part extends in the movement direction of the seat cushion. It is possible to engage by absorbing the variation associated with.
That is, the operability of engaging the detachable leg with the first floor engaging portion can be improved with a simple structure, and a vehicle seat that can be easily switched between the seatable state and the stored state can be provided.
In addition, since the second engaged portion attached to the rotating link and detachably connected to the second floor engaging portion provided on the vehicle body floor is provided, stability when using the seat or storing the seat is improved. it can.
At this time, the second engaged portion of the rotating link protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the protruding direction of the first engaged portion with respect to the second floor engaging portion, and the second floor engaging portion. The portion of the joint portion that can be engaged with the second engaged portion is a direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the portion of the first floor engaging portion that can be engaged with the first engaged portion. It is good to extend along.
With the above configuration, for example, the first engaged portion of the detachable leg described above is engaged with the first floor engaging portion and the second engaged portion of the rotation link in order to return the seated state to the seatable state. When the mating portion is engaged with the second floor engaging portion, it is possible to engage by absorbing variations due to the shake in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction of the entire seat including the detachable legs and the rotation link.
At this time, the second engaged portion is connected to the second floor engaging portion in the seatable state, and is disposed on the inner side of the seat cushion in the front-rear direction of the seat than the rotation link. And good.
With the above configuration, the vehicle seat can be made compact in the longitudinal direction of the seat.
At this time, one end is attached to the seat cushion, the other end is connected to the vehicle body floor, and includes a biasing member that biases the seat cushion upward, and the biasing member is an extension of the biasing member. An urging force is applied toward the outer side in the direction, and the second engaged portion is preferably disposed at a position overlapping the urging member in the front-rear direction of the seat.
With the above configuration, the vehicle seat can be made compact in the longitudinal direction of the seat.
At this time, the seat cushion is attached to one end of the seat cushion in the longitudinal direction of the seat where the storage position is formed, and can be attached to and detached from a third floor engagement portion provided on the vehicle body floor in the storage state. And the second engaged portion is disposed between the first engaged portion and the third engaged portion in the seat front-rear direction. good.
As described above, since the third engaged portion that is attached to the seat cushion and is detachably connected to the third floor engaging portion provided on the vehicle body floor in the retracted state is provided, the seat can be stably stored. Can be improved.
Moreover, the stability at the time of seat accommodation can be further improved by engaging the end portion on the storage position side of the seat cushion with the third floor engaging portion.
In addition, since the second engaged portion is disposed between the first engaged portion and the third engaged portion in the seat front-rear direction, the first and second engaged portions are in the seatable state. Similarly, the third rotation link 43 is configured such that the upper end is rotatably connected to a connection bracket 23 a attached to the rear end of the seat cushion 2, and the lower end is connected to the vehicle body floor side as a link rotation shaft 45. Thus, the seat cushion 2 is guided to move to the storage position along a predetermined track during the storage operation of the seat body.
A link urging spring (not shown) is attached to each of the link rotation shafts 44 and 45, and the rotation link 40 is always moved to the storage position side about the link rotation shafts 44 and 45 by the link urging spring. It is energized.
The rotation link 40 is connected to the detachable leg 30 via the seat cushion 2. Therefore, since the detachable leg 30 and the striker 37 on the vehicle body floor side are locked when the pivot link 40 is in a seatable state, the pivot link 40 is positioned to support the seat cushion 2 from below against the link biasing spring. The configuration is retained.
Further, the rotation link 40 rotates about the link rotation shafts 44 and 45 so that the seat cushion 2 is moved to the storage position by the biasing force of the link biasing spring after unlocking the attachment / detachment leg 30 and the striker 37. It becomes the composition to do.
As shown in FIG. 2, a transmission member 46 that is directly connected to the attachment / detachment leg 30 is attached to a portion below the rotation shaft 42 a provided at the upper end of the second rotation link 42.
As shown in FIG. 2, the transmission member 46 includes a long transmission main body 46a, a transmission rotation shaft 46b pivotally supported by the second rotation link 42 in the left-right direction, and one end at the front end of the transmission main body 46a. The other end of the detachable leg 30 is connected to the lower part of the detachable leg 30 and is fixed to the lower part of the leg rotating shaft 30a.
The transmission main body 46a is rotatable about the transmission rotation shaft 46b with respect to the second rotation link 42, and is disposed to be inclined backward by a predetermined angle with respect to the horizontal plane. When the transmission main body portion 46a is in the seatable state, the transmission main body portion 46a is arranged so as to extend across the longitudinal direction of the second rotation link 42 as shown in FIG. The rotating link 42 is disposed so as to extend substantially in parallel along the longitudinal direction.
The transmission link 46c is formed in a substantially bow shape when viewed from the side of the seat, and includes a transmission link rotation shaft 46d that is pivotally supported in the left-right direction at the front end of the transmission main body 46a.
The transmission link 46c is configured to rotate around the transmission link rotation shaft 46d so that the detachable leg 30 is folded and rotated to the seat cushion 2 side. Specifically, among the transmission links 46c, the transmission link rotation shaft 46d moves relative to the front side with respect to the seat cushion 2, in other words, moves in a direction approaching the leg rotation shaft 30a. The transmission link 46c rotates with the attachment / detachment leg 30 to the rear side of the seat.
The transmission link 46c has a substantially crank shape bent in the left-right direction, and the transmission link rotation shaft 46d is disposed on the left and right outside of the leg rotation shaft 30a, and does not interfere with each other.
The piston damper 47 is an urging member that applies an urging force toward the outside in the extending direction, and urges the seat cushion 2 upward when it is in a seatable state.
As shown in FIG. 2, the piston damper 47 is configured such that the upper end is rotatably connected to the right side surface of the seat cushion 2 and the lower end is connected to the vehicle body floor side as a damper rotation shaft 47a.
An urging spring (not shown) is attached to the damper rotation shaft 47a, and the piston damper 47 is always moved to the storage position centered on the damper rotation shaft 47a by the urging spring, like the rotation link 40. It is energized.
When the piston damper 47 is in a seatable state, the piston damper 47 is held at a position that supports the seat cushion 2 against the biasing spring.
With the configuration of the detachable leg 30, the rotation link 40, the transmission member 46, and the piston damper 47, the rotation of the rotation link 40 is transmitted to the detachment leg 30 by the transmission member 46 when the sheet is moved.
Specifically, the rotation link 40 rotates rearward about the link rotation shaft 44. The piston damper 47 similarly rotates backward in conjunction with the rearward rotation of the rotation link 40, and the upward biasing force of the piston damper 47 that biases the seat cushion 2 upward gradually decreases.
As the upward urging force of the piston damper 47 decreases, the seat cushion 2 connected to the rotation shaft 42a at the upper end of the rotation link 40 and the detachable leg 30 connected to the seat cushion 2 are rotated by the weight of their own weight. The sheet rotates around the sheet 42a.
As the seat cushion 2 and the attachment / detachment leg 30 rotate downward, the transmission link 46c fixed to the attachment / detachment leg 30 similarly rotates down the seat around the rotation shaft 42a.
As a result, the transmission main body 46a rotates about the transmission rotation shaft 46b below the seat, and the transmission link rotation shaft 46d that connects the transmission main body 46a and the transmission link 46c moves forward with respect to the seat cushion 2. Will move sideways. And the attachment / detachment leg 30 is configured to rotate to the rear side of the seat together with the transmission link 46c.
As shown in FIG. 2 or FIG. 9, the cushion lock device 50 is a device that engages the striker 54 by moving the engagement hook 51 in the left-right direction.
The cushion lock device 50 is connected to an operation lever (not shown) via a cable member 55, and the engagement hook 51 can be detached from the striker 54 by pulling the operation lever. More specifically, the engaging hook 51 can be switched from the engageable position where it can engage with the striker 54 to the disengageable position by pulling the operation lever.
As shown in FIG. 9A, the cushion lock device 50 mainly includes an engagement hook 51, an urging spring 52 that urges the engagement hook 51 to an engageable position, and an operation plate 53. Is done.
The engagement hook 51 is provided in the upper portion, and is provided in the lower portion and the hook rotation shaft 51a that is pivotally supported in the front-rear direction by the rear connection pipe 23 of the cushion frame 20 via a connection bracket (not shown). A connecting pin 51b extending in the direction and connected to the operation plate 53, and a protrusion 51c hooked to the striker 54 are provided.
When the engagement hook 51 rotates about the hook rotation shaft 51a, the projecting portion 51c moves in the left-right direction, and engages with or disengages from the striker 54. Further, the connecting pin 51 b passes through a through hole (not shown) formed in the operation plate 53.
The urging spring 52 is wound around the hook rotation shaft 51a and is configured as a fixed end whose one end is hooked on the engagement hook 51 and whose other end is hooked on the cushion frame 20 side. ing.
One end of the operating plate 53 is connected to the engaging hook 51 via the connecting pin 51 b, and the other end is connected to the cable member 55.
In the cushion lock device 50, when in the position shown in FIG. 9A, the engagement hook 51 is disposed in the engageable position.
At this time, when the engagement hook 51 is pressed against the striker 54 on the storage floor from above, the engagement hook 51 rotates clockwise around the hook rotation shaft 51a as viewed from the back side of the seat, and the protrusion 51c The striker 54 is returned to the engageable position by the biasing force of the biasing spring 52 so as to sandwich the striker 54.
More specifically, since the connecting pin 51b of the engagement hook 51 can freely move between the through holes of the operation plate 53 in the left-right direction, the protrusion 51c abuts against the striker 54 and pushes against the striker 54. It is configured to be movable in the left-right direction by being moved.
As a result, the engagement hook 51 is engaged with the striker 54 and locked.
When the cable member 55 is pulled in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 9B from the position shown in FIG. 9A, the operation plate 53 causes the engagement hook 51 to hook the hook rotation shaft 51a via the connecting pin 51b. Push it clockwise around the center. As a result, the engagement hook 51 moves to the position where it cannot be engaged, and the striker 54 is released to release the lock.
As long as the cable member 55 is pulled, the engagement hook 51 is always urged to the disengageable position. When the pull of the cable member 55 is released, the engagement hook 51 returns to the engageable position.
As shown in FIG. 2, the link lock device 60 is a device in which an engagement hook 61 attached to the rotation link 40 moves in the vertical direction to engage with or disengage from the striker 62.
The engagement hook 61 is disposed on the front side wall portion of the first rotation link 41 having a closed cross-sectional structure in the rotation link 40 and is attached to a substantially central portion in the vertical direction.
The striker 62 is attached to a vehicle body floor, particularly a step surface between the vehicle body floor and the storage floor. Of the striker 62, a leg connecting portion (not shown) that engages with the engagement hook 61 extends in the left-right direction.
The link lock device 60 is unlocked at the same timing as the leg lock device 31.
With this configuration, the seat main body is stably supported on the vehicle body floor in the seatable state.
<About sheet storage operation>
Next, an operation for moving the vehicle seat S from the seatable state to the stored state will be described with reference to FIGS. 10 and 11.
When the vehicle seat S is in the seatable state shown in FIG. 10A, the seat back 1 is locked in the standing state by the reclining device 12, and the seat cushion 2 is secured by the detachable leg 30 and the rotating link 40. The configuration is supported from below.
At this time, the leg lock device 31 is in the locked state shown in FIG. 4 in which the engagement hook 32 is engaged with the striker 37.
Next, when the vehicle seat S is moved from the seatable state to the stowed state, for example, an operation strap (not shown) provided on the upper surface of the seat back 1 is operated.
When the occupant pulls the operation strap, the reclining device 12 is unlocked as shown in FIG. 10B, and the seat back 1 is centered on the rotation shaft 13 by the biasing force of a spiral spring (not shown). Folding rotation to the seat cushion 2 side is started.
When the seat back 1 is folded to a predetermined rotational position, the leg lock device 31 releases the lock between the engagement hook 32 of the detachable leg 30 and the striker 37, and the pivot link 40 is biased by the link biasing spring. Thus, the rotation starts so as to move the seat cushion 2 to the storage position. At this time, since the piston damper 47 urges the seat cushion 2 upward, the seat cushion 2 moves so as to jump up when the lock is released.
The switching device (not shown) and the leg lock device 31 are connected by the cable member 39, and when the seat back 1 is folded to a predetermined rotational position, one end of the cable member 39 is pulled by the switching device, The leg lock device 31 connected to the other end of the cable member 39 is unlocked.
Specifically, when the cable member 39 is pulled in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 5 with respect to the leg locking device 31, first, the first rotating plate 33 is viewed from the back side of the seat around the first rotating shaft 33a. Rotate counterclockwise. The first rotation plate 33 abuts on the second rotation plate 34, and the second rotation plate 34 is rotated clockwise around the second rotation shaft 34a against the urging force of the urging spring 36. Push around.
The second rotating plate 34 rotates so as to draw the operating plate 35 toward the second rotating plate 34 via the connecting pin 34c. More specifically, the operation plate 35 rotates counterclockwise about the operation rotation shaft 35a, and moves to a position away from the position in contact with the second rotation shaft 34a.
In conjunction with the rotation of the operation plate 35, the engagement hook 32 connected to the operation plate 35 via the connection shaft 35b is pushed clockwise around the hook rotation shaft 32a. As the engagement hook 32 rotates, the engagement hook 32 gradually separates from the striker 37.
As a result, when the leg locking device 31 is in the position shown in FIG. 5, the engagement hook 32 is unlocked from the striker 37. Further, the cable locking member 39 is always pulled in the direction of the arrow, so that the leg locking device 31 is maintained in an unlockable state.
Next, when the rotation link 40 starts to rotate so as to move the seat cushion 2 to the storage position, the attachment / detachment leg 30 rotates so as to be folded to the seat cushion 2 side in conjunction with the rotation of the rotation link 40. start.
Specifically, the upper end of the attachment / detachment leg 30 and the upper end of the rotation link 40 are connected by the transmission member 46, and the rotation of the rotation link 40 is transmitted to the attachment / detachment leg 30 by the transmission member 46. As a result, when the rotation link 40 starts to rotate rearward of the seat, the detachable leg 30 starts to fold and rotate toward the seat cushion 2 side.
Next, as shown in FIG. 11A, when the seat cushion 2 reaches a predetermined position toward the storage position, in other words, when the rotation link 40 and the detachable leg 30 reach a predetermined rotation position. The leg locking device 31 that is released from the state where one end of the cable member 39 is pulled by the switching device (not shown) and is connected to the other end of the cable member 39 is changed from the non-lockable state to the lockable state shown in FIG. It will be switched.
Specifically, when the cable locking member 39 is released from the pulled state as shown in FIG. 6, the first rotation plate 33 rotates clockwise around the first rotation shaft 33a. Rotate to. The second rotation plate 34 is released from the first rotation plate 33, is urged by the urging spring 36, rotates counterclockwise about the second rotation shaft 34 a, and contacts the engagement hook 32. .
Then, the second rotation plate 34 pushes the engagement hook 32 clockwise around the hook rotation shaft 32a. The engagement hook 32 is regulated by the operation plate 35 connected via the connection shaft 35b, and rotates to a position shown in FIG.
As a result, the leg lock device 31 is switched to a lockable state.
As a result of the series of operations, as shown in FIG. 11B, the seat cushion 2 and the seat back 1 constituting the seat body are stored in the storage position, and the vehicle seat S moves to the storage state. When the seat is moved to the seat storage state, the engagement hook 51 of the cushion lock device 50 is engaged with the striker 54 on the storage floor.
<Seat return operation>
Next, an operation for returning the vehicle seat S from the stored state to the seatable state will be described with reference to FIGS. 12 and 13.
When returning the vehicle seat S from the stored state to the seatable state, as shown in FIG. 12B, for example, the occupant manually raises the seat body upward. At this time, for example, by pulling an operation lever (not shown) provided on the back of the seat back 1, the cushion lock device 50 is unlocked.
The pivot link 40 causes the seat body to rotate and rotates to the front side of the seat about the link pivot shaft 44 so as to move the seat cushion 2 to the seating position.
At this time, the attachment / detachment leg 30 rotates in the seat front side around the leg rotation shaft 30a from the folded state to the seat cushion 2 side in conjunction with the rotation of the rotation link 40.
As shown in FIG. 13A, when the seat main body is fully raised, the engagement hook 32 and the striker 37 of the detachable leg 30 are locked by the leg lock device 31.
Regarding the leg lock device 31, specifically, when the engagement hook 32 of the detachable leg 30 is pressed against the striker 37, the engagement hook 32 is centered on the hook rotation shaft 32a as shown in FIG. Rotate counterclockwise to pinch.
As a result, the leg lock device 31 returns to the locked state in which the engagement hook 32 is engaged with the striker 37.
