优选地,在本发明所公开的信息交互方法中,所述步骤(A2 )进一步包括: 显示所述信息交互方式推荐列表以供用户选择信息交互方式,并将所述信息交 互方式推荐列表的第一项作为推荐的信息交互方式。
优选地,在本发明所公开的信息交互方法中,所述步骤(A2 )进一步包括: 基于用户所选择的信息交互方式实际完成信息交互过程。
由上可见, 本发明所公开的信息交互方法具有下列优点: 能够使信息交互 的成本降低并且具有高的针对性, 并且使得用户操作便捷。

1. 一种信息交互设备, 所述信息交互设备包括:
用户接口, 所述用户接口基于用户的指示构建信息交互指令, 并将所述信 息交互指令传送到信息交互应用装置, 其中, 所述信息交互指令包含用户期望 进行的信息交互的关键数据信息;
信息交互应用装置,所述信息交互应用装置基于接收到的所述信息交互指 令执行信息处理操作以完成信息交互过程, 其中, 所述信息处理操作包括: 将 所述关键数据信息传送到信息交互方式推荐装置;根据所述信息交互方式推荐 装置传送回的信息交互方式推荐列表确定信息交互方式;基于所确定的信息交 互方式构造信息交互请求,并将所述信息交互请求传送到数据处理服务器以实 际完成信息交互过程;
信息交互方式推荐装置,所述信息交互方式推荐装置基于接收到的所述关 键数据信息构建所述信息交互方式推荐列表,并将所述信息交互方式推荐列表 传送回所述信息交互应用装置, 其中, 所述信息交互方式推荐列表包含经排序 的至少一个与该用户相关联的信息交互方式,并且所述信息交互方式推荐装置 基于所述至少一个与该用户相关联的信息交互方式中的每个的辅助信息对所 述至少一个与该用户相关联的信息交互方式执行排序操作;
辅助信息数据库,所述辅助信息数据库存储所述至少一个与该用户相关联 的信息交互方式中的每个的辅助信息。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的信息交互设备, 其特征在于, 所述至少一个与该 用户相关联的信息交互方式中的每个的辅助信息包含与该信息交互方式相关 联的辅助规则。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的信息交互设备, 其特征在于, 所述信息交互方式 推荐装置以如下方式构建所述信息交互方式推荐列表:从所述辅助信息数据库 获取所有与该用户相关联的信息交互方式的辅助信息;基于所述辅助信息计算 每个与该用户相关联的信息交互方式的优先值;基于计算出的每个与该用户相 关联的信息交互方式的优先值执行所述排序操作,以构建所述信息交互方式推 荐列表, 其中, 所述信息交互方式推荐列表中的每项包含一个信息交互方式以
及与该信息交互方式相关联的辅助信息。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的信息交互设备, 其特征在于, 所述信息交互方 式推荐装置以如下方式计算每个与该用户相关联的信息交互方式的优先值:将 所述辅助信息中包含的所有辅助规则分类, 以将相互沖突的辅助规则分为一 类; 基于分类结果构建规则树, 其中, 所述规则树的根节点是通用规则, 随后 将其他规则添加到规则树中, 并且同一类的规则位于规则树的同一层级上; 沿 着规则树的所有路径并基于该路径上的规则节点计算所述优先值。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的信息交互设备, 其特征在于, 所述用户接口进一 步用于基于来自所述信息交互应用装置的指令显示所述信息交互方式推荐列 表以供用户选择信息交互方式,并将所述信息交互方式推荐列表的第一项作为 推荐的信息交互方式, 以及将用户的选择结果传送回所述信息交互应用装置。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的信息交互设备, 其特征在于, 所述信息交互应用 装置基于用户所选择的信息交互方式构造所述信息交互请求,并将所述信息交 互请求传送到数据处理服务器以实际完成信息交互过程。
7.一种信息交互方法, 所述信息交互方法包括下列步骤:
( A1 )基于用户的指示构建信息交互指令, 其中, 所述信息交互指令包含 用户期望进行的信息交互的关键数据信息;
( A2 )基于所述信息交互指令执行信息处理操作以完成信息交互过程, 其 中, 所述信息处理操作包括: 基于所述关键数据信息构建信息交互方式推荐列 表;基于所述信息交互方式推荐列表确定信息交互方式;基于所确定的信息交 互方式实际完成信息交互过程。
