釆用了本发明实施例的播放多媒体文件的方法之后, 可以有效地解决 以下社会现象带来的负面影响。 即, 由于对播放的多媒体文件无法进行预 处理, 导致少儿接触到一些色情、 血腥、 暴力等不健康的内容, 极大的危 害到未成年人的身心健康。

以上的具体实施例中, 均釆用静态的内容过滤技术。 即, 需要建立观 看者的脸部信息数据库, 通过将识别的观看者的脸部信息与数据库中的脸 部信息进行比对, 来确定观看者的类型, 从而确定播放的特定多媒体文件。
事实上, 本发明实施例的播放多媒体文件的方法也可以釆用动态的内 容过滤技术。 即, 无需建立观看者的脸部信息数据库。
在图 2所示的具体实施例中, 播放设备接收预播放的多媒体文件, 并检 测该多媒体文件是否包括敏感片段。 若没有检测到敏感片段, 则播放设备 继续播放该多媒体文件。 若检测到敏感片段, 则播放设备根据对观看者的 年龄类型识别确定是否播放该敏感片段。
播放设备实时地对观看者的脸部进行识别, 以确定观看者的年龄类型 为成年人或未成年人。 例如, 可以通过脸部特征或脸部的动作表情, 对观 看者的脸部进行识别, 以确定观看者的年龄类型为成年人或未成年人。
若播放设备识别出观看者为成年人, 则播放设备向该观看者播放不隐 藏该敏感片段的多媒体文件。
若播放设备识别出观看者包括未成年人, 则播放设备需要获得所述多 媒体文件中敏感片段的位置和长度信息。 依据敏感片段的位置和长度信息, 播放设备可以隐藏多媒体文件中的敏感片段。 例如, 当识别出观看者不包 括成年人, 则说明观看者均为未成年人, 则播放设备向该观看者播放隐藏 该敏感片段的多媒体文件。 若播放设备识别出观看者既包括未成年人也包 括成年人, 则弹出是否播放敏感片段的选择信息, 在接收表示不播出所述 敏感片段的对所述选择信息的答复后, 播放设备向该观看者播放隐藏该敏 感片段的多媒体文件。
一般而言, 播放设备可以通过以下方法获得多媒体文件中敏感片段的 位置和长度信息: 其一, 通过对所述多媒体文件的内容检测, 确定所述多 媒体文件中敏感片段的位置和长度; 其二, 从所述多媒体文件对应的附加 信息文件中获取所述多媒体文件中敏感片段的位置和长度信息, 其中所述
附加信息文件用于存储所述多媒体文件中敏感片段的位置和长度信息。 可见, 本发明实施例的播放多媒体文件的方法可以对多媒体或网站中 的"敏感片段"进行提前准备(例如, 对敏感片段打标或扫描检测等), 再结 合人脸识别技术,对"敏感片段"提前发出预警提示,并提供成年人和未成年 人的两种操作模式。 对于成年人, 可以根据自己的需求, 选择"是否继续播 放,,或者"跳过敏感片段"等。 对于未成年人, 只能选择"跳过敏感片段 "或者 选择"退出"操作等。
本发明实施例可以对正在播放中的且不适合未成年人的多媒体文件进 行实时的监控以及预操作处理。 成年人在检测到敏感片段后 (由于当时没 有未成年人在场), 成年人可以选择 "继续播放"; 当忽然有未成年人闯入 时, 可以自动根据识别到的未成年人身份对正在播放的敏感片段进行即时 处理。
这样, 结合脸部识别技术而选择性地播放多媒体文件, 能够避免不合 适的视频图像等信息对未成年人造成不利影响。
下面结合两个常见的场景, 说明如何应用本发明实施例的方法。 根据 本发明实施例的借助人脸识别的对播放多媒体文件进行过滤的技术可应用 到多种可视化终端设备上, 并不限于如下实施例中的网络设备与多媒体设 备。
第一场景, 以上网查找资料为例。 当用户开启电脑, 电脑对探头范围 内的人脸进行扫描与确认, 即进入 "敏感片段" 的提醒待命状态。
首先, 当用户打开搜索引擎 (例如, 谷歌、 百度等) 并输入要查询内 容的关键词, 资源服务器对读取的内容在内存中进行扫描与检测, 预判是 否包含敏感片段。
如果检测的预呈现的内容适宜播放, 用户对内存中进行的读取与预检 测过程将毫无感知。 如果检测出预呈现的内容中包含 "敏感片段", 除了呈 现预警提示, 同步启动脸部识别系统进行人脸扫描与确认, 并根据扫描与 确认出的用户身份分配操作权限。 例如, 成年人去操作预警提示, 则允许 成年人选择 "是否继续观看" 或者 "跳过敏感片段"; 未成年人去操作预警 提示, 则只允许未成年人选择 "跳过敏感片段" 或者选择 "退出"。
第二场景, 以在家看多媒体为例。 当用户开启多媒体, 多媒体对视频 探头范围内的人脸进行扫描与确认, 即进入 "敏感片段" 的提醒待命状态。
首先, 信号接收系统对预播出的多媒体文件进行扫描与检测, 预判是 否包含敏感片段。 在某些国家或地区, 媒体播放主管部门会对预播放的多 媒体文件进行审核并对 "敏感片段" 进行标示。
如果信号接收系统检测的预呈现的内容适宜播放, 用户对所述预检测 过程将毫无感知。 如果信号接收系统检测出预呈现的内容中包含 "敏感片 段", 除了呈现预警提示, 同步启动脸部识别系统进行人脸扫描与确认, 并 根据扫描与确认出的用户身份分配操作权限。 例如, 成年人去操作预警提 示, 则允许成年人选择 "是否继续观看" 或者 "跳过敏感片段"; 未成年人 去操作预警提示, 则只允许未成年人选择 "跳过敏感片段" 或者选择 "退 出"。
由此可见, 过滤掉少儿不宜的内容对未成年人的身心健康起到积极的 保护作用, 减少了家长及社会对未成年人身心健康发展的担忧。 同时, 更 好地保护了成年人的合法权益及商家的利益, 即让成年用户在上网或观看 多媒体时可以作出灵活的选择, "不会因为一个画面, 而放弃了整个剧情"。 进一步地, 解决了多用户同时观看多媒体或上网查找资料时出现的尴尬问 题, 有效满足了用户需求。 解决了敏感片段与用户出现不固定性的问题, 有效保证了更好的用户体验感受。
图 3和图 4示出了根据本发明实施例的播放多媒体文件的装置的结构 图。
参照图 3所示, 播放多媒体文件的装置 30包括识别单元 31、 获取单元 32 和播放单元 33。
识别单元 31可以用于对观看者的脸部进行识别, 以确定所述观看者的 年龄类型, 所述年龄类型包括成年人类型和未成年人类型。 具体地, 识别 单元 31可以用于通过脸部特征或脸部的动作表情, 对观看者的脸部进行识 别, 以确定所述观看者的年龄类型。
若所述识别单元 31确定的所述年龄类型包含未成年人类型, 获取单元 32可以用于获得所述多媒体文件中所述敏感片段的位置和长度信息。 或者, 若所述识别单元 31确定的所述年龄类型为未成年人类型, 或未成年人类型 和成年人类型, 获取单元 32可以用于获得所述多媒体文件中敏感片段的位 置和长度信息。
具体地, 若所述识别单元 31确定的所述年龄类型包括未成年人类型和
成年人类型, 播放单元 33可以弹出是否播出所述敏感片段的选择信息, 在 接收表示不播出所述敏感片段的对所述选择信息的答复。 获取单元 32用于 在所述播放单元 33接收表示不播出所述敏感片段的对所述选择信息的答复 后, 获得所述多媒体文件中敏感片段的位置和长度信息。 播放单元 33还可 以用于, 在接收表示不播出所述敏感片段的对所述选择信息的答复后, 根 据获取单元 21获得的所述敏感片段的位置和长度信息, 向所述观看者播放 隐藏所述敏感片段的多媒体文件。
进一步地, 获取单元 32可以用于若所述识别单元 31确定的所述年龄类 型为未成年人类型, 或未成年人类型和成年人类型, 通过对所述多媒体文 件的内容检测, 确定所述多媒体文件中敏感片段的位置和长度。 或者, 获 取单元 32可以用于若所述识别单元 31确定的所述年龄类型为未成年人类 型, 或未成年人类型和成年人类型, 从所述多媒体文件对应的附加信息文 件中获取所述多媒体文件中敏感片段的位置和长度信息, 其中所述附加信 息文件用于存储所述多媒体文件中敏感片段的位置和长度信息。
播放单元 33可以用于根据获取单元 32获取的所述多媒体文件中所述敏 感片段的位置和长度信息, 向所述观看者播放隐藏所述敏感片段的多媒体 文件。
具体地, 若识别单元 31识别所述观看者的年龄类型为成年人类型, 播 放单元 33可以向所述观看者播放不隐藏所述敏感片段的多媒体文件。 或者, 若识别单元 31识别所述观看者的年龄类型包括成年人类型和未成年人类 型, 播放单元 33可以弹出是否播出所述敏感片段的选择信息, 若所述观看 者对所述选择信息的选择表示播出所述敏感片段, 播放单元 33可以向所述 观看者播放不隐藏所述敏感片段的多媒体文件。
在图 4所示的播放多媒体文件的装置 40中, 除了识别单元 31、 获取单元 32和播放单元 33之外, 还包括数据库建立单元 34和脸部特征提取单元 35。 其中, 数据库建立单元 34可以用于在识别单元 31通过脸部特征或脸部的动 作表情对观看者的脸部进行识别之前, 建立观看者的脸部信息数据库, 所 述脸部信息数据库中存储了所述成年人类型和未成年人两种类型的观看者 的脸部信息。 脸部特征提取单元 35可以用于根据所述数据库建立单元 34建 立的所述脸部信息数据库, 利用机器识别算法提取所述脸部特征。
由此可见, 本发明实施例能够避免不合适的视频图像等信息对未成年
人造成不利影响。
图 5示出了根据本发明实施例的播放设备。 该播放设备 50包括存储器 51、 处理器 52、 输入输出设备 53以及总线。 所述存储器 51、 输入输出设备 53、 和处理器 52通过总线连接, 所述输入输出设备 53包括显示器, 所述存 储器 51包括数据和代码, 所述处理器 52和所述存储器 51耦合, 调用并执行 所述存储器 51中的代码, 以实现下述功能: 对观看者的脸部进行识别, 以 确定所述观看者的年龄类型, 所述年龄类型包括成年人类型和未成年人类 型; 若确定的所述年龄类型包含未成年人类型 (例如, 所述观看者的年龄 类型为未成年人类型, 或者未成年人类型和成年人类型), 获得所述多媒体 文件中所述敏感片段的位置和长度信息。 然后, 根据处理器确定的所述多 媒体文件中所述敏感片段的位置和长度信息, 控制显示器向所述观看者播 放隐藏所述敏感片段的多媒体文件。
进一步地, 所述处理器 52具体实现以下功能: 通过对所述多媒体文件 的内容检测, 确定所述多媒体文件中敏感片段的位置和长度; 或者从所述 多媒体文件对应的附加信息文件中获取所述多媒体文件中敏感片段的位置 和长度信息, 其中所述附加信息文件用于存储所述多媒体文件中敏感片段 的位置和长度信息。
进一步地, 所述处理器 52还实现以下功能: 通过脸部特征或脸部的动 作表情, 对观看者的脸部进行识别。
所述输入输出设备包括摄像机, 所述对观看者的脸部识别之前, 所述 方法还包括, 控制所述摄像机获得观看者的脸部图片。
进一步地, 所述处理器 52还实现以下功能: 在所述对观看者的脸部进 行识别之前, 建立观看者的脸部信息数据库, 将所述脸部信息数据库存储 于存储器 51中, 所述脸部信息数据库中存储了两种类型的观看者的脸部信 息; 根据所述脸部信息数据库, 利用机器识别算法提取所述脸部特征。
进一步地, 显示器可以在处理器 52确定所述观看者的年龄类型为成年 人类型时, 向所述观看者播放不隐藏所述敏感片段的多媒体文件。 可选地, 显示器可以在处理器 52确定所述观看者的年龄类型包括成年人类型和未成 年人类型, 弹出是否播出所述敏感片段的选择信息, 若所述观看者对所述 选择信息的选择表示播出所述敏感片段, 向所述观看者播放不隐藏所述敏 感片段的多媒体文件。
由此可见, 利用本发明实施例能够避免不合适的视频图像等信息对未 成年人造成不利影响。
应理解, 在本发明实施例中, 术语 "和 /或" 仅仅是一种描述关联对象 的关联关系, 表示可以存在三种关系。 例如, Α和 /或 Β, 可以表示: 单独存 在 A, 同时存在 A和 B, 单独存在 B这三种情况。 另外, 本文中字符 "/" , 一 般表示前后关联对象是一种 "或" 的关系。
应理解, 本发明的每个权利要求所叙述的方案也应看作是一个实施例, 并且是权利要求中的特征是可以结合的, 如本发明中的判断步骤后的执行 的不同分支的步骤可以作为不同的实施例。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到, 结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的 各示例的单元及算法步骤, 能够以电子硬件、 或者计算机软件和电子硬件 的结合来实现。 这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行, 取决于技术方 案的特定应用和设计约束条件。 专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使 用不同方法来实现所描述的功能, 但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范 围。

所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使 用时, 可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 基于这样的理解, 本发 明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的 部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储 介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服 务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步 骤。而前述的存储介质包括: U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM, Read-Only Memory )、 随机存取存者器( RAM, Random Access Memory ), 磁碟或者光 盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims
1、 一种播放多媒体文件的方法, 所述多媒体文件包括敏感片段, 其特 征在于, 包括:
对观看者的脸部进行识别, 以确定所述观看者的年龄类型, 所述年龄 类型包括成年人类型和未成年人类型;
若确定的所述年龄类型包含未成年人类型, 获得所述多媒体文件中所 述敏感片段的位置和长度信息;
根据所述多媒体文件中所述敏感片段的位置和长度信息, 向所述观看 者播放隐藏所述敏感片段的多媒体文件。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述若确定的所述年龄 类型包含未成年人类型, 获得所述多媒体文件中所述敏感片段的位置和长 度信息包括:
若确定的所述年龄类型为未成年人类型, 或未成年人类型和成年人类 型, 获得所述多媒体文件中敏感片段的位置和长度信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述若确定的所述年龄 类型包括未成年人类型和成年人类型, 获得所述多媒体文件中所述敏感片 段的位置和长度信息包括:
若确定的所述年龄类型包括未成年人类型和成年人类型, 弹出是否播 出所述敏感片段的选择信息, 在接收表示不播出所述敏感片段的对所述选 择信息的答复后 , 获得所述多媒体文件中敏感片段的位置和长度信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获得所 述多媒体文件中所述敏感片段的位置和长度信息包括:
通过对所述多媒体文件的内容检测, 确定所述多媒体文件中敏感片段 的位置和长度。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获得所 述多媒体文件中所述敏感片段的位置和长度信息包括:
从所述多媒体文件对应的附加信息文件中获取所述多媒体文件中敏感 片段的位置和长度信息, 其中所述附加信息文件用于存储所述多媒体文件 中敏感片段的位置和长度信息。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对观 看者的脸部进行识别, 以确定所述观看者的年龄类型之后, 所述方法还包
括:
若所述观看者的年龄类型为成年人类型, 向所述观看者播放不隐藏所 述敏感片段的多媒体文件; 或者,
若所述观看者的年龄类型包括成年人类型和未成年人类型, 弹出是否 播出所述敏感片段的选择信息, 若所述观看者对所述选择信息的选择表示 播出所述敏感片段, 向所述观看者播放不隐藏所述敏感片段的多媒体文件。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对观 看者的脸部进行识别, 以确定所述观看者的年龄类型包括:
通过脸部特征或脸部的动作表情, 对观看者的脸部进行识别, 以确定 所述观看者的年龄类型。
8、 根据权利要求 7中所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述通过脸部特征 或脸部的动作表情, 对观看者的脸部进行识别之前, 所述方法还包括: 建立观看者的脸部信息数据库, 所述脸部信息数据库中存储了所述成 年人类型和未成年人两种类型的观看者的脸部信息;
根据所述脸部信息数据库, 利用机器识别算法提取所述脸部特征。
9、 一种播放多媒体文件的装置, 所述多媒体文件包括敏感片段, 其特 征在于, 包括:
识别单元, 用于对观看者的脸部进行识别, 以确定所述观看者的年龄 类型, 所述年龄类型包括成年人类型和未成年人类型;
获取单元, 用于若所述识别单元确定的所述年龄类型包含未成年人类 型, 获得所述多媒体文件中所述敏感片段的位置和长度信息;
播放单元, 用于根据获取单元获取的所述多媒体文件中所述敏感片段 的位置和长度信息, 向所述观看者播放隐藏所述敏感片段的多媒体文件。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述获取单元用于: 若所述识别单元确定的所述年龄类型为未成年人类型, 或未成年人类 型和成年人类型, 获得所述多媒体文件中敏感片段的位置和长度信息。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述播放单元用于: 在所述识别单元识别出所述观看者的年龄类型包括成年人类型和未成年人 类型时, 弹出是否播出所述敏感片段的选择信息, 接收表示不播出所述敏 感片段的对所述选择信息的答复, 所述获取单元具体用于: 在所述播放单 元接收表示不播出所述敏感片段的对所述选择信息的答复后, 获得所述多
媒体文件中敏感片段的位置和长度信息; 所述播放单元还用于, 在接收表 示不播出所述敏感片段的对所述选择信息的答复后, 根据所述获取单元获 得的所述敏感片段的位置和长度信息, 向所述观看者播放隐藏所述敏感片 段的多媒体文件。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述获取单元具体用 于:
若所述识别单元确定的所述年龄类型为未成年人类型, 或未成年人类 型和成年人类型, 通过对所述多媒体文件的内容检测, 确定所述多媒体文 件中敏感片段的位置和长度。

若所述识别单元确定的所述年龄类型为未成年人类型, 或未成年人类 型和成年人类型 , 从所述多媒体文件对应的附加信息文件中获取所述多媒 体文件中敏感片段的位置和长度信息, 其中所述附加信息文件用于存储所 述多媒体文件中敏感片段的位置和长度信息。
14、 根据权利要求 9至 1 3中任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述播 放单元还用于:
若所述识别单元识别所述观看者的年龄类型为成年人类型, 向所述观 看者播放不隐藏所述敏感片段的多媒体文件。
15、 根据权利要求 9至 14中任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述识 别单元具体用于:
通过脸部特征或脸部的动作表情, 对观看者的脸部进行识别, 以确定 所述观看者的年龄类型。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
数据库建立单元, 用于在所述识别单元通过脸部特征或脸部的动作表 情, 对观看者的脸部进行识别之前, 建立观看者的脸部信息数据库, 所述 脸部信息数据库中存储了所述成年人类型和未成年人两种类型的观看者的 脸部信息;
脸部特征提取单元, 用于根据所述数据库建立单元建立的所述脸部信 息数据库, 利用机器识别算法提取所述脸部特征。
