运营方一般会通过向电子设备推送内容以达到运营目的。通常,运营方在推送前会获取用户画像,其中,用户画像又称用户角色,是一种勾画目标用户、联系用户诉求及设计方向的有效工具,用户画像在各领域得到了广泛的应用。用户画像通常包含多个维度的画像特征来表征用户的样子,对于促销活动,每个活动都需要对应一些用户画像特征,活动针对的所有用户画像特征即可形成活动画像,通过活动画像与用户画像进行对比,将包含活动画像的画像特征的用户画像圈进活动人群,即可生成促销活动的活动人群,以针对该活动人群进行活动投放,以实现目标用户的精准圈取,再进行统一、批量的推送,以提升推送内容的点击率与资源利用率,同时最小化无用推送信息对用户体验的负面影响。
由于目前的目标用户圈取是通过人工操作的方式完成的,确定目标用户后即进行批量的推送,并展示在所有目标电子设备上,因此,目标用户筛选过度依赖于服务端的行为,而且,在展示前缺乏一个二次判断的过程,存在用户特征筛选不完整、目标客户圈取不合理、把不合适的内容展示给用户,从而影响用户体验并降低推送转化率的可能性。比如,运营方希望把游戏推送给对游戏感兴趣的用户,因此圈取了所有对游戏感兴趣的用户进行推送,但未考虑到该游戏不适合低龄用户的情况,这样,该游戏就被推送给了不适合玩的低龄用户,可能导致家长投诉,甚至影响公司声誉。
针对上述问题,发明人经过长期的研究发现,并提出了本申请实施例提供的推送内容的处理方法、装置、电子设备以及存储介质,通过在接收到的推送内容满足指定敏感条件时,获取目标用户的用户画像,并根据用户画像确定敏感推送内容进行屏蔽,以避免将不合适的内容展示给用户从而影响用户体验以及影响推送转化率的问题。其中,具体的推送内容的处理方法在后续的实施例中进行详细的说明。

请参阅图2,图2示出了本申请一个实施例提供的推送内容的处理方法的流程示意图。所述推送内容的处理方法用于通过在接收到的推送内容满足指定敏感条件时,获取目标用户的用户画像,并根据用户画像确定敏感推送内容进行屏蔽,以避免将不合适的 内容展示给用户从而影响用户体验以及影响推送转化率的问题。在具体的实施例中,所述推送内容的处理方法应用于如图10所示的推送内容的处理装置300以及配置有推送内容的处理装置300的电子设备100(图11)。下面将以电子设备为例,说明本实施例的具体流程,当然,可以理解的,本实施例所应用的电子设备可以为智能手机、平板电脑、穿戴式电子设备等,在此不做限定。下面将针对图2所示的流程进行详细的阐述,所述推送内容的处理方法具体可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S101:所述电子设备接收待展示给目标用户的推送内容。
在本实施例中,目标用户可以为电子设备对应的用户,即目标用户为电子设备对应的合法用户(主人)。例如,电子设备可以登录有用户身份认证标识(Identity document,ID),那么,可以将电子设备登录的用户ID对应的用户确定为目标用户。又例如,电子设备可以记录有生物特征解锁密码,例如,电子设备可以记录有指纹解锁密码、人脸解锁密码、虹膜解锁密码等,那么,可以将电子设备记录的生物特征解锁密码对应的用户确定为目标用户。
在一些实施方式中,电子设备可以接收运营商服务器发送的推送内容,并将接收到的推送内容作为待展示给目标用户的推送内容。其中,该推送内容可以包括广告、游戏、文章、音频、视频、链接等,在此不做限定。
步骤S102:当所述推送内容满足指定敏感条件时,获取所述目标用户的用户画像。
在一些实施方式中,电子设置可以预先设置并存储指定敏感条件,该指定敏感条件用于作为推送内容的判断依据。其中,指定敏感条件可以是根据区域法律法规、国家法律法规、运营规则、用户规则等方面出发,所构建的全面且多维的敏感条件,将所构建的敏感条件存储在电子设备作为指定敏感条件。例如,指定敏感条件可以是根据区域法律法规、国家法律法规所设定的违规图片、违规文本、违规音频、违规视频等创建的,可以是根据运营规则所设定的违规链接、违规应用等创建的,也可以是根据用户规则所设定的违规图片、违规文本、违规音频、违规视频、违规应用等创建的,在此不做限定。
在本实施例中,电子设备在获取推送内容后,可以判断推送内容是否满足指定敏感条件。其中,当判断结果表征推送内容满足指定敏感条件时,可以获取目标用户的用户画像;当判断结果表征推送内容不满足指定敏感条件时,可以向目标用户展示推送内容。
在一些实施方式中,指定敏感条件可以为第一指定敏感信息列表,该第一指定敏感信息列表中记录有多个敏感内容,因此,电子设备在获取推送内容后,可以将推送内容与第一指定敏感信息列表中记录的多个敏感内容进行对比,当推送内容包括与多个敏感内容中的任一敏感内容匹配的内容时,确定推送内容满足指定敏感条件,当推送内容不包括与多个敏感内容匹配的内容时,确定推送内容不满足指定敏感条件。例如,若第一指定敏感信息列表中记录的多个敏感内容包括“XX游戏”,则可以判断推送内容中是否包括“XX游戏”,当推送内容中包括“XX游戏”时,可以确定推送内容满足指定敏感条件,当推送内容中不包括“XX游戏”时,可以确定推送内容不满足指定敏感条件。
在一些实施方式中,指定敏感条件可以为第二指定敏感信息列表,该第二指定敏感信息列表中记录有多个敏感类型,因此,电子设备在获取推送内容后,可以获取推送内容的类型,然后将推送内容的类型与第二指定敏感信息列表中记录的多个敏感类型进行比较,当推送内容的类型包括与多个敏感类型中的任一敏感类型匹配的内容时,确定推送内容满足指定敏感条件,当推送内容的类型不包括与多个敏感类型匹配的类型时,确定推送内容不满足指定敏感条件。例如,若第二指定敏感信息列表中记录的多个敏感类型包括“游戏类型”,则可以判断推送内容的类型中是否包括“游戏类型”,当推送内容的类型中包括“游戏类型”时,可以确定推送内容满足指定敏感条件,当推送内容的类型中不包括“游戏类型”时,可以确定推送内容不满足指定敏感条件。
在一些实施方式中,当推送内容满足指定敏感条件时,可以获取目标用户的用户画像。其中,电子设备可以预先获取目标用户的用户画像存储在本地,并在推送内容满足指定敏感 条件时,从本地读取目标用户的用户画像,也可以在推送内容满足指定敏感条件时,从服务器获取目标用户的用户画像,在此不做限定。
步骤S103:根据所述目标用户的用户画像,从所述推送内容中确定与所述用户画像对应的敏感推送内容。
在本实施例中,电子设备在获取到目标用户的用户画像后,可以根据目标用户的用户画像,从推送内容中确定与用户画像对应的敏感推送内容。在一些实施方式中,可以预先建立用户画像和敏感内容的映射关系,该映射关系可以包括多个用户画像和多个敏感内容,其中多个用户画像和多个敏感内容可以一一对应、多个用户画像可以和一个敏感内容对应、一个用户画像可以和多个敏感内容对应等。在本实施例中,可以获取目标用户的用户画像,再将目标用户的用户画像和预先建立的映射关系中的多个用户画像进行对比,以获取与目标用户的用户画像匹配的用户画像,再基于映射关系获取与目标用户的用户画像匹配的用户画像对应的敏感内容,在确定与目标用户的用户画像匹配的用户画像对应的敏感内容后,再从推送内容中查找与目标用户的用户画像匹配的用户画像对应的敏感内容匹配的推送内容确定为敏感推送内容。
步骤S104:屏蔽所述敏感推送内容。
在一些实施方式中,在从推送内容中确定与用户画像对应的敏感推送内容后,表征该敏感推送内容对于目标用户而言可能存在不好的影响,因此,可以屏蔽敏感推送内容,即可以不向目标用户展示该敏感推送内容,以避免将不合适的内容展示给用户从而影响用户体验以及影响推送转化率的问题。
本申请一个实施例提供的推送内容的处理方法,电子设备接收待展示给目标用户的推送内容,当推送内容满足指定敏感条件时,获取目标用户的用户画像,根据目标用户的用户画像,从推送内容中确定与用户画像对应的敏感推送内容,屏蔽敏感推送内容,从而通过在接收到的推送内容满足指定敏感条件时,获取目标用户的用户画像,并根据用户画像确定敏感推送内容进行屏蔽,以避免将不合适的内容展示给用户从而影响用户体验以及影响推送转化率的问题。

步骤S201:所述电子设备接收待展示给目标用户的推送内容。

步骤S202:对所述推送内容进行识别。
其中,推送内容需要被准确识别,才能判断推送内容是否满足指定敏感条件。因此,在本实施例中,可以对推送内容进行识别,以通过识别判断推送内容是否满足指定敏感条件。在一些实施方式中,可以对推送内容中的文本信息进行识别和对推送内容中的图片信息进行识别,以分别判断推送内容中的文本信息是否满足指定敏感条件以及图片信息是否满足指定敏感条件,其中,当文本信息满足指定敏感条件或图片信息满足指定敏感条件时,可以确定推送内容满足指定敏感条件,当文本信息不满足指定敏感条件且图片信息不满足指定敏感条件时,可以确定推送内容不满足指定敏感条件。

在一些实施方式中,电子设备预先设置并存储的指定敏感条件可以为第一指定敏感信息列表,该第一指定敏感信息列表中记录有多个敏感内容。因此,在获取推送内容中的文本信息后,可以基于多个敏感内容对文本信息进行检索,以获得敏感内容检索结果。具体地,可以在文本信息中依次检索多个敏感内容,当在文本信息中检索到多个敏感内容中的任一敏感内容时,获得第一敏感内容检索结果,其中,第一敏感内容检索结果表征文本信息中包括敏感内容,即表征推送内容中包括敏感内容,推送内容满足指定敏感条件;当在文本信息中没有检索到多个敏感内容时,获得第二敏感内容检索结果,其中,第二敏感内容检索结果表征文本信息中不包括敏感内容,即表征推送内容中不包括敏感内容,推送内容不满足指定敏感条件。
例如,若第一指定敏感信息列表中记录的多个敏感内容包括“XX游戏”,则可以在文本信息中检索“XX游戏”,并获得“XX游戏检索结果”,当在文本信息中检索到“XX游戏”时,获得第一敏感内容检索结果,当推送内容中没有检索到“XX游戏”时,获得第二敏感内容检索结果。
步骤S2023A:基于所述敏感内容检索结果,确定所述文本信息中是否包括所述敏感内容。

步骤S2021B:获取所述推送内容中的文本信息。
在一些实施方式中,电子设备在接收到待展示给目标用户的推送内容后,可以对推送内容进行文本识别以提取推送内容中的文本信息。在本实施例中,该文本信息可以包括但不限于文字、数字、字符等。
步骤S2022B:对所述文本信息进行多标签分类处理,获得多标签分类处理结果。
在一些实施方式中,电子设备预先设置并存储的指定敏感条件可以为第二指定敏感信息列表,该第二指定敏感信息列表中记录有多个敏感类型。因此,在获取推送内容中的文本信息后,可以对文本信息进行多标签分类处理,以获得多标签分类处理结果。具体地,在获取推送内容中的文本信息后,可以通过自然语音处理(Natural Language Processing,NLP)技术对文本信息进行多标签分类标记,获得多标签分类标记结果作为多标签分类处理结果。其中,在本实施例中,所获得的多标签分类处理结果表征的文本信息的分类为一个为多个。
其中,当所确定的文本信息的分类为一个时,可以将确定的一个分类与多个敏感类型进行比较,以判断该分类是否与敏感类型一致,当该分类与敏感类型一致时,可以确定文本信息的分类为敏感内容分类,即表征文本信息的分类为敏感内容分类的概率大于指定概率,推送内容的分类为敏感内容分类的概率大于指定概率,即推送内容满足指定敏感条件;当该分类与敏感类型不一致时,可以确定文本信息的分类不是敏感内容分类,即表征分类信息的分类为敏感内容分类的概率不大于指定概率,推送内容的分类为敏感内容分类的概率不大于指定概率,即推送内容不满足指定敏感条件。
其中,当所确定的文本信息的分类为多个时,可以将确定的多个分类分别与多个敏感类型进行比较,以分别判断多个分类是否与敏感类型一致,并从多个分类中获取与敏感类型一致的分类的数量,其中,当多个分类中与敏感类型一致的分类的数量大于指定数量时,可以确定文本信息的分类为敏感内容分类的概率大于指定概率,推送内容的分类为敏感内容分类的概率大于指定概率,即推送内容满足指定敏感条件;当多个分类中与敏感类型一致的分类的数量不大于指定数量时吗,可以确定文本信息的分类为敏感内容分类的概率不大于指定概率,推送内容的分类为敏感内容分类的概率不大于指定概率,即推送内容不满足指定敏感条件。
步骤S2023B:基于所述多标签分类处理结果,确定所述文本信息的分类为敏感内容分 类的概率是否大于指定概率。

步骤S2021C:获取所述推送内容中的图片信息。
在一些实施方式中,电子设备在接收到待展示给目标用户的推送内容后,可以对推送内容进行图片识别以提取推送内容中的图片信息。在本实施例中,该图片信息包括但不限于图片和表情。
步骤S2022C:对所述图片信息进行图像识别,获得图像识别结果。
在一些实施方式中,在获取推送内容中的图片信息后,可以直接对图片信息进行识别,以判断图片信息是否为敏感图片并获得图像识别结果,也可以将图片信息转换为文本信息后,判断文本信息中是否包括敏感内容,获得图像识别结果。其中,当直接对图片信息进行识别时,可以通过已训练的深度学习网络完成图片信息的识别,以判断图片信息是否为敏感图片。当将图片信息转换为文本信息后,判断文本信息中是否包括敏感内容时,可以通过后台调用图像转文字光学字符识别(Optical Character Recognition,OCR)模块将图片信息转换为文本信息,再判断文本信息中是否包括敏感内容。
其中,当直接从图片信息中识别到敏感图片或从图片信息转换得到的文本信息中识别到敏感内容时,可以确定图片信息中包括敏感内容,即表征推送内容中包括敏感内容,即推送内容满足指定敏感条件,当直接从图片信息中没有识别到敏感图片且从图片信息转换得到的文本信息中没有识别到敏感内容时,可以确定图片信息中不包括敏感内容,即表征推送内容中不包括敏感内容,即推送内容不满足指定敏感条件。
步骤S2023C:基于所述图像识别结果,确定所述图片信息中是否包括敏感内容。
步骤S203:当识别到所述推送内容包括敏感内容时,确定所述推送内容满足指定敏感条件。
步骤S204:当识别到所述推送内容的分类为敏感内容分类的概率大于指定概率时,确定所述推送内容满足指定敏感条件。

在一些实施方式中,电子设备在获取到目标用户的用户画像后,可以根据目标用户的用户画像,确定对目标用户进行限制的限制类型。在一些实施方式中,可以预先建立用户画像和限制类型的映射关系,如表2所示,该映射关系可以包括多个用户画像和多个限制类型,其中多个用户画像和多个限制类型可以一一对应、多个用户画像可以和一个限制类型对应、一个用户画像可以和多个限制类型对应等。在本实施例中,可以获取目标用户的用户画像,再将目标用户的用户画像和预先建立的映射关系中的多个用户画像进行对比,以获取与目标用户的用户画像匹配的用户画像,再基于映射关系获取与目标用户的用户画像匹配的用户画像对应的限制类型,在确定与目标用户的用户画像匹配的用户画像对应的限制类型时,可以将该限制类型确定为对目标用户进行限制的限制类型。

在一些实施方式中,目标用户的用户画像包括用户属性,用户属性包括用户年龄。在本实施例中,可以获取目标用户的用户年龄,其中,目标用户的用户年龄可以通过目标用户输入的信息中获取,例如,通过目标用户输入的ID信息中获取、通过目标用户输入的人脸信息中获取等,在此不做限定。其中,在获取到目标用户的用户年龄后,可以将用户年龄和预先设定的第一年龄进行比较,以判断该目标用户的用户年龄是否小于第一年龄,其中,当目标用户的用户年龄小于第一年龄时,可以认为目标用户为未成年人,当目标用户的用户年龄不小于第一年龄时,可以认为目标用户为成年人。因此,当目标用户的用户年龄小于第一年龄时,确定目标用户为未成年人,可以获取对未成年人进行限制的限制内容作为第一限制内容,其中,该第一限制内容用于表征针对未成年人的限制内容。例如,该第一限制内容可以包括游戏内容和小说内容中的至少一种,以降低未成年人玩游戏或看小说的几率。
步骤S2062:从所述推送内容中确定与所述第一限制内容对应的第一敏感推送内容。
进一步地,在确定对目标用户进行限制的第一限制内容后,可以从推送内容中确定与第 一限制内容对应的推送内容作为第一敏感推送内容。例如,当确定对目标用户进行限制的第一限制内容为“XX游戏”时,可以从推送内容中确定与“XX游戏”对应的推送内容作为第一敏感推送内容。
步骤S2063:当所述目标用户的用户年龄大于第二年龄时,获取与所述第二年龄对应的第二限制内容,所述第二限制内容用于表征针对老年人的限制内容。

步骤S2064:从所述推送内容中确定与所述第二限制内容对应的所述第二敏感推送内容。
进一步地,在确定对目标用户进行限制的第二限制内容后,可以从推送内容中确定与第二限制内容对应的推送内容作为第二敏感推送内容。例如,当确定对目标用户进行限制的第二限制内容为“XX股票”时,可以从推送内容中确定与“XX股票”对应的推送内容作为第二敏感推送内容。
步骤S2065:当所述目标用户的用户年龄不小于所述第一年龄且不大于所述第二年龄时,展示所述推送内容。
在一些实施方式中,当目标用户的用户年龄不小于第一年龄且不大于第二年龄时,表征目标用户既不是未成年人,也不是老年人,因此,可以直接向目标用户展示推送内容。

请参阅图9,图9示出了本申请的图3所示的推送内容的处理方法的步骤S210的流程示意图。下面将针对图9所示的流程进行详细的阐述,所述方法具体可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S2101:基于所述目标用户的用户画像,确定与所述用户画像对应的内容展示方式,所述用户画像用于表征所述目标用户对于所述电子设备所展示内容的展示偏好。
于本实施例中,该目标用户的用户画像还可以用于表征目标用户对于电子设备所展示内容的展示偏好,例如,用户画像可以用于表征目标用户对于电子设备所展示内容的展示位置的偏好、所展示内容的展示大小的偏好、所展示内容的展示颜色的偏好、所展示内容的展示时长的偏好等,在此不做限定。
在一些实施方式中,电子设备在获取到目标用户的用户画像后,可以根据目标用户的用户画像确定与目标用户的用户画像对应的内容展示方式。可以理解的是,根据目标用户的用户画像所确定的内容展示方式与目标用户对于电子设备所展示内容的展示偏好相对应。例如,若用户画像表征目标用户对于电子设备所展示内容的展示位置的偏好为电子设备的左上方时,那么,根据目标用户的用户画像确定的内容展示方式所对应的展示位置为电子设备的左上方。又例如,若用户画像表征目标用户对于电子设备所展示内容的展示颜色的偏好为红色时,那么,根据目标用户的用户画像确定的内容展示方式所对应的展示颜色为红色。
在一些实施方式中,可以预先建立用户画像和内容展示方式的映射关系,如表3所示,该映射关系可以包括多个用户画像和多个内容展示方式,其中多个用户画像和多个内容展示方式可以一一对应、多个用户画像可以和一个内容展示方式对应、一个用户画像可以和多个内容展示方式对应等。在本实施例中,可以获取目标用户的用户画像,再将目标用户的用户画像和预先建立的映射关系中的多个用户画像进行对比,以获取与目标用户的用户画像匹配的用户画像,再基于映射关系获取与目标用户的用户画像匹配的用户画像对应的内容展示方式,将所获取的内容展示方式确定为目标用户的用户画像对应的内容展示方式。

步骤S2102:基于所述内容展示方式向所述目标用户展示所述推送内容。
在一些实施方式中,在确定与目标用户的用户画像对应的内容展示方式后,可以基于所确定的内容展示方式向目标用户展示待展示给目标用户的推送内容,从而使得推送内容的展示方式更符合用户的喜好,可以提升推送内容的转化率和用户体验。
作为一种方式,在确定目标用户的用户画像对应的内容展示方式后,可以基于该内容展示方式对推送内容进行调整,以使得调整后的推送内容的呈现方式与内容展示方式一致。例如,若推送内容的字体大小为四号字体,所确定的内容展示方式的字体大小为 五号字体,那么,可以将推送内容的字体大小从四号字体调整为五号字体,以使得调整后的推送内容的字体大小与内容展示方式的字体大小一致。
本申请又一个实施例提供的推送内容的处理方法,相较于图2所示的推送内容的处理方法,本实施例还在推送内容包括敏感内容或推送内容的分类为敏感内容分类的概率大于指定概率时,确定推送内容满足指定敏感条件,以提升推送内容判断的准确性。另外,本实施例还根据目标用户的用户画像确定对目标用户进行限制的限制内容,再基于限制内容确定敏感推送内容,以提升获得的敏感推送内容的准确性。
请参阅图10,图10示出了本申请实施例提供的推送内容的处理装置300的模块框图。该推送内容的处理装置300应用于上述电子设备,下面将针对图10所示的框图进行阐述,所述推送内容的处理装置300包括:推送内容接收模块310、用户画像获取模块320、敏感推送内容确定模块330以及敏感推送内容屏蔽模块340,其中:
推送内容接收模块310,用于所述电子设备接收待展示给目标用户的推送内容。
用户画像获取模块320,用于当所述推送内容满足指定敏感条件时,获取所述目标用户的用户画像。
敏感推送内容确定模块330,用于根据所述目标用户的用户画像,从所述推送内容中确定与所述用户画像对应的敏感推送内容。
进一步地,所述敏感推送内容确定模块330包括:限制内容确定子模块和敏感推送内容确定子模块,其中:

所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述装置和模块的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,模块相互之间的耦合可以是电性,机械或其它形式的耦合。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能模块可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个模块单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上模块集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。
请参阅图11,其示出了本申请实施例提供的一种电子设备100的结构框图。该电子设备100可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书等能够运行应用程序的电子设备。本申请中的电子设备100可以包括一个或多个如下部件:处理器110、存储器120以及一个或多个应用程序,其中一个或多个应用程序可以被存储在存储器120中并被配置为由一个或多个处理器110执行,一个或多个程序配置用于执行如前述方法实施例所描述的方法。
其中,处理器110可以包括一个或者多个处理核。处理器110利用各种接口和线路连接整个电子设备100内的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器120内的指令、程序、代码集或指令集,以及调用存储在存储器120内的数据,执行电子设备100的各种功能和处理数据。可选地,处理器110可以采用数字信号处理(Digital Signal Processing,DSP)、现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)、可编程逻辑阵列(Programmable Logic Array,PLA)中的至少一种硬件形式来实现。处理器110可集成中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU)和调制解调器等中的一种或几种的组合。其中,CPU主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等;GPU用于负责待显示内容的渲染和绘制;调制解调器用于处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调器也可以不集成到处理器110中,单独通过一块通信芯片进行实现。
存储器120可以包括随机存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM),也可以包括只读存储器(Read-Only Memory)。存储器120可用于存储指令、程序、代码、代码集或指令集。存储器120可包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储用于实现操作系统的指令、用于实现至少一个功能的指令(比如触控功能、声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)、用于实现下述各个方法实施例的指令等。存储数据区还可以存储终端100在使用中所创建的数据(比如电话本、音视频数据、聊天记录数据)等。
请参阅图12,其示出了本申请实施例提供的一种计算机可读存储介质的结构框图。该计算机可读介质400中存储有程序代码,所述程序代码可被处理器调用执行上述方法实施例中所描述的方法。
计算机可读存储介质400可以是诸如闪存、EEPROM(电可擦除可编程只读存储器)、EPROM、硬盘或者ROM之类的电子存储器。可选地,计算机可读存储介质400包括非易失性计算机可读介质(non-transitory computer-readable storage medium)。计算机可读存储介质400具有执行上述方法中的任何方法步骤的程序代码410的存储空间。这些程序代码可以从一个或者多个计算机程序产品中读出或者写入到这一个或者多个计算机程序产品中。程序代码410可以例如以适当形式进行压缩。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的推送内容的处理方法、装置、电子设备以及存储介质,电子设备接收待展示给目标用户的推送内容,当推送内容满足指定敏感条件时,获取目标用户的用户画像,根据目标用户的用户画像,从推送内容中确定与用户画像对应的敏感推送内容,屏蔽敏感推送内容,从而通过在接收到的推送内容满足指定敏感条件 时,获取目标用户的用户画像,并根据用户画像确定敏感推送内容进行屏蔽,以避免将不合适的内容展示给用户从而影响用户体验以及影响推送转化率的问题。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不驱使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种推送内容的处理方法,其特征在于,应用于电子设备,所述方法包括:
    所述电子设备接收待展示给目标用户的推送内容;
    当所述推送内容满足指定敏感条件时,获取所述目标用户的用户画像;
    根据所述目标用户的用户画像,从所述推送内容中确定与所述用户画像对应的敏感推送内容;
    屏蔽所述敏感推送内容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述目标用户的用户画像,从所述推送内容中确定与所述用户画像对应的敏感推送内容,包括:
    根据所述目标用户的用户画像,确定对所述目标用户进行限制的限制内容;
    从所述推送内容中确定与所述限制内容对应的敏感推送内容。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述目标用户的用户画像,确定对所述目标用户进行限制的限制内容,包括:
    根据所述目标用户的用户画像,确定对所述目标用户进行限制的限制类型;
    所述从所述推送内容中确定与所述限制内容对应的敏感推送内容,包括:
    从所述推送内容中确定属于所述限制类型的敏感推送内容。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从所述推送内容中确定与所述限制内容对应的敏感推送内容,包括:
    从所述推送内容中查找与所述限制内容对应的内容;
    将查找到的与所述限制内容对应的内容确定为所述敏感推送内容。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户画像包括用户属性,所述根据所述目标用户的用户画像,确定对所述目标用户进行限制的限制内容,包括:
    根据所述目标用户的用户属性,确定对所述目标用户进行限制的限制内容。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户属性包括用户年龄,所述根据所述目标用户的属性信息,确定对所述目标用户进行限制的限制内容,包括:
    根据所述目标用户的用户年龄,确定对所述目标用户进行限制的限制内容。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述敏感推送内容包括第一敏感推送内容,所述根据所述目标用户的用户画像,从所述推送内容中确定与所述用户画像对应的敏感推送内容,包括:
    当所述目标用户的用户年龄小于第一年龄时,获取与所述第一年龄对应的第一限制内容,所述第一限制内容用于表征针对未成年人的限制内容;
    从所述推送内容中确定与所述第一限制内容对应的第一敏感推送内容。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述敏感推送内容包括第二敏感推送内容,所述根据所述目标用户的用户画像,从所述推送内容中确定与所述用户画像对应的敏感推送内容,包括:
    当所述目标用户的用户年龄大于第二年龄时,获取与所述第二年龄对应的第二限制内容,所述第二限制内容用于表征针对老年人的限制内容;
    从所述推送内容中确定与所述第二限制内容对应的所述第二敏感推送内容。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述目标用户的用户年龄不小于所述第一年龄且不大于所述第二年龄时,展示所述推送内容。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一限制内容包括游戏内容和小说内容中的至少一种,所述第二限制内容包括购物内容。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当所述推送内容满足指定敏感条件时,获取所述目标用户的用户画像之前,还包括:
    对所述推送内容进行识别;
    当识别到所述推送内容包括敏感内容时,确定所述推送内容满足指定敏感条件;或
    当识别到所述推送内容的分类为敏感内容分类的概率大于指定概率时,确定所述推送内容满足指定敏感条件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述推送内容进行识别,包括:
    获取所述推送内容中的文本信息;
    对所述文本信息进行敏感内容检索,获得敏感内容检索结果;
    基于所述敏感内容检索结果,确定所述文本信息中是否包括所述敏感内容。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述推送内容进行识别,包括:
    获取所述推送内容中的文本信息;
    对所述文本信息进行多标签分类处理,获得多标签分类处理结果;
    基于所述多标签分类处理结果,确定所述文本信息的分类为敏感内容分类的概率是否大于指定概率。
  14. 根据权利要求11-13任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述推送内容进行识别,包括:
    获取所述推送内容中的图片信息;
    对所述图片信息进行图像识别,获得图像识别结果;
    基于所述图像识别结果,确定所述图片信息中是否包括敏感内容。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述屏蔽所述敏感推送内容,包括:
    当所述推送内容为所述敏感推送内容时,屏蔽所述推送内容;或
    当所述推送内容包括所述敏感推送内容和待展示推送内容时,屏蔽所述敏感推送内容并展示所述待展示推送内容。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述推送内容不包括所述敏感推送内容时,展示所述推送内容。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述展示所述推送内容,包括:
    基于所述目标用户的用户画像,确定与所述用户画像对应的内容展示方式,所述用户画像用于表征所述目标用户对于所述电子设备所展示内容的展示偏好;
    基于所述内容展示方式向所述目标用户展示所述推送内容。
  18. 一种推送内容的处理装置,其特征在于,应用于电子设备,所述装置包括:
    推送内容接收模块,用于所述电子设备接收待展示给目标用户的推送内容;
    用户画像获取模块,用于当所述推送内容满足指定敏感条件时,获取所述目标用户的用户画像;
    敏感推送内容确定模块,用于根据所述目标用户的用户画像,从所述推送内容中确定与所述用户画像对应的敏感推送内容;
    敏感推送内容屏蔽模块,用于屏蔽所述敏感推送内容。
  19. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器耦接到所述处理器,所述存储器存储指令,当所述指令由所述处理器执行时所述处理器执行如权利要求1-17任一项所述的方法。
  20. 一种计算机可读取存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读取存储介质中存储有程序代码,所述程序代码可被处理器调用执行如权利要求1-17任一项所述的方法。
