一种用于个人护理装置如剃毛装置、卷发器以及烫发器上使用的供液装置(100),包括腔体,腔体内设有用于储放液体的容腔(21),在腔体上设有出液孔(22)、加液孔(24)和进气孔(23),在进气孔(23)上设有防水透气膜(5)。由于设有防水透气膜(5),则气体可以由进气孔(23)透过防水透气膜(5)进入容腔(21)内,而由于容腔(21)内设有液体,液体本身都具有一定的粘性,这样液体会粘在防水透气膜(5)的朝向容腔(21)一侧的侧面上,由于防水透气膜(5)只能透过气体不能透过液体,因此有这液体的阻拦,容腔(21)内的气体就不能穿过防水透气膜(5)经进气孔(23)排出,这样补入容腔(21)的气体就可以促使液体从出液孔(22)排出,从而实现供液。采用这样的结构,既可以保证液体不会从进气孔(23)处泄露,而且结构简单。

Description

一种供液装置以及装设有供液装置的个人护理装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于个人护理装置剃毛装置、卷发器以及烫发器上使用的供液装置。
背景技术
在一些个人护理装置上,比如剃毛装置、卷发器和烫发器等装置上,常常需要设置供液装置,例如,在理发剪上装可以及时自主补充润滑油的供液装置,以使理发剪的梳齿刀能够及时润滑,从而保证其正常运行,以及例如剃须刀,通过供液装置可以提供剃须液,从而使剃须时更加舒缓,使皮肤受刺激性降到最低,以及在卷发器和烫发器上,通过供液装置,可以卷发或烫发时喷出蒸汽,使头发能够更好地定型,同时使减少头发的破损率。上述的这些供液装置中,都是通过人工手动按压从而使其喷液的,由于考虑到供液装置的储液容腔的密封性以及使其能够方便操作、顺畅地供液,在这些供液装置中需要设置补气口以及单向阀,从而在每次供液操作时能够对储液容腔及时补充气体从而利用下次的供液操作。目前的这种补气的单向阀设置是比较复杂的,并且往往需要至少二个的单向阀来实现,更主要现有的单向阀往往做不到绝对的单向,这样常会使之内的液体由单向阀处溢出,造成使用上的极其不便利。
发明内容
为解决上述技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种密封更为可靠的供液装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种供液装置,包括腔体,腔体内设有用于储放液体的容腔,在腔体上设有出液孔、加液孔和进气孔,其特征在于:在进气孔上设有防水透气膜。
进一步,所述的容腔内对应于进气孔位置设有气孔座,所述气孔座与容腔内壁固定连接,气孔座上设有与进气孔同轴相连通的气孔,所述的防水透气膜设于进气孔与气孔交接处。
进一步,所述的气孔的直径为0.5-8mm 。
进一步,所述的出液孔位于腔体的上侧,所述的容腔内还设有出液管,出液管的下端与容腔的底侧相通,出液管的上端与出液孔相通连。
进一步,所述的腔体上设有弹性壁。
进一步,在进气孔处连接有加气气囊。
本发明同时还提供一种烫发器,包括有手把、第一夹板和第二夹板,其特征在于:所述手把上还设有如权利要求1所述的供液装置,在第一夹板上设有喷液腔及喷液口,所述喷液腔与所述供液装置中的出液孔管道相连。
本发明还提供一种剃毛装置,包括有机壳,在机壳上设有刀头,所述刀头包括刀头座和剃刀,其特征在于:所述的机壳上设有如权利要求1所述的供液装置,在刀头座上设有喷液腔及喷液口,所述喷液腔与所述供液装置中的出液孔管道相连。
本发明的有益效果是:由于设有防水透气膜,则气体可以由进气孔透过防水透气膜进入容腔内,而由于容腔内设有液体,液体本身都具有一定的粘性,这样液体会粘在防水透气膜的朝向容腔一侧的侧面上,由于防水透气膜只能透过气体不能透过液体,因此有这液体的阻拦,这样容腔内的气体就不能穿过防水透气膜经进气孔排出,这样补入容腔的气体就可以促使液体从出液口排出,从而实现供液。显然采用这样的结构,既可以绝对保证液体不会从进气孔处泄露,而且结构简单。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示为一种供液装置100,包括由底座2和上盖1组成的腔体,腔体内设有用于储放液体的容腔21,在腔体上设有出液孔22、加液孔24和进气孔23,在进气孔23上设有防水透气膜5。所述的容腔内对应于进气孔23位置设有气孔座4,所述气孔座4与容腔21内壁通过螺钉固定连接,气孔座4上设有与进气孔23同轴相连通的气孔41,所述的气孔41的直径可以为0.5-8mm,防水透气膜5是设在进气孔23与气孔41交接处的,所述的出液孔22设在腔体的上侧,在容腔内还设有出液管3,出液管3的下端与容腔21的底侧相通,出液管3的上端与出液孔22相通连。使用中,在进气孔23处可还可以加设加气气囊,通过加液孔可以将液体加入到容腔内,欲进行供液操作时,通过按压加气气囊,给容腔内充气,气压又趋使液体经出液管由出液孔排出,从而实现供液操作。由于设有防水透气膜,在使用过程中,防水透气膜的朝向容腔的一侧总是粘有液体,这样,当气囊操作时,气体会穿过防水透气膜上的极小的孔,然后将覆盖在防水透气膜朝向容腔一侧上的液体吹离使液体滞留在防水透气膜的极小孔与孔之间的壁上,当气囊不工作时,液体会因其自身流动性又主动将防水透气膜的小孔堵上,这样容腔内的气体就不会从防水透气膜中泄露。显然也可以不设气囊,直接将腔体上设弹性壁,通过按压弹性壁使腔体的容积产生变化,从而进行供液操作。
如图3、4所示为一种烫发器,包括有手把400、第一夹板200和第300二夹板,所述手把400上还设有如图1所示的供液装置100,并且在该供液装置中,出液管3内还设有电热丝6用于对出液管3内的液体进行加热,在第一夹板200上设有喷液腔201及喷液口202,所述喷液腔201与所述供液装置中的出液孔22管道相连。使用过程中,通过加液口将水加入至容腔内,利用电热丝可以将出液管内的液体加热形成蒸汽,通过按压气囊按钮,可以使气囊工作,从而可以增加容腔内的气压,从而使出液管内的蒸汽通过出液口经管道由第一夹热板处的喷液口喷出,从而实现在烫发过程中对头发进行喷汽整型。
如图5所示为一种理发剪,包括有机壳500,在机壳500上设有刀头600,所述刀头600包括刀头座610和剃刀620(推叉),所述的机壳500上设有如图1所示的供液装置100,在刀头座610上设有喷液腔及喷液口,所述喷液腔与所述供液装置中的出液孔管道相连。在该理发剪中,供液装置内装的是润滑油,通过按压气囊按钮,可以使气囊工作,从而可以增加容腔内的气压,使出液管内的润滑油通过出液口经管道由刀头座处的喷液口喷出,从而对推叉进行润滑,防止其由于摩擦力增大而受损。
针对于其他的剃毛工具,比如剃须刀,毛球剃除器等,当然也可以加设如图1所示的供液装置,通过供液装置对刀片进行润滑,以提高刀片的使用寿命。
本发明中的供液装置当然还可以应用于除了可以应用于上面列举的个人护理装置外的其他个人护理装置比如卷发器等。并且对于供液装置而言,也并非限于如图所示的实施例的方式。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种供液装置,包括腔体,腔体内设有用于储放液体的容腔,在腔体上设有出液孔、加液孔和进气孔,其特征在于:在进气孔上设有防水透气膜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的供液装置,其特征在于:所述的容腔内对应于进气孔位置设有气孔座,所述气孔座与容腔内壁固定连接,气孔座上设有与进气孔同轴相连通的气孔,所述的防水透气膜设于进气孔与气孔交接处。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述供液装置,其特征在于:所述的气孔的直径为0.5-8mm 。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述供液装置,其特征在于:所述的出液孔位于腔体的上侧,所述的容腔内还设有出液管,出液管的下端与容腔的底侧相通,出液管的上端与出液孔相通连。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述供液装置,其特征在于:所述的腔体上设有弹性壁。
  6. 根据权利要求1或 2或3或4所述的供液装置,其特征在于:在进气孔处连接有加气气囊。
  7. 一种烫发器,包括有手把、第一夹板和第二夹板,其特征在于:所述手把上还设有如权利要求1所述的供液装置,在第一夹板上设有喷液腔及喷液口,所述喷液腔与所述供液装置中的出液孔管道相连。
  8. 一种剃毛装置,包括有机壳,在机壳上设有刀头,所述刀头包括刀头座和剃刀,其特征在于:所述的机壳上设有如权利要求1所述的供液装置,在刀头座上设有喷液腔及喷液口,所述喷液腔与所述供液装置中的出液孔管道相连。
