Abstract
La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique sous la forme d'une nano ou micro-émulsion, comprenant : (a) au moins une huile; (b) au moins un tensioactif non ionique présentant une valeur HLB de 8,0 à 14, de préférence de 9,0 à 13,5, et mieux encore de 10,0 à 13; (c) au moins un composé choisi parmi la vitamine B3 et des dérivés de celle-ci; et (d) de l'eau. La composition cosmétique selon la présente invention a une phase dispersée qui a un diamètre plus faible en raison de la présence d'au moins un composé choisi parmi la vitamine B3 et des dérivés de celle-ci. Par conséquent, la composition cosmétique peut se présenter sous la forme d'une nano- ou micro- émulsion transparente ou légèrement translucide.
