Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'agrafage chirurgical allongé qui comprend : un corps principal, un support de cartouche (1), une cartouche (3) et une enclume (2) qui sont placés à une extrémité distale du corps principal, et une tige d'entraînement d'outil (6) mobile.
