本发明目的的实现、 功能特点及优点将结合实施例, 参照附图做进一步说明。 具体实施方式 应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。 如图 1所示, 是根据本发明实施例实现异常计费处理的短信服务器较佳实施例的 运行环境图。 该短信服务器 1与计费服务器 2及至少一个终端 3 (图中以 3个为例) 通信连接。所述终端 3可以是手机、计算机、平板电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant, 简称为 PDA) 或其他任意适用的数据处理设备。 在本实施例中, 计费服务器 2存储有终端 3用户的账户信息; 短信服务器 1与计 费服务器 2通信链接, 并通过预付费鉴权消息来实现对终端 3用户的实时计费。 如图 2所示, 为图 1中短信服务器较佳实施例的硬件架构图。 该短信服务器 1包 括异常计费处理系统 11、 处理单元 10、 存储单元 13及预付费请求系统 12。 该存储单元 13, 设置为存储该异常计费处理系统 11及其运行数据, 及存储该预 付费请求系统 12及其运行数据。 该处理单元 10, 设置为调用并执行该预付费请求系统 12以侦测终端 3的待付费 事件, 处理侦测到的待付费事件并向计费服务器 2发起预付费请求, 以使计费服务器 2对终端 3的待付费事件进行计费。 在本实施例中, 所述待付费事件包括打通话事件、 发短信事件。 在本发明的其他实施例中, 所述待付费事件包括任意适用的需支付费用 的事件。以全球移动通信系统(Global System for Mobile Communications,简称为 GSM) 通信系统为例, 在终端 3 出现待付费事件的情况下, GSM 核心网侧提交起呼消息给 该预付费请求系统 12, 该预付费请求系统 12侦测到起呼消息后对侦测的起呼消息进 行处理并向计费服务器 2发起预付费请求。 该处理单元 10, 还设置为调用并执行该异常计费处理系统 11 以在计费服务器 2 出现计费异常的情况下, 实现对终端 3的待付费事件的正常计费。 如图 3所示, 为图 2中异常计费处理系统较佳实施例的功能模块图。 该异常计费 处理系统 11包括异常计费模块 110及异常处理模块 111。 该异常计费模块 110, 设置为侦测计费服务器 2的状态信息, 根据侦测的状态信 息分析计费服务器 2是否处于正常状态。 在本实施例中, 该异常计费模块 110实时侦 测计费服务器 2的状态信息; 在本发明的其他实施例中, 该异常计费模块 110定时侦 测计费服务器 2的状态信息。 在本实施例中, 所述状态信息包括计费服务器 2对预付费请求的应答超时次数, 及计费服务器 2返回的对预付费请求的应答错误码。 该异常计费模块 110在侦测到计 费服务器 2对预付费请求的应答超时次数大于预设的阀值时判断计费服务器 2处于异 常状态, 及在侦测到计费服务器 2返回的对预付费请求的应答错误码时判断计费服务 器 2处于异常状态。 该异常计费模块 110, 还设置为在计费服务器 2处于异常状态的情况下, 缓存预 付费请求, 侦测计费服务器 2的状态恢复信息, 及根据侦测的状态恢复信息分析计费 服务器 2是否从异常状态恢复至正常状态。 在本实施例中, 该异常计费模块 110在计 费服务器 2处于异常状态的情况下, 定时侦测计费服务器 2的状态恢复信息; 在本发 明的其他实施例中, 该异常计费模块 110在计费服务器 2处于异常状态的情况下, 实 时侦测计费服务器 2的状态恢复信息。 在本实施例中, 所述预付费请求包括扣费请求 和补费请求,在终端 3的待付费事件处理失败的情况下, 该预付费请求系统 12向计费 服务器 2发出补费请求以补回费用。 在本实施例中, 所述状态恢复信息指计费服务器 2对探测消息的响应信息; 该异 常计费模块 110在计费服务器 2处于异常状态的情况下, 定时发送探测消息到计费服 务器 2, 接收从计费服务器 2返回的探测消息的响应信息, 通过分析响应信息是否正 常来判断计费服务器 2是否从异常状态恢复至正常状态。 该异常处理模块 111, 设置为在计费服务器 2从异常状态恢复至正常状态的情况 下, 对缓存的预付费请求进行计费处理。在本实施例中, 该异常处理模块 111设置为: 根据预设的流量及预付费请求的缓存时间顺序将缓存的预付费请求发送给计费服务器 2 以进行计费; 分析是否有缓存的预付费请求处理异常; 在有缓存的预付费请求处理 异常的情况下, 重新发送处理异常的预付费请求。 所述处理异常包括缓存的预付费请 求发送失败、 计费服务器 2对缓存的预付费请求响应失败。 在本实施例中, 该异常处理模块 111将缓存的预付费请求根据预设的流量发送给 计费服务器 2的目的是避免流量过大对计费系统造成冲击。 如图 4所示, 是根据本发明实施例异常计费处理方法较佳实施例的具体实施流程 图。 需要强调的是: 图 4所示流程图仅为一个较佳实施例, 本领域的技术人员当知, 任何围绕本发明实施例思想构建的实施例都不应脱离于如下技术方案涵盖的范围: 侦测计费服务器 2的状态信息; 根据侦测的状态信息分析计费服务器 2是否处于 正常状态; 在计费服务器 2处于异常状态的情况下, 缓存预付费请求, 及侦测计费服 务器 2的状态恢复信息; 根据侦测的状态恢复信息分析计费服务器 2是否从异常状态 恢复至正常状态; 在计费服务器 2从异常状态恢复至正常状态的情况下, 对缓存的预 付费请求进行计费处理。 以下是结合本实施例逐步实现在计费服务器 2处于异常状态下的正常计费。 步骤 S10, 该异常计费模块 110侦测计费服务器 2的状态信息。 步骤 Sll, 该异常计费模块 110根据侦测的状态信息分析计费服务器 2是否处于 正常状态。 在本实施例中, 该异常计费模块 110实时侦测计费服务器 2的状态信息; 在本发明的其他实施例中, 该异常计费模块 110定时侦测计费服务器 2的状态信息。 在本实施例中, 所述状态信息包括计费服务器 2对预付费请求的应答超时次数, 及计费服务器 2返回的对预付费请求的应答错误码。 该异常计费模块 110在侦测到计 费服务器 2对预付费请求的应答超时次数大于预设的阀值时判断计费服务器 2处于异 常状态, 及在侦测到计费服务器 2返回的对预付费请求的应答错误码时判断计费服务 器 2处于异常状态。 在计费服务器 2处于正常状态的情况下, 返回执行上述步骤 S10, 或者, 在计费 服务器 2处于异常状态的情况下, 转入执行下述步骤 S12。 步骤 S12, 该异常计费模块 110缓存预付费请求。 步骤 S13, 该异常计费模块 110侦测计费服务器 2的状态恢复信息。 步骤 S15, 该异常计费模块 110根据侦测的状态恢复信息分析计费服务器 2是否 从异常状态恢复至正常状态。 在本实施例中, 该异常计费模块 110在计费服务器 2处 于异常状态的情况下, 定时侦测计费服务器 2的状态恢复信息; 在本发明的其他实施 例中, 该异常计费模块 110在计费服务器 2处于异常状态的情况下, 实时侦测计费服 务器 2的状态恢复信息。 在本实施例中, 所述状态恢复信息指计费服务器 2对探测消息的响应信息; 该异 常计费模块 110在计费服务器 2处于异常状态的情况下, 定时发送探测消息到计费服 务器 2, 接收从计费服务器 2返回的探测消息的响应信息, 通过分析响应信息是否正 常来判断计费服务器 2是否从异常状态恢复至正常状态。 在计费服务器 2未恢复至正常状态的情况下, 返回上述步骤 S12, 或者, 在计费 服务器 2从异常状态恢复至正常状态时, 转入执行下述步骤 S16。 步骤 S15, 对缓存的预付费请求进行计费处理。 如图 5所示, 为图 4中步骤 S16较佳实施例的细化流程图。 步骤 S160, 该异常处理模块 111根据预设的流量及预付费请求的缓存时间顺序将 缓存的预付费请求发送给计费服务器 2以进行计费。 步骤 S161, 该异常处理模块 111分析是否有缓存的预付费请求处理异常。 在有缓存的预付费请求处理异常的情况下, 转入执行下述步骤 S162。 步骤 S161, 该异常处理模块 111重新发送处理异常的预付费请求。 所述处理异常 包括缓存的预付费请求发送失败、 计费服务器 2对缓存的预付费请求响应失败。 以上仅为本发明的优选实施例, 并非因此限制本发明的专利范围, 凡是利用本发 明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换, 或直接或间接运用在其他相关 的技术领域, 均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。 工业实用性 本发明实施例提供的技术方案可以应用于预付费业务领域, 解决了现有的通信计 费方案无法保证 SCP计费服务器发生异常时的计费延续性、 准确性和安全性的问题。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书 、 一种异常计费处理方法, 该方法包括步骤:
A、 侦测计费服务器的状态信息;
B、 根据侦测的状态信息分析计费服务器是否处于正常状态;
C、 在计费服务器处于异常状态的情况下, 缓存预付费请求;
D、 侦测计费服务器的状态恢复信息, 并根据侦测的状态恢复信息分析计 费服务器是否从异常状态恢复至正常状态;
E、 在计费服务器从异常状态恢复至正常状态的情况下, 对缓存的预付费 请求进行计费处理。 、 如权利要求 1所述的异常计费处理方法, 其中, 所述状态信息包括计费服务器 对预付费请求的应答超时次数, 及计费服务器返回的对预付费请求的应答错误 码。 、 如权利要求 2所述的异常计费处理方法, 其中, 所述步骤 B包括: 在侦测到计费服务器对预付费请求的应答超时次数大于预设的阀值时判断 计费服务器处于异常状态;
在侦测到计费服务器返回的对预付费请求的应答错误码时判断计费服务器 处于异常状态。 、 如权利要求 1所述的异常计费处理方法, 其中, 所述步骤 D包括:
定时发送探测消息到计费服务器;
接收从计费服务器返回的对探测消息的响应信息, 所述状态恢复信息指计 费服务器对探测消息的响应信息;
分析响应信息是否正常判断计费服务器是否从异常状态恢复至正常状态。 、 如权利要求 1所述的异常计费处理方法, 其中, 所述步骤 E包括:
根据预设的流量及预付费请求的缓存时间顺序将缓存的预付费请求发送给 计费服务器以进行计费;
分析是否有缓存的预付费请求处理异常; 在有缓存的预付费请求处理异常的情况下, 重新发送处理异常的预付费请 求。 、 一种异常计费处理系统, 该系统包括:
异常计费模块, 设置为侦测计费服务器的状态信息, 根据侦测的状态信息 分析计费服务器是否处于正常状态, 在计费服务器处于异常状态的情况下, 缓 存预付费请求, 及侦测计费服务器的状态恢复信息, 根据侦测的状态恢复信息 分析计费服务器是否从异常状态恢复至正常状态; 及
异常处理模块,设置为在计费服务器从异常状态恢复至正常状态的情况下, 对缓存的预付费请求进行计费处理。 、 如权利要求 6所述的异常计费处理系统, 其中, 所述状态信息包括计费服务器 对预付费请求的应答超时次数, 及计费服务器返回的对预付费请求的应答错误 码。 、 如权利要求 7所述的异常计费处理系统, 其中, 所述异常计费模块设置为- 在侦测到计费服务器对预付费请求的应答超时次数大于预设的阀值时判断 计费服务器处于异常状态;
在侦测到计费服务器返回的对预付费请求的应答错误码时判断计费服务器 处于异常状态。 、 如权利要求 6所述的异常计费处理系统, 其中, 所述异常计费模块设置为- 定时发送探测消息到计费服务器;
接收从计费服务器返回的对探测消息的响应信息, 所述状态恢复信息指计 费服务器对探测消息的响应信息;
