计费系统在现代电信系统中不可/缺,在电信系统中怎样才能更合理地进行计费一直是运营商关注的重点。弹性计费一般是指在一套计费系统中针对同一产品的差异化的用户服务实现差异化的计费,弹性计费能够让消费者觉得所获得的服务和所付出的费用相匹配。目前看来,运营商在增值业务类产品使用中并未开始引入弹性计费策略。

若SP不支持产品封顶可变价格协议,但SP支持弹性计费且业务能力支持弹性计费,则如果Fee值等于产品发布价格/者Fee值没有填写,则ISMP/NMSC将会按产品发布价格计费,继续进行后续流程;如果Fee值不等于产品发布价格且不为空值,则业务流程直接终止,ISMP/NMSC将会返回给用户错误码,告知用户SP不支持弹性计费。
ISMP/NMSC还会对产品的可点播范围、用户号码的权限、付费号码余额等一系列基本信息进行鉴权处理,若这些基本信息不能鉴权通过,ISMP/NMSC仍然会直接终止流程,给WEBGW返回错误码。
需要说明的是,SP包括已跟运营商签订产品封顶可变价格协议的SP和未跟运营商签订产品封顶可变价格协议的SP。SP与运营商的产品封顶可变价格
协议可在运营商增值业务自服务平台进行操作,待操作员审核通过即可。SP的弹性计费能力权限可在运营商门户上进行申请,操作员审核通过即可获得。业务能力弹性计费权限可在运营商增值业务门户进行申请,操作员审核通过即可获得。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,步骤S30中执行计费过程,包括:
对所述第一鉴权批价请求鉴权成功后,将鉴权应答消息发送至Web网关(WEBGW);接收所述WEBGW发送的第二鉴权批价请求;

需要说明的是,向用户发送的点播成功消息,需要首先发送至WEBGW,由WEBGW将点播成功消息发送至SP,最后SP将点播成功消息发送至用户。

在本发明实施例中,linkID可以作为ISMP/NMSC读取缓存用户及业务信息的依据。WEBGW根据鉴权应答消息向用户发送确认消息请求,其中确认消息请求是WEBGW通过短信网关向用户发起的携带有用户点播产品的实际资费,需要用户进行回复才能进行后续流程。在WEBGW在向用户发送确认消息请求之前,需要向用户发送通知消息,通知消息是WEBGW通关短信网关向用户发起的携带有用户点播产品的实际资费,只是告知用户,用户无需进行回复。

本发明实施例中,在接收到WEBGW发送的第二鉴权批价请求后,根据第二鉴权批价请求中携带的linkID读取缓存的用户及业务信息。需要说明的是,鉴权应答消息中携带有linkID,WEBGW根据鉴权应答消息向用户发送确认消息请求,并接收到用户返回的确认响应消息后发送的第二鉴权批价请求中携带有linkID。根据读取到的用户及业务信息,对用户点播的产品进行鉴权批价计费,生成话单和点播历史记录,并向WEBGW发送点播成功消息,WEBGW在接收到点播成功消息后,将点播成功消息发送至SP,由SP将点播成功消息发送至用户,并给用户提供相应的服务。同时,WEBGW会生成一份状态报告给ISAG,ISAG将状态报告发送给ISMP/NMSC入库,供以后校验。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,点播成功会出一份成功话单,点播失败会出一份失败话单,但是不管点播成功失败与否都会出一份日志话单;
而点播历史记录只有在点播成功时才会生成,点播失败不会生成点播历史记录。
ISMP/NMSC在点播记录中都需要增加价格信息,并且提供查询和备份机制,当由用户发来的封顶可变价格的计费请求中携带有SP生成的事件标识符(eventID)时,ISMP/NMSC对于eventID只做记录不做判断,若SP发送的请求消息中携带eventID字段,则ISMP/NMSC需将此eventID体现在对应的话单中,作为后续对账校验的依据。
本发明实施例还提供一种弹性计费方法,应用于第三方增值业务购买平台(SP),如图2所示,所述弹性计费方法包括:
步骤S40、接收用户发送的第一点播请求,根据所述第一点播请求生成包括SP信息、用户信息、付费信息及用户请求业务信息的请求信息;
步骤S50、将所述请求信息发送至综合业务接入网关ISAG/全国业务接入网关NSAG,由所述ISAG/NSAG响应所述请求消息后生成第一鉴权批价请求,使综合业务管理平台ISMP/全国业务发布中心NMSC获取所述第一鉴权批价请求进行弹性计费的鉴权。
在本实施例中,第一鉴权批价请求发送至ISMP/NMSC,由ISMP/NMSC根据接收到的第一鉴权批价请求对用户发送的第一点播请求是否符合弹性计费要求进行判断,在第一点播请求符合弹性计费要求的前提下,对第一鉴权批价请求进行鉴权,并在鉴权成功后向WEBGW发送鉴权应答消息。
需要说明的是,SP将请求信息通过WEBGW发送至ISAG/NSAG,WEBGW在接收到请求信息后会对用户号码和付费号码做一个基本鉴权,如校验用户号码、付费号码状态、付费号码方式等,再将请求信息发送至ISAG/NSAG。
接收WEBGW响应于鉴权应答消息而发送的第二点播请求,向WEBGW返回请求应答成功消息后,WEBGW向用户发送通知消息和确认消息请求,通知消息是WEBGW通过短信网关向用户发起的,携带有用户点播产品的实际资费,只是告知用户,用户无需进行回复,确认消息请求是WEBGW通过短信网关向用户发起的,携带有用户点播产品的实际资费,在得到用户的回
复后,WEBGW向ISMP/NMSC发送第二鉴权批价请求。
由ISMP/NMSC对第二鉴权批价请求进行鉴权批价计费后生成点播成功消息,通过WEBGW接收ISMP/NMSC发送的点播成功消息,将点播成功消息发送至用户。
通过上述方案,本发明实施例可以实现用户在点播电信增值业务时能够根据具体情况实现弹性计费,为运营商针对增值业务类产品使用差异化计费提供了保障。

根据所述SP信息和一组随机序列号生成用于区分点播次序的事件标识符(eventID)。
SP生成的eventID为一个事件标识符,由SP信息和一组随机序列号组成,相当于一个订单序列号,在生成的话单、点播历史记录当中都会带有该eventID,以便作为后续区分各次点播的依据之一。

提取所述第二点播请求中携带的弹性费率Fee值,将提取到的Fee值与制定的Fee值进行比较,向所述WEBGW发送携带制定的Fee值的请求应答成功消息。
Fee值为SP所制定,SP制定一个合理的Fee值都会小于/者等于产品的发布价格。SP在接收到第二点播请求后,首先会根据第二点播请求中携带的产品信息,确认该产品的在SP上所制定的Fee值,并将该Fee值与第二点播请求中所携带的Fee值做对比,以确保两者一致,当两者不一致时,向WEBGW发送携带制定的Fee值的请求应答成功消息。

本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部/部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件(例如处理器)完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘/光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部/部分步骤也可以使用一个/多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,例如通过集成电路来实现其相应功能,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现,例如通过处理器执行存储于存储器中的程序/指令来实现其相应功能。本申请不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本申请的技术方案进行修改/者等同替换,而不脱离本申请技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本申请的权利要求范围当中。
上述技术方案实现了用户在点播电信增值业务时能够根据具体情况实现弹性计费,为运营商针对增值业务类产品使用差异化计费提供了保障。
Claims (16)
- 一种弹性计费方法,应用于综合业务管理平台ISMP/全国业务发布中心NMSC,所述弹性计费方法包括:接收综合业务接入网关ISAG/全国业务接入网关NSAG发送的第一鉴权批价请求;根据所述第一鉴权批价请求中所携带的第三方增值业务购买平台SP信息、用户信息、付费信息及用户请求业务信息判断第一点播请求是否符合弹性计费要求,当所述第一点播请求符合弹性计费要求时,对所述第一鉴权批价请求进行鉴权;当所述鉴权成功后执行计费过程。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述第一鉴权批价请求中所携带的SP信息、用户信息、付费信息及用户请求业务信息判断第一点播请求是否符合弹性计费要求,包括:根据所述SP信息及所述用户请求业务信息判断第三方增值业务购买平台SP是否对所述第一点播请求中所请求的产品支持弹性计费业务;当判断对所述第一点播请求中所请求的产品支持弹性计费业务时,根据所述用户信息及所述付费信息判断所述第一点播请求中的付费要求是否符合所请求产品的产品发布价格,当判断所述第一点播请求中的付费要求符合所请求产品的产品发布价格时,确定所述第一点播请求符合弹性计费要求。
- 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述SP信息及所述用户请求业务信息判断第三方增值业务购买平台SP是否对所述第一点播请求中所请求的产品支持弹性计费业务,包括:如果根据所述SP信息及所述用户请求业务信息得出所述SP支持产品封顶可变价格协议,并且所述SP和产品的业务能力都支持弹性计费,则判断所述SP对所述第一点播请求中所请求的产品支持弹性计费业务。
- 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述用户信息、所述付费信息判断所述第一点播请求中的付费要求是否符合所请求产品的产品发布价格,包括:如果根据所述用户信息及所述付费信息得出所述SP制定的弹性费率值小于/等于产品发布价格,则判断所述第一点播请求中的付费要求符合所请求产品的产品发布价格。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述当所述鉴权成功后执行计费过程,包括:对所述第一鉴权批价请求鉴权成功后,将鉴权应答消息发送至Web网关WEBGW,接收所述WEBGW发送的第二鉴权批价请求;对所述第二鉴权批价请求进行鉴权批价计费,向用户发送点播成功消息;其中,所述第二鉴权批价请求是所述WEBGW根据用户返回的确认响应消息发送的请求,所述用户返回的确认响应消息是所述用户接收到所述WEBGW发送的所述鉴权应答消息后返回的消息。
- 如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述对所述第二鉴权批价请求进行鉴权批价计费,向用户发送点播成功消息,包括:根据所述第二鉴权批价请求,判断用户付费方式,当用户付费方式为预付费时,则向在线计费系统OCS发送携带有鉴权批价成功消息的付费扣租请求;接收到所述OCS返回的付费成功消息后,向用户发送所述点播成功消息;当用户付费方式为后付费时,直接进行扣费,并在扣费成功后向用户发送所述点播成功消息。
- 如权利要求5所述的方法,所述方法还包括:当对所述第一鉴权批价请求进行鉴权成功后,生成用户及业务信息的链接身份标识,并将所述链接身份标识添加到所述鉴权应答消息中发送至所述WEBGW。
- 如权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述对所述第二鉴权批价请求进行鉴权批价计费,向用户发送点播成功消息,包括:提取所述第二鉴权批价请求中携带的所述链接身份标识;根据所述链接身份标识读取缓存的用户及业务信息;对用户点播的产品进行鉴权批价计费,生成话单和点播历史记录,并向 所述WEBGW发送点播成功消息,由所述WEBGW将所述点播成功消息通过所述SP发送至用户。
- 一种弹性计费方法,应用于第三方增值业务购买平台SP,所述弹性计费方法包括:接收用户发送的第一点播请求,根据所述第一点播请求生成包括SP信息、用户信息、付费信息及用户请求业务信息的请求信息;将所述请求信息发送至综合业务接入网关ISAG/全国业务接入网关NSAG,由所述ISAG/NSAG响应所述请求消息后生成第一鉴权批价请求,使综合业务管理平台ISMP/全国业务发布中心NMSC获取所述第一鉴权批价请求进行弹性计费的鉴权。
- 如权利要求9所述的方法,所述方法还包括:根据所述SP信息和一组随机序列号生成用于区分点播次序的事件标识符。
- 如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,当所述SP属于省份SP时,所述将所述请求信息发送至综合业务接入网关ISAG/全国业务接入网关NSAG包括:将所述请求信息发送至所述ISAG,由所述ISAG响应所述请求消息生成第一鉴权批价请求,使所述ISMP获取所述第一鉴权批价请求进行弹性计费的鉴权。
- 如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,当所述SP属于全国SP时,所述将所述请求信息发送至综合业务接入网关ISAG/全国业务接入网关NSAG包括:将所述请求信息发送至所述NSAG,由所述NSAG响应所述请求消息生成第一鉴权批价请求,使所述NMSC获取所述第一鉴权批价请求进行弹性计费的鉴权。
- 如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述将所述请求信息发送至综合业务接入网关ISAG/全国业务接入网关NSAG,由所述ISAG/NSAG响应所述请求消息生成第一鉴权批价请求,使综合业务管理平台ISMP/全国业务发布 中心NMSC获取所述第一鉴权批价请求进行弹性计费的鉴权,包括:将所述请求信息发送至所述ISAG/NSAG,由所述ISAG/NSAG响应所述请求消息生成第一鉴权批价请求,并将所述第一鉴权批价请求发送至所述ISMP/NMSC,由所述ISMP/NMSC生成鉴权应答消息;接收Web网关WEBGW响应于所述ISMP/NMSC发送的所述鉴权应答消息的第二点播请求,向所述WEBGW返回请求应答成功消息,由所述WEBGW向用户发送确认消息请求,并接收到用户返回的确认响应消息后向所述ISMP/NMSC发送第二鉴权批价请求;接收由所述ISMP/NMSC对所述第二鉴权批价请求进行鉴权批价计费后生成的点播成功消息,将所述点播成功消息发送至用户。
- 如权利要求13所述的方法,在接收所述WEBGW响应于所述ISMP/NMSC发送的所述鉴权应答消息的第二点播请求之后,所述方法还包括:提取所述第二点播请求中携带的弹性费率值,将提取到的所述弹性费率值与制定的弹性费率值进行比较,向所述WEBGW发送携带制定的弹性费率值的请求应答成功消息。
- 一种弹性计费装置,应用于综合业务管理平台ISMP/全国业务发布中心NMSC,所述弹性计费装置包括:接收模块,设置为接收综合业务接入网关ISAG/全国业务接入网关NSAG发送的第一鉴权批价请求;第一处理模块,设置为:根据所述第一鉴权批价请求中所携带的第三方增值业务购买平台SP信息、用户信息、付费信息及用户请求业务信息判断第一点播请求是否符合弹性计费要求,当所述第一点播请求符合弹性计费要求时,对所述第一鉴权批价请求进行鉴权;当所述鉴权成功后执行计费过程。
- 一种弹性计费装置,应用于第三方增值业务购买平台SP,所述弹性计费装置包括:第二处理模块,设置为接收用户发送的第一点播请求,根据所述第一点播请求生成包括SP信息、用户信息、付费信息及用户请求业务信息的请求信息;发送模块,设置为将所述请求信息发送至综合业务接入网关ISAG/全国业务接入网关NSAG,由所述ISAG/NSAG响应所述请求消息生成第一鉴权批价请求,使综合业务管理平台ISMP/全国业务发布中心NMSC获取所述第一鉴权批价请求进行弹性计费的鉴权。
