本发明的第一目的在于提供一种雨刷条支架,其采用金属材质制成,在确保拥有优异的的结构稳定性的前提下,将成本控制在一个相对合理的程度,且具有实施性。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种雨刷条支架,包括朝向雨刷条而用于容纳雨刷条中背部条的纵向槽隙;其中,该雨刷条支架具有沿纵向延伸的背板以及均与背板相连的多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部,该多个第一耳部间隔设置在背板横向的一侧,该多个第二耳部间隔设置在背板横向另一侧,该纵向槽隙由背板、多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部包围形成,该背板、多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部均采用金属材质制成。
进一步,该多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部均呈L形。
进一步,该背板、多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部为一体加工成型而成。
进一步,该背板、多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部上都设置有用于节省材料和减轻重量的镂空孔。

进一步,该接合元件具有接头以及底座,该铰链元件形成在接头上,该定位组件则设置在底座上,该底座上还具有设置在横向两侧并沿纵向延伸的导向块,该接头则形成有供导向块插入的导向槽;该底座还形成有第一限位筋,该接头上则设置有供与第一限位筋定位以限制底座在接头上滑动的挡座,该接头上还设置有弹性座,该弹性座上设置有当底座嵌入接头上时阻挡底座滑出的阻挡块。
采用上述结构后,本发明涉及一种雨刷条支架、成型方法及具有该雨刷条支架的雨刷片,其让背板、多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部均采用金属材质制成,如此确保了此一体式构造的雨刷条支架具有较佳的结构稳定性以及雨刷刮刷时的横向刚性;同时通过设置第一耳部和第二耳部,使得整个雨刷条支架具有合理的弹性,确保雨刷条支架能被顺利应用。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
如图1至图11所示,其为本发明涉及一种雨刷条支架1第一实施例,该雨刷条支架1具有背板11、多个第一耳部12和多个第二耳部13,该背板11沿纵向延伸,该多个第一耳部12和多个第二耳部13均与背板11相连,该多个第一耳部12间隔设置在背板11横向的一侧,该多个第二耳部13间隔设置在背板11横向另一侧,该背板11、多个第一耳部12和多个第二耳部13包围形成有纵向槽隙,该纵向槽隙朝向雨刷条2而用于容纳雨刷条2中背部条22,该背板11、多个第一耳部12和多个第二耳部13均采用金属材质制成。
具体地,在本实施例中,该多个第一耳部12和多个第二耳部13为从背板11的两侧向中部折弯加工而成,且该多个第一耳部12和多个第二耳部13均呈L形,该背板11、多个第一耳部12和多个第二耳部13为一体加工成型而成。为了起到节省材料和减轻重量的作用,该背板11、多个第一耳部12和多个第二耳部13上都设置有镂空孔14。
如图2至图7所示,该雨刷片100还包括雨刷条2和接合元件3,该雨刷条2具有雨刷唇21以及可嵌设在纵向槽隙中的背部条22,该接合元件3具有供与雨刷动力杆枢接的铰链元件31以及可与雨刷条支架1卡配相连的定位组件32。
如图1所示,该背板11上还形成有至少三个定位槽111,在本实施例中,该背板11上的镂空孔14与该定位槽111的形状相同,即该定位槽111也能兼具镂空孔14的作用,当然该镂空孔14也可以兼具定位槽111的作用;如图2所示,该定位组件32则包括定位凸点321以及分设在定位凸点321纵向两侧的第一卡爪322和第二卡爪323,该定位凸点321、第一卡爪322和第二卡爪323分别对应一个定位槽111,该第一卡爪322和第二卡爪323均具有可与定位槽111卡配的勾部。
为了起到稳固雨刷条支架1的功效,如图2至图5以及图2至图11所示,该接合元件3还具有位于横向两侧的第一限位块33和第二限位块34,该第一限位块33和第二限位块34的内侧分别与雨刷条支架1的侧壁相抵接。
如图8至图11所示,作为该接合元件3的另一种结构,其采用的为分体式结构,具体地,请参照图8至图11所示,该接合元件3具有接头35以及底座36,该铰链元件31形成在接头35上,该定位组件32则设置在底座36上,该底座36上还具有设置在横向两侧并沿纵向延伸的导向块361,在本实施例中,该导向块361即为底座36的侧边缘,该接头35则形成有供导向块361插入的导向槽351,该导向槽351上形成有防止底座从上方脱离突缘部355;该底座36还形成有第一限位筋362,该接头35上则设置有供与第一限位筋362定位以限制底座36在接头35上滑动的挡座352,该接头35上还设置有弹性座353,该弹性座353上设置有当底座36嵌入接头35上时阻挡底座36滑出的阻挡块354。如此可以确保连接的稳固性,并且还具有方便拆装的功效。
如图12至图16所示,其为本发明涉及一种雨刷条支架1的第二实施例,该雨刷条支架1亦具有背板11、多个第一耳部12和多个第二耳部13,其与第一实施例在成型方式上完全不同,该第一耳部12和第二耳部13是直接在背板11上向下冲压成型而制成,即为将背板11的中部材料向下折弯加工而成,如此具有节省材料以及加工方便等特点。
需要说明的是,请参照图6、图7、图14、图15和图16可知,本发明涉及的雨刷片100还可以配置有导流板4,从而起到引导风向的作用;具体地,在第一实施例中,如图7所示,该导流板4上还形成有多个第一扣爪41和多个第二扣爪42,该多个第一扣爪41间隔设置在导流板4的一侧,该多个第二扣爪42间隔设置在导流板4的另一侧,该第一扣爪41与相邻第一耳部12之间间隙扣合,该第二扣爪42与相邻第二耳部13之间间隙扣合,该第一扣爪41和第二扣爪42均朝内侧弯曲,如此实现导流板4与雨刷条支架1之间的固定相连。在第二实施例中,如图16所示,该第一扣爪41和第二扣爪42设置在中部并朝外侧弯曲。
综上所述,本发明涉及一种雨刷条支架1、成型方法及具有该雨刷条支架1的雨刷片100,其让背板11、多个第一耳部12和多个第二耳部13均采用金属材质制成,如此确保了整个雨刷条支架1具有较佳的强度;同时通过设置第一耳部12和第二耳部13,使得整个雨刷条支架1还能具有较佳的弹性,确保雨刷条支架1能被顺利应用。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (10)

1.一种雨刷条支架,包括朝向雨刷条而用于容纳雨刷条中背部条的纵向槽隙;其特征在于,该雨刷条支架具有沿纵向延伸的背板以及均与背板相连的多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部,该多个第一耳部间隔设置在背板横向的一侧,该多个第二耳部间隔设置在背板横向另一侧,该纵向槽隙由背板、多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部包围形成,该背板、多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部均采用金属材质制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种雨刷条支架,其特征在于,该多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部均呈L形。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种雨刷条支架,其特征在于,该背板、多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部为一体加工成型而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种雨刷条支架,其特征在于,该背板、多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部上都设置有用于节省材料和减轻重量的镂空孔。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种雨刷条支架,其特征在于,该多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部为从背板的两侧向中部折弯加工而成。
6、如权利要求1所述的一种雨刷条支架,其特征在于,该多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部为将背板的中部材料向下折弯加工而成。
7.一种具有该雨刷条支架的雨刷片,其特征在于,包括:
雨刷条支架,具有沿纵向延伸的背板以及均与背板相连的多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部,该多个第一耳部间隔设置在背板横向的一侧,该多个第二耳部间隔设置在背板横向另一侧,该背板、多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部包围形成纵向槽隙,该背板、多个第一耳部和多个第二耳部均采用金属材质制成;
雨刷条,具有雨刷唇以及可嵌设在纵向槽隙中的背部条;
接合元件,具有供与雨刷动力杆枢接的铰链元件以及可与雨刷条支架卡配相连的定位组件。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种具有该雨刷条支架的雨刷片,其特征在于,该背板上还形成有至少三个定位槽,该定位组件则包括定位凸点以及分设在定位凸点纵向两侧的第一卡爪和第二卡爪,该定位凸点、第一卡爪和第二卡爪分别对应一个定位槽,该第一卡爪和第二卡爪均具有可与定位槽卡配的勾部。
9.如权利要求7所述的一种具有该雨刷条支架的雨刷片,其特征在于,该接合元件还具有位于横向两侧的第一限位块和第二限位块,该第一限位块和第二限位块的内侧分别与雨刷条支架相抵接。
10.如权利要求7所述的一种具有该雨刷条支架的雨刷片,其特征在于,该接合元件具有接头以及底座,该铰链元件形成在接头上,该定位组件则设置在底座上,该底座上还具有设置在横向两侧并沿纵向延伸的导向块,该接头则形成有供导向块插入的导向槽;该底座还形成有第一限位筋,该接头上则设置有供与第一限位筋定位以限制底座在接头上滑动的挡座,该接头上还设置有弹性座,该弹性座上设置有当底座嵌入接头上时阻挡底座滑出的阻挡块。
