Abstract
본 발명은 변단면 파일을 등가의 원기둥형 파일로 환산하여 지반의 물성 및 지지력을 간략히 산정할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법은 헤드부(10), 콘부(20), 테일부(30)로 구성된 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법에 있어서, 상기 변단면 파일을 길이를 따라 복수 개의 구간으로 나누고 복수 개의 원기둥형 파일의 결합으로 환산하거나 하나의 원기둥형 파일로 환산하는 등가 파일 환산단계(S10) 및 상기 등가 파일 환산단계(S10)에서 하나 이상의 원기둥형 파일에 대해 지반의 환산된 물성을 계산하는 물성 환산단계(S20)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법 및 이를 이용한 지지력 산정 방법은 변단면 파일을 단순한 형태의 원기둥형 파일로 환산하여 지반의 물성 및 지지력을 산정함으로써 복잡한 계산이 단순화된다.
Description
본 발명은 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법 및 이를 이용한 지지력 산정 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 변단면 파일을 등가의 원기둥형 파일로 환산하여 지반의 물성을 간략히 환산할 수 있는 방법 및 이를 이용한 지반 지지력 산정 방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 건물이나 토목구조물을 지지하기 위하여 지중에 파일(pile)을 매설하여 지지력을 확보한다. 대개의 경우는 파일이 원기둥 형상이기 때문에 파일이 매설된 지반의 지지력을 산정하는 방법이 비교적 간단하지만, 파일의 형상이 복잡한 경우 파일이 매설된 지반의 물성 및 지지력의 산정이 어려운 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 위와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 본 발명에서 해결하고자 하는 과제는 파일의 단면적이 길이에 따라 변하는 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 지지력을 산정하는 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법은 헤드부, 콘부, 테일부로 구성된 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법에 있어서, 상기 변단면 파일을 길이를 따라 복수 개의 구간으로 나누고 복수 개의 원기둥형 파일의 결합으로 환산하거나 하나의 원기둥형 파일로 환산하는 등가 파일 환산단계 및 상기 등가 파일 환산단계에서 하나 이상의 원기둥형 파일에 대해 지반의 환산된 물성을 계산하는 물성 환산단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법 및 이를 이용한 지지력 산정 방법은 변단면 파일을 단순한 형태의 원기둥형 파일로 환산하여 지반의 물성 및 지지력을 산정함으로써 복잡한 계산이 단순화된다.

아래에서는 본 발명에 따른 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법 및 이를 이용한 지지력 산정 방법을 첨부된 도면을 통해 더욱 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법 적용 시 사용되는 변단면 파일을 도시한 것이고, 도 2는 변단면 파일의 형성에 사용되는 굴착장치를 도시한 것이다.
변단면 파일(100)은 원통 형상의 헤드부(10), 헤드부(10) 하단에 연장형성된 원뿔대 형상의 콘부(20) 및 콘부(20) 하단에 연장형성되는 원통 형상의 테일부(30)로 구성되고, 헤드부(10)와 콘부(20)를 합쳐 구근(R)이라 한다.
변단면 파일은 도 2에 도시된 굴착장치를 이용하여 형성되는데, 변단면 파일의 형성방법을 간략히 설명하면 굴착장치의 테일형성부(TM)가 지반을 교반하면서 진입한 후 구근형성부(RM)가 지반을 교반하면서 진입하고, 적정 깊이까지 테일부(30) 및 구근(R)이 형성될 지반이 교반되면 테일형성부(TM)의 바이트(Bite)에 형성된 분출공(미도시)을 통해 고화제, 물 및 바인더의 혼합물인 충진재가 분사됨으로써 토사와 충진재의 혼합물이 변단면 파일 형태로 지반에 형성된다. 이후 상기 토사와 충진재의 혼합물이 경화됨으로써 본 발명이 적용되는 변단면 파일의 형성이 완료된다.
이렇게 형성된 변단면 파일(100)의 헤드부(10)의 상단에는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 구조물이 형성되는 기반인 기초저판(200)이 결합된다. 기초저판(200)에는 하나 또는 복수 개의 변단면 파일이 설치되는데, 도 4에 7개의 변단면 파일(100)이 설치된 기초저판(200)의 예가 도시되어 있다. 이하에서 설명할 본 발명에 따른 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 지지력 산정의 구체적인 방법은 상기 기초저판의 연직하방에 있는 지반 및 변단면 파일을 지반 지지력 산정의 대상으로 한다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법 및 이를 이용한 지지력 산정 방법의 흐름도이다. 본 발명에 따른 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법은 등가 파일 환산단계(S10), 물성 환산단계(S20)를 포함하여 구성되고, 본 발명에 따른 지지력 산정 방법은 본 발명에 따른 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법에 지지력 산출단계(S30)를 더 포함하여 구성된다.
등가 파일 환산단계(S10)는 변단면 파일을 길이를 따라 복수 개의 구간으로 나누고 복수 개의 원기둥형 파일의 결합으로 환산하거나 하나의 원기둥형 파일로 환산하는 단계로서, 복수 개의 원기둥형 파일의 결합으로 환산하는 단계는 크게 변단면 파일을 헤드부, 콘부, 테일부로 나눈 후 콘부만 등가의 원기둥형 파일로 환산하는 방법, 변단면 파일의 콘부를 무게중심을 기준으로 상부와 하부로 나눈 후 상부와 하부를 각각 등가의 원기둥 형태의 파일로 환산하는 방법이 있다.
[실시예 1]
실시예 1은 변단면 파일을 헤드부(10), 콘부(20) 및 테일부(30)로 나누는 방법으로서, 헤드부(10)와 테일부(30)는 원기둥 형태로 형성되어 있으므로 원뿔대 형상인 콘부(20)를 등가의 원기둥형 파일로 환산한다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시예 1의 경우에 적용되는 등가 파일을 도시한 것이다.
실시예 1의 등가 파일 환산단계(S10)는 콘부(20)의 부피를 콘부(20)의 높이로 나누어 등가의 원기둥 형태의 중간부(40)로 환산하여 변단면 파일을 총 3개의 원기둥형 파일의 결합구조로 환산하는 단계이다. 따라서 등가 파일 환산단계(S10)를 거친 변단면 파일은 도 6(b)와 같이 깊이에 따라 헤드부(10), 중간부(40) 및 테일부(30)의 3개 구간으로 나누어진다.
헤드부(10)와 테일부(30)는 원래부터 원기둥 형상을 하고 있으므로, 중간부(40)만 등가 파일로 환산하면 되는데, 편의상 헤드부에 대해 1, 콘부와 중간부에 대해 2, 테일부에 대해 3을 표기할 때(이하 각 파라미터에 대해 동일하게 적용한다), 중간부(40)의 환산 단면적 S2는 아래 [수학식 1]과 같다(V2는 콘부의 부피, h2는 콘부의 높이).

실시예 2는 변단면 파일을 2구간으로 나누는 방법으로서, 도 7은 본 발명의 실시예 2에 적용되는 등가 파일을 도시한 것이다.
실시예 2에서는 변단면 파일을 헤드부(10)와 콘부(20) 일부로 구성되는 상부(50), 콘부(20)의 나머지와 테일부(30)로 구성되는 하부(60)로 나누어 등가의 원기둥형 파일로 환산하고, 콘부(20)를 상부(50)와 하부(60)로 나누는 기준은 콘부(20)의 무게중심(M)이다. 즉, 변단면 파일이 지반에 형성되었을 때에 콘부(20)의 무게중심 위쪽은 상부(50), 무게중심 아래쪽은 하부(60)에 속한다.
즉, 실시예 2의 등가 파일 환산단계(S10)는 헤드부(10), 콘부(20) 및 테일부(30)로 구성되는 변단면 파일을 콘부(20)의 무게중심을 기준으로 상부(50) 및 하부(60)의 결합구조로 환산하는 단계로서, 실시예 2의 등가 파일 환산단계(S10)를 거친 변단면 파일은 도 7(b)와 같이 깊이에 따라 상부(50) 및 하부(60)의 2개 구간으로 나누어진다.

실시예 3은 변단면 파일을 하나의 원기둥형 파일로 환산하는 방법으로서, 도 8은 본 발명의 실시예 3에 적용되는 등가 파일을 도시한 것이다. 실시예 3의 등가 파일 환산단계(S10)를 거친 변단면 파일은 도 8(b)와 같이 단일 단면적의 등가 파일(70)로 환산된다.

물성 환산단계(S20)는 등가 파일 환산단계(S10)에서 나누어진 원기둥형 파일 각각의 구간에 대해 지반의 환산된 물성을 계산하는 단계이다. 이하에서 실시예 1, 실시예 2 및 실시예 3 각각의 경우에 대해 설명한다.

그리고 각 물성의 산출식은 아래 [수학식 5] 내지 [수학식 8]과 같다(i = 1, 2, 3이고, hi는 각각 헤드부, 중간부, 테일부의 높이, N은 기초저판 하부에 형성된 변단면 파일의 개수, Si는 각각 헤드부, 중간부, 테일부의 환산 단면적, SN은 기초저판의 면적, Fp는 변단면 파일의 단위중량, Fs는 지반의 단위중량, Cp는 변단면 파일의 점착력, Cs는 지반의 점착력, Ep는 변단면 파일의 탄성계수, Es는 지반의 탄성계수, Φp는 변단면 파일의 내부마찰각, Φs는 지반의 내부마찰각).

실시예 2의 경우도 실시예 1과 유사하게, 상부(50)의 환산 단면적 S5, 하부(60)의 환산 단면적 S6이 각각 상이하므로, 단면적이 동일한 구간별로 나누어 물성을 환산한다. 환산하고자 하는 물성은 실시예 1과 마찬가지로 환산 단위중량 F, 환산 점착력 C, 환산 탄성계수 E 및 환산 내부마찰각 Φ이고, 각 물성은 기초저판의 연직하방에서 변단면 파일이 차지하는 면적과 변단면 파일이 없는 부분의 면적, 즉 (기초저판의 면적 - 변단면 파일의 단면적)의 비율에 따라 결정된다.
그리고 각 물성의 산출식은 아래 [수학식 9] 내지 [수학식 12]와 같다(j = 5, 6이고, 파라미터들의 의미는 실시예 1에 대한 설명에서와 같다).

실시예 3의 경우는 환산 단면적 S8이 일정하므로 전체 구간 h에 대해 물성을 환산할 수 있다. 환산하고자 하는 물성은 실시예 1과 마찬가지로 환산 단위중량 F, 환산 점착력 C, 환산 탄성계수 E 및 환산 내부마찰각 Φ이고, 각 물성은 기초저판의 연직하방에서 변단면 파일이 차지하는 면적과 변단면 파일이 없는 부분의 면적, 즉 (기초저판의 면적 - 변단면 파일의 단면적)의 비율에 따라 결정된다.
그리고 각 물성의 산출식은 아래 [수학식 13] 내지 [수학식 16]과 같다(파라미터들의 의미는 실시예 1에 대한 설명에서와 같다).

이상으로, 헤드부(10), 콘부(20), 테일부(30)로 구성된 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법을 살펴보았는데, 위 [수학식 2] 내지 [수학식 16]은 h1 = 0 또는 h2 = 0 또는 h3 = 0인 경우, 즉, 헤드부(10)가 없거나 콘부(20)가 없거나 테일부(30)가 없는 경우에도 성립됨이 자명하다(단, h2 = 0인 경우 [수학식 1]에서 S2 = 0이다).
지지력 산출단계(S30)는 환산된 구간별 물성으로부터 지반의 총 지지력을 계산하는 단계로서, Terzaghi, Meyerhof, Hansen의 지지력 공식 중 어느 하나에 상기 환산된 구간별 물성을 대입함으로써 계산될 수 있다. Terzaghi, Meyerhof, Hansen의 지지력 공식은 아래 [수학식 17] 내지 [수학식 19]와 같다.
Terzaghi 모델은 점착력이 큰 지반에 설계된 얕은 기초에 주로 적용되는 지지력 공식이다(γ1은 기초저면 상부지반의 단위중량, γ2는 기초저면 하부지반의 단위중량, c는 점착력, α, β는 형상계수, B는 기초폭, Df는 근입깊이, Nc, Nr, Nq는 전반전단파괴에 대한 지지력 계수, 각 계수들은 파일 및 기초저면의 특성에 따라 도출될 수 있는 값이다).

Meyerhof 모델은 근입깊이의 전단저항이 고려된 것으로, 기초의 형상, 근입깊이, 하중경사가 고려되기 때문에 실험결과와 비교적 상관관계가 좋다{Nq = eπtan Φtan2(45 + Φ/2), Nc = (Nq - 1) cot Φ, Nr = (Nq -1)tan(1.4Φ), Sc, Sr, Sq는 형상계수, dc, dr, dq는 깊이계수, ic, ir, iq는 하중경사계수}

Claims (9)
- 헤드부(10), 콘부(20), 테일부(30)로 구성된 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법에 있어서,상기 변단면 파일을 길이를 따라 복수 개의 구간으로 나누고 복수 개의 원기둥형 파일의 결합으로 환산하거나 하나의 원기둥형 파일로 환산하는 등가 파일 환산단계(S10) 및상기 등가 파일 환산단계(S10)에서 하나 이상의 원기둥형 파일에 대해 지반의 환산된 물성을 계산하는 물성 환산단계(S20)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 등가 파일 환산단계(S10)는 상기 변단면 파일을 헤드부(10), 콘부(20) 및 테일부(30)로 나누고, 원뿔대 형상인 상기 콘부(20)를 등가의 원기둥형 파일인 중간부(40)로 환산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 환산된 물성은 환산 단위중량 F, 환산 점착력 C, 환산 탄성계수 E 및 환산 내부마찰각 Φ 중 어느 하나 이상이고, 그 각각은 아래의 수학식에 따라 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법(i = 1, 2, 3이고, i = 1은 헤드부, i = 2는 중간부, i = 3은 테일부이며, hi는 각각 헤드부, 중간부, 테일부의 높이, N은 기초저판 하부에 형성된 변단면 파일의 개수, Si는 각각 헤드부, 중간부, 테일부의 환산 단면적, SN은 기초저판의 면적, Fp는 변단면 파일의 단위중량, Fs는 지반의 단위중량, Cp는 변단면 파일의 점착력, Cs는 지반의 점착력, Ep는 변단면 파일의 탄성계수, Es는 지반의 탄성계수, Φp는 변단면 파일의 내부마찰각, Φs는 지반의 내부마찰각).
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 등가 파일 환산단계(S10)는 상기 변단면 파일을 헤드부(10)와 콘부(20) 일부로 구성되는 상부(50), 콘부(20)의 나머지와 테일부(30)로 구성되는 하부(60)로 나누어 등가의 원기둥형 파일로 환산하는 단계이고, 상기 콘부(20)를 상부(50)와 하부(60)로 나누는 기준은 콘부(20)의 무게중심(M)인 것을 특징으로 하는 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 등가 파일 환산단계(S10)는 상기 변단면 파일을 단일 직경의 파일로 환산하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 물성 환산 방법.
- 헤드부(10), 콘부(20), 테일부(30)로 구성된 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 지지력 산정 방법에 있어서,상기 변단면 파일을 길이를 따라 복수 개의 구간으로 나누고 복수 개의 원기둥형 파일의 결합으로 환산하거나 하나의 원기둥형 파일로 환산하는 등가 파일 환산단계(S10);상기 등가 파일 환산단계(S10)에서 하나 이상의 원기둥형 파일에 대해 지반의 환산된 물성을 계산하는 물성 환산단계(S20) 및상기 환산된 물성으로부터 지반의 총 지지력을 계산하는 지지력 산출단계(S30)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 지지력 산정 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 지지력 산출단계(S30)는 Terzaghi, Meyerhof, Hansen의 지지력 공식 중 어느 하나에 상기 환산된 물성을 대입함으로써 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변단면 파일이 설치된 지반의 지지력 산정 방법.
