Abstract

La présente invention vise à fournir un dispositif de discrimination de tendance pour déterminer objectivement, sur la base d'informations cérébrales obtenues par IRM, la tendance d'un objet qui est à déterminer. La présente invention concerne par conséquent le calcul, lors de la création d'un discriminateur dans un dispositif de discrimination de tendance, du volume de matière grise et du degré d'anisotropie de diffusion d'un pôle frontal comme une région d'intérêt pour chaque sujet de test d'une pluralité de sujets de test (S104) sur la base d'une image anatomique et d'une image pondérée en diffusion obtenue par IRM (S102). Le discriminateur est créé par apprentissage machine d'informations et de la relation entre le volume de matière grise et l'anisotropie fractionnelle (S108), les informations étant obtenues par classification des résultats de test réalisés pour déterminer les tendances de la pluralité des sujets de test.
