Abstract
Die mehrlagige Beutelmatte (1) zur Innen- und Aussenraumbegrünung besteht aus einer ersten elastischen geflochtenen Lage (3), einer zweiten Lage (4) aus filzartigem Flies und einer dritten Lage (5) aus einer wasserabweisenden Gewegefolie. Diese Beutelmatte (1) ermöglicht eine vertikale und auch überhängende Raumbegrünung ohne tropfendes Wasser bei der Bewässerung. Die Beutelmatte (1) mit dem Gelgranulat (6.a) wird vor der Wand oder Deckenmontage im Wasserbad um das 180 Fache mit Wasser zum puren Wasser-Gel (6.b) umgewandelt. Danach wird die Beutelmatte (1) über die Rasterlöcher (9) auf das Wandabstand und Befestigungssystem (10,11) aufgespannt und geschraubt. Die mehrlagige Beutelmatte (1) mit der Gelgranulat Füllung (6) in den Beutelkammern (2) und der kompletten Bewässerungsverrohrung (8) wird komplett vormontiert und aufgerollt gelagert bis zum Gebrauch.
Description
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die geflochtene mehrlagige Beutelmatte die für Pflanzenstecklinge oder Pflanzenstöcke im Gebrauch vor allem für Pflanzenwände bei der Innen- und Aussenraumbegrünung das wachsen ohne Erde, Tonkugeln oder andere feste Substrate möglich macht. Diese neue Erfindung macht es möglich die Pflanzenstecklinge von Hand in die geflochtene Beutelmatte mit den gefüllten Gelsubstrat Kammern„Beutel" einzupflanzen. Diese mehrlagige Beutelmatte wird dazu verwendet, dass das Gelsubstrat bei vertikalen und überhängenden Pflanzenwänden nicht auslaufen kann und sogleich die Pflanzenstecklinge im Vorstadium festhält. Die Grösse der geflochtenen Beutelmatte kann bei Bedarf auch selber zugeschnitten werden. Die mehrlagige Beutelmatte besteht aus drei bis fünf Lagen und verfügt zusätzlich über alle Funktionen die zu einer Pflanzenzucht in der Innen- und Aussenraumbegrünung nötig ist. Dazu gehört auch die Bewässerungstechnik die in die Matte eingenäht oder eingeführt wird.
Die Gelbeutel mit der überzogenen Matte die sogleich geflochten und elastisch ist, machen es unter anderem auch möglich, dass bei überhängenden Pflanzenkulturen ohne tropfendes Wasser automatisch bewässert werden kann.
Bei bekannten Pflanzenwand Systemen sind die Substrate nicht aus Gel und die Taschen oder Beutel „Pflanzentöpfe" sehen optisch wie übereinander gestapelte Schwalbennester aus. Andere
Pflanzenwand Hersteller verwenden eine Technik wie bei„Rollrasen". Wiederum andere Hersteller der Pflanzenwände verwenden Flies oder Filztaschen die mit Erde oder Tonkugeln gefüllt werden und bei der Bepflanzung die„Taschen" jeweils mit einer Öffnung versehen um die Stecklinge einzupflanzen. Diese neue Erfindung unter schiedet sich erheblich bei der Montage, dem Verarbeitungssystem und vor allem in der Technik die Pflanzen anzubauen. Die mehrlagige Beutelmatte mit der geflochtenen 1.Lage hat die Funktion das Gelsubstrat in Position zu halten und zusätzlich die Pflanzen durch die elastische und geflochtene I .Lage durch zu stecken um die Bepflanzung zu tätigen. Sowie den Wachstum der Pflanzen nicht zu beeinträchtigen, da die elastischen Stränge der I .Lage der geflochtenen Beutelmatte elastisch sind und sich dem Wachstum der Pflanzen anpassen.
Die mehrlagige Beutelmatte mit der speziell geflochtenen 1. Lage ermöglicht eine saubere, schnelle und preisgünstige Montage. Das Pflanzenwand System wurde auch speziell für Privatanwender entwickelt, so dass der Kit gut verständlich selber montiert werden kann. Die herkömmlichen
Pflanzenwände sind komplexer und vor allem in der Dimension dicker und nicht in der Lage überhängende Pflanzenkulturen ohne tropfendes Wasser zu bewässern.

Fig.1 Die geflochtene Beutelmatte (1) die auf die nicht sichtbare Unterkonstruktion aufgezogen und verschraubt wurde, wird mit den seitlichen Winkelabdeckungen (13) und dem unteren
Wasserauffangkanal (12) abgedeckt das optisch ein sauberer Abschluss entsteht. Das Gelsubstrat (6) wird mit der Funktion der geflochtenen I.Lage der kompletten Beutelmatte im Zwischenraum der genähten Beutelkammern (2) festgehalten. Der Wurzelballen der Pflanzenstecklinge (14.a) wird durch die geflochtene I .Lage der kompletten Beutelmatte (1) zur Bepflanzung gesteckt. Das Gelsubstrat (6), das in den Beutel Kammern (2) einen gebauchten Zwischenraum erhält, gibt den Wurzelballen (14.a) den nötigen Halt und versorgt die Wurzeln (14.a) mit der nötigen Feuchtigkeit. Die Elastizität der geflochtenen 1.Lage der Beutelmatte sorgt für einfaches Bepflanzen, geben den nötigen Druck die Pflanzen in Position zu halten und durch die Elastizität der einzelnen Stränge der 1.Lage treten auch keine Verletzungen bei den Pflanzen auf. Vor allem hat die geflochtene 1.Lage der Beutelmatte (1) die Funktion, dass das Gelsubstrat (6) in den Beutel Kammern (2) nicht auslaufen kann.

Beutelmatte (1) zwischen den Kammern (2) bei der Trennlinie(2.b) bei Bedarf zu verschneiden. Die Beutel Kammern (2) werden einzeln rundherum vernäht (2.a) und haben jeweils in der Mitte eine offene Stelle um das Bewässerungsrohr (7) zwischen durch die Beutelkammern (2) ein zu führen. Das Bewässerungsrohr (7) wird zwischen der geflochtenen 1.Lage (3) und der Flies Matte der sogenannten 2. Lage (4) durchgezogen und als Einheit„Beutelmatte" (1) vorgefertigt.
Die komplette Beutelmatte besteht aus Lage 1 (3) die aus elastischen Stränge geflochten wird, die 2. Lage (4) ein filzartiges Flies, die 3. Lage (5) ein Blachen artiges Zeltmaterial„Gewebefolie" das die Funktion hat wasserabweisend zu sein, die Bewässerungsverrohrung die zwischen den Lagen (3) und (4) eingezogen wird und dem Gelsubstrat (6) das im Rohzustand als Granulat (6.a) in die Kammern mit verpackt wird und vor der Bepflanzung mit Wasser aktiviert und in den Gelzustand (6.b) umgewandelt wird. Das Granulat (6.a) wird in ca. 5 Gramm wasserlösliche Päckchen umgefüllt die vor der
Bepflanzung mit der Wasserzugabe aufgelöst werden und das Granulat (6.a) frei geben. Die
Beutelmatte (1 ) ist für die Montage an die Unterkonstruktion im Raster mit Löcher versehen die passend zur Montagevorrichtung (11) sind. Kernschrauben mit Kappen (9,10) verbinden die
Beutelmatte (1) mit der Montagevorrichtung (11). Zusätzlich wird das überschüssige Wasser mit dem Wasserauffangkanal (12) gefangen und von dem Gelsubstrat (6) in den Beutel Kammern (2) wieder aufgezogen. Als Option kann bei Bedarf ein Abschlusswinkel ( 3) seitlich und oben montiert werden.
Fig.3 Die Explosionsdarstellung zeigt die Montage Schritte und die mehrlagige vernähte, verleimte, verschweisste oder geklammerte Beutelmatte (3,4,5,6,7 in 1) inkl. der Bewässerungsverrohrung. Die Beutelmatte (1) wird mit den Kernschrauben mit Kappen (9, 0) an die Montagevorrichtung (11) geschraubt. Die Montagevorrichtung (11) hat für das überschüssige Wasser aus den Beutel Kammern (2) einen Wasserauffangkanal (12). Zusätzlich bei Bedarf können seitlich und oben Abschlusswinkel (13) angebracht werden. Die mehrlagige Beutelmatte (1) hat in dieser Darstellung 3. Lagen. Die I .Lage die geflochtene und elastische Beutelmatte, die 2. Lage das filzartige Flies, die 3. Lage die
wasserabweisende Gewebefolie und die eingezogene Bewässerungsverrohrung zwischen (3) und (4). Die mittlere Lage.2 das Flies kann auch aus mehreren Lagen bestehen je nach Hersteller. Die Darstellung der Pflanze (14) zeigt, dass der Wurzelballen (14.a) durch die geflochtene und elastische I .Lage gesteckt werden und zwischen der 1. Lage (3) und dem Flies (4) über die Hauptzuleitung (8) durch die eingenähten oder eingesteckten Rohren verteilt bewässert (7) werden.
Diese Erfindung ermöglicht bei der Innen- und Aussenraumbegrünung, Wände sowie Decken auf einfachste Weise mit Pflanzen jeglicher Art zu bestücken. Vor allem anspruchsvolle Architektur mit vielen Rundungen und freien Formen können durch die flexible Beutelmatte die sogleich auch hinter lüftet ist Bepflanzt werden.
Die Beutelmatte ist ab Werk mit allen benötigten Materialen und Substanzen vorbestückt und muss nur noch in Wasser eingelegt und abgetropft werden, bevor sie an die Montagevorrichtung angebracht werden kann. Danach können die Pflanzen beliebig, auch mehrere Stück pro Beutel-Kammer eingesteckt werden.
Claims
1. Mehrlagige Beutelmatte (1) die zum Gedeihen von Pflanzen für sogenannte Pflanzenwände in der Innen- und Aussenraumbegrünung verwendet wird.
2. Beutelkammern (2) gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mehrlagigen Schichten (3,4,5) vernäht, verschweisst, verleimt, geklammert oder gepresst zu einer Beutelmatte produziert werden.
3. Beutelkammern Substrat (6) gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Substrat von gelartiger Substanz beschaffen ist und den Wachstum der Pflanzenwurzeln hervortreibt.
4. Beutelkammer Bewässerung (7) gemäss Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gelartige Substrat mit der eingenähten oder eingeführten Bewässerungsrohren (8) bewässert und zusätzlich mit Dünger geimpft wird.
5. Geflochtene I .Lage (3) der Beutelmatte (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geflochtenen Stränge aus elastischer Beschaffenheit sind und somit eine Bepflanzung der Stecklinge durch die geflochtene
1.Lage (3) erst möglich macht.
6. Geflochtene I.Lage (3) der Beutelmatte (1) gemäss Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Produktion und Verfahrenstechnik nach eigener Entwicklung produziert wird.
7. Verfahren zur Herstellung der geflochtenen Beutelmatte gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mehrlagige Beutelmatte nach eigener Entwicklung produziert wird.
8. Montageverfahren der Beutelmatte (1) gemäss Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgesehenen Ösen oder Löcher und Verbindungen (9) der Beutelmatte (1) zur Befestigung (10) mit der speziell dazu konstruierten Montagevorrichtung und Abstandsystem (11 ) an die Wand oder Decke montiert werden kann.
