Abstract

Notrufsender (3), mit wenigstens einer Notrufauslöseeinrichtung (7), wenigstens einem Elektronikmodul (9, 31) und wenigstens einer an oder über einem menschlichen Handgelenk, Finger, Arm oder Hals, getragenen Trägereinheit (5), wobei die Notrufauslöseeinrichtung als elektronische Notrufauslöseeinrichtung (7) ausgeführt ist, welche das versehentliche Auslösen eines Notrufs verhindert, wobei diese elektronische Notrufauslöseeinrichtung (7) durch die um eine Rotationsachse drehbar konstruierte Trägereinheit (5) aktiviert wird, durch deren per Hand oder Finger herbeigeführte manuelle Drehung (13) bei Überschreitung einer definierten relativen Drehwinkeländerung (52) ein Notruf ausgelöst wird, wobei die elektronische Notrufauslöseeinrichtung (7) die genauen Daten der Drehung (13) der Trägereinheit (5) anhand wenigstens einer Sensorik (11, 19, 21) ermittelt.
