- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 흡입구(20)와 배출구(30) 및 이물질 배출구(30)의 교차부분(50)에는 일 측 방향으로 회전조절이 용이하도록 소정구간 연장부(70)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이물질 역류차단 빨대.

- 청구항 1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항의 이물질 역류차단 빨대(10)와;용기(200)의 내부에 일 측이 배치되고 반대 측이 상기 이물질 역류차단 빨대(10)의 흡입구(20)와 연결되는 용기 빨대(220)와;상기 용기의 상부에 장착되고, 중공형상으로 형성되면서 일 측에 절개부(350)가 형성되며, 내부에는 상기 이물질 역류차단 빨대(10)의 이물질 배출구(40)와 연결되는 결합부(330)를 통해 유입되는 이물질이 포함된 음료를 수용 및 보관하는 저장공간(320)이 형성되고, 하부에는 저장공간(320)에 수용된 이물질이 포함된 음료를 외부로 배출하는 케이스 배출구(340)가 형성되며, 상기 절개부(350)에는 용기의 지름에 따라 간격을 조절할 수 있는 간격조절수단(400)이 장착되는 케이스(300);를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이물질 역류차단 빨대를 포함하는 이물질 역류차단장치.
- 청구항 4 또는 5항에 있어서,상기 케이스(300)의 외면 둘레에는 회전작동이 용이하도록 둘레 홈(360)이 간격을 두고 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이물질 역류차단 빨대를 포함하는 이물질 역류차단장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 간격조절수단(400)은,상기 절개부(350)의 일 측에 형성되고 간격 고정부(410)와;소정의 길이를 가지며, 전면에 고정 돌기(422)가 연속해서 형성되고, 끝단이 간격 고정부(410)에 고정되는 간격 조절바(420)와;상기 절개부(350)의 반대 측에 형성되고 길이 조절되는 간격 조절바(410)의 고정 돌기(422)를 고정하는 간격 조절부(430);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이물질 역류차단 빨대를 포함하는 이물질 역류차단장치.
