本发明的有益效果是:通过为第一工作配件、第二工作配件配置可在收拢状态与展开状态之间转换工作状态的关联配件,在收拢状态时关联配件不阻挡任一工作配件展开,在展开状态时关联配件阻挡另一工作配件展开,由此保证使用中仅能展开一个工作配件,如若展开的工作配件不折叠起来,其它的工作配件则不可展开,从而消除同时展开多个工作配件所造成的安全隐患。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
本发明的仅能展开一个工作配件的手动工具包括手柄11/21、经枢轴连接在手柄上的可展开和收拢的第一工作配件12/22和第二工作配件13/23,其发明构思是为第一工作配件12/22、第二工作配件13/23配置可在收拢状态与展开状态之间转换工作状态的关联配件14/24,收拢状态为第一工作配件和第二工作配件均收拢的状态,展开状态为第一工作配件、第二工作配件中的一个展开、另一个收拢的状态,在收拢状态时关联配件不阻挡任一工作配件展开,在展开状态时关联配件阻挡另一工作配件展开。
实施例1(如图11-19所示)
第一工作配件12通过固定于其尾部的第一轴套15转动套在位于手柄11一端的第一枢轴18上,第一轴套15的外径具有小径部16和大径部17,第二工作配件13通过固定于其尾部的第二轴套19转动套在位于手柄11另一端的第二枢轴112上,第二轴套19的外径具有小径部110和大径部111;
参见图13、16、19,关联配件14为装配在手柄11内并可沿其长度方向活动的拉杆,拉杆的两端分别通过第一通孔113、第二通孔114套在第一轴套15、第二轴套19上,第一通孔113具有第一锁止孔壁115,第二通孔114具有第二锁止孔壁116,所述第一通孔113和第二通孔114也可为连通的,即,在所述第一轴套15外侧具有第一锁止孔壁115,在所述第二轴套19外侧具有第二锁止孔壁116;

在展开状态时,第二工作配件13展开带动第一轴套19转动,第一轴套15的小径部16面向第一锁止孔壁115、第二轴套19的大径部111转而面向第二锁止孔壁116(参见图14-16),使得拉杆不能够沿其长度方向活动而阻挡第一工作配件展开(此时,第二工作配件13展开,第一工作配件12收拢,由于拉杆不能够沿其长度方向活动,第二工作配件13向收拢方向转动时第二轴套19从大径部111向小径部110转动,不受第二锁止孔壁116的约束,可以收拢;第一工作配件12向展开方向转动时第一轴套15小径部16向大径部17转动,受第一锁止孔壁115的约束,不可展开);或者第一工作配件12展开带动第一轴套15转动,第一轴套15的大径部17转而面向第一锁止孔壁115、第二轴套19的小径部110面向第二锁止孔壁116(参见图17-19),使得拉杆不能够沿其长度方向活动而阻挡第二工作配件展开(此时,第一工作配件12展开,第二工作配件13收拢,由于拉杆不能够沿其长度方向活动,第一工作配件12向收拢方向转动时第一轴套15从大径部17向小径部16转动,不受第一锁止孔壁115的约束,可以收拢;第二工作配件13向展开方向转动时第二轴套19小径部110向大径部111转动,受第二锁止孔壁116的约束,不可展开)。
在本发明中,为了达到上述目的,所述的第一锁止孔壁115和所述的第二锁止孔壁116之间的距离大于或等于所述第一轴套15的大径部17面向所述的第一锁止孔壁115而第二轴套19的小径部110面向所述第二锁止孔壁116时,所述第一轴套15和所述第二轴套19之间的外侧的最长距离;并且大于或等于所述第二轴套19的大径部111面向所述的第二锁止孔壁116时,而第一轴套15的小径部16面向所述第一锁止孔壁115时,所述第一轴套15和所述第二轴套19之间的外侧的最长距离;并且小于第一轴套15的大径部17面向所述的第一锁止孔壁115和所述第二轴套19的大径部111面向所述的第二锁止孔壁116时,所述第一轴套15和所述第二轴套19之间的外侧的最长距离。
具体的,为了达到较佳的阻挡作用,第一轴套的大径部16、第二轴套的大径部111为圆柱面,第一轴套的小径部16、第二轴套的小径部110为从圆柱上切出的纵向平面;第一锁止孔壁115、第二锁止孔壁116为平面。
为了使结构紧凑,拉杆呈板片状,第一工作配件12、第二工作配件13分别位于拉杆的两侧。所述的第一工作配件12、第二工作配件13分别具有与所述第一轴套15和所述第二轴套19相应的孔,分别套装在所述第一轴套15和所述第二轴套19上,使得第一工作配件12、第二工作配件13展开或收拢时同时带动所述第一轴套15和所述第二轴套19转动。
如图所示,所述第一工作配件或第二工作配件为安装有可更换刀片的刀片安装架,另一工作配件为普通刀具。
所述第一工作配件12和第二工作配件13分别通过所述枢轴连接在手柄11的两侧,其中所述关联配件14为拉杆,所述第一工作配件12上固定有第一元件15,所述第一元件15随第一工作配件12的收拢和展开而运动,所述第二工作配件13上固定有第二元件19,所述第二元件19随第一工作配件13的收拢和展开而运动,所述第一元件15和第二元件19分别配合在拉杆14的两端部,所述第一工作配件12展开后,带动所述第一元件15运动,从而带动拉杆14做相应运动后,限制了所述第二元件19的运动,从而第二工作配件13无法展开。
其中,所述第一元件15从所述第一工作配件12侧向突起,所述第二元件19从所述第二工作配件13侧向突起,拉杆14两端部的相应位置分别具有行程槽113和114,所述第一元件15和第二元件19分别延伸到各自相应的行程槽113和114内,在第一工作配件或第二工作配件展开的时候,分别带动第一元件或第二元件运动,带动拉杆14的相应运动。拉杆运动后位置改变,从而可以阻止另一个工作配件的展开。在本具体实施例中,所述第一元件和第二元件分别套第一工作配件和第二工作配件的枢轴上,第一工作所述的行程槽为通孔,所述第一元件和第二元件分别侧向延伸至通孔内。
本实施例不仅仅是局限于一头只有一个配件,而可以扩展到一头有多个配件,而一头展开一个配件后另一头的配件不能展开。比如,手柄的一端具有第一配件和第三配件,另一端具有第二配件和第四配件,而第一配件或第三配件展开的时候,第二配件和第四配件均不能展开。这里例子和其它类似的实施方式均在权利项的保护范围之内。
实施例2(如图1-10所示)
第一工作配件22、第二工作配件23反向装配在手柄21一端的同一枢轴25上(反向装配是指第一工作配件、第二工作配件的展开方向相反,如图1所示,第一工作配件顺时针方向转动时展开,第二工作配件逆时针方向转动时展开);
一个工作配件上开设行程槽26(图示为第二工作配件23上开设行程槽26),另一个工作配件上装配一销轴(图示为第一工作配件22上装配销轴)作为关联配件24且该销轴伸至行程槽26内(具体实施时,行程槽26与销轴的位置可以互换);
在收拢状态时(参见图1-6),销轴位于行程槽26的一端且销轴相对于行程槽26能够从行程槽的该端移至另一端而不阻挡任一工作配件展开(参见图1,此时销轴位于行程槽26的上端,因此可将第一工作配件22顺时针方向转动,行程槽26位置不变,销轴可转至行程槽26的下端,从而将第一工作配件22展开,还可将第二工作配件23逆时针方向转动,销轴位置不变,至行程槽26转动一定角度同样使销轴相对于行程槽从一端变换位置至另一端,从而将第二工作配件23展开);
在展开状态时,销轴位于行程槽26的另一端阻挡另一工作配件展开(如图7、8所示,第二工作配件23展开时,若向展开方向转动第一工作配件22,则行程槽26阻挡销轴转动,因此不能展开第一工作配件;如图9、10所示,第一工作配件22展开时,若向展开方向转动第二工作配件23,则销轴阻挡行程槽26转动,因此不能展开第二工作配件)。
所述销轴24设置在所述枢轴25的旁边,所述行程槽26位于第二工作配件的相应位置上,为一个弧形,为第一工作配件22或第二工作配件23沿所述枢轴25从收拢和展开过程中销轴24行程路径。
为了将展开的工作配件定位,防止展开的工作配件意外转动,刀柄21内为第一工作配件22配置第一止展部27和第一止折部28,第一工作配件22展开时第一止展部27阻止第一工作配件22向展开方向转动、第一止折部28阻止第一工作配件22向折叠方向转动;刀柄21内为第二工作配件23配置第二止展部29和第二止折部210,第二工作配件23展开时第二止展部29阻止第二工作配件23向展开方向转动、第二止折部210阻止第二工作配件23向折叠方向转动。
具体的,第一止展部27为设于第一工作配件22展开方向上的挡块,第一止折部28为设于第一工作配件22侧面的刚性弹片,第一工作配件22展开时该刚性弹片的端部依靠弹性偏向第一工作配件并支撑在第一工作配件上阻挡折叠(参见图1、9-10;折叠第一工作配件时先将该刚性弹片向第一工作配件一侧推开,即可折叠);第二止展部29为设于第二工作配件23展开方向上的挡块,第二止折部210为设于第二工作配件23侧面的刚性弹片,第二工作配件23展开时该刚性弹片的端部依靠弹性偏向第二工作配件并支撑在第二工作配件上阻挡折叠(参见图1、7-8;折叠第二工作配件时先将该刚性弹片向第二工作配件一侧推开,即可折叠)。为使结构紧凑,手柄内装配一位于第一工作配件22、第二工作配件23之间的板件211,第一止展部27和第一止折部28、第二止展部29和第二止折部210设于板件211上。为使手柄结构整齐,板件211两端的轮廓与手柄的轮廓相同或略小,因此,枢轴将板件装配在手柄该端的同时,在板件上设有与行程槽大小形状相应的通孔以便前述的销轴穿过。
如图所示,所述第一工作配件或第二工作配件为安装有可更换刀片的刀片安装架,另一工作配件为普通刀具。

  1. 仅能展开一个工作配件的手动工具,包括手柄、经枢轴连接在手柄上的可展开和收拢的第一工作配件和第二工作配件,其特征是:为所述的第一工作配件、第二工作配件配置可在收拢状态与展开状态之间转换工作状态的关联配件,所述的收拢状态为第一工作配件和第二工作配件均收拢的状态,所述的展开状态为所述第一工作配件、第二工作配件中的一个展开、另一个收拢的状态,在所述的收拢状态时所述关联配件不阻挡任一工作配件展开,在所述的展开状态时所述关联配件阻挡另一工作配件展开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的仅能展开一个工作配件的手动工具,其特征是:
    所述的第一工作配件(12)通过固定于其尾部的第一轴套(15)转动套在位于所述手柄(11)一端的第一枢轴(18)上,所述第一轴套(15)的外径具有小径部(16)和大径部(17),所述的第二工作配件(13)通过固定于其尾部的第二轴套(19)转动套在位于所述手柄(11)另一端的第二枢轴(112)上,所述第二轴套(19)的外径具有小径部(110)和大径部(111);
    所述的关联配件(14)为装配在所述手柄(11)内并可沿其长度方向活动的拉杆,所述拉杆具有套在所述第一轴套(15)和所述第二轴套(19)外的通孔,所述通孔在所述第一轴套(15)外侧具有第一锁止孔壁(115),在所述第二轴套(19)外侧具有第二锁止孔壁(116);
    在所述的收拢状态时,所述第一轴套(15)的小径部(16)面向所述的第一锁止孔壁(115)、所述第二轴套(19)的小径部(110)面向所述的第二锁止孔壁(116),使得拉杆能够沿其长度方向活动而不阻挡任一工作配件展开;

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的仅能展开一个工作配件的手动工具,其特征是:所述的拉杆呈板片状,所述的第一工作配件(12)、第二工作配件(13)分别具有与所述第一轴套(15)和所述第二轴套(19)相应的孔,分别套装在所述第一轴套(15)和所述第二轴套(19)上,使得第一工作配件(12)、第二工作配件(13)展开或收拢时同时带动所述第一轴套(15)和所述第二轴套(19)转动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的仅能展开一个工作配件的手动工具,其特征是:所述第一工作配件或第二工作配件为安装有可更换刀片的刀片安装架。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的仅能展开一个工作配件的手动工具,其特征是:所述第一工作配件和第二工作配件分别通过所述枢轴连接在手柄的两侧,其中所述关联配件为拉杆,所述第一工作配件上固定有第一元件,所述第一元件随第一工作配件的收拢和展开而运动,所述第二工作配件上固定有第二元件,所述第二元件随第二工作配件的收拢和展开而运动,所述第一元件和第二元件分别配合在拉杆的两端部,所述第一工作配件展开后,带动所述第一元件运动,从而带动拉杆做相应运动后,限制了所述第二元件的运动,从而第二工作配件无法展开。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的仅能展开一个工作配件的手动工具,其特征是:所述第一元件从所述第一工作配件侧向突起,所述第二元件从所述第二工作配件侧向突起,拉杆两端部的相应位置分别具有行程槽,所述第一元件和第二元件分别延伸到行程槽内,从而可以带动拉杆的相应运动。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的仅能展开一个工作配件的手动工具,其特征是:所述第一元件和第二元件分别套在第一工作配件和第二工作配件的枢轴上,第一工作所述的行程槽为通孔,所述第一元件和第二元件分别侧向延伸至通孔内。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的仅能展开一个工作配件的手动工具,其特征是:所述的第一工作配件(22)、第二工作配件(23)反向装配在所述手柄(21)一端的同一枢轴(25)上;
    一个工作配件上开设行程槽(26),另一个工作配件上装配一销轴作为所述的关联配件(24)且该销轴伸至所述的行程槽(26)内;
