以下结合说明书附图及具体实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。 应当 理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图 1 ,图 1是本发明电视机的 CC模式识别显示方法第一实施例的流程 示意图。 该实施例的电视机的 CC模式识别显示方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 S110、 对接收到的 cc节目信号进行解码, 获得解码信息;
当用户选择一 CC节目时, 首先将对该接收到的 CC节目信号进行解码, 并获得解码信息。该解码操作可以使用电视机上原有的解码器对 CC内容进行 解码, 也可以单独设置一解码器对 CC内容进行解码。
步骤 S120、 根据解码信息, 获得该 CC节目信号所对应的 CC模式; 一般 CC节目信号所对应的 CC模式包括模式 CC1-CC4以及模式 TX1-TX4, 其中前四种模式 CC1-CC4主要包括与电视机当前画面相关的字幕 等: CC1通常为 CC1-CC4中的主要模式; CC2可以做为 CC1的备用, 在 CC1 当前带宽不足等情况下可以使用 CC2; 而且 CC1和 CC2通常使用英文, CC3 和 CC4通常是其他语言文字; 与前四种模式 CC1-CC4的区别在于, 后四种 TX1-TX4可以包括与电视机当前画面不相关的文本等, 其中 TX1通常为 TX1-TX4中的主要模式。 根据步骤 S110中解码获得的解码信息, 可以判断接 收到的 CC节目信号所对应的 CC模式。
步骤 S130、 根据所获得的 CC模式, 按照预置规则进行相应的显示。
上述步骤 S120中, 获得的 CC模式可以为 0种(即 CC节目没有 CC内容), 也可以为 1种或多种, 因此根据所获得的 CC模式的情况, 而对 CC内容进行相 应的显示。 因此预置规则即为获得的 CC模式的数目对应的显示规则。 例如所 获得的 CC模式为 0种时, 则显示该 CC节目无 CC内容; 所获得的 CC模式为 1 种, 并且检测到 CC模式的功能控制开关打开时, 则通过该 CC模式来显示该 CC节目所对应的 CC内容; 所获得的 CC模式的数目为多个时, 并且检测到 CC 模式的功能控制开关打开时, 则显示所有 CC模式(例如通过图标或菜单形式 进行显示, 通知用户当前节目所存在的 CC模式), 并根据优先级选择最高的 CC模式来显示该 CC节目所对应的 CC内容。
相对于现有技术, 本发明实施例通过对 CC节目信号进行解码, 然后根据 解码信息自动识别其对应的 CC模式, 再根据所识别的 CC模式显示 CC内容, 极大地筒化了模式选择的步骤, 给用户的使用带来了极大的方便。
上述步骤 S120包括:
根据解码信息中的场标识位、 通道标识位及服务类型标识位, 分析并获 得 CC节目信号所对应的 CC模式。
具体地, 步骤 S110中获得的解码信息中包括场标识位、 通道标识位及服 务类型标识位(下文提到的类型信息是指场标识位、 通道标识位及服务类型 标识位三者的组合),通过读取解码信息中的各标识位,并根据所述标识位的 值综合判断 CC节目信号所对应的 CC模 如表 1为 CC模式检测真值表:

说明: 场标识位为 0表示一帧图像的第 1场, 为 1表示第 2场。
通道标识位为 0表示为第 1通道, 为 1表示第 2通道。 服务类型标识位为 0表示 Caption(即属于 CC1-CC4中的一个), 为 1表示 Text (即属于 TX1-TX4中的一个)。
获得场标识位、通道标识位及服务类型标识位后, 即可根据上述表 1中的 对应关系, 获得 CC节目信号所对应的 CC模式。
上述步骤 S130包括:
步骤 A、 当步骤 S120所获得的 CC模式为 0种, 即 CC节目没有 CC内容, 则 结束流程, 并提示没有可显示的 CC内容。
步骤 B、 当步骤 S120所获得的 CC模式为一种, 则产生并显示提示信息, 该提示信息包括 CC节目信号所对应的 CC模式; 并在检测到电视机菜单中的 CC模式功能控制开关处于打开状态时, 显示 CC内容;
具体地, 若步骤 S120所识别到的 CC模式为模式 CC1 (即从解码信息中识 别到一组类型信息中的场标识位为 0,通道标识位为 0,服务类型标识位为 0 ), 则产生提示信息, 在显示屏幕上显示出相应的模式 CC1 , 并检测电视机菜单 中模式 CC的功能控制开关选项是否处于 "打开" 的状态, 是则在屏幕上以模 式 CC1的显示方式显示 CC内容;若模式 CC的功能控制开关选项是处于"关闭" 的状态, 则不显示 CC内容, 仅通知用户当前的 CC模式为 CC1模式。
步骤 C、 当步骤 S120所获得的 CC模式为两种以上(即从解码信息中识 别到两组以上类型信息), 则产生并显示提示信息, 该提示信息包括 CC节目 信号所对应的 CC模式; 并在检测到电视机菜单中的 CC模式功能控制开关 处于打开状态时, 根据 CC模式的优先级顺序 (例如表 1中的优先级顺序), 选择优先级高的 CC模式进行 CC内容的显示;
具体地, 若步骤 S120所识别到的 CC模式为模式 CC1、 CC2以及 TX3, 则产生提示信息, 在显示屏幕上显示出相应的 CC模式, 并检测电视菜单中 CC模式的功能控制开关选项是否处于 "打开" 的状态, 若是, 则根据 CC模 式的优先级顺序, 自动选择优先级高的 CC模式作为当前默认的 CC模式, 然后再以该默认的 CC模式的显示方式显示 CC内容。如表 1所示,模式 CC1、 CC2以及 TX3中模式 CC1的优先级最高, 所以以模式 CC1的显示方式显示 CC内容; 若否, 则只提示用户当前节目中含有的 CC模式, 但不显示 CC内 谷。
上述步骤 B和步骤 C中, 提示信息通过图标或菜单形式进行显示。 例如 每个 CC模式对应一个图标, 当步骤 S120所获得的 CC模式为模式 CC2和 模式 CC4, 则仅有模式 CC2和模式 CC4对应的图标为亮颜色, 且处于可选 择状态, 其他 CC模式对应的图标均显示为灰色, 且处于不可选择状态。 菜 单形式则是将 CC模式及其对应的图标进行菜单显示, 用户通过打开该菜单 即可查看步骤 S120所获得的 CC模式的具体情况。
本发明实施例通过 CC模式优先级的判断, 使得在多种 CC模式同时存 在时, 可以根据优先级的顺序选择择一优先级最高的的 CC模式进行 CC内 容的显示, 从而避免了现有技术中存在多种 CC模式而无法识别显示 CC内 容的现象; 而且本发明实施例还通过提示信息, 给用户的模式选择提供了正 确的引导, 进一步方便了用户的使用。 参照图 2,图 2是本发明电视机的 CC模式识别显示方法第二实施例的流程 示意图。 在第一实施例的基础上, 该实施例中在上述步骤 S130之后还包括: 步骤 S140、 接收到 CC模式切换指令, 在判断所切换的 CC模式是 CC 节目信号所对应的 CC模式时, 以切换后的 CC模式显示 CC内容。
当用户希望换一种 CC模式时, 可以向电视机发起 CC模式切换指令。 则接收到该 CC模式切换指令时, 首先要判断所切换的 CC模式是否属于当 前节目信号所对应的 CC模式, 若属于, 则将 CC模式进行切换, 并以切换 后的 CC模式显示 CC内容。从而保证了 CC模式的正确选择,避免了用户选 择错误的 CC模式而造成 CC内容无法正常显示。 参照图 3 , 图 3是本发明电视机的 CC模式识别显示装置第一实施例的 结构示意图。 该电视机的 CC模式识别显示装置包括:
解码模块 110, 用于对接收到的 CC节目信号进行解码, 获得解码信息; CC模式分析模块 120, 用于根据解码信息, 获得该 CC节目信号所对应的
CC模式;
显示模块 130, 用于根据所获得的 CC模式, 按照预置规则进行相应的 显示。
当用户选择一 CC节目时, 首先解码模块 110将对该接收到的 CC节目信号 进行解码, 并获得解码信息。 该解码操作可以使用电视机上原有的解码器对
CC内容进行解码, 也可以单独设置一解码器对 CC内容进行解码。 CC模式分 析模块 120用于根据解码信息中的场标识位、 通道标识位及服务类型标识位, 分析并获得 CC节目信号所对应的 CC模式。 关于 CC模式的判断原则可参照上 述表 1所示的 CC模式检测真值表。 该 CC模式分析模块 120分析获得的 CC模式 可以为 0种,也可以为 1种或多种, 因此根据所获得的 CC模式的情况, 而对 CC 内容进行相应的显示。
相对于现有技术, 本发明实施例通过对 CC节目信号进行解码, 然后根 据解码信息自动识别其对应的 CC模式, 再根据所识别的 CC模式显示 CC 内容, 极大地筒化了模式选择的步骤, 给用户的使用带来了极大的方便。
上述显示模块 130用于:
A、 当 CC模式分析模块 120所获得的 CC模式为 0种, 即 CC节目没有 CC内容, 则结束流程, 并提示没有可显示的 CC内容。
B、 当 CC模式分析模块 120所获得的 CC模式为一种, 则产生并显示提示 信息, 该提示信息包括 CC节目信号所对应的 CC模式; 并在检测到电视机菜 单中的 CC模式功能控制开关处于打开状态时, 显示 CC内容;
具体地, 若 CC模式分析模块 120所识别到的 CC模式为模式 CC1 , 则产生 提示信息, 在显示屏幕上显示出相应的模式 CC1 , 并检测电视机菜单中的模 式 CC功能控制开关选项是否处于 "打开" 的状态, 是则在屏幕上以模式 CC1 的显示方式显示 CC内容; 若该模式 CC功能控制开关选项是处于 "关闭" 的 状态, 则通知用户选择当前的 CC模式为 CC1模式。
C、 当 CC模式分析模块 120所获得的 CC模式为两种以上, 则产生并显 示提示信息, 该提示信息包括 CC节目信号所对应的 CC模式; 并在未检测 到电视机菜单中的 CC模式功能控制开关处于打开状态时, 根据 CC模式的 优先级顺序, 选择优先级高的 CC模式进行 CC内容的显示;
具体地,若 CC模式分析模块 120所识别到的 CC模式为模式 CC1、 CC2 以及 TX3, 则产生提示信息, 在显示屏幕上显示出相应的 CC模式, 并检测 电视菜单中的 CC模式功能控制开关选项是否处于 "打开" 的状态若是, 则 根据 CC模式的优先级顺序, 自动选择优先级高的 CC模式作为当前默认的 CC模式,然后再以该默认的 CC模式的显示方式显示 CC内容。如表 1所示, 模式 CC1、 CC2以及 TX3中模式 CC1的优先级最高, 所以以模式 CC1的显 示方式显示 CC内容; 若否, 则只提示用户当前节目中含有的 CC模式, 但 不显示 CC内容。
上述提示信息通过图标或菜单形式进行显示。 例如每个 CC模式对应一 个图标, 当步骤 S120所获得的 CC模式为模式 CC2和模式 CC4, 则仅有模 式 CC2和模式 CC4对应的图标为亮颜色,且处于可选择状态,其他 CC模式 对应的图标均显示为灰色, 且处于不可选择状态。 菜单形式则是将 CC模式 及其对应的图标进行菜单显示, 用户通过打开该菜单即可查看步骤 S120所 获得的 CC模式的具体情况。
本发明实施例通过 CC模式优先级的判断, 使得在多种 CC模式同时存 在时, 可以根据优先级的顺序选择择一优先级最高的的 CC模式进行 CC内 容的显示, 从而避免了现有技术中存在多种 CC模式而无法识别显示 CC内 容的现象; 而且本发明实施例还通过提示信息, 给用户的模式选择提供了正 确的引导, 进一步方便了用户的使用。
参照图 4, 图 4是本发明电视机的 CC模式识别显示装置第二实施例的 结构示意图。 在第一实施例的基础上, 本实施例的 CC模式识别显示装置还 包括:
CC模式切换模块 140, 用于接收到 CC模式切换指令, 在判断所切换的 CC模式是 CC节目信号所对应的 CC模式时, 将 CC模式进行切换。
当用户希望换一种 CC模式时, 可以向电视机发起 CC模式切换指令。 则接收到该 CC模式切换指令时, 首先要判断所切换的 CC模式是否属于当 前节目信号所对应的 CC模式, 若属于, 则将 CC模式进行切换, 并以切换 后的 CC模式显示 CC内容。从而保证了 CC模式的正确选择,避免了用户选 择错误的 CC模式而造成 CC内容无法正常显示。 本发明还提供了一种具有上述 CC模式识别显示装置的电视机, 关于该 CC模式识别显示装置的具体结构及工作原理, 可参照前面所述及参照图 3、 图 4, 在此就不再赘述。 相对于现有技术, 本发明实施例通过对 CC节目信 号进行解码, 然后根据解码信息自动识别其对应的 CC模式, 再根据所识别 的 CC模式显示 CC内容, 极大地筒化了模式选择的步骤, 给用户的使用带 来了极大的方便。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例, 并非因此限制其专利范围, 凡是利 用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换, 直接或间接运 用在其他相关的技术领域, 均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

1、 一种电视机的 CC模式识别显示方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤: 对接收到的 CC节目信号进行解码, 获得解码信息;
根据解码信息, 获得该 CC节目信号所对应的 CC模式;
根据所获得的 CC模式, 按照预置规则进行相应的显示。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电视机的 CC模式识别显示方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据解码信息, 获得该 CC节目信号所对应的 CC模式包括:
根据解码信息中的场标识位、 通道标识位及服务类型标识位, 分析并获 得 CC节目信号所对应的 CC模式。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电视机的 CC模式识别显示方法, 其特征在于, 所述预置规则包括所获得 CC模式为一种或多种时相应的显示规则;所述根据 所获得的 CC模式, 按照预置规则进行相应的显示包括:
当所获得的 CC模式为一种,则产生并显示提示信息,该提示信息包括 CC 节目信号所对应的 CC模式; 并在检测到电视机菜单中的 CC模式功能控制开 关处于打开状态时, 显示 CC内容;
当所获得的 CC模式为两种以上, 则产生并显示提示信息, 该提示信息包 括 CC节目信号所对应的 CC模式; 并在检测到电视机菜单中的 CC模式功能控 制开关处于打开状态时, 根据 CC模式的优先级顺序, 选择优先级高的 CC模 式进行 CC内容的显示。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的电视机的 CC模式识别显示方法, 其特征在于, 所述提示信息通过图标或菜单形式进行显示。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的电视机的 CC模式识别显示方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所获得的 CC模式, 按照预置规则进行相应的显示之后还包括: 接收到 CC模式切换指令, 在判断所切换的 CC模式是 CC节目信号所对应 的 CC模式时, 以切换后的 CC模式显示 CC内容。
6、 一种电视机的 CC模式识别显示装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
解码模块, 用于对接收到的 CC节目信号进行解码, 获得解码信息;
CC模式分析模块, 用于根据解码信息, 获得该 CC节目信号所对应的 CC 模式;
显示模块, 用于根据所获得的 CC模式, 按照预置规则进行相应的显示。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的电视机的 CC模式识别显示装置,其特征在于, 所述 CC模式分析模块用于根据解码信息中的场标识位、 通道标识位及服务 类型标识位, 分析并获得 CC节目信号所对应的 CC模式。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的电视机的 CC模式识别显示装置,其特征在于, 所述预置规则包括所获得 CC模式为一种或多种时相应的显示规则; 所述显 示模块用于:
当所获得的 CC模式为一种,则产生并显示提示信息,该提示信息包括 CC 节目信号所对应的 CC模式; 并在检测到电视机菜单中的 CC模式功能控制开 关处于打开状态时, 显示 CC内容;
当所获得的 CC模式为两种以上, 则产生并显示提示信息, 该提示信息 包括 CC节目信号所对应的 CC模式;并在检测到电视机菜单中的 CC模式功 能控制开关处于打开状态时, 根据 CC模式的优先级顺序, 选择优先级高的 CC模式进行 CC内容的显示。
9、 根据权利要求 8的电视机的 CC模式识别显示装置, 其特征在于, 所 述提示信息通过图标或菜单形式进行显示。
10、根据权利要求 6所述的电视机的 CC模式识别显示装置,其特征在于, 还包括:

11、 一种电视机, 其特征在于, 包括 CC模式识别显示装置, 该 CC模 式识别显示装置包括:

显示模块, 用于根据所获得的 CC模式, 按照预置规则进行相应的显示。
