Description

一种平骨架真空吸盘 技术领域
本发明涉及一种民用真空吸盘, 具体是指一种平骨架真空吸盘。 背景技术
民用真空吸盘主要满足人们随时挂生活物件的需要。由于它具有可任意变换 安装位置的特性, 所以用于悬挂毛巾衣物等。 由于吸盘使用方便, 使用时通过真 空度来维持两物体附着不分离、 再加以胶粘、 不需要钻墙而被广泛应用。
现有的真空吸盘分为有骨架的吸盘和无骨架的吸盘,传统的无骨架吸盘一般 是由软质塑料注塑成型一体制成, 但是, 由于按压方式无法将吸盘的吸附面与基 体表面之间的空气完全排除,而且空气易于从吸附面边缘渗入,因此吸附力不足; 随后发展起来的无骨架吸盘主要由制动柄、 吸盘体、 罩于吸盘体上的吸盘罩、设 于吸盘体中心穿出吸盘罩并与制动柄相连的连接杆、 套于连接杆上的弹簧组成, 施力于制动柄通过连杆将吸盘体拉起,使吸盘体与基体表面之间产生真空负压从 而将吸盘定位吸附在基体表面上。 但是, 这种吸盘的结构较为复杂、 成本较高, 而且操作不便, 吸附力不强。 另外, 无骨架的吸盘由吸盘体和吸盘罩组成, 吸盘 罩罩覆在吸盘体的背面上,通过吸盘罩按压吸盘体形成吸盘体吸附面与基体表面 之间的真空腔, 但是, 吸盘罩与吸盘体之间的施压接触面积不够大, 从而导致吸 盘的承重能力和持久性能较差。 所以, 一般而言, 无骨架吸盘的吸附力不强。
而有骨架的吸盘由于其中的骨架能够起到良好的按压力传递作用,大大提高 了吸附力, 因此, 对于有骨架吸盘的结构改进成为本行业的技术研发方向。
目前, 有骨架的吸盘一般包括骨架、包覆在骨架上的吸盘体、 设于骨架背面 上的连接杆、套设在连接杆上且罩覆在吸盘体背面上的吸盘罩、设于吸盘罩背面 并与连接杆连接用于对骨架实施拉压的挂件。当需要将平骨架吸盘吸附在基体表 面上时, 先将吸盘贴合在基体表面上, 外力向上拉动连接杆使骨架发生变形,吸 盘体与基体表面之间形成真空腔, 同时, 吸盘罩在外力作用下传力反作用于吸盘 体限制其变形, 外界空气无法进入真空腔, 在其相互作用下使吸盘体吸附于基体 表面上。 但是, 现有平骨架吸盘的吸附力不够大, 容易从基体表面上脱落, 特别是当 基体表面的条件过于严苛(墙面过于光滑或者凹凸不平)时, 导致吸盘与基体表 面之间的摩擦力太小造成吸盘脱落, 以致无法满足承重能力和持久性能的需要。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、 能够有效传力、 吸附力大、 不易脱落 的平骨架真空吸盘。
本发明的目的通过以下的技术措施来实现: 一种平骨架真空吸盘, 包括平板 骨架、包覆在骨架上的吸盘体、 设于骨架背面上并穿出吸盘体的连接杆、套设在 连接杆上且罩覆在吸盘体背面上的吸盘罩、设于吸盘罩背面上并与连接杆连接的 顶压件, 其特征在于: 在所述吸盘体的吸附面上设有密封件, 所述吸盘罩的内面 上设有用于触压吸盘体背面与密封件对应位置处的凸环。
本发明吸盘体贴合在基体表面上,通过施力于顶压件拉伸连接杆使吸盘体发 生变形, 吸盘体与基体表面之间形成真空腔, 外力通过吸盘罩上凸环刚性传力至 吸盘体上再作用于骨架上而反作用于吸盘体限制其变形,在其相互作用下使吸盘 体紧紧吸附于基体表面上。 由于是刚性传力, 因此传力效果好, 密封件可以增加 真空腔的密闭性, 增强吸盘的吸附力, 抽拉时, 与密封件相配合, 空气不易进入 真空腔; 骨架在未抽拉真空时呈平板状, 所以抽拉真空度高, 吸附力大, 不易脱 落, 而且本发明的结构简单, 成本低。
作为本发明的一种改进, 所述骨架的背面周缘上设有环形凸筋, 所述吸盘体 的背面上对应于环形凸筋的部位设有用于环形凸筋伸出的通孔,所述环形凸筋伸 至所述通孔中而外露在所述吸盘体的背面上,所述凸环与环形凸筋的设置位置相 对应, 所述环形凸筋直接接受来自吸盘罩的按压作用力并通过凸环刚性传力。
本发明所述骨架的环形凸筋包括内环凸筋和外环凸筋,所述外环凸筋围括所 述内环凸筋,所述凸环包括用于触压内环凸筋的内凸环和用于触压外环凸筋的外 凸环, 所述外凸环围括所述内凸环, 所述内凸环与所述内环凸筋的设置位置相对 应, 所述外凸环与所述外环凸筋的设置位置相对应, 通过施力于顶压件以拉伸连 接杆使吸盘体发生变形, 同时外力通过吸盘罩上的内凸环传力至内环凸筋、外凸 环传力至外环凸筋而刚性传力至吸盘体上以反作用于吸盘体限制其变形。 作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述吸盘罩内面上还设有围括吸盘罩内面中心 部位的中心凸环, 所述内凸环围括所述中心凸环, 所述中心凸环对应于内环凸筋 的内缘与所述骨架和连接杆连接处之间的部位。
作为本发明的优选方式, 所述吸盘吸紧时, 所述吸盘罩上的中心凸环的外环 面处于所述的密封件的外侧面的内侧。吸盘在吸紧时, 密封件不被拉进或完全拉 进中心凸环的内侧, 确保了密封件与基体表面的密封接触, 避防止了密封件与基 体表面之间出现缝隙而漏气, 保证了足够的真空吸附力。
本发明还可以做以下改进, 所述密封件突出于所述吸盘体的吸附面, 所述密 封件与吸盘体的边缘之间形成接触摩擦面。密封件与吸盘体的边缘之间形成接触 摩擦面, 能够同时保证有足够的真空吸附力及摩擦力。
作为本发明的一种推荐实施方式, 所述的吸盘体的吸附面设有安装槽, 所述 密封件安装在安装槽内, 所述密封件突出于所述安装槽的槽口。
本发明所述密封件的粘性大于所述吸盘体的粘性。密封件更易与基体表面贴 附, 增加密封效果, 另外, 密封件与吸盘体粘结比较好, 不易与吸盘体分离。
本发明所述的吸盘体与所述密封件一体成型。
作为本发明的一种实施方式, 所述的密封件为密封圈, 所述密封圈围括所述 吸盘体吸附面的中心部位,所述密封圈与所述吸盘体的边缘之间形成所述的接触 摩擦面。
本发明所述内凸环是围绕中心凸环按圆周分布的径向凸筋,所述径向凸筋从 中心凸环延伸至所述外凸环, 所述中心凸环高于所述外凸环, 所述径向凸筋的顶 面自所述中心凸环朝向外凸环倾斜。 中心凸环既传力, 又起限制平骨吸盘过度变 形的作用, 避免将密封圈拉离贴附基体表面, 降低吸盘真空度及吸附性能。
所述密封件为位于所述吸盘体吸附面的中心部位的密封垫,所述密封垫与所 述吸盘体的边缘之间形成所述的接触摩擦面。
本发明还可以做以下改进,所述骨架背面的周缘上还设有向骨架背面凸起的 环形台阶, 所述内环凸筋由数个沿圆周分布的径向凸筋合围而成, 所述外环凸筋 位于所述环形台阶的上台阶面的边沿上,所述骨架上的径向凸筋位于所述环形台 阶的下台阶面上。环形台阶可以增大骨架发生弹性形变的空间, 由于骨架正面对 应于上台阶面的部位是一环形缺口, 因此在注塑时, 软胶材料在环形缺口处会稍 厚一些, 在按压时, 此部位容易发生变形, 更能很好地适应高低粗糙基体表面。 本发明所述骨架上设有沿其圆周分布的径向的断口,所述断口分别截断外环 凸筋而使外环凸筋由数个凸起合围而成。
径向断口方便吸盘在二次注塑成型时走胶,能够更好地使骨架由形成吸盘体 的软胶完全包覆而使二者形成一个整体,而且由径向的断口形成的数个单片主要 起 "抓"的作用, 类似人手掌的几个手指, 特别是在高低不平、 粗糙致密不透气 的基体表面上, 每个单片可以根据实际基体表面高低不平程度, 吸附在其对应的 高位或低位的位置上, 实现自主调节高度, 使吸盘体的吸附面与基体表面接触时 产生更强的吸附力, 同时也产生更大的摩擦力, 因此, 本发明吸盘能够更好地吸 附在高低不平、 粗糙致密不透气的基体表面上。
作为本发明的一种改进, 所述断口包括短断口和长断口, 所述长断口自靠近 骨架中心部位的位置延伸至骨架的边沿, 而所述短断口位于所述骨架的边缘上, 所述短断口长度为长断口长度的 1/4~3/4, 且所述短断口处于所述环形台阶的上 台阶面上, 所述短断口和长断口间隔布置形成数个 Y形叉, 所述凸起位于 Y形 叉的两开口端上。 本发明的短断口和长断口间隔布置, 可以确保每一个 Y形叉 的强度, 同时, 也避免了因单片的强度不够而减少单片的数量所导致的吸附力不 好的结果。

作为本发明的一种实施方式, 所述环形粗糙部为一具有完整环面的粗糙环。 作为本发明的另一种实施方式,所述环形粗糙部由多个粗糙条沿圆周合围而 成, 所述粗糙条间隔设置, 且所述粗糙条之间为光滑部。
优选地, 所述粗糙环和粗糙条的粗糙面为蚀纹或网纹。
本发明所述连接杆与骨架的连接部位设有加强筋, 所述加强筋沿圆周分布。 为了进一步提高吸盘的吸附力, 本发明还可以做以下改进:

为了进一步确保吸盘的气密性及增大接触面积与吸附力,本发明所述吸盘体 的周缘具有向外横向伸出的唇边, 所述唇边为薄状板体, 所述吸盘罩的边沿压在 所述唇边上。
与现有技术相比, 本发明具有以下显著的优点:
(1)本发明通过凸环传力至骨架上, 为刚性传力, 因此传力效果好, 密封件可 以增加真空腔的密闭性, 增强吸盘的吸附力, 抽拉时, 与密封件相配合, 空气不 易进入真空腔;且骨架在未抽拉真空时呈平板状,所以抽拉真空度高,吸附力大, 不易脱落。
(2)吸盘在吸紧时, 密封件不被拉进或完全拉进中心凸环的内侧, 确保了密封 件与基体表面的密封接触, 避防止了密封件与基体表面之间出现缝隙而漏气,保 证了足够的真空吸附力。
(3)本发明径向的断口用于骨架在被按压时发生变形, 另外, 也方便吸盘在二 次注塑成型时走胶,能够更好地使骨架由形成吸盘体的软胶完全包覆而使二者形 成一个整体; 再者, 由径向的断口形成的数个单片主要起 "抓"的作用, 类似人 手掌的几个手指, 特别是在高低不平、粗糙致密不透气的基体表面上, 每个单片 可以根据实际基体表面高低不平程度, 吸附在其对应的高位或低位的位置上,实 现自主调节高度, 使吸盘体的吸附面与基体表面接触时产生更强的吸附力, 同时 也产生更大的摩擦力, 因此, 本发明吸盘能够更好地吸附在高低不平、粗糙致密 不透气的基体表面上。
(4)本发明的短断口和长断口间隔布置,可以确保每一个 Y形叉的强度,同时, 也避免了因单片的强度不够而减少单片的数量所导致的吸附力不好的结果。
(5)密封件可以进一步增加真空腔的密闭性, 增强吸盘的吸附力, 而密封件与 吸盘体的边缘之间形成接触摩擦面, 能够同时保证有足够的真空吸附力及摩擦 力。
(6)环形粗糙部可增大吸附面与基体表面之间的摩擦力,进一步提高吸盘的吸 附力使其不易脱落。 (7)本发明的唇边可以进一步确保吸盘体与基体表面之间真空腔的气密性及 增大接触面积与吸附力。
(8)环形台阶可以增大骨架发生弹性形变的空间,由于骨架正面对应于上台阶 面的部位是一环形缺口, 因此在注塑时, 软胶材料在环形缺口处会稍厚一些,在 按压时, 此部位容易发生变形, 更能很好地适应高低粗糙基体表面。 附图说明

在本实施例中, 骨架 1的环形凸筋包括内环凸筋 122和外环凸筋 123, 外环 凸筋 123围括内环凸筋 122,外环凸筋的高度和内环凸筋的高度均是 1.0~2.0mm。 凸环包括围括吸盘罩 3内面中心部位的中心凸环 301、 用于触压内环凸筋 122的 内凸环 302和用于触压外环凸筋 123的外凸环 303,外凸环 303围括内凸环 302, 内凸环 302围括中心凸环 301, 内凸环 302与内环凸筋 122的设置位置相对应, 外凸环 303与外环凸筋 123的设置位置相对应,中心凸环对应于内环凸筋的内缘 与骨架和连接杆连接处之间的部位。通过施力于顶压件以拉动连接杆使吸盘体发 生变形, 同时外力通过吸盘罩上内凸环传力至内环凸筋、外凸环传力至外环凸筋 而刚性传力至吸盘体上以反作用于吸盘体限制其变形。
在本实施例中, 密封件为密封圈 16, 由 PU胶制成, 吸盘体 2与密封圈 16 一体成型, 密封圈 16的粘性大于吸盘体 2的粘性, 吸盘体 2的吸附面设有安装 槽, 密封圈安装在安装槽内, 密封圈 16围括吸盘体 2吸附面的中心部位, 且密 封圈 16突出于安装槽的槽口,密封圈 16与吸盘体 2的边缘之间形成接触摩擦面。 吸盘吸紧时, 吸盘罩上的中心凸环 301的外环面 301b处于密封圈 16的外侧面 4b的内侧。 吸盘在吸紧时, 密封件不被拉进或完全拉进中心凸环的内侧, 确保 了密封件与基体表面的密封接触, 避免了密封件与基体表面之间出现缝隙而漏 气, 保证了足够的真空吸附力。
骨架 1背面的周缘上还设有向骨架 1背面凸起的环形台阶 6, 环形台阶 6凸 起高度是 1.0~2.0mm, 内环凸筋 122由数个沿圆周分布的径向凸筋合围而成, 外 环凸筋 123位于环形台阶的上台阶面的边沿上,骨架 1上的径向凸筋位于环形台 阶 6的下台阶面上。骨架 1上设有沿其圆周分布的径向的断口, 断口分别截断外 环凸筋而使外环凸筋由数个凸起合围而成,凸起接受来自吸盘罩的作用力并通过 外凸环刚性传力。 断口包括短断口 7和长断口 8, 长断口 8自靠近骨架 1中心部 位的位置延伸至骨架 1的边沿,长断口 8的起始位置与骨架 1中心部位之间的距 离约为 8~15mm, 而短断口 7位于骨架 1的边缘上, 短断口 7长度为长断口 8长 度的 1/4~3/4, 且短断口处于环形台阶的上台阶面上, 短断口 7和长断口 8间隔 布置形成数个 Y形叉 102, 凸起位于 Y形叉的两开口端上。 连接杆与骨架的连 接部位设有加强筋 11, 加强筋 11沿圆周分布。 骨架上还设有注塑孔 121。
顶压件包括螺母套 51和挂钩 52, 连接杆为螺杆, 挂钩套于螺杆上并位于吸 盘罩背面与螺母套之间, 螺母与螺杆相适配, 吸盘体贴合在基体表面后, 通过向 下旋动螺母套以拉动螺杆使吸盘体发生变形。 吸盘罩的背面上设有定位孔 305, 挂钩 52上设有与定位孔 305相对应的定位柱 53, 定位柱插装在定位孔中将挂钩 定位在吸盘罩上。 吸盘体的周缘具有向外横向伸出的唇边 24, 唇边 24为薄状板 体, 吸盘罩的边沿 304顶压在唇边上。
本发明的工作原理是: 先将平骨架吸盘与基体表面贴合, 相互之间几乎没有 空气(近似处于真空状态) 。然后施加外力拉伸吸盘骨架连接杆使吸盘体发生变 形而在吸盘与基体表面之间形成负压真空腔, 外力则通过吸盘罩(不变形)的刚 性传力而传递到吸盘体上, 在吸盘罩上环形筋的传力及限制作用下, 由于吸盘与 基体表面之间的气密性而使外界空气进入不了上述真空腔, 吸盘体的形变受限, 在其相互作用下而使吸盘牢牢地吸附于基体表面上。即平骨架吸盘的吸盘罩不发 生形变, 通过刚性直接传力。
实施例 2
如图 5-3、 5-4、 9~12所示,本实施例与实施例 1的区别之处在于: 内凸环 302 是围绕中心凸环 301按圆周分布的径向凸筋,径向凸筋从中心凸环 301延伸至外 凸环 303, 中心凸环 301高于外凸环 303, 径向凸筋的顶面自中心凸环 301朝向 外凸环 303倾斜。
实施例 3
如图 5、 5-1、 5-2所示, 本实施例与实施例 2的区别之处在于: 密封件为位 于吸盘体 2吸附面的中心部位的密封垫 21, 密封垫 21与吸盘体的边缘之间形成 接触摩擦面 30, 吸盘吸紧时, 吸盘罩上的中心凸环 301的外环面 301b处于密封 垫 21的外侧面 4ba的内侧。
实施例 4
如图 6所示, 本实施例与实施例 2的区别之处在于: 密封件为两个不同环径 的密封圈 17、 18, 安装槽是与密封圈相对应的两个环形槽, 该两个环形槽从小 至大依次环套且合围吸盘体 2吸附面的中心部位, 最大环径的密封圈 18与吸盘 体 2的边缘之间形成接触摩擦面 30。
实施例 5
如图 7所示,本实施例与实施例 4的区别之处在于:密封件采用一个密封垫 19和一个密封圈 20, 密封垫 19位于吸盘体 2吸附面的中心部位, 用于安装密封 圈的环形槽为一个, 密封圈与环形槽相对应, 密封圈 20合围密封垫 19, 密封圈 20与吸盘体 2的边缘之间形成接触摩擦面 30。
实施例 6
如图 8所示, 本实施例与实施例 3的区别之处在于: 吸盘体 2的吸附面靠近 其边缘处设有环形的粗糙部 22,环形粗糙部 22与吸附面的边缘之间为光滑部 23, 在本实施例中, 环形粗糙部 22为一具有完整环面的粗糙环, 粗糙环的粗糙面为 蚀纹。
实施例 7
如图 8-1所示, 本实施例与实施例 6的区别之处在于: 环形粗糙部由多个粗 糙条 25沿圆周合围而成, 粗糙条 25的粗糙面为网纹, 粗糙条 25间隔设置, 且 粗糙条 25之间为光滑部 23。
实施例 8
如图 8-2所示, 本实施例与实施例 6的区别之处在于: 在吸盘体 2的吸附面 上设有围括吸附面中心部位的密封环 18, 环形粗糙部 22位于密封环 18的外围。 如图 8-3所示, 本实施例与实施例 7的区别之处在于: 在吸盘体 2的吸附面 上设有围括吸附面中心部位的密封环 18, 粗糙条 25位于密封环 18的外围。
实施例 10
如图 13、 14所示, 本实施例与实施例 3的区别之处在于: 顶压件 5与连接 杆 101通过轴销 54相铰接, 顶压件 5的连接端为凸轮状, 吸盘体贴合在基体表 面后,通过连接端的凸出部 501顶压在吸盘罩的背面上以拉动连接杆使吸盘体发 生变形。
在其它实施例中, 密封件采用密封圈时, 密封圈的数量根据具体实际情况而 定, 数个不同大小的环形槽从小至大依次环套且合围吸盘体吸附面的中心部位; 环形粗糙部的具体结构也具有其它实施方式,环形粗糙部的粗糙面还可以采用其 它纹路; 短断口长度为长断口长度的 1/4~3/4; 骨架的背面周缘上设有环形凸筋, 环形凸筋被包覆在吸盘体中, 凸环与环形凸筋的设置位置相对应, 环形凸筋通过 吸盘体接受来自吸盘罩的按压作用力; Y形叉的数量越多,整个骨架的强度越弱, 而 Y形叉的数量越少, 会影响吸盘的吸附力, 因此, 需要根据实际情况具体确 定 Y形叉的数量。
本发明的实施方式不限于此, 根据本发明的上述内容, 按照本领域的普通技 术知识和惯用手段, 在不脱离本发明上述基本技术思想前提下, 本发明还可以做 出其它多种形式的修改、 替换或变更, 均落在本发明权利保护范围之内。

Claims

权利 要求
1、 一种平骨架真空吸盘, 包括平板骨架、 包覆在骨架上的吸盘体、 设于骨架 背面上并穿出吸盘体的连接杆、 套设在连接杆上且罩覆在吸盘体背面上的帽状吸 盘罩、 设于吸盘罩背面上并与连接杆连接的顶压件, 其特征在于: 在所述吸盘体 的吸附面上设有密封件, 所述吸盘罩的内面上设有用于触压吸盘体背面与密封件 对应位置处的凸环。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述骨架的背面周 缘上设有环形凸筋, 所述吸盘体的背面上对应于环形凸筋的部位设有用于环形凸 筋伸出的通孔, 所述环形凸筋伸至所述通孔中而外露在所述吸盘体的背面上, 所 述凸环与环形凸筋的设置位置相对应, 所述环形凸筋直接接受来自吸盘罩的按压 作用力并通过凸环刚性传力。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述骨架的环形凸 筋包括内环凸筋和外环凸筋, 所述外环凸筋围括所述内环凸筋, 所述凸环包括用 于触压内环凸筋的内凸环和用于触压外环凸筋的外凸环, 所述外凸环围括所述内 凸环, 所述内凸环与所述内环凸筋的设置位置相对应, 所述外凸环与所述外环凸 筋的设置位置相对应, 通过施力于顶压件以拉动连接杆使吸盘体发生变形, 同时 外力通过吸盘罩上的内凸环传力至内环凸筋、 外凸环传力至外环凸筋而刚性传力 至吸盘体上以反作用于吸盘体限制其变形。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 在所述吸盘罩内面 上还设有围括吸盘罩内面中心部位的中心凸环, 所述内凸环围括所述中心凸环, 所述中心凸环对应于内环凸筋的内缘与所述骨架和连接杆连接处之间的部位。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述吸盘吸紧时, 所述吸盘罩上的中心凸环的外环面处于所述的密封件的外侧面的内侧。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述密封件突出于 所述吸盘体的吸附面, 所述密封件与吸盘体的边缘之间形成接触摩擦面。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述吸盘体的吸附 面设有安装槽, 所述密封件安装在安装槽内, 所述密封件突出于所述安装槽的槽 Π。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述密封件的粘性 大于所述吸盘体的粘性。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述密封件为密封 圈, 所述密封圈围括所述吸盘体吸附面的中心部位, 所述密封圈与所述吸盘体的 边缘之间形成所述的接触摩擦面。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述内凸环是围 绕中心凸环按圆周分布的径向凸筋, 所述径向凸筋从中心凸环延伸至所述外凸环, 所述中心凸环高于所述外凸环, 所述径向凸筋的顶面自所述中心凸环朝向外凸环 倾斜。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述密封件为位 于所述吸盘体吸附面的中心部位的密封垫, 所述密封垫与所述吸盘体的边缘之间 形成所述的接触摩擦面。
12、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述骨架背 面的周缘上还设有向骨架背面凸起的环形台阶, 所述内环凸筋由数个沿圆周分布 的径向凸筋合围而成, 所述外环凸筋位于所述环形台阶的上台阶面的边沿上, 所 述骨架上的径向凸筋位于所述环形台阶的下台阶面上。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述骨架上设有 沿其圆周分布的径向的断口, 所述断口分别截断外环凸筋而使外环凸筋由数个凸 起合围而成。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述断口包括短 断口和长断口, 所述长断口自靠近骨架中心部位的位置延伸至骨架的边沿, 而所 述短断口位于所述骨架的边缘上, 所述短断口长度为长断口长度的 1/4~3/4, 且所 述短断口处于所述环形台阶的上台阶面上, 所述短断口和长断口间隔布置形成数 个 Y形叉, 所述凸起位于 Y形叉的两开口端上。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述吸盘体的吸 附面靠近其边缘处设有环形的粗糙部, 所述环形粗糙部与吸附面的边缘之间为光 滑部。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述环形粗糙部 具有完整环面的粗糙环。
17、 根据权利要求 15所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述环形粗糙部 由多个粗糙条沿圆周合围而成, 所述粗糙条间隔设置, 且所述粗糙条之间为光滑 部。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述顶压件包括 螺母套和挂钩, 所述连接杆为螺杆, 所述挂钩套于所述螺杆上并位于所述吸盘罩 背面与螺母套之间, 所述螺母与螺杆相适配, 吸盘体贴合在基体表面后, 通过向 下旋动螺母套以拉动螺杆使吸盘体发生变形。
19、 根据权利要求 17所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述顶压件与连 接杆相铰接, 所述顶压件的连接端为凸轮状, 吸盘体贴合在基体表面后, 通过连 接端的凸出部顶压在吸盘罩的背面上以拉动连接杆使吸盘体发生变形。
20、 根据权利要求 18所述的平骨架真空吸盘, 其特征在于: 所述吸盘体的周 缘具有向外横向伸出的唇边, 所述唇边为薄状板体, 所述吸盘罩的边沿压在所述
