考勤记录方法、 装置及系统 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种考勤记录方法、 装置及系统。 背景技术 考勤系统作为各个企事业单位必不可少的对于员工出勤统计的工具, 目前已经相 当普遍。 从最初的机械式到现在的电子式, 从接触式到非接触式, 直到目前最流行的 非接触式 IC卡电子考勤系统, 已经发展了相当长的时期。现在随着通讯技术的进步和 演变, 为考勤系统的发展又带来了新的机遇。 当前通信技术已经发展到以 3G为主, 2G和 3G并存, 并向长期演进(Long Term Evolution, 简称为 LTE) 发展的时期。 为了追求通信网络更高的速率、 更优的质量和 更多的服务, 运营商采用了更高频率的载波, 但是同时却带来了覆盖范围下降以及需 要增加更多硬件成本的问题。针对上述问题,家庭基站(Femto,又称毫微微蜂窝基站) 是目前解决此类问题的最有效的方法。 同时, 由于 Femto改变了过去通信网络的一些 固有形式, 具有了新的特点, 比如 Femto的私有性和可定制化的特点就为其它技术带 来了更多的发展机遇。 目前, 相关技术中已经有一些在普通通信网络下实现考勤的方法和系统, 但这些 方法或系统基本上都需要对移动终端、 普通宏单元甚至核心网设备进行一些定制化的 设计。 然而, 这些定制化设计涉及到运营商需要对已有的设备进行更新或对新购的设 备进行个别定制。 这样的实现方法, 显然将用户侧的私有问题扩大到了运营商侧, 可 想而知其实现难度较大, 成本较高。 针对相关技术中实现考勤记录的系统配置难度较大, 成本较高的问题, 目前尚未 提出有效的解决方案。 发明内容 本发明实施例提供了一种考勤记录方法、 装置及系统, 以至少解决上述问题。 根据本发明实施例的一个方面, 提供了一种考勤记录方法, 包括: Femto 接收移 动终端的注册请求或去注册请求, 其中, 所述注册请求或去注册请求中包含所述移动 终端的标识; (Public Land Mobile Network, 简称为 PLMN)标识 (ID), 并反映至用户界面中, 显 示一个个性化的标志。 通过这种方式, 用户在进入 Femto的覆盖范围之后, 可以通过 该标志得知其已经进入了 Femto的覆盖范围, 同时也已经成功地进行了考勤登记。 对应于上述方法, 在本实施例中提供了一种考勤记录装置, 位于 Femto中, 该装 置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式, 已经进行过说明的不再赘述。 如以下所使用 的, 术语"模块"可以实现预定功能的软件和 /或硬件的组合。 尽管以下实施例所描述的 装置较佳地以软件来实现, 但是硬件, 或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构 想的。 图 2是根据本发明实施例的考勤记录装置的结构框图, 如图 2所示, 该装置包括: 第一接收模块 22和保存模块 24, 下面对各个模块进行详细说明。 第一接收模块 22, 设置为接收移动终端的注册请求或去注册请求, 其中, 该注册 请求或去注册请求中包含移动终端的标识; 保存模块 24, 与第一接收模块 22相连, 设置为将第一接收模块 22 接收到的移动终端的标识及移动终端的注册请求或去注册 请求对应的时间一起进行保存, 作为移动终端对应的用户的考勤记录。 本实施例通过上述模块, Femto的第一接收模块 22接收移动终端的注册请求或去 注册请求, 其中, 该注册请求或去注册请求中包含移动终端的标识; Femto 的保存模 块 24 将移动终端的标识及移动终端的注册请求或去注册请求对应的时间一起进行保 存, 作为移动终端对应的用户的考勤记录, 利用 Femto的私有性、 差异化和可定制化 特点,将移动终端注册或去注册到 Femto的时间与该移动终端的标识一起进行了记录, 也即将用户携带其移动终端进入或离开 Femto的覆盖范围的时间记录了下来, 从而无 需用户主动进行登记或刷卡操作即可得到该用户进出 Femto覆盖范围的时间记录, 解 决了相关技术中实现考勤记录的系统配置难度大, 成本高的问题, 实现了完全自动化 的考勤统计, 并且这种实现方式可操作性强, 成本低。 在本实施例中提供了一种考勤记录系统, 图 3是根据本发明实施例的考勤记录系 统的结构框图,如图 3所示,该系统包括包含如图 2所示的考勤记录装置的 Femto 20, 还包括: 考勤平台 30, 其中该考勤平台 30包括: 获取模块 32, 与保存模块 24相连, 设置为获取一个或多个 Femto中保存的移动终端的标识及移动终端的注册请求或去注 册请求对应的时间; 统计模块 34, 与获取模块 32相连, 设置为根据移动终端的标识 及移动终端的注册请求或去注册请求对应的时间, 统计移动终端对应的用户的考勤记 录。 优选地, 统计模块 34可以包括: 读取模块 342, 设置为读取数据库中的移动终端 的标识与待记录考勤用户的姓名的对应关系表; 生成模块 344, 设置为根据移动终端 的标识与待记录考勤用户的姓名的对应关系表, 在移动终端的标识与移动终端的注册 请求或去注册请求对应的时间的对应关系表中, 将移动终端的标识替换为移动终端对 应的用户姓名, 生成用户考勤记录表。 优选地, 统计模块 34可以包括: 第一记录单元 346, 设置为将指定时间段中第一 指定时间段内移动终端最早的一次注册请求记录为移动终端对应的用户的上班考勤记 录; 和 /或, 第二记录单元 348, 设置为将指定时间段中第二指定时间段内移动终端最 晚的一次去注册请求记录为移动终端对应的用户的下班考勤记录。 优选地, 获取模块 32还可以设置为获取指定时间段 (例如, 工作日早 8:00至晚 8:00) 内的一个或多个 Femto中保存的移动终端的标识及移动终端的注册请求或去注 册请求对应的时间。 图 4是根据本发明实施例的考勤记录系统的优选结构框图一, 如图 4所示, 考勤 平台 30还可以包括: 第二接收模块 36, 设置为接收用户提交的移动终端信息; 绑定 模块 38, 与获取模块 32和第二接收模块 36相连, 设置为根据移动终端信息在数据库 中保存用户的姓名与移动终端的标识的对应关系。 其中, 该需要记录考勤的用户和移 动终端标识 (IMEI) 号的对应关系可以用固有表之前就存储在考勤平台的数据库中, 或者也可以临时修改绑定。 该操作通常可以由考勤管理员进行。 图 5是根据本发明实施例的考勤记录系统的优选结构框图二, 如图 5所示, 考勤 平台 30还可以包括: 设置模块 52, 与绑定模块 38相连, 设置为为用户设置登录考勤 平台的操作权限。 图 6是根据本发明实施例的考勤记录系统的优选结构框图三, 如图 6所示, 考勤 平台 30还可以包括: 第三接收模块 62, 设置为接收登录用户的操作指令, 其中, 该 操作指令包括以下至少之一: 用于查询指定用户的考勤记录的操作指令, 用于显示指 定用户的考勤统计结果的操作指令, 用于通知指定用户考勤情况异常的操作指令; 判 断模块 64, 与设置模块 52和第三接收模块 62相连, 设置为根据登录用户对应的操作 权限, 判断是否按照操作指令进行相应操作。 下面结合优选实施例进行说明, 以下优选实施例结合了上述实施例及其优选实施 方式。 实施例一 在本优选实施例中, 提供了一种基于 Femto的分布式考勤系统, 该系统工作的流 程包括: 步骤 S2, 在考勤时间段内, 移动终端进入 Femto覆盖范围, 移动终端查找并驻留 到 Femto小区, Femto为其覆盖区域提供专门的呈现到终端时采用客户化标识, 通过 标识的有无提示员工是否进入公司考勤范围; 步骤 S4, Femto在移动终端注册的过程中获取 IMEI号, 连同注册请求的时间一 起保存到本地列表中, 作为上岗的考勤记录; 移动终端离开 Femto覆盖范围, 移动终 端不再驻留到 Femto小区, Femto在移动终端去注册的过程中获取 IMEI号,连同去注 册请求的时间一起保存到本地列表中, 作为下岗的考勤记录; 步骤 S6, 考勤平台通过网络从分布的各个 Femto收集考勤时间段内的考勤记录, 通过保存的 IMEI与号码和员工的对应关系表转换考勤记录, 并按照一定的方法统计 出有效的考勤结果记录在案; 通过上述步骤, 以 Femto基站为载体和关键单元, 将考勤系统的考勤信息收集部 分整合进通讯系统中, 以通用的移动终端代替以往 IC卡的角色, 以 Femto代替打卡机 的角色, 有效利用了通讯系统资源, 使考勤过程高度自动化, 节约了硬件成本, 同时 利用 Femto的私有性和差异化, 使问题在用户处即解决, 不涉及运营商。 这样的考勤 系统方案体现了最优化最合理的设计。 实施例二 图 7是根据本发明实施例二的对移动终端进行考勤的系统总体示意图, 如图 7所 示, 该系统包括: 移动终端 72、 Femto基站 74和考勤平台 76, 其中, 移动终端 72, 设置为进入 Femto基站 74的覆盖范围时, 搜索并驻留 Femto基站 74的小区, 然后向 Femto基站 74发起注册或去注册请求; Femto基站 74, 设置为实现标准的无线通讯设 备的功能, 同时记录移动终端 72的 IMEI和请求时间; 考勤平台 76, 设置为通过互联 网与分布在各个工作地点的 Femto基站 74建立通讯连接, 获取 Femto基站 74保存的 原始考勤记录, 然后通过预先保存的 IMEI和员工对应关系表, 转换考勤记录, 并按 照一定的方法统计考勤结果。 结合图 7所示的系统, 本优选实施例还提供了一种基于 Femto的分布式考勤系统 工作的流程。 图 8是根据本发明实施例二的基于 Femto的分布式考勤系统工作的流程 图, 如图 8所示, 该方法包括如下步骤: 步骤 S802, 考勤系统进入工作日考勤时间段, 考勤系统在此时间段内正常工作, 记录移动终端的考勤动作并统计; 例如, 该考勤时间段设置为: 从周一到周五, 每天 从 7: 00 3\ 20:00; 步骤 S804, 在上班考勤时间段, 移动终端随着员工上班而进入 Femto覆盖的工作 区域, 搜索并驻留到 Femto小区; 在下班考勤时间段, 移动终端随着员工下班而离开 Femto覆盖的工作区域, 将脱离 Femto小区, 例如上班考勤时间段为 7:00到 8:30, 下 班考勤时间段为 18:00到 20:00; 其中,员工所携带移动终端应具有 Femto预置的访问权限,可以合法的访问 Femto。 员工通过网上登陆考勤平台提交和维护自己的移动终端信息, 把自己的考勤和移动终 端绑定。 考勤平台可以延迟若干工作日后再根据终端信息设置 Femto中移动终端的访 问权限; 步骤 S806, 移动终端通过 Femto建立无线资源控制 (Radio Resource Control, 简 称为 RRC)连接, 发起注册到核心网的请求。 此过程中移动终端要上报自己的一些信 息, 包括 IMEI; 而这部分信息会在 Femto中进行拦截, 并保存在 Femto中; 步骤 S808, Femto作为一个标准化的接入设备, 协助移动终端建立 RRC连接, 并转发到核心网的注册请求; 同时, 作为一个考勤系统的关键设备, 此时又可以通过 定制化的功能, 截取移动终端上报的信息, 包括 IMEI, 并将注册请求时间和 IMEI都 保存到本地的数据库列表里, 以待考勤平台查询; 步骤 S810, 考勤平台定时通过互联网与分布在各个工作点的 Femto建立连接, 从 Femto获取原始的考勤记录。 在实施过程中, 考勤平台的工作可以包括以下内容:
A. 根据员工上报的考勤信息所生成和保存的员工与移动终端 IMEI的关系表转换 原始考勤记录为员工考勤记录;
B. 按照一定的方法对原始记录进行处理, 其中, 统计方法有如下要点: a) 在上班考勤时间段内, 以最早一次上岗记录时间为一次有效的上班考勤; b) 在下班考勤时间段内, 以最晚一次退服记录时间作为一次有效的下班考勤; c) 在正常工作时间, 如果有从某次下岗记录到下次上岗记录超过某一设定时间 (例如半小时) 作为一次脱岗记录。
C. 通过一种后台界面方式呈现给考勤管理员进行操作。 用户界面包括的功能有: 考勤管理员通过后台可以查询某单位相关人员的考勤记录, 包括在岗情况, 是否缺勤 等; 可以对某单位相关人员的考勤记录做统计; 对某单位相关人员的考勤异常情况进 行短信通知。 例如, 可以通过如下步骤进行考勤结果的统计: 步骤 S812, 判断员工上班考勤时间是否正常, 如果是, 进入步骤 S814, 否则进 入步骤 S816; 步骤 S814, 判断员工下班考勤时间是否正常, 如果是, 进入步骤 S818, 否则进 入步骤 S816; 步骤 S816, 对该员工进行缺勤记录; 步骤 S818, 该员工的考勤统计结果为正常。 通过上述对该实现方法的详细描述, 本优选实施例提供了基于通讯系统中 Femto 设备的分布式考勤系统的一种实现方法。本发明实施例与当前广泛使用的非接触式 IC 卡电子考勤系统相比, 具有高度自动化、 便捷化的优点, 并由于把考勤信息收集功能 集成到现有通讯系统中, 进一步节省了硬件成本; 本发明实施例与现有的其他基于通 讯系统的发明方案相比, 又具有无需定制移动终端和运营商核心网设备, 所有定制功 能集成到具有差异化特性的 Femto的优势, 使本发明实施例的方案设计更显得优化合 理。 在另外一个实施例中, 还提供了一种软件, 该软件用于执行上述实施例及优选实 施例中描述的技术方案。 在另外一个实施例中, 还提供了一种存储介质, 该存储介质中存储有上述软件, 该存储介质包括但不限于光盘、 软盘、 硬盘、 可擦写存储器等。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种考勤记录方法, 包括:
家庭基站 Femto接收移动终端的注册请求或去注册请求, 其中, 所述注册 请求或去注册请求中包含所述移动终端的标识;
所述 Femto将所述移动终端的标识及所述移动终端的注册请求或去注册请 求对应的时间一起进行保存, 作为所述移动终端对应的用户的考勤记录。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在所述 Femto将所述标识及所述移动终端 的注册请求或去注册请求对应的时间一起进行保存之后, 还包括:
考勤平台获取一个或多个所述 Femto中保存的所述移动终端的标识及所述 移动终端的注册请求或去注册请求对应的时间;
所述考勤平台根据所述移动终端的标识及所述移动终端的注册请求或去注 册请求对应的时间, 统计所述移动终端对应的用户的考勤记录。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述考勤平台根据所述移动终端的标识及 所述移动终端的注册请求或去注册请求对应的时间, 统计所述移动终端对应的 用户的考勤记录包括- 所述考勤平台读取数据库中的所述移动终端的标识与待记录考勤用户的姓 名的对应关系表;
所述考勤平台根据所述移动终端的标识与所述待记录考勤用户的姓名的对 应关系表, 在所述移动终端的标识与所述移动终端的注册请求或去注册请求对 应的时间的对应关系表中, 将所述移动终端的标识替换为所述移动终端对应的 用户的姓名, 生成用户考勤记录表。
4. 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述考勤平台根据所述移动终端的标 识及所述移动终端的注册请求或去注册请求对应的时间, 统计所述移动终端对 应的用户的考勤记录包括:
所述考勤平台将指定时间段中第一指定时间段内所述移动终端最早的一次 注册请求记录为所述移动终端对应的用户的上班考勤记录; 和 /或,
所述考勤平台将指定时间段中第二指定时间段内所述移动终端最晚的一次 去注册请求记录为所述移动终端对应的用户的下班考勤记录。
5. 根据权利要求 2至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 考勤平台获取一个或多个所 述 Femto中保存的所述移动终端的标识及所述移动终端的注册请求或去注册请 求对应的时间包括:
所述考勤平台获取指定时间段内的一个或多个所述 Femto中保存的所述移 动终端的标识及所述移动终端的注册请求或去注册请求对应的时间。
6. 根据权利要求 2至 5中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 在考勤平台获取一个或多个 所述 Femto中保存的所述移动终端的标识及所述移动终端的注册请求或去注册 请求对应的时间之前, 还包括:
所述考勤平台接收用户提交的移动终端信息;
所述考勤平台根据所述移动终端信息在数据库中保存所述用户的姓名与所 述移动终端的标识的对应关系。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述考勤平台根据所述移动终端信息建立 并保存所述用户的姓名与所述移动终端的标识的对应关系表之后, 还包括: 所述考勤平台为所述用户设置登录所述考勤平台的操作权限。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中, 在所述考勤平台根据所述移动终端的标识 及所述移动终端的注册请求或去注册请求对应的时间, 统计所述移动终端对应 的用户的考勤记录之后, 还包括- 所述考勤平台接收登录用户的操作指令, 其中, 所述操作指令包括以下至 少之一: 用于查询指定用户的考勤记录的操作指令, 用于显示指定用户的考勤 统计结果的操作指令, 用于通知指定用户考勤情况异常的操作指令;
所述考勤平台根据所述登录用户对应的操作权限, 判断是否按照所述操作 指令进行相应操作。
9. 根据权利要求 1至 8中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述移动终端的注册请求或 去注册请求对应的时间包括以下至少之一:
所述 Femto接收到所述移动终端的注册请求或去注册请求的时间; 携带在所述注册请求或去注册请求中的所述注册请求或去注册请求的发起 时间。
10. 根据权利要求 1至 9中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述移动终端的标识包括: 所述移动终端的国际移动设备识别码 IMEI。
11. 根据权利要求 1至 9中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 在 Femto接收移动终端的注 册请求或去注册请求之后, 还包括:
所述 Femto为所述移动终端提供预设的公共陆地移动网络 PLMN标识。
12. 一种考勤记录装置, 位于家庭基站 Femto中, 包括:
第一接收模块, 设置为接收移动终端的注册请求或去注册请求, 其中, 所 述注册请求或去注册请求中包含所述移动终端的标识;
保存模块, 设置为将所述移动终端的标识及所述移动终端的注册请求或去 注册请求对应的时间一起进行保存,作为所述移动终端对应的用户的考勤记录。
13. 一种考勤记录系统, 包括如权利要求 12所述的考勤记录装置, 还包括: 考勤平 台, 其中, 所述考勤平台包括- 获取模块, 设置为获取一个或多个所述 Femto中保存的所述移动终端的标 识及所述移动终端的注册请求或去注册请求对应的时间;
统计模块, 设置为根据所述移动终端的标识及所述移动终端的注册请求或 去注册请求对应的时间, 统计所述移动终端对应的用户的考勤记录。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的系统, 其中, 所述统计模块包括:
读取模块, 设置为读取数据库中的所述移动终端的标识与待记录考勤用户 的姓名的对应关系表;
生成模块, 设置为根据所述移动终端的标识与所述待记录考勤用户的姓名 的对应关系表, 在所述移动终端的标识与所述移动终端的注册请求或去注册请 求对应的时间的对应关系表中, 将所述移动终端的标识替换为所述移动终端对 应的用户姓名, 生成用户考勤记录表。
15. 根据权利要求 13或 14所述的系统, 其中, 所述统计模块包括:
第一记录单元, 设置为将指定时间段中第一指定时间段内所述移动终端最 早的一次注册请求记录为所述移动终端对应的用户的上班考勤记录; 和 /或, 第二记录单元, 设置为将指定时间段中第二指定时间段内所述移动终端最 晚的一次去注册请求记录为所述移动终端对应的用户的下班考勤记录。
16. 根据权利要求 13至 15中任一项所述的系统, 其中, 所述获取模块还设置为获 取指定时间段内的一个或多个所述 Femto中保存的所述移动终端的标识及所述 移动终端的注册请求或去注册请求对应的时间。
17. 根据权利要求 13至 16中任一项所述的系统, 其中, 所述考勤平台还包括: 第二接收模块, 设置为接收用户提交的移动终端信息;
绑定模块, 设置为根据所述移动终端信息在数据库中保存所述用户的姓名 与所述移动终端的标识的对应关系。
18. 根据权利要求 17所述的系统, 其中, 所述考勤平台还包括:
设置模块, 设置为为所述用户设置登录所述考勤平台的操作权限。
19. 根据权利要求 18所述的系统, 其中, 所述考勤平台还包括:
第三接收模块, 设置为接收登录用户的操作指令, 其中, 所述操作指令包 括以下至少之一: 用于查询指定用户的考勤记录的操作指令, 用于显示指定用 户的考勤统计结果的操作指令, 用于通知指定用户考勤情况异常的操作指令; 判断模块, 设置为根据所述登录用户对应的操作权限, 判断是否按照所述 操作指令进行相应操作。
