本发明涉及计算机技术领域, 特别是涉及一种转移播放的数字媒体内 容切回方法、 装置及系统。 背景技术
随着数字多媒体和网络的发展, 丰富了人们日常生活中的娱乐体验。 目前的技术让人们在家里能够观看高清电视, 电视节目的来源可能来自数 字光盘、 有线电视、 互联网等等。 此外, 还能够让用户体验立体声、 5.1声 道、 7.1声道乃至更逼真的声音效果;人们还能够使用平板电子设备(PAD )、 手机来实现这些体验; 此外, 人们还能够通过网络在不同设备之间转移数 字内容的播放, 以及通过遥控器、 手势控制一个设备的播放, 例如控制切 换上一频道、 下一频道节目等。
在现有技术中, 对多个设备的控制方法中当前常见的是: 分别使用设 备各自的遥控器进行控制, 而这些遥控器往往是互不通用的, 遥控器大多 不具备网络功能, 例如, 传统的电视机、 音响; 也有一些支持网络的遥控 器, 例如, 在具有计算和网络能力的设备(例如手机、 PAD )上加载支持 互通协议的软件, 来控制另一设备。 手势控制是当前比较新颖的一种方式: 一台设备上的摄像头监视手势动作并进行分析识别, 最后转换成对该设备 的控制。
随着技术的发展, 多个设备之间的内容播放共享、 转移需求越来越多, 上述操控方式显得并不够方便; 或者人们需要在一堆遥控器中挑选出对应 设备的那一个遥控器并随着控制不同的设备而不断地更换遥控器, 或者只 能由熟悉电脑基本操作的人们通过操作 PAD, 手机来控制设备, 或者以简 单的手势来控制单一的设备。 人们更希望使用更简单、 更自然的操作方式 来控制内容的共享播放、 转移播放。
现有技术中的一些产品能够让人们把一台设备上播放的数字媒体内容 转移到另一台设备上, 例如,使用现有的通用即插即用协议(Universal Plug and Play, UPnP ), 可以实现把手机上的视频播放转移到电视上播放, 也有 电视厂家、 手机厂家、 播放机厂家、 家庭存储器厂家等生产出了类似的产 口口。
人们在使用这样的播放转移功能时, 有的时候还希望能够把转移出去 的播放再转移回来, 例如, 把转移到电视上观看的内容再转移回手机, 以 便携带外出观看, 或者, 转移回手机后再转移到另外的设备例如计算机上 观看。 当然人们可以在电视机上用计算机应用的菜单方式实现, 但人们希 望操控方式更简单、 更自然。
如果能够提供一种更简单、 更自然的操控方式来实现对设备间的内容 播放转移、 协同播放等功能之后转移回原设备这一功能的控制, 将使得人 们的娱乐生活更轻松、 更享受; 人们还希望在掌握新设备功能时也更容易 理解、 容易上手。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种转移播放的数字媒体内容切回方法、 装置及系 统, 以提供更简单、 更自然的操控方式来实现对设备间的内容播放转移、 协同播放等功能之后转移回原设备这一功能的控制。
本发明实施例提供一种转移播放的数字媒体内容切回方法, 包括: 在 第一设备播放的数字媒体内容转移到第二设备后, 第二设备识别用户动作; 第二设备根据识别的用户动作将播放的数字媒体内容切回到第一设备。

根据本发明的实施例, 提供了一种转移播放的数字媒体内容切回方法, 图 1是本发明实施例的转移播放的数字媒体内容切回方法的流程图, 需要 说明的是, 在本发明实施例中, 第一设备即源设备, 需要具有网络能力, 能够与其它设备互相连接, 在收到请求返回转移播放的指示后, 向对端设 备响应消息; 第二设备需要具有网络能力和识别能力, 网络能力是指能够 与其它设备连接, 并能够发送、 接收来自其它设备的消息; 识别能力是指 能够识别出数字媒体内容即将转移回到第一设备, 这一识别包括识别手的 抓取动作、 手臂弯回动作等。
如图 1 所示, 根据本发明实施例的转移播放的数字媒体内容切回方法 包括如下处理:
步驟 101 : 在第一设备播放的数字媒体内容转移到第二设备后, 第二设 备识别用户动作。
优选地, 在步驟 101 中, 在第一设备播放的数字媒体内容转移到第二 设备后, 还包括如下处理: 1、 第二设备存储第一设备信息; 2、 第二设备 将播放的数字媒体内容切回到第一设备具体包括: 3、 第二设备根据第一设 备信息通知第一设备继续播放数字媒体内容。
步驟 102: 第二设备根据识别的用户动作,将播放的数字媒体内容切回 到第一设备。
优选地, 在步驟 102之后, 还可以进行如下处理: 第二设备停止播放 数字媒体内容, 关闭与相应内容源的连接。
步驟 102具体包括如下处理: 1、第二设备通过识别装置识别用户动作; 2、 将用户动作与预先设置的动作判别数据进行比较, 如果判定符合, 则将 播放的数字媒体内容切回到第一设备。

在步驟 102 中, 第二设备根据第一设备信息通知第一设备继续播放数 字媒体内容之后, 上述方法还包括: 第二设备接收第一设备发送的响应消 息, 并获取响应消息中携带的是否同意切回数字媒体内容的信息。 若第二 设备根据响应消息确定第一设备同意切回数字媒体内容, 则停止播放数字 媒体内容, 关闭与相应内容源的连接。
在本发明实施例中, 在执行了步驟 102之后, 第一设备可以确认是否 继续播放切回的数字媒体内容, 该确认操作可以是第一设备显示菜单选项, 或接收手势操作。
以下结合附图, 对本发明实施例的上述技术方案进行详细的说明。 图 2是本发明实施例的设备控制示意图, 如图 2所示, 包括两个设备: PAD和电视机(TV ); 其中, 在本实例中, PAD作为第一设备, 正在播放 数字媒体内容, 数字媒体内容可以是本地存储的视频文件、 来自 IP网络的 视频流、 本地的音频文件、 来自 IP网络的音频流、 或者操作系统的桌面。
在本发明实例中, PAD 具有与用户交互的界面, 可以让用户输入流程 的确认信息, 例如, 同意或拒绝传回已转移出的数字媒体内容播放等。
此外, PAD上有网络接口, 支持 IEEE 802.11b/g/n,也支持 IEEE 802.3 , 从而可以连接到 IP网络。 PAD内的模块还具有网络业务能力, 网络业务能 力能够与其它设备互相发现、 连接, 并能与其它设备发送、 接收消息。
在本实例中, TV作为第二设备, 并具有一个摄像头。 用户可以在摄像 头前用手做抛出、 释放、 或指向动作等。 TV具有识别转移回去数字媒体内 容播放的能力, 即, TV能够通过摄像头获取运动图像, 从而按预定义识别 出要把转移来的正在播放的数字媒体内容要转移回到 PAD播放, 也就是获 知数字媒体内容即将转移出去, 这一识别结合了上下文场景: 包括识别手 的抛出动作、 手的释放动作、 手的指向动作或者手在触摸屏上张开 (如果 TV屏具有一个触摸屏)等。此外, TV上有网络接口,支持 IEEE 802.11b/g/n, 也支持 IEEE 802.3,从而可以连接到 IP网络。 TV内的模块还具有网络业务 能力, 网络业务能力能够与其它设备互相发现、 连接, 并能够与 PAD的互 相发送、 接收消息。 PAD和 TV通过网络互相连接。
优选地, 在本实例中, TV可识别出的动作分别为:
1、 抓回: 用户对着 TV摄像头用手^ F又、 手臂曲回动作;
2、 挥回: 用户先把手臂和手掌伸直指向 TV摄像头、 然后手臂弯曲收 回动作;
3、 摆动: 用户对着 TV摄像头, 手臂和手掌竖起, 然后向身体摆动 2 次或以上。
在 TV上,手势动作的识别可采用直方图法或隐马尔科夫模型法。首先, 用户的手势动作要落在摄像头捕获范围内, 这样摄像头能够生成手势视频 交给识别模块, 识别模块对视频中的手势图像通过颜色、 或轮廓、 或结构 光分析等方法识别出手的位置, 检测分割出手势对象, 提取出手势特征, 跟踪到手势运动; 然后, 对手指方向、 运动方向序列进行处理, 最后完整 地识别出手势动作, 此时可采用与预定义的手势动作空间对比等方法, 确 定用户的动作操作意图。
需要说明的是, 在本发明实施例中, 除了上述的手势动作, 还可以使 用眼球运动、 身体姿势等动作。 此外, PAD和 TV的网络业务能力包括使 得 PAD和 TV能够通过网络互相通讯。
图 3是本发明实施例的操控方法的网络消息流程示意图。 对应图 2中 的装置, 在图 3中, 第一设备为 PAD, 第二设备为 TV。 在本实例中, 数字 媒体内容在 PAD上, 用户已经操控数字媒体内容从 PAD转移到了 TV, 对 用户来说, 场景与体验是: 在家庭居所的客厅里, 用户坐在沙发上, 使用 PAD把原来在 PAD上播放的数字媒体内容, 已经转移到在 TV上播放, 用 户正在观看 TV上播放出来的视频内容。 这时候, 用户打算拿着 PAD到另 外的房间去继续观看, 就用手势操作把在 TV上播放的内容再召回在 PAD, 不再使用 TV播放。
在图 3所示的实例中, 装置 PAD、 TV之间通过网络互相连接, 并能够 互相通讯。 具体地, 包括如下处理:
步驟 301: PAD上的数字媒体内容播放已经转移到 TV上播放。
TV需要存储原来设备(PAD ) 的地址、 端口等参数。 此外, 在完成了 PAD和 TV之间的数字媒体内容播放转移后, PAD和 TV之间需要管理两 者间建立的会话连接的管理。
所述会话连接的管理包括会话标识、 心跳消息约定、 最大会话时长的 保持等等。
步驟 302: TV识别出播放转回动作。
所述动作即是图 3中的动作(ACTION ) 1 , ACTION1可以是前述第一 组动作中的任一个动作。 TV可以支持其中的一个动作, 且至少支持其中的 一个动作。
对这些动作的识别,在 TV中是结合上下文且预定义的,这种上下文包 括 TV已经在播放从 PAD转来的数字媒体后开始启动识别功能; 动作识别 结合使用了图像识别算法, 从而 TV能够识别出动作所表示的含义, 即: 当 前正在播放的视频将要被转移回到原来设备上播放。 在步驟 2 中, 第二设 备识别出数字媒体内容将转移回到原来设备。
步驟 303: TV识别后发广播: REQUEST RETURN。 TV识别出针对本设备的动作, 即识别出了数字媒体内容播放要转移回 到原来设备的意图后, 若本设备能够接收前述 PAD发出的广播消息中的数 字媒体内容, 就启动网络业务功能, 在预先存储的地址和端口上向 PAD发 送请求报文即上述 REQUEST RETURN消息, 报文中包括的信息用于请求 PAD接受转回数字媒体内容的播放。
具体地, 报文中包括的信息包括: 本设备名称、 地址、 端口、 以及超 时时间; 其中, 上述地址为 REQUEST RETURN消息的发出地址, 以及后 续消息交互的地址; 超时时间表示这一报文消息的有效时间, 也就是过了 指定的时间之后, 这次的请求消息将无效(取消)。
在步驟 303 中, 第二设备向第一设备请求准备好接收转回去的数字媒 体内容。
步驟 304: 数字媒体内容转移。
优选地, PAD收到 TV的请求消息后, 提示用户输入确认信息, 用户 可以在 PAD上选择 "是" 或 "否" 这样的选项, 即对应图 3中的 ACTION
2操作。
步驟 305: PAD发送广播: RETURN OK。
在 PAD确认可以转移回来数字媒体内容的播放后, 向 TV发送响应消 息即图 3中的 RETURN OK消息。
步驟 306: 数字媒体内容的播放转移回来。
经过上述的消息交互、 确认, PAD 继续在本地播放原来的数字媒体内 容, TV则停止播放, PAD, TV之间断开网络连接。 若 PAD上的数字媒体 内容来自网络上另一内容源设备, 则 PAD可以按转移到 TV之前的方式把 另一内容源设备上的数字媒体内容继续在 PAD上播放。
上述实施例中, 也可以由第一设备先发广播消息, 即第一设备在识别 出转移回来意图后, 并发送转移消息; 第二设备^ 出响应, 后续流程与上 述步驟类似; 在这样的实例中, 需要由第一设备存储转移之后的第二设备 的地址、 端口等。
图 4是本发明实施例的处理逻辑流程图, 其中, 第一设备可以参照前 述 PAD的功能和角色, 第二设备可以参照前述 TV的功能和角色。
步驟 401 : 播放转移完成, 即前述实例中, 数字媒体内容由第一设备播 放转移到了第二设备上播放。
步驟 402: 第二设备存储第一设备信息; 第一设备存储第二设备信息。 这种信息可以是设备地址、 通讯端口等。
步驟 403: 第二设备识别出内容播放要切回第一设备。 所说的识别, 就 是第二设备通过手势操作等进行识别。
步驟 404: 第二设备向第一设备发送通知信息。
步驟 405: 第一设备需要确认是否接收切回, 如果是, 则第一设备开始 继续播放; 第二设备信息停止播放, 关闭与内容源连接。 流程结束。 如果 第一设备确认的结果是不接收切回播放, 则第一设备向第二设备发送拒绝 消息, 或者不发送消息即第二设备等待消息超时, 第二设备仍继续播放转 移来的数字媒体内容, 第一设备不做任何操作。
上述实例中, PAD被作为第一设备, 而本发明并不限定于第一设备是 像 PAD这样的设备, 手机、 带触屏(摇控器) 的其它播放器, 甚至是电脑 等等都可以作为第一设备, 前述流程中的触发功能, 也可以在电脑上由键 盘、 鼠标来实现。
上述实例中, TV被作为第二设备, 而本发明并不限定于第二设备是像 TV这样的设备, 只要配置有一摄像头, 具有实施例中描述的各种能力, 手 机、 机顶盒、 投影仪、 电脑等等都可以作为第二设备。
上述流程, 是实现本发明的实施例, 并不是限定只能用实施例来实现, 也不是用来限定具体流程执行的方法, 本发明还可以用类似的方式实现, 例如, 表示模块的名字、 各种消息的类型等, 那不过是命名形式、 具体的 报文内容等有所不同。
此外, 上述实施例中, 与网络相关的部分, 可适用于基于 IEEE 802.3、 IEEE 802. llb/g/n, POWELINE、 CABLE、 PSTN,第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Project, 简称为 3GPP ) 网络、 3GPP2 网络等通讯网 络所支持的 IP 网络, 各装置的操作系统可适用于 UNIX 类操作系统、 WINDOWS类操作系统、 ANDROID类操作系统、 IOS操作系统, 对消费 者接口可适用于 JAVA语言接口等。
需要说明的是, 为了清楚起见, 上述描述中没有示出和描述设备的所 有的常规特征。 当然, 应当理解, 在任何实际设备的研制中, 必需做出特 定实现方式的决定以便实现研制者的特定目标, 例如符合与应用及业务相 关的约束, 这些特定的目标随着不同的实现方式而变化, 并且随着不同的 研制者而变化。 而且, 应当理解, 这种研制工作是复杂和耗时的, 但是尽 管如此, 对于受到本发明公开内容启发的普通技术人员而言所进行的技术 工作是常规的。

切回模块 52, 配置为根据识别的用户动作将播放的数字媒体内容切回 到第一设备。
优选地, 根据本发明实施例的转移播放的数字媒体内容切回装置还包 括: 存储模块, 配置为存储第一设备信息; 相应的, 所述切回模块 52, 配 置为根据第一设备信息通知第一设备继续播放数字媒体内容。
切回模块 52, 配置为停止播放数字媒体内容, 关闭与相应内容源的连 接。
识别模块 50, 配置为通过识别装置识别用户动作; 识别装置包括: 摄 像头; 用户动作包括: 手势动作、 眼球动作、 身体姿势, 其中, 手势动作 包括: 手抓取后手臂曲回、 手臂和手掌伸直指向识别装置后手臂弯曲收回、 以及手臂和手掌对着识别装置竖起后向身体摆动预定次数。 将用户动作与 预先设置的动作判别数据进行比较, 如果判定符合, 则将播放的数字媒体 内容切回到第一设备。
优选地, 根据本发明实施例的转移播放的数字媒体内容切回装置还包 括: 接收模块, 配置为接收第一设备发送的响应消息, 并获取响应消息中 携带的是否同意切回数字媒体内容的信息。 切回模块 52, 配置为根据响应消息确定第一设备同意切回数字媒体内 容, 则停止播放数字媒体内容, 关闭与相应内容源的连接。

在第一设备播放的数字媒体内容转移到第二设备后, 所述第二设备识 别用户动作;
所述第二设备根据识别的所述用户动作, 将播放的所述数字媒体内容 切回到所述第一设备。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述在第一设备播放的数字媒体内容转移到第二设备之后, 所述方法 还包括: 所述第二设备存储第一设备信息;
所述将播放的所述数字媒体内容切回到所述第一设备包括: 所述第二 设备根据所述第一设备信息通知所述第一设备继续播放所述数字媒体内 谷。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述第二设备根据所述第一设备 信息通知所述第一设备继续播放所述数字媒体内容之后, 所述方法还包括: 所述第二设备停止播放所述数字媒体内容, 关闭与相应内容源的连接。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述第二设备根据识别的所述用 户动作, 将播放的所述数字媒体内容切回到所述第一设备, 包括:
所述第二设备通过识别装置识别用户动作;
将所述用户动作与预先设置的动作判别数据进行比较, 如果判定符合, 则将播放的所述数字媒体内容切回到所述第一设备。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中,
所述识别装置包括: 摄像头;
所述用户动作包括: 手势动作、 目艮球动作、 身体姿势, 其中, 所述手 势动作包括: 手抓取后手臂曲回、 手臂和手掌伸直指向所述识别装置后手 臂弯曲收回、 以及手臂和手掌对着所述识别装置竖起后向身体摆动预定次 数。
6、 如权利要求 3至 5中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述第二设备根据 所述第一设备信息通知所述第一设备继续播放所述数字媒体内容之后, 所 述方法还包括:
所述第二设备接收所述第一设备发送的响应消息, 并获取所述响应消 息中携带的是否同意切回所述数字媒体内容的信息。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述第二设备停止播放所述数字 媒体内容, 关闭与相应内容源的连接, 包括:
所述第二设备根据所述响应消息确定所述第一设备同意切回所述数字 媒体内容, 则停止播放所述数字媒体内容, 关闭与相应内容源的连接。
8、 一种转移播放的数字媒体内容切回装置, 所述装置包括: 识别模块 和切回模块; 其中,
识别模块, 配置为在第一设备播放的数字媒体内容转移到所述转移播 放的数字媒体内容切回装置后, 识别用户动作;
切回模块, 配置为根据识别的所述用户动作将播放的所述数字媒体内 容切回到所述第一设备。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括: 存储模块, 配 置为存储第一设备信息;
相应的, 所述切回模块, 配置为根据所述第一设备信息通知所述第一 设备继续播放所述数字媒体内容。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中,
所述切回模块, 配置为停止播放所述数字媒体内容, 关闭与相应内容 源的连接。
11、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中,
所述识别模块, 配置为通过识别装置识别用户动作; 将所述用户动作 与预先设置的动作判别数据进行比较, 如果判定符合, 则将播放的所述数 字媒体内容切回到所述第一设备。

所述切回模块, 配置为根据所述响应消息确定所述第一设备同意切回 所述数字媒体内容, 则停止播放所述数字媒体内容, 关闭与相应内容源的 连接。
15、 一种转移播放的数字媒体内容切回系统, 所述系统包括: 权利要 求 8至 14中任一项所述的转移播放的数字媒体内容切回装置、 以及第一设 备; 其中,
所述第一设备, 配置为在其播放的数字媒体内容转移到所述转移播放 的数字媒体内容切回装置后, 在所述转移播放的数字媒体内容切回装置的 控制下, 继续播放切回的所述数字媒体内容。
