参见图 3至图 8, 图中所示的是由钢丝弯制成的人体模型工艺制 品, 其中图 3到图 5展示的是女性人体模型, 图 6至图 8展示的是男 性人体模型, 它包括由钢丝制成的躯干、 头、 手、 脚及四肢, 躯干、 头、 手、 脚及四肢通过所述的关节连接构件连成一个整体, 关节处灵 活转动, 变换不同造型。 参见图 9, 人体模型通过关节处的转动, 呈 现出不同造型。通过关节连接构件的作用, 人体模型可根据人们不同 的喜号变换各种姿式: 座式、 站式、 跳舞、 运动、 看书等等, 人们还 可以发挥想象使其和各种辅件搭配,也可以给人体模型按其姿式穿上 运动服、 跳舞服等, 使之变化无穷, 从中感受无限乐趣。
人体模型的躯干包括上半身和下半身,所述上半身包括 4个转轴 和 6根钢丝, 转轴一 8作为头部的关节连接构件, 转轴二 9和转轴三 10分别作为左右手臂的关节连接构件, 转轴四 11作为下半身的关节 连接构件, 钢丝一 12连接在转轴一 8和转轴二 9之间, 钢丝二 13连 接在转轴一 8和转轴三 10之间, 钢丝一 12和钢丝二 13构成人体模 型的双肩, 钢丝三 14连接在转轴二 9和转轴四 11之间, 钢丝四 15 连接在转轴三 10和转轴四 11之间,钢丝三 14和钢丝四 15构成人体 模型的后背, 钢丝五 16连接在转轴二 9和转轴四 11之间, 钢丝六 17连接在转轴三 10和转轴四 11之间, 钢丝五 16和钢丝六 17构成 人体模型的前胸。 下半身包括 3个转轴和 7根钢丝, 转轴五 18作为 上半身的关节连接构件,转轴六 19和转轴七 20分别作为左右腿的关 节连接构件,钢丝七 21和钢丝八 22连接在转轴五 18和转轴六 19之 间, 钢丝九 23和钢丝十 24连接在转轴五 18和转轴七 20之间, 钢丝 七 21、 钢丝八 22、 钢丝九 23和钢丝十 24弯制成和人体臀部曲线相
吻合的圆弧形, 钢丝七 21、 钢丝八 22、 钢丝九 23和钢丝十 24构成 人体模型的臀部, 钢丝 ^一 25连接在转轴五 18和转轴六 19之间, 钢丝十二 26连接在转轴五 18和转轴七 20之间,钢丝 ^一 25和钢丝 十二 26制成圆弧形, 钢丝十一 25和钢丝十二 26构成人体模型的前 腹部, 钢丝十三 27支撑在转轴六 19和转轴七 20之间。 转轴一 8至 转轴七 20均采用铆钉制成,各转轴各钢丝的连接也均采有铰接方式, 铆钉小头由垫片固定, 以防铰链 3滑脱。
参见图 10, 图 10是包覆有塑包线的人体模型结构示意图。 由于 现有的钢丝工艺制品只能呈现出其金属的本色, 显得色彩单一。本发 明的人体模型外包覆有色彩多样的塑包线, 塑包线有着多样的色彩, 且有柔性易于弯曲, 将其缠绕包覆在人体模型的外表面, 使其呈现出 不同的色彩。 塑包线缠绕时尽量紧密些, 使其可以遮盖钢丝。例如将 白色的塑包线包覆在人体模型的外表面, 再配上黑色的运动服, 给人 强烈的黑白对比, 黑色的塑包线包覆在人体模型的外表面, 再配上红 色的休闲服, 给人以沉稳飘亮的感觉, 人们可以根据自已对色彩的偏 号, 选择不同颜色来装扮。 塑包线采用铁芯和铜芯塑包线, 塑包线的 粗细可根据实际需要选择, 以易于弯折为宜。现有的人体模型钢丝工 艺制品, 由于钢丝的局限性一般无法绕制出头部的头发, 使这类制品 美中不足。 本实施例中的人体模型头部设有设计成不同发型的头发, 头发由塑包线绕制而成,具体由一股塑包线来回绕制出头发丝而制成 的, 与人体模型上包覆的塑包线连成一体。
参见图 11, 图 11为人体模型手部的放大图, 由于钢丝具体较强 的韧性, 硬度较高不易于徒手弯曲, 因此采用钢丝弯制成的手, 不能 随意摆动, 而用由塑包线代替钢丝绕制成的手, 则利用了塑包线的柔 性易于弯曲的特点。 图 11中。 人体模型的手指由两股塑包线绕成麻
花状,人体模型的整个手是由一股塑包线来回绕制出 5个手指而制成 的, 与人体模型上包覆的塑包线连成一体。 这种结构的手, 不仅可以 随意摆动和弯曲,而且易于制作,只需在缠绕塑包线时一起绕制出来。 这种结构的手可以随意弯曲, 五个手指各自独立, 人们可以让它拿住 需要的东西, 例如可以在手指间夹上一根烟, 或者握上一把剑。 同样 也可采用塑包线代替钢丝绕制成脚, 使之同样可以随意弯曲。
参见图 12, 为了便于人体模型的摆放, 人体模型的脚部设有用 于与固定座 28相吸合的磁性块 29, 将人体模型放在固定座 28上, 其脚部在磁铁的作用下被固定在固定座 28上。
Claims
1、 一种钢丝工艺制品的关节连接构件, 其特征在于: 包括沿 X轴设置的第一转 轴 (1 )、 沿 Y轴设置的第二转轴 (2), 第一转轴 (1 )和第二转轴 (2)之间由一 根钢丝制成的铰链 (3 ) 连接, 第一转轴 (1 ) 和第二转轴 (2) 分别与钢丝工艺 制品关节处的第一部件(4)和第二部件(5) 中的至少一根钢丝直接铰接, 第一 部件 (4) 可沿 X轴转动, 第二部件 (5) 可沿 Y轴转动, 第二部件 (5) 转动的 面与第一部件 (4) 转动的面相互垂直。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的所述一种钢丝工艺制品的关节连接构件, 其特征在于: 第一转轴 (1 ) 与钢丝工艺制品第一部件 (4) 的一根或两根钢丝铰接。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的所述一种不锈钢丝工艺制品的关节连接构件, 其特征在 于: 所述第二转轴 (2) 与钢丝工艺制品第二部件 (5) 的一根或两根钢丝铰接。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的所述一种不锈钢丝工艺制品的关节连接构件, 其特征在于: 所述第一转轴 (1 ) 或第二转轴 (2) 由铆钉构成。
5、 一种由权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的关节连接构件制成的人体模型工艺制品, 其特征在于: 它包括由钢丝制成的躯干、 头、 手、 脚及四肢, 躯干、 头、 手、 脚 及四肢通过所述的关节连接构件连成一个整体,关节处灵活转动,变换不同造型。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的人体模型工艺制品, 其特征在于: 所述人体模型外包覆 有色彩多样的塑包线。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的人体模型工艺制品, 其特征在于: 所述人体模型的头发 由塑包线绕制而成, 具体由一股塑包线来回绕制出头发丝而制成的, 与人体模型 上包覆的塑包线连成一体。
8、 如权利要求 5所述的人体模型工艺制品, 其特征在于: 所述人体模型的手或 脚由塑包线代替钢丝绕制而成。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的人体模型工艺制品, 其特征在于: 所述人体模型的手指 或脚指由两股塑包线绕成麻花状,人体模型的整个手或脚是由一股塑包线来回绕 制出 5个手指或脚指而制成的, 与人体模型上包覆的塑包线连成一体。
10、 如权利要求 5所述的人体模型工艺制品, 其特征在于: 所述人体模型的躯干 包括上半身和下半身, 所述上半身包括 4个转轴和 6根钢丝, 转轴一 (8) 作为 头部的关节连接构件, 转轴二 (9) 和转轴三 (10) 分别作为左右手臂的关节连

11、 如权利要求 5所述的人体模型工艺制品, 其特征在于: 所述人体模型的躯干 包括上半身和下半身, 所述下半身包括 3个转轴和 7根钢丝, 转轴五(18)作为 上半身的关节连接构件, 转轴六(19)和转轴七(20)分别作为左右腿的关节连 接构件, 钢丝七 (21)和钢丝八 (22)连接在转轴五 (18)和转轴六 (19)之间, 钢丝九 (23)和钢丝十 (24)连接在转轴五 (18)和转轴七 (20)之间, 钢丝七 (21)、 钢丝八(22)、 钢丝九 (23)和钢丝十 (24)弯制成和人体臀部曲线相吻 合的圆弧形, 钢丝七 (21)、 钢丝八 (22)、 钢丝九 (23)和钢丝十 (24) 构成人 体模型的臀部, 钢丝十一 (25)连接在转轴五 (18)和转轴六 (19)之间, 钢丝 十二 (26)连接在转轴五 (18)和转轴七 (20)之间, 钢丝 ^一 (25)和钢丝十 二(26)制成圆弧形, 钢丝十一(25)和钢丝十二(26)构成人体模型的前腹部, 钢丝十三 (27) 支撑在转轴六 (19) 和转轴七 (20) 之间。
