一种液晶显示装置用钣金件及液晶显示装置
【技术领域】
本发明属于液晶显示领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种液晶显示装置用钣金件 及液晶显示装置。
【背景技术】
现有技术中液晶显示装置一般包括液晶显示面板、 背光模组、 前框和背板 等等, 很多部件之间都需用螺釘进行锁附, 其中一个部件上设有螺釘孔, 另一 个部件上设置有用于螺釘穿过的通孔, 螺釘穿过所述通孔固定在螺釘孔处, 从 而把两个部件锁紧, 为了防止螺釘松动, 一般需要在螺釘上套设一弹性垫片, 由于需要人工把弹性垫片放置到螺釘上, 花费时间长, 效率低, 而且弹性垫片 有可能漏装。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种液晶显示装置用钣金件及液晶显示 装置, 所述钣金件在锁附螺釘时, 不必再加设弹性垫片。
本发明的技术方案为: 一种液晶显示装置用钣金件, 所述钣金件上设有用 于穿过螺釘的通孔, 所述通孔的部分侧壁突出于所述通孔所在的平面, 所述突 出于通孔所在平面的侧壁形成具有弹性的悬臂梁, 所述悬臂梁数量为二个, 对 称布置在所述通孔处, 所述通孔侧壁上至少有一个突出点, 所述突出点到通孔 圓心的距离等于或小于所述螺釘外径的一半。
本发明的另一种技术方案为: 一种液晶显示装置用钣金件, 所述钣金件上 设有用于穿过螺釘的通孔, 所述通孔的部分侧壁突出于所述通孔所在的平面。
优选的, 所述突出于通孔所在平面的侧壁形成具有弹性的悬臂梁。
优选的, 所述悬臂梁数量为多个, 并均勾布置在所述通孔处。
优选的, 所述悬臂梁数量为二个, 对称布置。 优选的, 所述悬臂梁数量为三个, 相隔 120度布置。
优选的, 所述通孔的侧壁呈齿状结构, 全部齿或部分齿突出于所述通孔所 在的平面。
优选的, 所述通孔直径与所述螺釘的外径相等。
优选的, 所述通孔侧壁上至少有一个突出点, 所述突出点到通孔圓心的距 离等于或小于所述螺釘外径的一半。
优选的, 所述钣金件为前框或背板。
本发明还公开了另一种技术方案: 一种液晶显示装置, 包括上面所述的钣 金件。
本发明所述通孔所在的平面是指通孔的外表面, 螺釘锁附后, 与螺釘保持 接触的平面。
本发明的有益效果为: 本发明所述液晶显示装置用钣金件上设有用于穿过 螺釘的通孔, 所述通孔的部分侧壁突出于所述通孔所在的平面, 在锁附螺釘时, 突出的侧壁又被压回通孔所在的平面, 所以能够起到弹性垫片的作用, 由于螺 釘上不再加设弹性垫片, 省去安装弹性垫片的步骤, 也不存在漏装弹性垫片的 可能, 可以提高装配效率。

【具体实施方式】
本发明公开一种液晶显示装置, 包括液晶显示装置用钣金件, 所述钣金件 可以为前框, 也可以为背板, 作为本发明钣金件的实施例一, 如图 1和图 2所 示, 所述钣金件上设有用于穿过螺釘 2的通孔 1 , 所述通孔 1的部分侧壁 11突 出于所述通孔 1所在的平面。
本发明所述通孔所在的平面是指通孔的外表面, 螺釘锁附后, 与螺釘保持 接触的平面。
在本实施例中, 所述突出于通孔 1所在平面的侧壁 11形成具有弹性的悬臂 梁 12, 且所述悬臂梁 12数量为二个, 对称布置。 所述悬臂梁 12—般由沖压模 具通过沖裁工序制作出来。
本发明所述液晶显示装置用钣金件上设有用于穿过螺釘 2的通孔 1 ,所述通 孔 1的部分侧壁突出于所述通孔 1所在的平面, 在锁附螺釘 2时, 突出的侧壁 11 (悬臂梁 12 ) 又被压回通孔 1所在的平面, 所以能够起到弹性垫片的作用, 由于螺釘上不再加设弹性垫片, 省去安装弹性垫片的步骤, 也不存在漏装弹性 垫片的可能, 可以提高装配效率。
在上述实施例中, 所述悬臂梁数量并不一定局限于两个, 也可以为一个, 或者为多个, 即可以均勾布置在所述通孔处, 比如所述悬臂梁数量为三个, 相 隔 120度布置, 所述悬臂梁也可以不均匀布置, 应根据实际情况来设计。
作为本发明所述钣金件的实施例二, 如图 3所示, 与实施例一不同之处在 于所述通孔 1侧壁上还设有二个突出点 13 ,所述突出点 13到通孔 1圓心的距离 等于或小于所述螺釘外径的一半。 所述突出点 13可以看作是卡持结构, 当螺釘 穿过所述通孔 1后, 突出点 13与螺釘接触, 从而有效防止螺釘从通孔 1脱落出 来, 防止螺釘丟失, 其它结构及有益效果均与实施例——致, 此处不再赘述。
在上述实施例中, 如果不设置突出点, 当所述通孔直径与所述螺釘的外径 相等时, 也能有效地卡持螺釘, 防止螺釘从通孔脱落出来, 防止螺釘丟失。
作为本发明所述钣金件的实施例三, 如图 4所示, 与实施例一不同之处在 于所述通孔 1的侧壁呈齿状结构, 全部齿 14或部分齿 14突出于所述通孔 1所 在的平面, 所述齿 14也可以看作是稍短的悬臂梁, 齿状结构的作用类似菊花介 子垫片, 能有效地防止螺釘松脱, 其它结构及有益效果均与实施例——致, 此 处不再赘述。

权利要求
1、 一种液晶显示装置用钣金件, 所述钣金件上设有用于穿过螺釘的通孔, 所述通孔的部分侧壁突出于所述通孔所在的平面, 所述突出于通孔所在平面的 侧壁形成具有弹性的悬臂梁, 所述悬臂梁数量为二个, 对称布置在所述通孔处, 所述通孔侧壁上至少有一个突出点, 所述突出点到通孔圓心的距离等于或小于 所述螺釘外径的一半。
2、 一种液晶显示装置用钣金件, 所述钣金件上设有用于穿过螺釘的通孔, 所述通孔的部分侧壁突出于所述通孔所在的平面。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置用钣金件, 其中, 所述突出于通孔 所在平面的侧壁形成具有弹性的悬臂梁。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的液晶显示装置用钣金件, 其中, 所述悬臂梁数量 为多个, 并均勾布置在所述通孔处。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的液晶显示装置用钣金件, 其中, 所述悬臂梁数量 为二个, 对称布置。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的液晶显示装置用钣金件, 其中, 所述悬臂梁数量 为三个, 相隔 120度布置。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置用钣金件, 其中, 所述通孔的侧壁 呈齿状结构, 全部齿或部分齿突出于所述通孔所在的平面。
8、 根据权利要求 3所述的液晶显示装置用钣金件, 其中, 所述通孔直径与 所述螺釘的外径相等。
9、 根据权利要求 3所述的液晶显示装置用钣金件, 其中, 所述通孔侧壁上 至少有一个突出点, 所述突出点到通孔圓心的距离等于或小于所述螺釘外径的 一半。
10、 根据权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置用钣金件, 其中, 所述钣金件为 前框或背板。
11、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括钣金件, 所述钣金件上设有用于穿过螺釘的 通孔, 所述通孔的部分侧壁突出于所述通孔所在的平面。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述突出于通孔所在平 面的侧壁形成具有弹性的悬臂梁。
13、根据权利要求 12所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述悬臂梁数量为多个, 并均勾布置在所述通孔处。
14、根据权利要求 13所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述悬臂梁数量为二个, 对称布置。
15、根据权利要求 13所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述悬臂梁数量为三个, 相隔 120度布置。
16、 根据权利要求 11所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述通孔的侧壁呈齿状 结构, 全部齿或部分齿突出于所述通孔所在的平面。
