화장품류 중 로션 류ㆍ크림 류ㆍ젤 류ㆍ샴프ㆍ린스 등과 같이 액상 또는 점성이 낮은 겔 상태의 화장품류일 경우에는 내용물을 용이하게 분출시켜 사용할 수 있도록 에어리스 펌프를 화장품용기에 수용되어 사용된다.
이러한, 점성도(粘性度, coefficient of viscosity)를 갖는 화장품류를 수용하는 화장품용기는 수용된 내용물을 소량 배출 후 사용토록 설계되며, 특히 기능성 화장품이 수용된 용기에 많이 적용되고 있다.
또한, 화장품 용기에 적용된 에어리스 펌프는 서로 다른 성분의 두 내용물을 혼합 배출하는 이종내용물 혼합 화장품 용기에도 사용된다. 다시 말해, 기능성 화장품의 한 종류로써 서로 다른 성분의 내용물을 혼합사용 시 그 효과가 증진되는 제품들이 있으며, 이러한 기능성 화장품의 용기에 에어리스 펌프를 장착하여 내용물을 배출시킬 수 있다.
도 1은 종래의 성분이 다른 두 내용물을 혼합 배출하는 이종내용물 혼합 화장품 용기를 도시한 것으로서, 도시된 바와 같이, 종래 이종내용물 혼합 화장품 용기(10)는 용기본체(11), 에어리스 펌프(12a,12b), 피스톤(13a,13b), 누름버튼(14)을 포함하여 형성된다.
상기에서, 용기본체(11)는 그 내부공간이 격벽에 의해 두 개의 수납부(11b,11c)로 나뉘며, 이러한 두 수납부(11b,11c)에 서로 다른 성분의 두 내용물이 각각 채워지고, 두 수납부(11b,11c)의 상부에 내용물의 외부 배출을 위한 개구부가 각각 형성된다. 그리고, 용기본체(11)의 개방된 하부는 마감캡(11d)에 의해 외부로부터 차단된다.
에어리스 펌프(12a,12b)는 한 쌍으로서 용기본체(11)의 두 수납부(11a,11b) 상부에 장착된다. 즉, 한 쌍의 에어리스 펌프(12a,12b)가 두 수납부(11a,11b)의 개구부 주변에 각각 장착된다.
피스톤(13a,13b)은 한 쌍으로 이루어지며, 한 쌍의 피스톤(13a,13b)이 용기본체(11)의 두 수납부(11a,11b)에 각각 설치된다. 이러한 피스톤(13a,13b)은 수납부(11a,11b)의 내측에서 에어리스 펌프(12a,12b)의 작동과 연계하여 상승 이동하고, 이렇게 상승 이동하는 피스톤(13a,13b)이 수납부(11a,11b) 내의 내용물을 상측으로 밀어 올린다.
누름버튼(14)은 에어리스 펌프(12a,12b)의 가압을 위해 에어리스 펌프(12a,12b) 상측에 설치되며, 이러한 누름버튼(14)에 용기본체(11)의 두 수납부(11a,11b)로부터 배출되는 성분이 다른 두 내용물을 유도 후 혼합 배출시키는 구조가 형성된다.
다음은 도 2를 참조하여 상기와 같이 구성된 종래 이종내용물 혼합 화장품 용기의 작용에 대해 설명한다.
먼저, 누름버튼(14)을 눌러 각각의 수납부(11a,11b)에 위치한 에어리스 펌프(12a,12b)를 펌핑시키면, 펌프실린더(18a,18b) 내부에 압력이 발생함과 동시에 피스톤로드(16a,16b)의 내용물 이송로가 확보되고, 이에 따라 펌프실린더(18a,18b) 내부에 충진되어 있던 내용물이 누름버튼(14)의 배출관(15a,15b)을 거쳐 배출관(15a,15b)과 연통하는 토출공(14a,14b)을 통해 토출된다. 이때, 펌프실린더(18a,18b)의 개폐용 볼은 유입공(19a,19b)을 차단한 상태이다.
이와 같이 누름버튼(14)을 눌러 내용물을 배출한 후 누름버튼(14)에 가해졌던 외력을 제거하면, 스프링(17a,17b)의 반발력을 받고 있는 피스톤로드(16a,16b)가 원래의 위치로 상승하고, 이때 펌프실린더(18a,18b) 내부에 진공압이 발생하면서 유입공(19a,19b)을 차단하고 있던 개폐용 볼이 이격되어 내용물의 유입 통로가 확보된다. 그리고, 이렇게 확보된 유입통로를 통해 수납부(11a,11b)의 내용물이 펌프실린더(18a,18b) 내부로 채워진다.
상기와 같은 일련의 과정을 통해서 용기본체(11)의 두 수납부(11a,11b)에 수용된 서로 다른 성분의 내용물이 균등(동일)한 비율로 배출 및 혼합 후 외부로 최종 배출되어 사용된다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 종래 이종내용물 혼합 화장품 용기는 각각의 에어리스 펌프를 통해 배출된 이종의 내용물이 누름버튼의 짧고 직선형인 배출통로에서 합쳐져 배출되는 것이므로, 최종 배출되는 내용물이 두 내용물을 균일하게 혼합시키지 못한 상태이다.
이에 따라, 사용자가 최종 배출된 내용물을 다시 잘 섞어 사용해야 하는 번거로움이 따르고, 이를 귀찮아 해 대충 섞은 후 사용 시 내용물의 기능 저하 및 이상 현상으로 이어진다.
또한, 종래 이종내용물 혼합 화장품 용기는 이종의 내용물이 각각 수용된 두 수납부에 에어리스 펌프가 각각 장착된 형태이므로, 두 에어리스 펌프가 최초 제작시의 펌핑 기능을 계속 유지했을 경우에만 두 내용물 간의 혼합이 적합한 비율로 이루어질 수 있다.
즉, 두 에어리스 펌프 중 어느 하나라도 사용 중 기능 저하 현상을 일으키면, 해당 수납부의 내용물이 용기 최초 설계시의 배출량과 상이한 양으로 배출되고, 이에 따라 이종의 내용물이 적합한 비율로 혼합되지 못해 결과적으로 최종 배출되는 내용물의 기능 저하 내지 이상 현상으로 이어진다.
또한, 종래 이종내용물 혼합 화장품 용기는 두 에어리스 펌프에 항상 동일한 힘이 가해질 때에만 두 내용물 간의 혼합이 적합한 비율로 이루어지게 된다.
다시 말해, 누름버튼이 어느 한쪽으로 편중되게 눌리면, 두 개의 에어리스 펌프 중 어느 하나의 펌프에 가해지는 힘이 상대적으로 강하게 되면서 해당 에어리스 펌프를 통해 상대적으로 많은 량의 내용물이 토출되는 동시에 다른 에어리스 펌프를 통해 상대적으로 적은 량의 내용물이 토출된다.
결과적으로 이종의 내용물이 적합한 비율로 혼합되지 못하면서 최종 배출되는 내용물의 기능 저하 및 이상 현상으로 이어진다.
또한, 종래 이종내용물 혼합 화장품 용기는 두 개의 에어리스 펌프 및 피스톤을 필요로 하는 형태이므로, 그 구조가 비교적 복잡하고, 따라서 생산원가의 상승 및 그에 따른 판매가의 상승을 초래할 수 있다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 고안은 이종(異種)의 내용물을 이격된 공간에 저장한 상태에서, 최초 사용시에 원터치 조작에 의해 이종의 내용물이 혼합되어지게 한 후, 혼합내용물이 단일의 펌핑 동작에 의해 단일의 배출 통로를 통해 배출시키는 이종내용물 혼합 화장품용기를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 있다.
상기와 같은 목적 달성을 위한 본 고안은 용기본체(11), 에어리스 펌프(12), 누름버튼(13)을 포함하는 이종내용물 혼합 화장품용기(10)에 있어서, 혼합유발부재(43)의 걸림돌기(43c)해제에 의해 탄성수단의 반발력으로 혼합유발부재(43)를 상승시켜 천공핀(43a)로 밀폐차단판(21a)을 파손시키면서 이종내용물수용수단(40)에 수용된 내용물2(2)를 가압하여 상기 이중용기본체(11)에 수용된 내용물1(1) 내로 분출시켜 혼합시키는 이종내용물공급수단(40)이 마련되고, 상기 에어리스 펌프(12)의 누름 조작에 의해 내용물3(3)을 토출시키는 것으로 달성된다.
상기와 같은 과제해결수단에 의한 본 고안은 이종(異種)의 내용물을 이격된 공간에 저장한 상태에서, 최초 사용시에 원터치 조작에 의해 이종의 내용물이 혼합되어지게 한 후, 혼합내용물이 단일의 펌핑 동작에 의해 단일의 배출 통로를 통해 배출되어지도록 함으로써, 이종의 내용물을 균일한 혼합 상태로 배출시키는 한편, 사용성을 향상시키는 효과를 얻는다.
또한, 본 발명은 하나의 에어리스 펌프와 피스톤을 구비하면서도 동일 용기 내에 분리 저장된 이종의 내용물을 혼합 배출시킬 수 있도록 함으로써, 구조가 간소하게 이루어지도록 하고 그에 따른 생산원가를 절감시키는 효과를 얻는다.

상기와 같이 제시하는 첨부 도면을 참고로 하여 본 고안을 구체적으로 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 본 발명은 첨부 도면 도 3 및 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 이중용기본체(11), 에어리스 펌프(12), 누름버튼(13)을 포함하는 이종내용물 혼합 화장품용기(10)에 있어서,
혼합유발부재(43)의 걸림돌기(43c) 해제에 의해 탄성부재(43b)의 반발력으로 혼합유발부재(43)를 상승시켜 천공핀(43a)로 밀폐차단판(21a)을 파손시키면서 이종내용물수용수단(40)에 수용된 내용물2(2)를 가압하여 상기 이중용기본체(11)에 수용된 내용물1(1)내로 분출하여 혼합시키는 이종내용물공급수단(40)이 마련되고, 상기 에어리스 펌프(12)의 누름 조작에 의해 내용물3(3)을 토출시키는 것일 수 있다.
상기 이중용기본체(11)는 일측 단은 개방되고 타측 단은 차단된 단일의 원통체일 수도 있고, 양단이 모두 개방된 원통체로 이루어지되, 일측단 하단부에는 하부캡(30)이 결합되어 차단된 것일 수도 있다.
여기서 하부캡(30)의 내주연부에 형성된 회전홈(31)은 이중용기본체(11) 외주연부의 안내돌기(11')와 결합되어 회동할 수 있도록 결합되어 있다.
또한, 하부캡(30) 내부 중앙에는 개방홈(32a)과 걸림돌기(32b)가 반복적으로 마련된 걸림부재(32)가 형성되어 있다.
상기 이중용기본체(11) 배출 하부에는 이종내용물수용수단(40)이 마련되는데, 상기 이종내용물수용수단(40)을 상기 이중내용기본체(11) 내경에 결합되고 하단에는 상기 하부캡(30) 내부에 결합되며, 내용물2(2)를 수용하고, 하부캡(30)을 회동시키면 고정된 상태에서 해제되어 탄성력에 의해 피스톤(42)를 상승시키는 혼합유발부재(43)가 마련되어 있다.
상기 이종내용물수용수단(40)에는 내용물2(2)를 수용하는 내용물2하우징(41)과 내용물2(2)의 기밀을 유지하면서 내용물을 상승시켜 분출시키는 피스톤(42)이 마련되고, 상기 피스톤(42) 내부에 마련되고 상측 중앙에는 천공핀(43a)을 가지며, 하측에는 탄성부재(43b)를 수용하고 하단부에는 걸림돌기(43c)를 포함하는 혼합유발부재(43)가 배치되어 있다.
여기서 천공핀(43a) 끝단은 얇은 판을 손쉽게 천공할 수 있을 정도로 뾰족할 수 도 있으며, 천공핀(43a) 단면형상이 "+" 형상일 수 도있다.
상기 제1내용물수용수단(20)은 이중용기본체(11) 내경에 결합 고정되고 상기 내용물2하우징(41)의 상단과 결합되며, 내용물2(2)를 내용물1(1)과 격리하여 보관하는 수단으로, 이종내용물차단부재(21)의 중앙 하측에는 상기 이종내용물수용수단(40)에 수용된 내용물2(2)를 차단하는 밀폐차단판(21a)이 배치되고, 이종내용물차단부재(21) 상측에 결합되는 동시에 혼합배출관(21b)의 하단부에 결합되어 상기 천공핀(43a)의 상승을 안내하는 천공핀안내부재(21c)가 마련되어 있는데, 상기 천공핀안내부재(21c)는 상기 이종내용물 차단부재(21)에 결합되면서 하단으로 밀폐차단판(21a)을 압박하여 고정한다.
여기서 밀폐차단판(21a)은 비닐 또는 폴리에틸렌(PE)일 수 있으며, 이에 한정되지는 않고 액체밀폐성이 우수하면서 상기 천공핀(43a)에 의해 용이하게 찢겨질 수 있는 재료면 사용 가능하다.
또한 상기 혼합배출관(21b) 상단 외주연부에는 내용물1(1)의 기밀을 유지하면서 내용물2(2)가 유입되면서 혼합되면 유입되는 내용물2(2)의 양만큼 상승되는 피스톤(21d)이 마련되어 있다.
상기 이종내용물수용수단(40)의 또 다른 실시예로는 첨부도면 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이
상기 이종내용물수용수단(400)에는 내용물2(2)를 수용하는 내용물2하우징(401)과 내용물2의 기밀을 유지하면서 내용물을 상승시켜 분출시키는 피스톤(402)이 마련되고, 상기 피스톤(402) 내부에 마련되고 상측 중앙에는 천공핀(403a)을 가지며, 하측에는 탄성부재(403b)를 수용하고 하단부에는 걸림턱(403c)을 포함하는 혼합유발부재(403)가 배치되어 있다.
또한, 상기 내용물2하우징(401)의 중앙에는 상기 걸림턱(403c)과 대응하여 형성된 상기 걸림부재(401a)가 형성되어 있다.
한편, 상기 혼합유발부재(403) 하단에는 혼합유발부재(403) 하단에 대기하고 있다가 상측으로 인위적 가압하면 상기 걸림부재(401a)를 양측으로 벌어지게 하여 혼합유발부재(403)가 제동에서 해제되어 상승될 수 있도록 하는 누름가압부재(404)가 마련되어 있다.
여기서 누름가압부재(404)는 혼합유발부재(403)를 상승시킨 뒤 상기 걸림부재(401a)의 자체 탄성력에 의해 원위치 상태로 되면서 상기 걸림부재(401a)에 의해 눌려져서 하강하되 누름가압부재(404)의 리브(404a)에 마련된 걸림턱(404b)이 하부캡(405) 에 마련된 제동턱(405a)에 제동되는 것이다.
이와 같이 구성될 수 있는 본 고안의 작용을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 본 발명은 에어리스펌프(12)를 통한 펌핑 동작에 의해 내용물3(3)을 토출시켜 사용하기에 앞서, 이종내용물 즉, 제1내용물수용수단(20)에 수용된 내용물1(1)과 이종내용물수용수단(40)이 형성하는 공간에 수용된 내용물2(2)를 혼합하여야만 한다.
이를 위한 혼합 동작은 첨부 도면 도 5 내지 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 하부캡(30)을 회전(시계방향 또는 반시계방향)시키면 걸림돌기(32b)에 걸려있던 혼합유발부재(43)의 걸림돌기(43c)가 개방홈(32a)에 위치하게 된다.
그리되면 혼합유발부재(43)를 통제하고 있던 걸림돌기(43c)가 해제되어 탄성부재(43b)의 탄성에 의해 혼합유발부재(43)가 상승함과 동시에 혼합유발부재(43) 외주면에 있는 피스톤(42)은 내용물2(2)를 상승시키며, 혼합유발부재(43) 상단에 마련된 천공핀(43a)은 이종내용물차단부재(21) 중앙에 있는 밀폐차단판(21a)을 천공하게 되고, 위로 올라가면서 천공핀안내부재(21c)의 안내를 받아 천공핀안내부재(21c) 가운데로 진입하게 된다.
상기와 같이 천공핀(43a)에 의해 밀폐차단판(21a)을 천공하게 되면 내용물2(2)는 천공된 밀폐차단판(21a)을 통과하여 내용물1(1)과 혼합이 시작된다.
이때 상기 내용물1(1)은 투명한 액상의 화장품일 수 있고 내용물2(2)는 색상을 띠거나 적어도 반투명한 화장품일 수 있어서 두 내용물이 혼합되어질 때, 뭉게구름이 피어오르듯이 혼합되어 신비감을 연출한다.
한편, 첨부도면 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 혼합유발부재(43) 상측 수평면이 이종내용물차단부재(21) 하측 수평면과 접촉되면 내용물2하우징(41)에 수용된 내용물2(2)는 모두 내용물1(1) 내로 이동되어 섞인 상태가 되어 내용물3(3)이 된다. 이때 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 혼합배출관(21b)에 마련된 피스톤(21d)은 유입되는 내용물2(2)의 양에 의해 상승되어 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 에어리스펌프(12) 하단까지 밀려올라가게 된다.
이때 혼합배출관(21b) 상단에 위치한 체크밸브(CV)는 혼합된 내용물이 배출되지 못하도록 차단된 상태로 있다.
상기와 같이 내용물1(1)과 내용물2(2)가 혼합된 내용물3(3)을 사용하고자 할 때에는 첨부도면 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 누름버튼(13)을 눌러서 에어리스 펌프(12)를 동작시키면, 내용물3(3)이 펌핑 되어 소정의 경로를 따라 상승하여 누름버튼(13)의 토출구를 통해 토출되어 사용 가능하게 된다.
이를 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면, 상기 누름버튼(13)을 눌러 에어리스 펌프(12)가 펌핑 동작하면, 펌프실린더 내부에 압력이 발생함과 동시에 피스톤로드의 내용물 이송로가 확보되고, 이에 따라 펌프실린더 내부에 충진되어 있던 내용물이 누름버튼(13)의 배출관을 거쳐 토출구를 통해 토출된다.
이때, 펌프실린더의 체크밸브(CV)는 유입공을 차단한 상태이다.
이와 같이 누름버튼(13)을 눌러 내용물을 배출한 후 누름버튼(13)에 가해졌던 외력을 제거하면, 에어리스펌프(12) 스프링의 반발력을 받고 있는 피스톤로드가 원래의 위치로 상승하고, 이때 펌프실린더 내부에 진공압이 발생하면서 유입공을 차단하고 있던 체크밸브(CV)는 이격되어 내용물의 유입 통로가 확보된다.
그리고, 이렇게 확보된 유입통로와 혼합배출관(21b)을 통해 이중용기본체(11)내의 내용물3(3)이 펌프실린더 내부로 채워지게 되며, 내용물3(3)이 배출된 만큼 피스톤(21d)은 아래로 내려지게 진다.
이와 같이 되는 본 발명은 이종의 내용물을 이격된 공간에 저장한 상태에서, 최초 사용시에 원터치 조작에 의해 이종의 내용물이 혼합되어지게 한 후, 혼합된 내용물이 단일의 펌핑 동작에 의해 단일의 배출 통로를 통해 배출되어지도록 함으로써, 이종의 내용물을 균일한 혼합 상태로 배출시키는 한편, 사용성을 향상시킨다.
또한, 본 고안은 하나의 에어리스 펌프와 피스톤을 구비하면서도 동일 용기 내에 분리 저장된 이종의 내용물을 혼합 배출시킬 수 있도록 함으로써, 구조가 간소하게 이루어지도록 하고 그에 따른 생산원가를 절감시킨다.
이상, 본 고안은 본 고안의 원리를 예시하기 위한 바람직한 실시예와 관련하여 설명하고 도시하였지만, 본 고안은 그와 같이 도시되고 설명된 그대로의 구성 및 작용으로 한정되는 것이 아니다.
그 밖에도, 첨부된 청구범위의 사상 및 범주를 일탈함이 없이 본 고안에 대한 다수의 변경 및 수정이 가능함을 당업자들은 잘 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

  1. 이중용기본체(11), 에어리스 펌프(12), 누름버튼(13)을 포함하는 이종내용물 혼합 화장품용기에 있어서,
    혼합유발부재(43, 403)의 걸림돌기(43c, 403c) 해제에 의해 탄성부재(43b, 403b)의 반발력으로 혼합유발부재(43, 403)를 상승시켜 제1내용물수용수단(20)의 밀폐차단판(21a)을 파손시키면서 이종내용물수용수단(40, 400)에 수용된 내용물2(2)를 가압하여 상기 이중용기본체(11)에 수용된 내용물1(1)에 분출시켜 혼합시키는 이종내용물수용수단(40, 400)이 마련되고, 상기 에어리스 펌프(12)의 누름 조작에 의해 내용물(3)을 토출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종내용물 혼합 화장품용기.

    상기 이종내용물수용수단(40)은 이중용기본체(11) 내경에 결합되고 하단에는 하부캡(30) 내부에 결합되며, 내용물2(2)를 수용하고, 하부캡(30)을 회동시키면 고정된 상태에서 해제되어 탄성력에 의해 피스톤(42)를 상승시키는 혼합유발부재(43)가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 이종내용물 혼합 화장품용기.
  7. 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 이종내용물수용수단(40)에는 내용물2(2)를 수용하는 내용물2하우징(41);
    내용물2(2)의 기밀을 유지하면서 내용물을 상승시켜 분출키는 피스톤(42);
    상기 피스톤(42) 내부에 마련되고 상측 중앙에는 천공핀(43a)을 가지며, 하측에는 탄성부재(43b)를 수용하고 하단부에는 걸림돌기(43c)를 포함하는 혼합유발부재(43)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이종내용물 혼합 화장품용기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 이중용기본체(11) 하부에는 내용물2(2)를 수용하는 내용물2하우징(401)과 내용물2의 기밀을 유지하면서 내용물을 상승시켜 분출시키는 피스톤(402)이 포함된 이종내용물수용수단(400);
    상기 피스톤(402) 내부에 마련되고 상측 중앙에는 천공핀(403a)을 가지며, 하측에는 탄성부재(403b)를 수용하고 하단부에는 걸림턱(403c)을 포함하는 혼합유발부재(403);
    상기 내용물2하우징(401)의 중앙에는 상기 걸림턱(403c)과 대응하여 형성된 상기 걸림부재(401a);
    상기 혼합유발부재(403) 하단에는 혼합유발부재(403) 하단에 대기하고 있다가 상측으로 인위적 가압하면 상기 걸림부재(401a)를 양측으로 벌어지게 하여 혼합유발부재(403)가 제동에서 해제되어 상승될 수 있도록 하는 누름가압부재(404);
    상기 누름가압부재(404)는 혼합유발부재(403)를 상승시킨 뒤 상기 걸림부재(401a)의 자체 탄성력에 의해 원위치 상태로 되면서 상기 걸림부재(401a)에 의해 눌려져서 하강하되 누름가압부재(404)의 리브(404a)에 마련된 걸림턱(404b)이 하부캡(405)에 마련된 제동턱(405a)에 제동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종내용물 혼합 화장품용기.
