191 -防护部 192-侧翼部 28-靠垫。 具体实施方式 下面根据附图对本发明做进一步的说明。 本发明的改进点在于, 在现有技术中已经配备安全带的座椅的基础上, 增 加用于约束乘客头部的头部防护装置, 在发生意外时, 在通过安全带约束人的 躯干的同时, 可通过头部防护装置约束乘客的头部, 从而达到全面保护的目的, 防止乘客 (包括成人或幼儿) 的头部或颈椎受到伤害。 以下实施例一至实施例 三是可在现有的座椅上增加头部防护装置的情况, 适合成人使用, 实施例四和 五是在儿童安全座椅上增加头部防护装置, 适合婴幼儿使用。 实施例一 如图 1所示, 本发明的实施例一的座椅辅助防护装置, 包括与座椅 (图中未 示出)连接的头枕 9和固定于头枕 9上的用于约束乘客头部的头部防护装置。 在 本实施例中, 防护装置为圆圈状的汗带 17, 头枕 9的上端设有放置汗带 17的第 一开口 15,汗带 17通过一端固定在第一开口 15内的连接带 171与头枕 9连接。 如图 1所示,头枕 9的下端设有插头 16,用于与座椅 (交通工具本身的座椅)固定 连接。 作为优选方式, 本实施例中, 第一开口 15处设有拉链。 在不使用时, 汗 带 17从第一开口 15处放入头枕 9内, 储存在头枕 9的内部, 将第一开口 15处 的拉链合上即可, 使用方便。 本发明的座椅辅助防护装置, 不仅可以在汽车、 飞机等交通工具上, 还可 以用在游乐设施的座椅上, 配合安全带同时对乘客的躯干和头部提供约束和保 护。 如图 2所示, 将实施例一的座椅辅助防护装置固定在儿童安全座椅 1上, 汗带 17与儿童安全座椅 1 固定连接, 通过汗带 17套在儿童的额头, 与儿童安 全座椅 1上的安全带 4配合使用以全面保护乘坐的儿童的安全。 在发生意外时, 由于惯性, 乘客的头部会向前冲或者向左右扭动, 而汗带 17能够对其进行一定 的约束, 从而防止头部与其他部件碰撞而受伤, 并且也防止头部过度前倾或扭 动, 因此也保护了颈椎。 实施例二 如图 3和图 4所示, 实施例二的座椅辅助防护装置, 其中的头部防护装置 为护栏 18, 头枕 9两侧设有侧靠枕 12, 其中一个侧靠枕 12的下端设有第二开 口 151, 护栏 18与该侧靠枕 12固定连接, 在未使用时护栏 18存储在侧靠枕 12 内。 同样地, 侧靠枕 12上的第二开口 151处设有拉链。 如图 4所示, 使用时, 护栏 18从侧靠枕 12内取出, 并通过卡扣 14固定连接在另一个侧靠枕 12上。 作为优选方案, 侧靠枕 12通过第一转轴 112与头枕 9转动连接。 与实施例一类 似, 护栏 18也能对乘客的头部起到约束作用。 侧靠枕 12与头枕 9转动连接的 目的是, 在不使用护栏 18时, 可将侧靠枕 12转动至头枕 9的两侧。 此外, 本 实施例中设置的侧靠枕 12还可以从侧面保护头部, 并可让处于睡眠状态的乘客 的头部提供支撑。 实施例三 如图 5和 6所示的实施例三的座椅辅助防护装置,其中的头部防护装置为 U 形的护翼 19,护翼 19包括前端的防护部 191和分别连接在防护部 191两端的侧 翼部 192; 头枕 9两侧设有滑道 91, 侧翼部 192的端部设有滑杆 131, 滑杆 131 与滑道 91配合并沿滑道 91滑动, 从而带动护翼 19沿滑道 91移动, 待其位于 正好卡在儿童额头的位置时, 通过定位部件将滑杆 131固定在滑道 91上, 此处 即为合适的位置。 例如, 定位部件可采用卡接的方式使滑杆 131 固定在合适的 位置。 具体地, 本实施例中, 滑杆 131 的端部设有螺纹, 定位部件为设置在滑 杆 131端部的旋钮 13, 旋钮 13与滑杆 131通过螺纹连接, 通过转动旋钮 13, 使旋钮 13贴紧侧翼部 192, 由于摩擦力而使侧翼部 192贴在头枕 9上。 此外, 还可以考虑将滑杆 131设置为弹性部件,采用过盈配合的方式设置在滑道 91内。 如 6所示, 在不使用时, 可将滑杆 131滑动至滑道 91的最下端, 然后转动护翼 19使其卡在头枕 9外侧, 待使用时再将其旋转, 沿滑道 91滑动至合适位置再固 定。 上述实施例一至实施例三的座椅辅助防护装置, 主要用于保护成年的乘客, 既可以用在汽车等交通工具的座椅上, 还可以用在游乐设施的座椅上, 在发生 意外时, 约束头部, 使其在一定的安全范围内活动, 保护乘客的头部和颈椎避 免受伤, 起到二次保护的作用。 本发明的座椅辅助防护装置与安全带一起, 可 同时约束乘客的躯干和头部, 达到全面保护的目的。 实施例四 如图 7和图 8所示, 本发明实施例四的儿童安全座椅, 包括儿童安全座椅 1 和设置在儿童安全座椅 1内侧上部的防护带 3。防护带 3与儿童安全座椅 1连接, 在使用时, 防护带 3套在婴幼儿的额头部位, 用于约束其头部。 在发生意外时, 防护带 3与套在婴幼儿身体上的安全带 (可用普通的三点式安全带)一起,分别用 于固定婴幼儿的头部和躯干, 防止伤害颈椎和头部。 作为一种优选方式, 本实施例中, 儿童安全座椅 1 的表面设有防护带收藏 槽 2, 防护带收藏槽 2与防护带 3的交界处设有第二转轴 7, 防护带 3通过第二 转轴 7与儿童安全座椅 1转动连接,防护带 3转动而进入或退出防护带收藏槽 2。 在不使用时, 将防护带 3放置于防护带收藏槽 2 内, 在使用时, 将其旋转至与 婴幼儿额头平齐的部位。 为了起到更好的保护作用, 防护带 3 的表面设有柔性 保护层, 防护带 3 与婴幼儿接触的部分较柔软, 使婴幼儿感觉更加舒适。 为了 更好地固定婴幼儿的身体, 本实施例中的, 儿童安全座椅 1 上设置的安全带 4 为五点式安全带, 五点式安全带固定设置在儿童安全座椅 1 上, 比普通的固定 于座椅上的三点式安全带相比, 更适合于婴幼儿使用, 可将身材较小的婴幼儿 更好地固定在儿童安全座椅 1上。 实施例五 图 9和图 10示出了本发明实施例五的儿童安全座椅, 实施例五与实施例四 的不同之处在于使用防护罩 5来代替实施例四的防护带 3。儿童安全座椅 1上固 定连接有防护罩外壳 6, 防护罩 5和防护罩外壳 6之间设有第二转轴 7, 防护罩 5通过第二转轴 7与防护罩外壳 6转动连接,从而实现防护罩 5进入或者退出防 护罩外壳 6。 在不使用时, 将防护罩 5旋转进入防护罩外壳 6的内部, 在使用时 将其旋转至额头部位, 卡在婴幼儿的额头, 以约束婴幼儿的头部。 类似地, 防 护罩 5的表面设有柔性保护层。 通过以上实施例四和实施例五可看出, 在交通工具发生意外时, 婴幼儿的 头部被防护带 3或防护罩 5所固定, 避免婴幼儿的头部过度前倾或扭动而损伤 到颈椎, 再配合普通的三点式安全带或者五点式安全带, 可达到全面保护婴幼 儿的目的。 在上述实施例中, 仅以防护带 3和防护罩 5为例说明本发明所采用的头部 防护装置, 只要是能将约束婴幼儿头部的头部防护装置均可以实现本发明的目 的。 此外, 如图 9和图 10所示, 本实施例中, 为了增加舒适性, 在儿童安全座 椅 1的靠背上还设有靠垫 28。 当然, 以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的 普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润 饰, 这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种座椅辅助防护装置, 其特征在于, 包括与座椅连接的头枕和固定于 所述头枕上的用于约束乘客头部的头部防护装置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的座椅辅助防护装置, 其特征在于, 所述头部防护 装置为护栏, 所述的头枕两侧设有侧靠枕, 其中一个侧靠枕的下端设有开口, 所述护栏与该侧靠枕固定连接并在未使用时存储在侧靠枕内; 使用时, 所述护 栏从侧靠枕内取出, 并通过卡扣固定连接在另一个侧靠枕上。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的座椅辅助防护装置, 其特征在于, 所述的侧靠枕 通过第一转轴与头枕转动连接。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的座椅辅助防护装置, 其特征在于, 所述头部防护 装置为 U形的护翼, 所述护翼包括前端的防护部和分别连接在所述防护部两端 的侧翼部;
所述的头枕两侧设有滑道, 所述侧翼部的端部设有滑杆, 所滑杆与所述滑 道配合在所述滑道内滑动, 所述滑杆通过定位部件固定在所述滑道的适当位置 上。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的座椅辅助防护装置, 其特征在于, 所述定位部件 为设置在所述滑杆端部的旋钮, 所述旋钮与所述滑杆通过螺纹连接。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的座椅辅助防护装置, 其特征在于, 所述的防护装 置为圆圈状的汗带, 所述头枕的上端设有容置所述汗带的开口, 所述汗带通过 一端固定在所述开口内的连接带与所述头枕连接。
7、 一种儿童安全座椅, 包括安全座椅和安全带, 其特征在于, 在所述安全 座椅内侧的上部设有用于约束婴幼儿头部的头部防护装置。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的儿童安全座椅, 其特征在于, 所述的安全带为五 点式安全带并设置在所述安全座椅上。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的儿童安全座椅, 其特征在于, 所述的头部防 护装置为与所述安全座椅连接的防护带。
10、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的儿童安全座椅, 其特征在于,所述的头部防 护装置为与所述安全座椅连接的防护罩。
11、 根据权利要求 9 所述的儿童安全座椅, 其特征在于, 所述安全座椅的 表面设有防护带收藏槽, 所述的防护带收藏槽与防护带的交接处设有第二转轴, 防护带通过第二转轴与所述安全座椅转动连接。
12、根据权利要求 10所述的儿童安全座椅, 其特征在于,还包括与所述安全 座椅固定连接的防护罩外壳, 所述防护罩和防护罩外壳之间设有第二转轴, 防 护罩通过第二转轴与防护罩外壳转动连接。
13、 根据权利要求 9 所述的儿童安全座椅, 其特征在于, 所述的防护带的 表面设有柔性保护层。
14、 根据权利要求 10所述的儿童安全座椅, 其特征在于, 所述防护罩的表 面设有柔性保护层。
