Description

一种拔毛器的拔毛头组件的夹紧单元 技术领域
本发明涉及一种拔毛器的拔毛头组件, 尤其涉及一种拔毛器的拔毛头 组件的夹紧单元, 属于家用电器技术领域。 背景技术
如图 1-6所示, 现有的使用中心曲轴的拔毛头组件中, 基本都是采用 一种传统的夹紧方式, 这种方式的特点是不锈钢夹片两个成双地装配在塑 料基座两侧, 形成一个夹紧单元, 当曲轴转动, 拔毛头夹紧单元在受外力 挤压后两夹片相向摆动, 在其末端形成夹紧, 就如同一把镊子的工作原理。
其缺点主要是: 成本偏高, 工艺复杂, 具体来说分四个方面-.
1 ) 每个夹紧单元需要两片金属夹片, 成本较高;
2 ) 两个金属夹片分别需要一副五金模具, 需两副五金模具;
3 ) 需要使用专门工装铆压用以固定不锈钢夹片, 防止其脱落, 工艺复杂。
4 ) 结构单一、 技术含量不高, 拔毛效果也不太理想。 发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是: 现有的拔毛器的拔毛头组件的夹紧单 元成本较高, 具体表现为采用两片金属夹片, 两个片金属夹片分别需要开 一副五金模具进行制造; 工艺复杂, 主要表现为需要使用专门工装铆压用 以固定不锈钢夹片, 防止其脱落; 结构单一, 技术含量低, 拔毛效果不太 理想。 本发明釆取以下技术方案:
一种拔毛器的拔毛头组件的夹紧单元, 所述夹紧单元设有各夹紧单元 之间的力矩传递装置, 包括夹片座, 所述夹片座设有置放金属夹片 1 的中 心卡槽, 所述金属夹片 1倾斜插入所述中心卡槽, 所述金属插片 1 的两端 分别位于所述夹片座的两侧; 所述夹片座的第一侧, 以所述夹片座的中心 为圆心, 与所述金属插片 1相隔 60° 处设有凸台 4 , 所述凸台 4与相邻的 夹紧单元的金属夹片的一端对应,与所述凸台 4相隔 180° 处设有小凸块 6 , 所述小凸块 6 与相邻的夹紧单元的金属夹片的另一端对应; 所述夹片座的 另一侧上设有的凸台 4、 小凸块 6分别与所述夹片座第一侧的凸台 4、 小凸 块 6相隔 60° ; 至少三夹紧单元相互配合, 能够形成角度差为 60。 的拔毛 器拔毛头组件, 中间夹紧单元的金属夹片 1被一侧夹紧单元的小凸块 6抵 住, 并和另一侧的夹紧单元的凸台 6贴合压紧。

进一步的,所述夹片座中心卡槽内侧面上还设有一对限位凸点 5, 所述 限位凸点 5抵住所述金属夹片 1的一侧, 便于金属夹片 1的安装。
进一步的, 所述金属夹片 1为不锈钢材质。
进一步的, 所述夹片座为塑料材质。
本发明的特点在于: 夹紧单元在塑料夹片座的基础上仅釆用一只金属 夹片 1, 另外一半则使用相邻夹紧单元的夹片座塑料件的局部突起的凸台 4 代替, 同时另一侧相邻的夹紧单元对应位置上的小凸块 4抵住金属夹片 1 , 三个夹紧单元形成组合后才能完成夹紧的动作, 相邻夹紧单元周向间隔 60° , 随着曲轴的转动, 带动拔毛头组件的夹紧单元同步转动, 夹紧单元 依次夹紧 /分开。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1 ) 材料、 模具成本大大降低, 每个夹片座仅需装配一个金属夹片, 而且仅需开一副五金模具, 节约生产成本
2 ) 将夹片装配到夹片座上时搡作方便, 无需专门装配工装铆压, 生 产成本大大降低;
3 ) 简化了工艺, 提高了效率。
4 ) 结构明显优化, 技术含量提高, 拔毛效果更好。 附图说明

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图 7- 9所示, 塑料材质的夹片座的中心设有方形中心卡槽, 不锈钢 材质的金属夹片 1倾斜插入该中心卡槽内, 再旋转一定角度, 使金属夹片 1 卡入夹片座对应的卡槽内, 如图 10、 15所示, 中心卡槽一侧设有对称的两 个限位凸点 5 , 可以限制金属夹片 1的摆动幅度, 防止金属夹片 1从夹片座 上脱落下来, 方便金属夹片 1的安装。
夹片座上设有各夹紧单元之间传递扭矩的装置, 如图 7-9 所示, 该扭 矩传递装置包括的一对凹槽 2和一对凸键 3, 凸键 3插入凹槽 2内, 使得各 个夹紧单元能够相互传递扭矩, 同步转动。
如图 8所示, 夹片座的第一侧上距离金属夹片 1周向 60° 处设有凸台 4, 与凸台 4正对处, 即相隔 180° 处设有对应的小凸块 6, 该凸台 4和相 邻夹紧单元相邻的金属夹片的一端对应, 小凸块 6 与相邻单元的金属夹片 的另一端对应, 如图 9所示, 夹片座的另一侧上也设有一个凸台 4 , 该凸台 4与第一侧上的凸台 4周向相隔 60° , 两个凸台位于金属夹片 1的同侧; 夹片座另一侧上同时也设有一个小凸块 6,该小凸块 6与第一侧上的小凸块 6周向相隔 60° , 两个小凸块 6位于金属夹片 1的同侧。
如图 11-12 所示, 曲轴将夹紧单元串联起来, 曲轴向上弯曲, 金属夹 片 1被左侧夹紧单元上的小凸块抵住, 与右侧相邻夹紧单元的凸台 4夹紧。
具体细节情况如图 1 3-14所示, 图 13-14为相邻三个夹紧单元的轴面 剖视示意图, 图 1 3表示装配前, 图 14表示装配后并夹紧。 当不锈钢夹紧 弹簧的夹紧力传递到左右两侧的两夹片座上时, 使二者上端分别向中间的 夹片座靠拢, 右侧夹片座上端的小凸块 6 顶住固定在中间夹片座上的金属 夹片 1,使其无法向右侧做小角度摆动, 同时左侧夹片座上部的凸台 4也向 金属夹片 1靠拢, 在端部形成紧贴, 与小凸块 6共同产生对金属夹片 1的 夹紧力, 随着三个夹片座在曲轴上转动 180。 , 图 14中金属夹片 1的下端 转动到上部, 形成夹紧状态, 金属夹片 1 的上端转动到下部, 形成松开状 态, 如此反复转动, 金属夹片 1与凸台 4不断的完成拔毛动作。
相邻的夹紧单元的金属夹片 1 周向相隔 60° , 对应的凸台 4 也相隔 60° , 因此随着拔毛头组件上的一组夹紧单元在曲轴上的转动, 每转动 60° , 就有一批金属夹片 1转动到曲轴的弯曲处, 与对应的凸台 4形成夹 紧状态, 随着夹紧单元循环往复的旋转, 不断完成拔毛动作。
由此可见, 本专利拔毛器的拔毛头组件的夹紧单元的夹紧力的形成是 独特的, 依靠任意三组相邻的夹紧单元上端相互挤压, 使处于中间位置的 不锈钢金属夹片 1与两侧的夹片座上的凸台 4的端面紧贴而形成。
