Abstract
Description
本発明者は、「背景技術」の欄において記載した特許文献1に開示される技術に関し、以下の問題が生じることを見出した。
図1は、実施の形態におけるユーザ管理システムの構成図である。
図2は、実施の形態における機器の構成の一例を示すブロック図であり、図3は、実施の形態における機器が保持するデータ構造の一例を示す図である。
図4は、実施の形態におけるサーバ装置の構成図の一例を示すブロックであり、図5は、実施の形態におけるサーバ装置が保持するデータ構造の一例を示す図である。
通信部201は、各機器から送信された機器の動作状態とそれに関連付けられたユーザの情報を受信する。
機器情報記憶部202は、通信部201で受信した機器10の動作状態とそれに関連付けられたユーザ情報を記憶する。
利用分析部203は、機器情報記憶部202に記憶されている機器利用情報を分析し、複数の機能が搭載されている機器10をユーザが使いこなしているかどうかを示す指標(機器の使いこなし度)を算出する。
ここで、d1は、機器10A~機器10Cを並行して(同時に)使用している時間の割合であり、d2は、機器10Aおよび機器10C(3口のうちの2口)を並行して使用している時間の割合であり、Tは、機器10を使用している時間すなわち機器10A~機器10Cのいずれかを使用している時間である。
通知部204は、例えば、利用分析部203により特定された第1機能の使用を促す通知を、ユーザに対して行う。また、通知部204は、特定された第1機能のうち、機器10のメンテナンスを実行するための第1機能の使用を促す通知を、ユーザに対して行うとしてもよい。ここで、第1機能の使用を促す通知は、上述した機器10をユーザに使いこなしてもらうための情報の一例である。
ユーザランク決定部205は、各ユーザについて、利用分析部203で分析された結果に基づいて、機器10または機器10群の利用度を算出する。
特典付与部206は、機器10の使いこなしの度合いに応じて特典等のサービスを提供することで、機器10を使いこなすインセンティブをユーザに与える。

Claims (12)
- 機器を識別するための機器識別情報と、前記機器を使用するユーザを識別するためのユーザ情報と、前記機器が使用されたときの前記機器の動作状態とを含む機器利用情報を記憶する記憶ステップと、
前記記憶ステップにおいて記憶された前記機器利用情報を分析することで、前記機器が有する複数の機能のうち、閾値以下の使用頻度で使用された第1機能を特定する利用分析ステップと、
前記利用分析ステップにおいて特定された前記第1機能の使用を促す通知を、前記ユーザに対して行う通知ステップと、を含む、
ユーザ管理方法。 - 前記利用分析ステップにおいては、
前記機器利用情報に基づき、前記機器が有する前記複数の機能のうち、前記機器利用情報に示される前記機器の動作状態を実現する第2機能を特定し、かつ、特定した前記第2機能それぞれの使用頻度を算出し、
前記ユーザにより使用された前記機器の前記第2機能のうち閾値以下の使用頻度で使用された機能と前記複数の機能のうち前記第2機能を除く機能であって前記ユーザにより使用されなかった機能とを、前記第1機能として特定する、
請求項1に記載のユーザ管理方法。 - 前記閾値は、ゼロであり、
前記第1機能は、前記機器が有する機能のうち前記ユーザにより一度も使用されていない機能である、
請求項1に記載のユーザ管理方法。 - 前記通知ステップにおいては、特定された前記第1機能のうち、前記機器のメンテナンスを実行するための第1機能の使用を促す通知を、前記ユーザに対して行う、
前記1~3のいずれか1項に記載のユーザ管理方法。 - さらに、前記ユーザ情報をランク付けするためのポイントを付与するユーザランク決定ステップを含み、
前記ユーザランク決定ステップにおいては、前記機器が有する機能の数のうち前記第1機能の数が少ないほど高いポイントを、前記機器を使用するユーザのユーザ情報に付与する、
請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のユーザ管理方法。 - さらに、予め定めたポイント以上に前記ポイントが付与された前記ユーザ情報に示されるユーザが使用する前記機器の保証期間を延長する特典付与ステップを含む、
請求項5に記載のユーザ管理方法。 - さらに、予め定めたポイント以上に前記ポイントが付与された前記ユーザ情報に、所定のコミュニティにおける行為を許可する資格を付与する特典付与ステップを含む、
請求項5に記載のユーザ管理方法。 - 前記機器は、複数あり、
前記利用分析ステップにおいては、さらに、前記記憶ステップにおいて記憶された機器利用情報を分析し、前記複数の機器のうち同時間帯に使用されている2以上の機器を特定することにより前記複数の機器を使用するユーザが家事を効率化している度合いを算出する、
請求項1に記載のユーザ管理方法。 - さらに、複数の前記機器それぞれと通信することで、前記複数の機器それぞれの機器利用情報を受信する通信ステップを含み、
前記機器識別情報は、前記複数の機器それぞれの種別を識別するための情報であり、
前記利用分析ステップにおいては、前記複数の機器それぞれの機器利用情報を分析することで、前記複数の機器それぞれの種別が有する複数の機能のうち、前記複数の機器それぞれの種別に定められた閾値以下の使用頻度で使用された機能を、前記第1機能として、特定する、
請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のユーザ管理方法。 - さらに、前記ユーザ情報をランク付けするためのポイントを付与するユーザランク決定ステップを含み、
前記ユーザランク決定ステップにおいては、前記複数の機器の種別のうちの2以上の機器の種別を使用するユーザのユーザ情報のうち、当該2以上の機器のそれぞれの種別が有する機能のうち特定された前記第1機能の数が少ない当該2以上の機器を使用するユーザのユーザ情報ほど高いポイントを付与する、
請求項9に記載のユーザ管理方法。 - 機器を識別するための機器識別情報と、前記機器を使用するユーザを識別するためのユーザ情報と、前記機器が使用されたときの前記機器の動作状態とを含む機器利用情報を記憶する機器情報記憶部と、
前記機器情報記憶部に記憶されている機器利用情報を分析することで、前記機器が有する複数の機能のうち、閾値以下の使用頻度で使用された第1機能を特定する利用分析部と、
前記利用分析部により特定された前記第1機能の使用を促す通知を、前記ユーザに対して行う通知部と、を備える、

前記機器情報記憶部に記憶されている機器利用情報を分析することで、前記機器が有する複数の機能のうち、閾値以下の使用頻度で使用された第1機能を特定する利用分析部と、
前記利用分析部により特定された前記第1機能の使用を促す通知を、前記ユーザに対して行う通知部と、を備える、
