Description

一种太阳能光伏发电装置的地锚桩 技术领域 本发明涉及一种支撑固定装置, 尤其涉及一种太阳能光伏发电装置的地锚
背景技术 随着能源供应日趋紧张, 环境不断恶化书, 太阳能光伏发电作为新型能源的 领域日益扩大。 而光伏支架系统作为光伏发电系统的支撑结构, 是光伏发电系 统的重要组成部份。 太阳能光伏支架大都是大面积连续布置, 因此, 太阳能光 伏支架除了应具备足够的强度及刚度外, 另外需具有较好的可安装性。 而螺旋 地桩作为将太阳能光伏支架系统连接至地面的关键构件, 在保证整体系统的稳 定性与安全性方面起到十分重要的作用。 但是, 目前使用的螺旋地桩都存在缺 点, 一: 不够坚硬, 在钻入地底时碰到石块等硬物时无法钻入, 导致要费工拔 出, 采用另外方法(挖坑倒水泥), 费时又费力且不够环保, 大大影响工程进度 及增加成本; 二: 螺旋地桩在钻入地底时尖头部分与地面摩擦力最大, 原有锌 层保护也破坏最大, 导致整螺旋地桩由尖头部分开始生锈腐蚀。 发明内容 本发明是为了解决上述不足, 提供了一种太阳能光伏发电装置的地锚桩。 本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现: 一种太阳能光伏发电装置 的地锚桩, 其特征在于: 包括锥管和钻头, 听述锥管和钻头相焊接, 所述锥管 上设有螺旋片。 所述钻头呈锥体状, 可以是三角形锥体、 四边形锥体、 五边形锥体或者六 边形锥体等多边形锥体, 也可以是圆锥体。
所述钻头上设有螺旋片, 使地锚桩与土壤产生相互挤压作用, 更为有力, 更为牢固。
所述锥管由钢管制成, 其硬度仅达布氏 70度, 但所述钻头由铸钢制成, 其 硬度达布氏 160度, 钻头的钻硬物能力大大提高。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是: 地锚桩采用锥管和钻头对接焊接的方 式, 使之可选用不同形状的钻头, 以适应不同的土质, 灵活性和实用性强: 此 外, 钻头由铸钢制成, 硬度增大, 且防锈能力增强, 使用寿命大大延长。 附图说明

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步详述:
如图 1、 2所示, 一种太阳能光伏发电装置的地锆桩, 其特征在于: 包括锥 管 1和钻头 2, 所述锥管 1和钻头 2相悍接, 所述锥管 1上设有螺旋片 3 : 如图 3至图 7, 所述钻头 2呈锥体状, 可以是三角形锥体、 四边形锥体、 五边形锥体或者六边形锥体等多边形锥体, 也可以是圆锥体, 所述钻头 2上还 可设有螺旋片 4, 使地锚桩与土壤产生相互挤压作用, 更为有力, 更为牢固- 如图 1、 2所示, 所述锥管 1由钢管制成, 其硬度仅达布氏 70度, 但所述 钻头 2由铸钢制成, 其硬度达布氏 160度, 钻头 2的钻硬物能力大大提高.: 如图 1、 2所示, 本发明的螺旋地桩的锥管 1采用 Q235B钢管与铸钢钻头 2 焊接成型, 一般高为 1200- 2000MM, 直径为 50-130丽, 根据不同的载荷和腐蚀 要求选择不同厚度的钢管, 依照 IS01461 : 1999的热浸镀锌规格制成螺旋桩, 即 螺旋片 3与锥管 1一体成形, 无接点, 使用 MIG焊接工艺, 入地时不会破坏土 壤, 通过螺旋片 3的设计使地锚桩与土壤产生相互挤压作用, 安装端部配合专 用打桩机设计快速安装孔位, 简单快捷安装, 有效节约时间和打桩成本, 减少 地基花费, 可随时迁移, 减少对环境的影响, 降低迁移费用。

2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种太阳能光伏发电装置的地锚桩, 其特征在 于: 所述钻头呈锥体状, 可以是三角形锥体、 四边形锥体、 五边形锥体或者六 边形锥体。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种太阳能光伏发电装置的地锚桩, 其特征在 于: 所述钻头呈圆锥体。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种太阳能光伏发电装置的地锚桩, 其特征在 于: 所述钻头上设有螺旋片。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种太阳能光伏发电装置的地锚桩, 其特征在 于: 所述锥管由钢管制成。
6、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种太阳能光伏发电装置的地锚桩, 其特征在 于: 所述钻头由铸钢制成。
