Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de séparation de charbon sec contenant un transporteur (20) transportant une pile de charbon de tuvénane (32) sur celui-ci; un appareil de séparation (50) dans lequel du charbon de tuvénane (32) est séparé de corps étrangers (34). Le système a un appareil à rayons X (80) aligné sur une bande (22) dans le transporteur (20) de façon à permettre la détection d'un charbon de première qualité (36) et d'au moins un charbon de seconde qualité (38) selon un rendement de combustion du charbon (30) à partir du dispositif de séparation (50).
