본 발명은 휴대 전자기기를 외부 충격으로부터 보호하기 위한 휴대 전자기기용 케이스에 관한 것으로서, 휴대 전자기기가 견고하게 수납되어 쉽게 빠지지 않고, 휴대 전자기기의 전면부에 충격이 가해진 경우 그 파손이 최소화될 수 있는 휴대 전자기기용 케이스에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 휴대 전자기기용 케이스는 상하방 개구부 및 일측에 형성되는 제1개구부를 갖는 'ㄷ' 형상의 평면을 갖는 프레임과, 프레임의 상단부에 부착되며 표면에 형성되는 제2개구부를 갖는 상판과, 프레임의 하단부에 부착되는 하판을 포함하며, 프레임의 제1개구부를 통해 휴대 전자기기가 삽입될 수 있고, 삽입된 휴대 전자기기의 화면부가 제2개구부를 통해 외부로 노출되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 휴대 전자기기를 외부 충격으로부터 보호하기 위한 휴대 전자기기 용 케이스에 관한 것이다.
【배경기술】
최근 정보통신기술이 급격히 발달하면서 스마트폰이나 태블릿피씨 등을 비롯 한 각종 휴대 전자기기가 널리 보급되고 있다. 이와 더불어， 휴대 전자기기 사용자 들은 단순히 휴대 전자기기를 구매하는 것을 넘어서 관련 액세서리에도 상당한 관 심을 보이고 있으며， 특히 고가의 전자기기를 외부의 충격으로부터 보호하여 스크 래치나 파손을 방지하기 위한 케이스는 필수품목이 되었다.
이러한 휴대 전자기기 케이스는 소위 '범퍼 '라 불리우는 상하방이 개구된 프 레임 타입과， 프레임 타입의 케이스에 뒷판이 부착된 타입이 주를 이루고 있다. 이 경우， 휴대 전자기기는 프레임의 상방에서 밀어넣어 케이스에 장착하게 되며， 프레 임은 휴대 전자기기가 잘 끼워지도록 어느 정도 탄성을 갖는 고무나 플라스틱 소재 로 이루어진다. 이와 달리， 휴대 전자기기가 잘 빠지지 않도록 플라스틱 재질의 프 레임에 휴대 전자기기가 약지 끼워지도록 한 케이스도 많이 활용되고 있다.
그런데， 종래 휴대 전자기기 케이스는 프레임이 휴대 전자기기의 테두리의 일부를 감싸도록 결합되는 형태이기 때문에， 휴대 전자기기가 케이스로부터 쉽게 빠질 수 있다는 단점이 있었고, 더욱이 휴대 전자기기의 전면부가 바닥을 향하여

대체용지 (규칙 제 26조) 떨어진 경우 전면유리가 깨지는 현상을 방지하는 기능은 부족하였다. 또한， 휴대 전자기기가 프레임에 억지 끼워지도록 한 케이스는 사용자가 프레임에서 휴대 전자 기기기를 분리하기가 어려우며， 분리하는 과정에서 손롭이 부러지거나 하는 등의 피해가 발생하고 있다.
한편， 최근에는 휴대 전자기기의 케이스에 다양한 기능을 부여하려는 시도가 이루어지고 있는데, 일 예로， 케이스에 수납 공간을 형성하여 교통카드나 명함 등 과 같은 소형 소지품을 휴대할 수 있도록 한 케이스가 시판되고 있다. 이에 따르 면， 사용자가 휴대 전자기기를 소지하고 이동하는 과정에서 버스나 지하철을 탈 경 우 케이스를 리더기에 접촉시켜 수납된 교통카드로 요금을 결제할 수 있고， 미팅시 케이스에 수납된 명함을 바로 꺼내 교환할 수 있는 등 일상 생활에서 여러 가지 편 리함을 제공할 수 있다.
그런데， 종래 휴대 전자기기 케이스의 수납부는 단순히 밴드 형태로 이루어 지거나 또는 포켓 형태가 있는데, 이들은 다음과 같은 문제점이 있다. 우선， 밴드 형태의 수납부는 케이스의 일면에 밴드를 부착하여 밴드 사이에 카드 등을 끼울 수 있도록 구성되는데, 이와 같이 구성하면 두께가 얇은 카드 등이 쉽게 빠져 분실의 위험이 있으며, 특히， 밴드가 노후되어 헐거워질 경우 제 기능을 수행할 수 없는 등， 카드 등을 제대로 수납할 수 없다는 문제점이 있다.
포켓 형태의 수납부는 커버의 내측 표면에 포켓을 형성하여 카드 등을 수납 하도록 구성된 것인데， 카드나 명함을 사용 또는 교체하기 위해서는 휴대 전자기기 를 커버에서 분리하고 다시 커버에 결합시켜야 하는 번거로움이 있으며， 또한 카드 와 휴대 전자기기가 직접 접촉되는 구성이기 때문에 휴대 전자기기의 전자파로 인

대체용지 (규칙 제 26조) 한 카드의 마그네틱이 손상될 염려가 있으며, 카드와 휴대 전자기기의 접촉으로 인 해 휴대 전자기기에 스크래치가 발생할 염려가 있다. 또한， 카드나 명함을 포켓에 수납한 경우 그 부분이 볼록하게 돌출되어， 케이스 표면에 카드 둥이 수납된 자국 이 남게 되어 외관이 저하되며， 심할 경우 케이스 표면이 찢어지는 현상도 발생하 게 된다.
【발명의 상세한설명】
【기술적 과제】 본 발명은 전술한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서， 휴대 전자기 기가 견고하게 수납되어 쉽게 빠지지 않도록 하는 휴대 전자기기용 케이스를 제공 함에 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 휴대 전자기기의 전면부에 층격이 가해진 경우 그 파 손이 최소화될 수 있도록 하는 휴대 전자기기용 케이스를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 휴대 전자기기를 쉽게 수납 및 인출할 수 있는 휴 대 전자기기용 케이스를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 카드나 명함 등을 간편하고 안전하게 수납할 수 있고， 휴대 전자기기를 케이스에서 분리해내지 않고서도 손쉽게 카드나 명함을 사 용 또는 교체할 수 있는 휴대 전자기기용 케이스를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 휴대 전자기기와 카드를 별도로 분리 수납할 수 있는 휴대 전자기기용 케이스를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 카드나 명함 둥이 수납되더라도 외형이 그대로 유 지될 수 있는 휴대 전자기기용 케이스를 제공함에 있다.

또한， 상기 제 2커버부는 내측 표면에 카드 또는 명함이 삽입될 수 있도록 형 성되는 삽입구를 갖고， 상기 제 2심재는 일면에 오목하게 요입형성되는 수납부를 갖 되， 상기 제 2심재의 수납부가 상기 제 2커버부의 삽입구 하방에 위치함으로써 카드 나 명함이 상기 제 2커버부의 삽입구로 삽입되어 상기 제 2심재의 수납부에 안착 수 납될 수 있다.

【유리한 효과】
본 발명에 따론 휴대 전자기기용 케이스에 의하면，프레임에 상판 및 하판이 부착되어 휴대 전자기기가 견고하게 수납되어 쉽게 빠지지 않는다.
또한， 본 발명에 따른 휴대 전자기기용 케이스에 의하면， 프레임의 테두리에 휴대 전자기기가 관통할 수 있는 개구부가 형성됨으로써 휴대 전자기기의 수납 및 인출이 용이하며， 아울러 프레임의 양단에 개구부를 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 회동부가 형성됨으로써 수납된 휴대 전자기기가 쉽게 빠지지 않는다.
또한， 본 발명에 따른 휴대 전자기기용 케이스에 의하면， 프레임에 상판이 부착됨으로써 휴대 전자기기의 전면부에 층격이 가해진 경우 파손이 최소화될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 휴대 전자기기용 케이스에 의하면， 카드 수납부를 갖 는 폴딩가능한 커버가 마련됨으로써 카드나 명함을 간편하게 수납 및 인출할 수 있 고, 휴대 전자기기와 카드를 별도로 분리 수납할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 휴대 전자기기용 케이스에 의하면， 커버에 내장되는 심재에 카드가 안착 수납될 수 있는 수납부가 요입형성됨으로써, 카드나 명함 등이 수납되더라도 덮개의 외형이 그대로 유지된다.

이하에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 관하여 첨부도면을 참조하여 상세 하게 설명하기로 한다. 다만, 이하에서 설명되는 실시예는 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 발명을 쉽게 실시할 수 있을 정도로 상세하게 설명하기 위한 것에 불과하며， 이로 인해 본 발명의 보호범위가 한정되는 것을 의 미하지는 않는다. 그리고 본 발명의 여러 실시예를 설명함에 있어서， 동일한 기술 적 특징을 갖는 구성요소에 대하여는 동일한 도면부호를 사용하기로 한다.

우선， 도 1 내지 도 4를 참조하여, 본 발명의 계 1실시예에 따른 휴대 전자기 기용 케이스에 관하여 설명한다. 도시된 바와 같이， 본 발명의 제 1실시예에 따른 휴대 전자기기용 케이스는 프레임 (100),상판 (200) 및 하판 (300)을 포함한다.
프레임 (100)은， 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 상하방 개구부 (도면부호 표시되지 않음)와， 일측에 형성되는 제 1개구부 (110)를 갖는다. 즉， 프레임 (100)은 대략 'c' 형상의 평면을 갖도록 형성된다.

프레임 (100)은 휴대 전자기기의 테두리를 감싸게 되며， 휴대 전자기기용 케 이스가 바닥에 떨어지는 경우 충격으로부터 휴대 전자기기를 보호할 수 있도록 고 무 재질로 이루어질 수 있다. 이 경우， 프레임 (100)의 회동부 (120)는 고무 재질로 이루어지거나, 합성수지 재질로 이루어질 수 있다.
프레임 (100)은 상판 (200) 및 하판 (300)과 부착되는 상단부 (130) 및 하단 부 140)를 갖는데， 도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 상단부 (130) 및 하단부 (140) 는 각각 소정 면적을 갖도록 내측으로 연장형성될 수 있으며， 이 경우 프레임 (100) 은 'c' 형상의 단면을 갖게 된다. 프레임 (100)의 상단부 (130) 및 하단부 (140)를 연장형성한 이유는 상판 (200) 및 하판 (300)과의 부착면적을 넓혀 부착력을 강화하 기 위함이다. '

상판 (200)은 프레임 (100)의 상단부 (130)에 부착되어， 휴대 전자기기의 전면 부를 보호하는 역할을 한다. 상판 (200)은 표면에 형성되는 제 2개구부 (210)를 갖는 데, 제 2개구부 (210)는 휴대 전자기기의 전면부의 화면부가 외부로 노출되도록 하기 위하여 형성된 것이다.
상판 (200)은 제 2개구부 (210)를 제외한 표면이 휴대 전자기기의 전면부를 커 버하게 되며， 따라서 휴대 전자기기의 전면부가 하방을 향하는 상태에서 바닥으로 떨어지더라도 휴대 전자기기의 전면부의 파손이 상판 (200)에 의해 최소화될 수 있 다.
상판 (200)에는 휴대 전자기기의 버튼， 스피커， 카메라 렌즈에 대응되는 위치 에 형성되는 버튼부 (도면부호 표시되지 않음) 및 관통홀이 형성될 수 있다.
상판 (200)은， 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 내측면에 부착되는 부드러운 천 또는 가죽 재질의 내피 (230)를 가질 수 있는데, 이는 합성수지 재질의 상판 (200)에 휴대 전자기기가 직접 접촉되지 않고 그 사이에 내피가 개재되도록 함으로써 휴대 전자

대체용지 (규칙 제 26조) 기기의 전면부에 발생할 수 있는 스크래치를 예방하기 위함이다. 상판 (200)의 내 피 (230)는 제 2개구부 (210)를 제외한 상판 (200)의 내측면에 부착되되， 프레임 (100) 과 상판 (200)이 부착되는 부분에는 내피 (230)가 부착되지 않아도 무방하며， 이에 따라 상판 (200)에 부착되는 내피 (230)는 상판 (200)과 부착되는 프레임 (100)의 상단 부 (130)와 대략 동일 수평면을 이루게 되며， 삽입되는 휴대 전자기기의 전면부와 접촉하게 된다.
하판 (300)은 프레임 (100)의 하단부 (140)에 부착되어， 휴대 전자기기의 배면 부를 보호하는 역할을 한다. 하판 (300)은 상판 (200)과 마찬가지로 합성수지 재질로 이루어질 수 있으며， 상판 (200) 및 하판 (300)은 휴대 전자기기용 케이스의 형태를 유지시키는 역할을 하게 된다.
하판 (300)은 내측면에 부착되는 부드러운 천 또는 가죽 재질의 내피 (330)를 가질 수 있는데， 이는 합성수지 재질의 하판 (200)에 휴대 전자기기가 직접 접촉되 지 않고 그 사이에 내피 (330)가 개재되도록 함으로써 휴대 전자기기의 배면부에 발 생할 수 있는 스크래치를 예방하기 위함이다. 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이， 하판 (300) 의 내피 (330)는 프레임 (100)과 하판 (300)이 부착되는 부분을 제외한 부분에만 부착 되며， 이에 따라 하판 (300)에 부착되는 내피 (330)는 하판 (300)과 부착되는 프레 임 (100)의 하단부 (140)와 대략 동일 수평면을 이루게 되며， 삽입되는 휴대 전자기 기의 배면부와 접촉하게 된다.

더욱이， 휴대 전자기기가 수납되지 않은 상태에서 상판 (200) 및 하판 (300)에 내측방향으로 눌리도록 외력이 가해지는 경우에도， 도 3에 도시된 휴대 전자기기용 케이스에 비해 프레임 (100d)에서 상판 (200) 및 하판 (300)이 떨어지는 현상이 방지 될 수 있다. 왜냐하면, 도 3에 도시된 휴대 전자기기용 케이스는 상판 (200)의 하부 면이 프레임 (100)의 상단부에 부착되고 하판 (300)의 상부면이 프레임 (100)의 하단 부에 부착되는 구조이지만， 도 9에 도시된 휴대 전자기기용 케이스는 프레임 (100d) 의 제 1단턱부 (136) 및 제 2단턱부 (146)에 각각 상판 (200)의 테두리면 및 하판 (300) 의 테두리면이 부착되어 있어서 단순히 상판 (200)의 하부면 및 하판 (300)의 상부면 이 프레임 (100)에 부착된 경우에 비해 부착력이 견고하기 때문이다.
도 10은 본 발명의 저 U실시예에 따른 휴대 전자기기용 케이스의 상판 및 하 판의 다른 예들을 설명하기 위한 도면이다. 전술한 바와 같이, 상판 (200) 및 하 판 (300)은 합성수지 재질로 이루어질 수 있으나， 이와 달리 합성수지 재질의 심 재 (10)와 심재 (10)의 일면 및 타면을 덮는 가죽외피 (30)로 구성될 수 있다. 이 경 우， 심재 (10)와 가죽외피 (30) 사이에는 핫멜트충 (20)이 형성된다. 접착 방식은 고 주파 접착에 의할 수 있다. 즉， 심재 (10)의 일면 및 타면에 핫멜트충 (20)을 도포하 고， 가죽외피 (30)를 접착한 다음 고주파를 이용하여 완전하게 접착고정시킨다.

대체용지 (규칙 제 26조) 톤 (410)이 하판 (300')의 요입부 밖으로 돌출되지 않도록 하는 것이 바람직하다. 도 13내지 도 16은 본 발명의 제 3실시예에 따른 휴대 전자기기용 케이스를 도시하고 있다. 도시된 바와 같이， 본 발명의 제 3실시예에 따른 휴대 전자기기용 케이스는 프레임 (100)， 상판 (200), 커버 (500)를 포함한다. 여기에서， 프레임 (100) 과 상판 (200)은 전술한 본 발명의 제 1실시예에 따른 휴대 전자기기용 케이스의 프 레임 (100) 및 상판 (200)과 기술적인 특징이 실질적으로 동일하므로 이에 관한 설명 은 생략하고， 이하에서는 커버 (500)에 관한 설명만 하기로 한다. 커버 (500)는 휴대 전자기기 (1)의 전면부 및 배면부를 덮어 외부에 노출되지 않도록 하는 역할을 하는 것으로서， 프레임 (100)의 하단부에 부착되어 휴대 전자기 기 (1)의 배면부를 덮는 제 1커버부 (510),상판 (200)의 상면을 덮음으로써 휴대 전자 기기 (1)의 전면부를 덮게 되는 제 2커버부 (520)를 포함한다. 여기에서， 제 2커버 부 (520)는 게 1커버부 (510)의 일측단에서 폴딩가능하게 연장되며, 제 1커버부 (510)와 는 일체를 이룬다. 따라서 제 1커버부 (510)의 일면에 프레임 (100)의 하단부가 부착 고정되고， 프레임 (100)의 상단부에 상판 (200)이 부착고정되며, 제 1커버부 (510)와 폴딩가능한 제 2커버부 (520)는 상판 (200>의 상면을 덮거나 개방시키게 된다. 제 1커 버부 (510)는 제 1심재를， 제 2커버부 (520)는 제 2심재를 가지며， 제 1심재 (512) 및 제 2 심재 (522)는 제 1커버부 (510) 및 제 2커버부 (520)의 형태를 유지하는 역할을 하는 것 으로 합성수지 재질로 이루어진다. 여기어 제 2커버부 (520)는 카드 또는 명함이 삽입될 수 있도록 형성되는 삽입구를 가진다. 이에 대웅되도록， 제 2심재 (522)는 일면에 오목하게 요입형성되는 수납부 (523)를 가진다. 이 경우， 제 2심재 (522)의 수납부 (523)는 제 2커버부 (520)의

대체용지 (규칙 제 26조) 삽입구 (521) 하방에 위치하며， 카드나 명함이 저 ]2커버부 (520)의 삽입구 (521)로 삽 입되어 제 2심재 (522)의 수납부 (523)에 안착 수납될 수 있다. 즉, 제 2심재 (522)를 소정의 단차를 갖도록 오목하게 깎아 수납 공간을 형성함으로써， 카드 등이 삽입되 더라도 볼록하게 돌출되지 않도록 한 것이다. 이 경우， 제 2심재 (522)의 수납 부 (523)의 두께와 크기는 수납되는 카드 등의 두께 및 크기보다 약간 크게 형성될 수 있다.
한편， 도 15에 도시된 바와 같이， 제 2심재 (522)의 수납부 (523)는 저ᅵ2커버 부 (520)의 삽입구 (521) 쪽에 위치하는 단부가 경사지게 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 계 2심 재 (522)의 수납부 (523)에서 카드 (2) 등이 출입되는 부분을 모따기 등의 방법을 이 용하여 수직한 형태의 단턱부를 제거하고， 경사면 (524)을 형성함으로써 카드 (2) 등 이 걸리지 않고 경사면 (524)을 따라 자연스럽게 인출될 수 있도록 한 것이다. 물 론， 제 2심재 (522)의 수납부 (523)에 경사면을 형성하지 않고 수직한 형태의 단턱부 를 그대로 두어도 무방하며， 다만 그 경우에는 카드 (2)를 빼내기 위해 카드 (2)와 심재 사이에 간격이 발생하도록 심재에 힘을 가하여 약간 구부릴 필요가 있다. 참 고로， 미설명된 부호 530은 제 1커버부 (510)의 내측면에 부착되는 부드러운 천 또는 가죽 재질의 내피를 가리키는 것이다.
도 16에 도시된 바와 같이， 휴대 전자기기 (1)를 수납하고자 하는 경우에는， 커버 (500)를 펼친 후 휴대 전자기기 (1)를 프레임 (100)의 제 1개구부 (도면부호 표시 되지 않음)로 밀어넣으면 된다. 이 경우， 휴대 전자기기 (1)의 수납을 위해 프레 임 (100)의 화동부 (120)를 회동시켜야 하는 둥의 기술적 구성은 전술한 본 발명의 제 1실시예의 경우와 실질적으로 동일하므로 설명을 생략한다. 또한, 카드 (2)를 수

본 발명에 따른 휴대 전자기기용 케이스에 의하면， 휴대 전자기기를 견고하 게 수납할 수 있고， 카드나 명함 등을 간편하게 수납 및 인출할 수 있다.
