Description

Combination weigher and weighing packaging system
The present invention relates to a combination weigher for weighing an object to be weighed such as confectionery and a weighing packaging system using the same.
Conventionally, an object to be weighed with a combination weigher is generally put into a packaging machine and packed in a bag, for example.
Such a combination weigher has a plurality of weighing hoppers for weighing the objects to be supplied, and various combinations of the weight values of the objects to be weighed by the plurality of weighing hoppers are combined to give a total weight. Select a combination with an allowable weight range that is equal to or greater than the target combination weight, discharge the object to be weighed from the weighing hopper of the selected combination, and put the discharged object to be packed into the packaging machine located below the combination weigher And I am trying to pack it in a bag.
The combination weigher selects a combination of objects to be weighed that is equal to or greater than the target combination weight, so that the weight of the packaged product packaged by the packaging machine may be less than the target combination weight as long as it is accurately weighed. Absent.
The weight of the contents of the package is displayed on the label of the package as a so-called nominal weight, but the packaged goods on the market are weighed so that the weight of the contents does not fall below the nominal weight. It is packaged. In the following description, the weight of the packaged product means the weight of the contents of the packaged product.
By the way, in European countries and regions, when producing a packaged product, if the average weight of the packaged product for the produced lot is greater than the nominal weight, the packaged product will fall below the nominal weight in some of the produced lots. A so-called average system is adopted in which products may be included.
In this average system, when producing a lot of packaged goods, the average weight of the packaged goods in each lot (the total weight of a large number of packaged goods constituting the lot divided by the number of packaged goods) If the value) is equal to or greater than the nominal weight of the packaged product, it may be included if a packaged product within a predetermined weight range less than the nominal weight is equal to or less than a predetermined ratio.
In such an average system, at the start of production of a packaged product, a packaged product exceeding the nominal weight is produced so that the total average weight of the produced packaged product exceeds the nominal weight. In the range where the overall average weight does not become less than the nominal weight, the packaged product in the specified weight range that is lower than the nominal weight is produced so as to be a predetermined ratio or less. Accordingly, a packaged product having a nominal weight or more or less than the nominal weight is produced.
The applicant of the present application has already proposed a combination weigher that can cope with such an average system (see Patent Document 1).
However, the combination weigher has the following problems when a predetermined number of packages packed in a packaging machine is boxed, for example, in a subsequent stage of the packaging machine.
That is, in the average system, as described above, if the average weight of the packaged product of the produced lot is equal to or greater than the nominal weight of the packaged product, the packaged product in the predetermined weight range less than the nominal weight is included in the lot in a predetermined ratio. The following may be included, for example, during the production of a lot, when the average weight of the whole package produced so far is significantly higher than the nominal weight of the package: The combination weigher selects and discharges a combination of objects to be weighed that are less than the nominal weight several times in succession. May produce.
In this way, when a plurality of packages less than the nominal weight are continuously produced, a predetermined number of packages including the plurality of packages less than the nominal weight will be boxed. The average weight of a given number of packages in a package is less than the nominal weight of the package, that is, in a boxed package box, the average weight of the package will be less than the nominal weight of the package . In other words, even if the average weight of the whole packaged product so far is equal to or greater than the nominal weight of the packaged product, the average weight of a given number of packages packed in a certain box will be This can result in less than the nominal weight of the item, which would be detrimental to the consumer who purchased the box.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and can cope with an average system, and in the case where a predetermined number of packages are packed in a box or in a bag, It is an object of the present invention to provide a combination weigher in which an average weight does not fall below a nominal weight of a packaged product, and a weighing and packaging system using the combination weigher.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is configured as follows.
(1) The combination weigher of the present invention includes a combination operation unit that selects a combination of objects to be weighed in which a combination weight obtained by combining the weights of objects to be weighed by a plurality of weighing units is equal to or greater than a target combination weight. The combination of the objects to be weighed selected by the combination calculation unit is discharged to a packaging machine, and the combination of the objects to be weighed is packaged by the packaging machine into one packaged product. Because
The combination calculation unit allows, for each predetermined number of the packaged products packaged by the packaging machine, the predetermined number of packaged products to include a packaged product having a weight less than the nominal weight of the packaged product. However, the combination calculation is performed by changing the target combination weight so that the average weight of the predetermined number of the packaged products is equal to or greater than the nominal weight.
The packaging machine is to pack a combination of objects to be weighed from a combination weigher into a single packaged product by bagging or boxing.
According to the present invention, for each predetermined number of packaged products, the weight of the packaged product is allowed to be less than the nominal weight, and the average weight of the predetermined number of packaged products is equal to or greater than the nominal weight. The target combination weight is changed to perform the combination calculation, so that the average weight of the predetermined number of packaged products is the nominal weight even if the predetermined number of packaged products include packages less than the nominal weight. When the specified number of packages is packed in a box or bag at the latter stage of the packaging machine, the average weight of the specified number of packages packed in a box or bag must be lower than the nominal weight. Therefore, consumers who have purchased boxed packaging boxes or bagged packaging bags are not penalized.
(2) In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the combination calculation unit accumulates a deviation between the combination weight obtained by combining the weights of the objects to be weighed and the nominal weight, and the target combination weight according to the accumulated deviation. Is the nominal weight or a weight less than the nominal weight, and the accumulated deviation is initialized for each predetermined number.
According to this embodiment, when the combined weight of the weights of the selected objects to be weighed exceeds the nominal weight and the accumulated deviation increases, the combination of objects to be weighed that is less than the nominal weight can be selected. Therefore, if the target combination weight is less than the nominal weight and conversely, the combination weight combining the weight of the selected objects to be measured is less than the nominal weight and the accumulated deviation becomes smaller, the less than the nominal weight. Since the combination weight of the objects to be weighed cannot be selected, the combination calculation with the target combination weight as the nominal weight is performed, so that the average weight of the predetermined number of packages can be made equal to or greater than the nominal weight. it can.
(3) In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the combination calculation unit is less than a first allowable value lower than the nominal weight and includes the first allowable value in the predetermined number of packages. The ratio of the packaged product having a weight that is equal to or greater than the second allowable value is less than a predetermined ratio, and the packaged product having a weight less than the second allowable value is not included. The target combination weight is changed.
The first and second permissible values and the predetermined ratio are preferably values and ratios stipulated by the average system employed in European countries and regions.
According to this embodiment, it is possible to satisfy the average system even for a predetermined number of packages.
(4) In another embodiment of the present invention, the first allowable value is a value obtained by subtracting a predetermined allowable error from the nominal weight, and the second allowable value is the predetermined weight from the nominal weight. This is a value obtained by subtracting twice the allowable error, and includes a setting unit for setting the predetermined number, the predetermined allowable error, and the predetermined ratio.
It is preferable that the predetermined tolerance is a value defined by the average system adopted in European countries and regions.
According to this embodiment, the combination calculation unit performs the combination calculation by changing the target combination weight based on the predetermined number, the predetermined tolerance, and the predetermined ratio set by the setting unit, The average weight is greater than or equal to the nominal weight and less than a first tolerance below the nominal weight and greater than or equal to a second tolerance below the first tolerance in a predetermined number of packages. Select and package a combination of objects to be weighed so that the percentage of the packaged product with a certain weight is less than a predetermined ratio and does not include the packaged product with a weight less than the second allowable value. Can be discharged into the machine.
(5) In still another embodiment of the present invention, the packaged product is a primary packaged product, and the predetermined number of the primary packaged product is packaged as a secondary packaged product after the packaging machine.
The secondary package product is preferably a package product in which a predetermined number of primary package products are packed in a box or bag.
According to this embodiment, the average weight of a predetermined number of primary packages packed and packaged as a secondary package does not become less than the nominal weight of the primary package.
(6) The weighing and packaging system of the present invention includes a combination operation unit that selects a combination of objects to be weighed in which a combination weight obtained by combining the weights of objects to be weighed by a plurality of weighing units is equal to or greater than a target combination weight. A combination weigher that discharges the combination of the objects to be weighed selected by the combination calculation unit;
A primary packaging machine for packaging the combination of the objects to be weighed discharged from the combination weigher and discharging it as one primary package;
A measuring and packaging system including a secondary packaging machine that wraps a predetermined number of the primary packaging products discharged from the primary packaging machine and discharges the primary packaging products as one secondary packaging product,
The combination calculation unit of the combination weigher includes a primary package product having a weight less than a nominal weight of the primary package product in the predetermined number of the primary package products packaged by the secondary packaging machine. The combination calculation is performed by changing the target combination weight so that the average weight of the predetermined number of the primary package products is equal to or greater than the nominal weight.
According to the present invention, the predetermined number of the primary packaged products to be the secondary packaged product allows the weight of the primary packaged product to be less than its nominal weight, while the predetermined number of primary packaged products Since the combination calculation is performed by changing the target combination weight so that the average weight is equal to or greater than the nominal weight, the predetermined number of primary packages include primary packages that are less than the nominal weight. However, since the average weight of the predetermined number of primary packages is equal to or greater than the nominal weight, the average weight of the predetermined number of primary packages to be packaged as the secondary package does not fall below the nominal weight. Thereby, the consumer who purchased the secondary package product does not suffer from a disadvantage.
(7) In another embodiment of the present invention, the combination calculation unit accumulates a deviation between the combination weight obtained by combining the weights of the objects to be weighed and the nominal weight of the primary package, and the accumulated deviation. Accordingly, the target combination weight is set to the nominal weight or a weight less than the nominal weight, and the accumulated deviation is initialized for each predetermined number.
According to this embodiment, in the combination weigher, the combination weight of the selected objects to be weighed exceeds the nominal weight, and when the accumulated deviation becomes large, the combination of the objects to be weighed becomes less than the nominal weight. If the target combination weight is less than the nominal weight, and the combined weight of the selected object weight is less than the nominal weight and the accumulated deviation is smaller, Since the combination weight of the objects to be weighed that is less than the nominal weight cannot be selected, the combination calculation is performed with the target combination weight as the nominal weight. The average weight of the packaged product, that is, the primary packaged product packaged by the secondary packaging machine can be set to be equal to or greater than the nominal weight.
According to the combination weigher of the present invention, the average weight of the packaged product for the entire predetermined number is not less than the nominal weight while allowing the packaged product to fall below the nominal weight for every predetermined number of packaged products. Since the target combination weight is changed so that the combination calculation is performed, when the packed product is boxed or packed in a predetermined unit, the average weight of the predetermined number of packed products packed in the bag or packed is It will not be less than the nominal weight. Therefore, consumers who have purchased boxed packaging boxes or bagged packaging bags are not penalized.
According to the weighing and packaging system of the present invention, the predetermined number of primary packaged products that are the secondary packaged products allows the weight of the primary packaged product to be less than the nominal weight, while Since the combination calculation is performed by changing the target combination weight so that the average weight of the primary package becomes equal to or greater than the nominal weight, the predetermined number of primary packages include the primary package lower than the nominal weight. Even if the product is included, the average weight of the entire predetermined number of primary packaged products, that is, the predetermined number of primary packaged products packaged as the secondary packaged product, does not fall below the nominal weight. Thereby, the consumer who purchased the secondary package product does not suffer from a disadvantage.

The operation timing of each of the packaging machine 2 and the boxing device 3 is controlled.
Here, prior to the description of the operation of this embodiment, the outline of the average system will be further described based on FIG.
In the average system, there are first to third rules.
The first rule is that the average weight Wa of the packaged product is not less than the nominal weight NW of the packaged product for the lot produced as described above. The second rule is that the percentage of packages with the weight of the first zone Z1 that is less than the first tolerance T1 below the nominal weight and greater than or equal to the second tolerance T2 below the first tolerance T1. Is a predetermined ratio, for example, less than 2.5%. The third rule is that the weight of any package is not in the second zone Z2, which is less than the second tolerance T2.
T1=公称重量(NW)-許容マイナス誤差(T.N.E.:Tolerable  Negative  Error)
T2=公称重量(NW)-2×許容マイナス誤差(T.N.E.)
 である。
The first and second tolerance values T1, T2 are:
T1 = Nominal weight (NW)-Allowable negative error (TNE: Tolerable Negative Error)
T2 = nominal weight (NW)-2 x allowable negative error (TNE)
It is.
For example, if the nominal weight of the packaged product is 100 g and the allowable minus error (T.N.E.) as a predetermined allowable error is 1 g, the first allowable value T1 is 99 g and the second allowable value T2 is 98 g.
Next, the operation of the weighing and packaging system of this embodiment will be described based on the flowcharts of FIGS.
In step n1 shown in FIG. 4, the boxing device 3 gives a discharge instruction of the packaged product packed in the packaging machine 2. The boxing device 3 gives this discharge command in order to finish packing a predetermined number of packages into a certain box in step n9 and pack it into the next box. The packaging machine 2 stands by so that the packaged product can be discharged by the discharge command in step n1.
In step n2, the packaging machine 2 in the standby state in step n1 clears the counter that counts the number of discharged objects to be weighed from the packaging machine 2, and prepares to start the combination calculation corresponding to the next box. An initialization signal is output to the combination scale 1.
In step n3, the combination weigher 1 clears the memory for storing the cumulative deviation weight, which will be described later, and stores the number of memories in the first zone Z1 for storing the number of packages present in the first zone Z1 in FIG. Clear. Thereby, the combination weigher 1 is initialized.
When the initialization of the combination weigher 1 is completed at step n3, the process proceeds to step n4. Here, the cumulative deviation weight and the number of first zones Z1 will be described later based on the flowchart of FIG.
In step n4, the packaging machine 2 issues an instruction to discharge the object to be measured to the combination weigher 1.
In step n5, the combination weigher 1 executes the combination calculation of the objects to be weighed by the average system in response to the discharge command from the packaging machine 2 in step n4.
The details of this combination calculation will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG. 5. However, when the outline is described, the combination of the objects to be weighed selected by the combination operation is discharged from the combination scale 1, and the discharged objects to be weighed are discharged. The combination is packed in the packaging machine 2, packed as a single package, and discharged. The predetermined number of the package is packed in a single box in the boxing device 3. The average weight of the packaged product is not less than the nominal weight of the packaged product, the packaged product having the weight of the first zone AZ1 is less than a predetermined ratio, and the packaged product having the weight of the second zone Z2 is The combination calculation is performed by changing the target combination weight so that it does not exist. That is, the combination operation is performed so as to satisfy the average system even in the box unit of the boxing device 3 for packing the packaged goods from the packaging machine 2.
When this combination calculation is completed, the process proceeds to step n6. In step n <b> 6, the packaging machine 2 discharges the packaged product packed with the objects to be measured discharged from the combination weigher 1 to the boxing device 3. The boxing device 3 packs the packaged product discharged from the packaging machine 2.
In step n7, the packaging machine 2 counts the number of discharges discharged to the boxing device 3, that is, the number of discharged packaged products. The reason why the number of packages is counted here is to set the number of packages to be packed in one box by the boxing device 3 to a predetermined number.
In step n8, if the number of discharged packaging products counted by the packaging machine 2 is less than the predetermined number, the process returns to step n4, and the packaging machine 2 instructs the combination weigher 1 to discharge the object to be weighed for the next packaging. I do.
Thus, steps n4 to n8 are repeated, and when the packaging machine 2 determines that the predetermined number of discharged packages has been reached in step n8, it communicates to that effect to the boxing device 3.
In step n9, since the number of the packaged products discharged from the packaging machine 2 has reached a predetermined number, the boxing device 3 sends out the packaging box packed with the predetermined number of packaged products, replaces it with a new box, and returns to step n1.
Thus, by repeating steps n1 to n9, a packaging box in which a predetermined number of packages are packed is discharged.
In the weighing and packaging system described above, the average weight of a predetermined number of packages packed in one box may be equal to or greater than the nominal weight of the packaged product by the combination calculation by the average system in the combination scale 1 in step n5. In addition, the package with the weight of the first zone Z1 is less than a predetermined ratio, and the package with the weight of the second zone Z2 does not exist.
Next, the combination calculation by the average system of the combination weigher 1 in step n5 will be described based on the flowchart of FIG.
First, in step n11, the accumulated deviation weight, which is the accumulated value of the deviation between the combined weight of the weighing object discharged from the weighing hopper 6 selected by the combination calculation and the nominal weight, defines the first allowable value T1. It is determined whether or not it is less than an allowable minus error (TNEE).
If the cumulative deviation weight is less than the tolerance minus error (TNEE) that defines the first tolerance value T1, selecting an object combination that is less than the nominal weight causes the average weight to fall below the nominal weight. Therefore, the combination of the objects to be weighed less than the nominal weight cannot be selected, and the nominal weight is set as the target combination weight (step n12), and the combination calculation is executed (step n13). Therefore, in this combination calculation, a combination of objects to be weighed in a predetermined weight range equal to or greater than the nominal weight (target combination weight) is selected, and the selected combination of objects to be weighed is discharged to the packaging machine 2.
Next, a deviation is calculated by subtracting the nominal weight from the combined weight of the discharged objects to be weighed (step n14), and the calculated deviation is added to the accumulated deviation weight to be a new accumulated deviation weight (step n15).
Next, whether or not the deviation calculated in step n14 is less than a negative allowable minus error (TNE), that is, the combination weight selected in step n13 is greater than or equal to the second allowable value T2. It is determined whether or not it exists in the first zone Z1 less than the first allowable value T1 (step n16), and when it exists, 1 is added to the number of the first zones Z1 to create a new first zone. The process ends as the number of Z1 (step n17), and ends when it does not exist.
In the above-described step n11, when the accumulated deviation weight is not less than the allowable minus error (TNE) that defines the first allowable value T1, the allowable negative error (T.N.) that defines the second allowable value T2. N.E.) is judged (step n18), and if it is more than twice the allowable minus error (T.N.E.), the measurement subject to be the first zone Z1. Even if a combination of objects is selected, the average weight is equal to or greater than the nominal weight. Therefore, it is determined whether or not the number of first zones Z1 is equal to or greater than a predetermined number corresponding to an allowable predetermined ratio (step n19). ).
When the number of the first zones Z1 is equal to or larger than the predetermined number, the combination of the objects to be weighed that become the first zones Z1 cannot be selected any more. When the number of zones Z1 is not equal to or greater than the predetermined number, the combination of objects to be weighed as the first zone Z1 can be selected, so that twice the allowable minus error (TNE) from the nominal weight. The subtracted second allowable value T2 is set as a target combination weight (step n20), and the process proceeds to step n13 to perform combination calculation. Therefore, in this combination calculation, a combination of objects to be weighed within a predetermined weight range equal to or greater than the second allowable value T2 (target combination weight) is selected.
In step n18, when the accumulated deviation weight is not more than twice the allowable minus error (TNEE) that defines the second allowable value T2, or in step n19, the first zone When the number of Z1 is equal to or greater than the predetermined number, the combination of objects to be weighed in the first zone Z1 cannot be selected, and therefore an allowable minus error (TNE) from the nominal weight. The subtracted first allowable value T1 is set as the target combination weight (step n21), and the process proceeds to step n13 to perform combination calculation. Therefore, in this combination calculation, a combination of objects to be weighed within a predetermined weight range equal to or greater than the first allowable value T1 (target combination weight) is selected.
In this way, by changing the target combination weight according to the accumulated deviation weight, the average weight of a predetermined number of packages packed in one box can be equal to or greater than the nominal weight of the package, and The package with the weight of one zone Z1 may be less than a predetermined ratio, and the package with the weight of the second zone Z2 may be absent.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, for a predetermined number of packages packed in one box, the target combination weight is changed according to the accumulated deviation weight, and the combination calculation is performed. However, the average weight of a certain number of packages packed in a single box can exceed the nominal weight, and a predetermined number of packages can be packed in countries and regions where the average system is used. A consumer who purchases the packaging box can purchase the packaging box without incurring any disadvantages even in the combination calculation by the average system.
In the above-described embodiment, the combination weigher 1, the packaging machine 2 and the boxing device 3 communicate with each other to control the operation. However, as another embodiment of the present invention, the combination weighing machine, the packaging machine and the boxing device 3 You may make it control by providing the control part which controls the whole.
In the above-described embodiment, the packaging machine 2 packs the objects to be weighed discharged from the combination weigher 1, but it may be packed in a box.
