Description

发明内容 本发明所要保护的技术方案由权利要求书进行概述。 本发明的主要目的是为高层和超高层建筑提供一种节省建筑空间的楼梯结构。 本发明的主要技术方案为: 位于 MAXU楼梯井中的 MAXU楼梯包括上下两部分; 每层又分为左、中、右三个区域; 下半部分,每层楼梯的三个区域都是公共区域, 即左右两个区域为公共楼梯, 中间区域为公用楼梯或公用走廊; 上半部分, 每层 楼梯的三个区域中, 左右两区域有一个是私用楼梯, 另一个是公用楼梯, 中间区 域为公用楼梯或公用走廊。 进一步改进的技术方案为: 整个 MAXU楼梯的中间区域的宽度 Wi, 即公用楼梯 的宽度或公用走廊的宽度, 大于左右两区域中楼梯的宽度。 优选地, 该比例在 1.5倍至 2倍之间。 更进一步的技术方案为:上半部分的私用楼梯在每层的位置不是刚好以逐层一左 一右错位的形式规则排列; 也就是说至少存在一对处于上下相邻位置的私用楼 梯。 另外还有一些小的技术方案的改进, 在后面的实施实例中进一步描述。 特别是, MUXU楼梯井的水平截面形状可以与传统常见的矩形或圆形有显著的差 别。

权利要求书 一种高层建筑复合楼梯, 所述复合楼梯包括位于 MAXU楼梯井中的公用楼梯 和私用楼梯, 每层又进一步包含左侧区域、 中间区域和右侧区域, 其特征在 于, 所述复合楼梯分为上下两个部分, 每个部分至少包含两个楼层; 下半部 分的左中右三个区域都是公共区域, 没有私用楼梯; 上半部分的每个楼层只 有左侧区域或右侧区域中的一侧由私用楼梯组成, 另一侧为公用楼梯。 如权利要求 1所述的高层建筑复合楼梯, 其特征在于, 所述的中间区域由公 用楼梯或兼作公用走廊的楼层平台构成; 所述公用楼梯或公用走廊的宽度大 于左右两侧区域内楼梯的宽度。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的高层建筑复式楼梯, 其特征在于, 所述的公用楼梯或公 用走廊的宽度是两侧区域内楼梯宽度的 1.5倍至 2倍之间。
4. 如权利要求 1至 3之一所述的高层建筑复式楼梯, 其特征在于, 所述的左中 右三个区域组成一个螺旋式的 ' 8' 字形。
5. 如权利要求 1至 3之一所述的高层建筑复式楼梯, 其特征在于, 所述左侧区 域和右侧区域中, 存在两跑私用楼梯处于上下直接相邻的位置关系。
6. 如权利要求 1至 3之一所述的高层建筑复式楼梯, 其特征在于, 位于所述左 侧区域或右侧区域中的私用楼梯与一个同样位于 MAXU楼梯井的中间平台相 连, 另一个刚好位于 MAXU楼梯井外面的私用楼梯分别相连于所述中间平台 和相邻的楼层平台。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的高层建筑复式楼梯, 其特征在于, 所述的中间平台的高 度大于 2米。
8. 如权利要求 1至 3之一所述的高层建筑复式楼梯, 其特征在于, 所述 MAXU 楼梯井的水平截面的形状为下列形状之一: 圆角矩形、 六角形、 八角形、 十 字形、 运动场形、 中文 '凸' 字形或 ' 8' 字形。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的高层建筑复式楼梯, 其特征在于, 所述 '8' 字形由两个 正方形组合而成, 这两个正方形的对角线处于同一条直线上。
