Description

一种用于电动自行车的车架结构
技术领域
本发明属于电动自行车领域,尤其与一种用于电动自行车的车架结构有关。
背景技术
电动自行车以环保、安全、轻便等优点,己经越来越受到全世界人民的欢迎,目前电动自行车的电池放置均为外置式,即影响车辆美观、增加车辆重量,又增加制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的目是就是要克服上述缺点,提供一种结构简单的内置电池电动自行车结构,本发明实现了电池的内藏式设计,电池体积小、重量轻、耗用材料省、制造工艺简单,能大幅提高了电动自行车的综合性能,装置该电池的电动自行车如果再配以小型的驱动马达,看上去与一辆普通的自行车无异。
为此本发明采用以下技术方案:本发明包括车架中管、车架前管、车架上管、车架下管和前叉,车架上管和车架下管固定安装在车架中管上,车架前管安装在车架上管和车架下管交接处,其特征是:在所述的车架前管上开设有与所述的车架上管和车架下管内径一致的开口,在车架下管靠近五通管的下面开设电线孔,在所述的车架下管的上部开孔装一充电孔;装入电池容量可依据车架的上管和下管大小而定,可大可小,电池的装取可采用二种方式,一种是平时不取出电池,在车架上对电池进行充电,需在装配前叉前装入电池并固定,再装入前叉,等电池寿命终结时再进行更换,另一种是电池可随时取出充电或更换,这时需要在前叉的上管上开一与车架前管上开口相对应的口子,这样电池可随时可通过该口装入或取出。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步完善和补充,本发明还包括以下附加技术特征:
所述的充电孔还可以是设置在车架上管上。
所述的前叉上设有前叉通孔,电池可从这一前叉上立管通孔开口处装入和拉出。
所述的车架的下管下部安装有与电池对接的接插件,为使车架看上去更美观,在前管前开口外可以做一盖板,该盖板上可以刻上品牌 logo, 并用螺丝固定在前管上,以遮档住前管的开口。
本发明的的主要优点在于:电池与车架完美地结合,耗用材料省,制造工艺简单,外形美观,配以小型的驱动马达后从外观上很难看是一辆电动自行车,与普通自行车无异,且该结构电动车重量轻,附合当前环保低碳的要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述。
如图 1~ 图 4 所示,本发明包括车架中管 1 、车架前管 4 、与车架前管 4 上的前管内孔 7 相通的车架上管 2 和与车架前管 4 上的前管内孔 7 相通的车架下管 3 ,电池从车架前管 4 上的前管外孔 8 装入或取出,或从前管 4 上的前管外孔 8 及前叉通孔 9 装入和取出电池,电池的电能通过电线孔 5 连接至控制器和电机,充电孔 6 给电池充电 , 如果电池需经常取出可配置如图 4 所示的前叉,并在车架下管底部配一与电池配合的接插件,车架上管和下管的大小决定了该车架内电池容量的大小。
适用性:本发明作为一款电动自行车车架结构,可以方便地生产或对自行车进行改装,外形美观,配上小型驱动马达就能实现电力驱动,且外形看上去与普通自行车无异。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种用于电动自行车的车架结构,包括车架中管 (1) 、车架前管 (4) 、车架上管 (2) 、车架下管 (3) 和前叉,车架上管 (2) 和车架下管 (3) 固定安装在车架中管 (1) 上,车架前管 (4) 安装在车架上管(2) 和车架下管 (3) 交接处,其特征在于:在所述的车架前管 (4) 和前叉上开设有与所述的车架上管 (2) 和车架下管 (3) 内径一致的开口,电池可以从该开口处装入和取出,在车架下管 (3) 靠近五通管的下面开设电线孔 (5) ,在所述的车架下管 (3) 的上部开孔装一充电孔 (6) 。
  2. 根据权利要求书 1 所述的一种用于电动自行车的车架结构,其特征在于:所述的充电孔 (6) 还可以是设置在车架上管 (2) 上。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于电动自行车的车架结构,其特征在于:所述的前叉上设有前叉通孔 (9) ,电池可从这一前叉上立管通孔开口处装入和拉出。
  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种用于电动自行车的车架结构,其特征在于:所述的车架下管 (3) 的下部可以安装有与电池对接的接插件,为使车架看上去更美观,在车架前管 (4) 前开口外可以做一盖板。
