本发明目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参照图1,其为本发明扬声器100的较佳实施方式的分解结构示意图。扬声器100包括T铁10、粘贴至T铁10的音圈20以及依次套接在音圈20上并且相互同轴设置的磁铁30、导磁板40,以及至少两个并接设置的盆架结构50。T铁10、磁铁30及导磁板40的结合构成了磁气回路,用于在音圈20因导电而振动时对线圈以直角供给直流磁通。在本实施例中,以下内容均以扬声器100包括有两相邻并接设置的盆架结构为例进行说明,然而,需要说明的是,盆架结构50的数量并不局限于本实施例,在其他实施例中,盆架结构50的数量可根据实际需要进行调整,例如,可为四个,还可以是五个或六个等,此处对此不作限制。
结合图2,各盆架结构50包括相互连接的盆架51、纸盆52及弹波53。盆架51用于实现将纸盆52、弹波53、磁铁30,以及导磁板40等元件组装在一起,还用于实现将扬声器100安装至音箱箱体上。盆架51包括底座51a及挡板51b。底座51a大致呈圆筒状且具有相对的两端部。挡板51b由底座51a的一端部上延伸而出(见图2)。挡板51b大致呈弧形且与底座51a同轴,其外表面与底座51a的外表面相平齐,且其厚度小于底座51a的厚度(见图1)。由于挡板51b呈弧形而非筒状,从而使得盆架51上具有形成于其自身侧壁上的用于供声音传播出对应盆架结构50的缺口。进一步地,在本实施例中,挡板51b为半圆筒状。纸盆51大致呈盆状且与盆架51同轴设置,其外边缘粘贴至底座51a延伸有挡板51b的端部上。弹波53亦大致呈盆状且其外边缘粘贴至底座51a远离挡板51b的端部上。在本实施例中,弹波53由隔音材料制成,可隔绝纸盆51所产生的反向声波。
可以理解,在本实施例中,盆架51可采用一体成型的方式制成,还可以是其他连接方式,例如粘结,此处对此不作限制,作为优选,第一纸盆51a与第一挡板51b一体成型。
需要说明的是,正如图1中所示,在本实施例中,扬声器100包括有两个上述盆架结构50,该两盆架结构50同轴并接设置,但该两盆架结构50上所形成的缺口所朝向的方向相反。
结合参考图2,扬声器100进一步包括有设置于相邻两个盆架结构50之间的卡合结构70,用于将相邻两个盆架结构50卡合至一起而实现相邻两个盆架结构50之间的相互并接设置。卡合结构70包括凸设于其中一个盆架结构50上的多个凸起71以及开设于另一个盆架结构50上并与多个凸起71一一对应的多各凹槽(图未示)。在本实施例中,多个凸起71均匀分布于其中一盆架结构50的挡板51b远离相应底座51a的一侧上,而多个凹槽则对应开设于相邻盆架结构50的底座51a上。多个凸起71分别一一卡合于多个凹槽中,从而使得相邻两个盆架结构50可相互稳固连接。
可以理解,卡合结构70并不局限于本实施例的情况。在其他实施例中,凸起71可形成于其中一盆架结构50的底座51a上,而凹槽也可相应开设于相邻盆架结构50的挡板51b上;或者,凸起71可部分形成于其中一盆架结构50的底座51a上,部分形成于相邻盆架结构50的挡板51b上,相应地,凹槽部分开设于其中一盆架结构50的挡板51b上,部分开设于相邻盆架结构50的底座51a上,用于一一与凸起71相配合从而使得相邻两个盆架结构50相互稳固连接。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,相邻两个盆架结构50之间也可不仅限于通过卡合而实现相互并接。在一些实施例中,相邻两个盆架结构也可通过粘贴而实现相互并接或者直接一体成型而实现相互并接。
组装时,首先将T铁10上突出的中柱依次穿过磁铁30及导磁板40的中心孔,将磁铁30及导磁板40套接在T铁10上并将磁铁30及导磁板40粘贴固定至T铁10,再将音圈20的一端粘贴至T铁10突出的中柱上,从而完成初始发音部分的组装。接着开始将相邻两盆架结构50组装并接在一起:将各盆架结构50中的弹波53粘贴至底座51a的远离挡板51b的端部上,再将纸盆52粘贴至底座51a的延伸出有第一挡板51b的端部上,令纸盆52的外边缘粘贴至底座51a的端部上,从而将盆架51、纸盆52以及弹波53组装在一起形成盆架结构50。在该盆架结构50中,盆架51、纸盆52及弹波53同轴设置。而后,在保持其中一个盆架结构50的挡板51b的朝向与另一盆架结构50的挡板51b的朝向相反且该两盆架结构50同轴摆放的基础上,将设置于其中一个盆架结构50的挡板51b上的凸起71插设于开设在另一盆架结构50的底座51a上对应的凹槽中,实现将该相邻两个盆架结构50同轴并接在一起。如此,并接在一起之后的相邻两个盆架结构50上的缺口所朝向的方向相反。而后,将其一端已粘贴设置有T铁10、磁铁30以及导磁板40的音圈20的另一端依次穿过该相邻两个盆架结构50的弹波53、底座51a、挡板51b以及纸盆52的中心孔,并使各盆架结构50粘贴固定至音圈20,完成扬声器100的组装。组装好的扬声器100中,其中一个盆架结构50位于导磁板40及另一盆架结构50之间。
当将组装好的扬声器100安装于音箱中时,可令其中一个盆架结构50上所形成的缺口朝向音箱的正面,也即朝向音箱面对使用者的一侧,令另一个盆架结构50上所形成的缺口朝向音箱的背面。
工作时,音圈20在接通音频信号之后在磁场中产生强烈震动。由于各盆架结构50的纸盆52均固定粘贴至音圈20,因此,音圈20的震动可同时带动各纸盆52震动,迫使空气发生震动而发出声音。具体而言,靠近导磁板40一侧的盆架结构50的纸盆52所产生的正向声波传递向其自身纸盆52及另一层盆架结构50所形成的空间中,并在其自身挡板51b及另一盆架结构50的弹波53的阻隔及反射作用下,从该盆架结构50上所形成的朝向音箱正面的缺口中传播出去,而该盆架结构50的纸盆52所产生的反向声波则受到其自身弹波53的隔绝作用而无法传播至导磁铁40;同时,远离导磁板40的另一盆架结构50的纸盆52所产生的正向声波则传递向其自身纸盆52与音箱壳体所形成的空间中并从其自身上形成的朝向音箱背面的缺口传播出去,而其自身纸盆52所产生的反向声波则受到其自身弹波53的隔绝作用而无法传播至靠近导磁铁40一侧的盆架结构50中。由于该两相邻盆架结构50上所形成的缺口在音箱中的朝向相反,也即,靠近导磁板40一侧的盆架结构50上的缺口朝向音箱正面而远离导磁板40的另一盆架结构50上所形成的缺口朝向音箱背面,因此,该相邻两个盆架结构50的纸盆52所产生的声波的相位差为180°,如此,则当两声波再次重合时,根据声波叠加干涉原理,两声波由于相位差为180°而发生干涉进而增强声音的传播效果,大大提高了扬声器100的工作效率。
本发明的扬声器100,通过并接设置多个盆架结构,各盆架结构的盆架通过采用底座与挡板的方式形成用于传播声音的缺口,且相邻两个盆架结构的缺口的朝向相反,使得相邻两个盆架结构的纸盆所产生的声波的相位相差180度,如此,则两声波在重合时可发生干涉而增强声音的传播效果。此外,由于各盆架结构的弹波均粘贴至对应的底座远离挡板的端部上且均采用隔音材料制成,因此可将对应纸盆所产生的正向声波及反向声波隔开,避免其中一个盆架结构50所产生的反向声波与另一盆架结构50所产生的正向声波相抵消而产生声短路的现象。此外,本发明的扬声器通过并接设置多个盆架结构来增加纸盆的面积,每个盆架上仅粘贴有一个纸盆,而无需在一个盆架上粘贴多个纸盆而导致多个纸盆之间出现声波相互影响的状况,有利于实现扬声器的批量生产,降低成本和不良率。

Claims (20)
- 一种可设置于音箱中并产生声波的扬声器,其特征在于,该扬声器包括相互同轴且并接设置的至少两个盆架结构,各盆架结构具有盆架及粘贴至该盆架并用于产生声波的纸盆;各所述盆架呈筒状,其侧壁上形成有用于供该纸盆所产生的声波传播出对应盆架的缺口,且相邻两个所述盆架上的缺口所朝向的方向相反。
- 如权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,各所述盆架具有底座及挡板,所述底座呈筒状,所述挡板由该底座的端部上延伸而出并呈弧形,且相邻两个所述盆架的挡板的朝向相反,所述缺口由所述挡板设置在所述底座上所形成。
- 如权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述挡板呈半圆形。
- 如权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述底座与所述挡板同轴,所述挡板的外表面与所述底座的外表面平齐且所述底座的厚度大于所述挡板的厚度。
- 如权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述纸盆呈盆状且中部开有供所述扬声器的音圈穿过的孔,所述纸盆的外边缘粘贴至对应的底座的延伸有所述挡板的端部上。
- 如权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述底座与对应的挡板之间一体成型。
- 如权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述扬声器还包括用于连接相邻两个所述盆架的卡合结构,其中所述卡合结构包括至少一个凸起及与所述至少一个凸起相配合的至少一个凹槽。
- 如权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,相邻两个所述盆架之一者所延伸出的挡板的端部上设置有所述至少一个凸起,相邻两个所述盆架另一者的底座上设置有所述至少一个凹槽。
- 如权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,相邻两个所述盆架之一者所延伸出的挡板的端部上设置有所述至少一个凹槽,相邻两个所述盆架另一者的底座上设置有所述至少一个凸起。
- 如权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,各所述盆架结构还包括粘贴至所述底座上远离对应挡板的端部上的弹波。
- 一种音频播放设备,所述音频播放设备设置有扬声器,其特征在于,该扬声器包括相互同轴且并接设置的至少两个盆架结构及用于连接相邻两个所述盆架结构的卡合结构,其中,各盆架结构具有盆架及粘贴至该盆架并用于产生声波的纸盆;各所述盆架大致呈筒状,包括底座及挡板,所述底座呈筒状,所述挡板由该底座的端部上延伸而出,所述挡板呈弧形设置并与所述底座配合以形成所述盆架的缺口,且相邻两个所述盆架上的所述挡板朝向相反。
- 根据权利要求11所述的音频播放设备,其特征在于,所述卡合结构包括至少一个凸起及至少一个凹槽,所述至少一个凸起设置于相邻两个所述盆架的一者上,所述至少一个凹槽设置于相邻两个所述盆架的另一者上并与所述至少一个凸起相配合。
- 如权利要求11所述的音频播放设备,其特征在于,所述挡板呈半圆形。
- 如权利要求11所述的音频播放设备其特征在于,所述底座与所述挡板同轴,所述挡板的外表面与所述底座的外表面平齐且所述底座的厚度大于所述挡板的厚度,所述底座与对应的挡板之间一体成型。
- 如权利要求11所述的音频播放设备,其特征在于,所述纸盆呈盆状且中部开有供所述扬声器的音圈穿过的孔,所述纸盆的外边缘粘贴至对应的底座的延伸有所述挡板的端部上。
- 如权利要求12所述的音频播放设备,其特征在于,相邻两个所述盆架之一者所延伸出的挡板的端部上设置有所述至少一个凹槽,相邻两个所述盆架另一者的底座上设置有所述至少一个凸起。
- 如权利要求12所述的音频播放设备,其特征在于,相邻两个所述盆架之一者所延伸出的挡板的端部上设置有所述至少一个凸起,相邻两个所述盆架另一者的底座上设置有所述至少一个凹槽。
- 一种音频播放设备,所述音频播放设备设置有扬声器,其特征在于,该扬声器包括相互同轴且并接设置的至少两个盆架结构,其中,各盆架结构具有盆架及粘贴至该盆架并用于产生声波的纸盆;各所述盆架大致呈筒状,包括底座及挡板,所述底座呈筒状,所述挡板由该底座的端部上延伸而出,所述挡板呈弧形设置并与所述底座配合以形成所述盆架的缺口,且相邻两个所述盆架上的所述挡板朝向相反,相邻的盆架结构粘贴连接,所述一个盆架结构的挡板上端部与一个相邻的一个盆架结构的底座下端部粘贴连接。
- 如权利要求18所述的音频播放设备,其特征在于,所述挡板呈半圆形,所述底座与所述挡板同轴,所述挡板的外表面与所述底座的外表面平齐且所述底座的厚度大于所述挡板的厚度,所述底座与对应的挡板之间一体成型。
- 如权利要求18所述的音频播放设备,其特征在于,所述纸盆呈盆状且中部开有供所述扬声器的音圈穿过的孔,所述纸盆的外边缘粘贴至对应的底座的延伸有所述挡板的端部上。
