为了进一步优化上述技术方案, 本实施例提供的精炼机中, 还包括设 置在夹紧件 4上, 能够调节刮刀 1与连接轴 3相对位置的调节轮 6。 在本 实施例中, 连接轴 3能够带动刮刀 1旋转, 在限位件 5的作用下, 当其靠 近辊筒 2时, 刮刀 1与辊筒 2的距离具有一定的限制, 使得连接轴 3无法 更加灵活的调节刮刀 1与滚动中的辊筒 2的间隙大小, 因此, 在夹紧件 4 上设置了调节轮 6, 此调节轮 6通过螺纹与夹紧件 4配合, 且其深入夹紧 件 4的深入端可与刮刀 1的夹紧端连接, 转动调节轮 6时, 其能够改变深 入夹紧件 4中的深度, 进而改变与其相连的刮刀 1在夹紧件 4中的夹紧位 置, 使得刮刀 1伸出夹紧件 4的长度能够改变, 最终实现调节刮刀 1与辊 筒 2间隙大小的目的。
具体的, 限位件 5为与机架通过螺栓连接的法兰。 在本实施例中, 限 位件 5具体为法兰, 如图 3所示, 其作用就是当设置在连接轴 3上的刮刀 1靠近辊筒 2以后, 阻止连接轴 3继续旋转, 以防止刮刀 1过度靠近辊筒 2 而影响辊筒 2的正常工作。 法兰通过螺栓与机架连接, 刮刀 1在正常工作 时, 螺栓将法兰紧固在机架上, 螺栓施加给法兰一个紧固压力, 法兰在此 压力的作用下对连接轴 3进行挤压, 使得与机架紧密接触, 进而实现阻挡 连接轴 3旋转的限位作用, 当需要更换刮刀 1时, 松开螺栓, 使其对法兰 不再施加紧固压力, 从而使法兰不再对连接轴 3进行挤压而允许连接轴 3 转动, 然后转动连接轴 3 , 使刮刀 1远离辊筒 2, 刮刀 1更换完成后, 反方 向旋转连接轴 3 , 使刮刀 1转动至工作位置, 紧固用于固定的螺栓, 使法 兰再次挤压连接轴 3以阻挡其转动。 此外, 本实施例选择法兰作为限位件 5是因为其除起到限位作用以夕卜, 还能够起到连接机架和连接轴 3的作用, 可以减少部件数量, 降低制造成本。 当然, 在不影响本实施例提供的精炼 机正常工作的前提下, 限位件 5还可以为棘轮与棘爪的配合或止挡块与限 位圏的配合。
优选的, 设置在机架上的连接轴 3为多个, 且与多个辊筒 2——对应 的平行设置。 因为一台精炼机上有多个辊筒 2, 所以为了增强杂质清除的 效果, 本实施例提供的精炼机上设置有多个连接轴 3 , 且与多个辊筒 2— 一对应, 并且每个连接轴 3与和其对应的辊筒 2平行设置, 以增大刮刀 1 对辊筒 2的刮切面积, 同时也方便刮刀 1的旋转。 当然, 在满足工作要求 的情况下一个辊筒 2还可以对应多个连接轴 3。
更进一步的, 同一个所述连接轴 3上设置有多个夹紧刮刀 1的夹紧件 4。 为了进一步增强对辊筒 2的刮切效果,在同一个连接轴 3上设置了多个 夹紧件 4,且每一个夹紧件 4上都夹紧有刮刀 1 ,使得技术方案更加的完善。
如图 4所示, 本实施例提供的精炼机中, 夹紧件 4包括:
配合夹紧刮刀 1的第一夹板 41和第二夹板 42;
为第一夹板 41和第二夹板 42提供夹紧动力的夹紧油缸 43; 其中, 夹紧油缸 43设置在第一夹板 41上, 第一夹板 41设置在连接轴 3上。 采用第一夹板 41和第二夹板 42来夹紧刮刀 1可以增大承载夹紧力的 接触面的面积,使夹紧效果更加的理想,采用夹紧油缸 43作为提供夹紧力 的动力部件, 是因为其夹紧力大小适中, 体积较小, 操作方便, 价格低廉。
为了使技术方案更加的完善, 第一夹板 41、 第二夹板 42和刮刀 1上 均设置有相互配合的定位槽。 此定位槽使得第一夹板 41和第二夹板 42在 夹持刮刀 1时能够更加精确的与刮刀 1进行定位, 避免因发生夹持错位而 造成刮刀 1歪斜或脱落, 导致正常工作受到影响, 此外调节轮 6的深入端 也与第一夹板 41和第二夹板 42相连, 在调节轮 6对刮刀 1位置进行调节 时, 调节轮 6能够通过其深入端驱动第一夹板 41和第二夹板 42与刮刀 1 一同移动。
优选的, 定位槽为 U型槽, 第一夹板 41和第二夹板 42上的 U型槽宽 度为 12mm-20mm , 夹紧油缸 43 的直径为 50mm-70mm , 夹紧力为 450kg- 1000kg, 夹紧油缸 43的输油管的直径为 6mm-8mm。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种精炼机, 包括机架、 多个辊筒(2)和与多个所述辊筒(2)配 合工作的刮刀 (1), 其特征在于, 还包括:
转动设置在所述机架上的连接轴(3);
设置在所述连接轴( 3 ) 上以夹紧所述刮刀 ( 1 ) 的夹紧件( 4 );
设置在所述机架上以阻挡所述连接轴 (3)和所述夹紧件 (4)旋转的 限位件( 5 )。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的精炼机, 其特征在于, 还包括设置在所述夹 紧件( 4 )上, 能够调节所述刮刀 ( 1 )与所述连接轴( 3 )相对位置的调节 轮( 6 )。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的精炼机, 其特征在于, 所述限位件(5) 为 与所述机架通过螺栓连接的法兰。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的精炼机, 其特征在于, 设置在所述机架上的 所述连接轴 (3) 为多个, 且与多个所述辊筒 (2)—一对应的平行设置。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的精炼机,其特征在于,同一个所述连接轴( 3 ) 上设置有多个夹紧所述刮刀 (1) 的夹紧件(4)。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的精炼机, 其特征在于, 所述夹紧件(4) 包 括:
配合夹紧所述刮刀 (1) 的第一夹板(41)和第二夹板(42);
为所述第一夹板( 41 )和第二夹板( 42 )提供夹紧动力的夹紧油缸( 43 ); 其中,
所述夹紧油缸( 43 )设置在所述第一夹板( 41 )上,所述第一夹板( 41 ) 设置在所述连接轴(3)上。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的精炼机, 其特征在于, 所述第一夹板(41)、 第二夹板(42)和刮刀 ( 1 )上均设置有相互配合的定位槽。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的精炼机, 其特征在于, 所述定位槽为 U型 槽,所述第一夹板(41 )和第二夹板(42)上的 U型槽宽度为 12mm-20mm。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的精炼机, 其特征在于, 所述夹紧油缸(43 ) 的直径为 50mm-70mm, 夹紧力为 450kg-1000kg。
10、 根据权利要求 6所述的精炼机, 其特征在于, 所述夹紧油缸(43 ) 的输油管的直径为 6mm-8mm。
