Abstract
La présente invention, intitulée "Machine de projection de grenaille", concerne une machine de projection comprenant un corps principal portatif (1), un moteur électrique (3) accouplé à un disque (3) et quatre plaques rectangulaires (6), un récipient intérieurement accouplé à un autre motoréducteur (10 et 11) au niveau de sa base, permettant son utilisation dans de petits espaces correspondant à celui d'un ustensile domestique, avec possibilité d'inclinaison de la base du corps principal. Cette machine possède un système de flux d'air et de grains d'acier totalement innovant, supprimant la nécessité d'utiliser des élévateurs à godet, un compresseur d'air, une broche, des vis sans fin et un système de sécurité incendie. Ladite machine utilise des grains d'acier carbone pour obtenir un résultat de finition de surface supérieur, alors que les autres machines utilisent les grains d'acier inoxydable, d'où un coût de matériau réduit d'environ 90%. En cas d'utilisation de grains d'acier inoxydable avec cette machine, la qualité de surface est supérieure, sans oublier que l'utilisation du matériau est également réduite et l'entretien simplifié. En termes de bruit, cette machine respecte le niveau de bruit exigé par l'ABNT, compte tenu de sa taille et de ses composants. Par conséquent, les coûts de la machine sont réduits de façon importante par rapport à la concurrence.
