所述开伞弹簧包括各自独立的第一弹簧和第二弹簧, 所述第二弹簧安装于 所述外管的内腔中, 所述第一弹簧安装于该第二弹簧下方的中棒内腔中。 在中棒的完全折叠状态, 所述外管的顶部高于最外层中管的顶部, 所述第 二弹簧被夹置于最外层中管顶部与所述外管顶部之间的空腔内。

如图 1 所示, 本实用新型易于折叠中棒的自动开收多折伞包括: 设有收伞 骨弹簧 81的伞骨总成 82、 中棒 1、 伞头 2、 固定在所述中棒 1顶部的上巢 31、 滑动套接于所述中棒 1的下巢 32以及自动开收装置。 所述中棒 1包括从内至外 依次滑动套接的一节内管 11、 一节或以上中管 12和一节外管 1 3 , 所述内管 11 底部与所述伞头 2固接, 所述外管 1 3顶部与所述上巢 31固接。 在本实施例中, 所述自动开收装置包括: 安装在中棒 1内的开伞弹簧、 安装在上巢 31处的上巢 滑轮 83、 设在下巢 32处的下巢滑轮 84、 拉线 85、 固定于上巢 31底部并插入中 棒 1内腔的胶管 86、子弹头 87、安装在伞头 2上的控制按钮 88以及控管 89等。 所述拉线 85 —端连接子弹头 87, 另一端穿过所述胶管 86内腔后绕过上巢滑轮 8 3 , 再绕经下巢滑轮 84, 最后固定在上巢 31上。 收伞压缩中棒 1时, 所述胶管 86将子弹头 87向下推进控管 89内使得子弹头 87被锁定 (如图 2 )。 当按压控 制按钮 88时, 或者被压缩的中棒 1将会被释放并在开伞弹簧的作用下开伞(如 图 1;), 或者被锁定于控管 89内的子弹头 87将会被释放至中棒 1 内腔中从而伞 骨得以收折起来。 以上结构均为现有技术, 此处不再赘述。
本实用新型的改进之处在于其中的开伞弹簧部件, 下面以三折伞为例加以 详细说明。 如图 1和图 3所示, 所述开伞弹簧由分别独立的第一弹簧 51和第二 弹簧 52组成, 所述第二弹簧 52安装在外管 1 3内腔中, 而第一弹簧 51则安装 于第二弹簧 52下方的中棒 1内腔中。
如图 1所示, 在所述外管 1 3内腔设有一个底塞 6将第一弹簧 51和第二弹 簧 52隔开, 所述第二弹簧 52的底部与该底塞 6顶部相抵, 所述第一弹簧 5 1顶 部与该底塞 6底部相抵。 另外, 该底塞 6是可活动的, 由此, 在开收伞的过程 中, 底塞 6会在上、 下弹簧的作用下沿外管 1 3内腔上下移动, 能更好平衡上、 下两弹簧之间的弹力, 但所述底塞 6的横向宽度大于最外层中管 1 3内壁之间的 宽度, 因此该底塞 6不能向下越过中管 1 3顶部。
如图 2所示, 所述外管 1 3的长度要大于中管 12和内管 1 1的长度, 由此在 中棒 1完全折叠时, 该外管 1 3的顶部高于中管 12的顶部, 所述第二弹簧 52被 夹置于中管 12顶部与外管 1 3顶部之间的空腔内。
所述底塞 6上开设有通孔,所述胶管 86穿过该底塞 6上的通孔插入中管 12 内腔。 所述第一弹簧 5 1顶部套在该胶管 86穿过底塞 6 以下的部分外, 由此对 该第一弹簧 51具有较好的导正作用。
本实用新型的自动开收多折伞还可应用于三折以上的多折伞, 此时, 所述 第二弹簧 52和底塞 6安装在外管 1 3内腔中, 所述第一弹簧 51安装在该底塞 6 以下的管体内腔中。
本实用新型的自动开收多折伞其开伞弹簧分成独立的上下两段, 每段弹簧 所需要的弹力小于现有的一段式开伞弹簧, 而且收伞时每一段弹簧所需压缩的 长度比例大大小于现有的釆用一段式开伞弹簧的压缩长度比例, 由此收伞时压 缩中棒所需的的力量也大大减少, 感觉非常轻巧, 即使是老人小孩也能方便使 用。 以上所述仅为本实用新型的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本实用新型, 对于本领域的技术人员来说, 本实用新型可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本实用 新型的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本 实用新型的保护范围之内。
