空气压缩机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及空气压缩机领域,更具体地说,涉及一种利用快速连接器的空气压缩机。
背景技术
空气压缩机是气源装置中的主体,它是将原动机(通常是电动机)的机械能转换成气体压力能的装置,是压缩空气的气压发生装置。 空气 压缩机的种类很多,按工作原理可分为 容积式压缩机 ,速度式 压缩机 ,容积式压缩机的工作原理是压缩气体的体积,使单位体积内气体分子的密度增加以提高压缩空气的压力;速度式压缩机的工作原理是提高气体分子的运动速度,使气体分子具有的动能转化为气体的压力能,从而提高压缩空气的压力。通常空气压缩机中与储气瓶连接的软管设置在空气压缩机内部,与储气瓶采用螺纹式连接器,存在错扣螺纹的危险,且组装时间和组装成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述空气压缩机的软管与储气瓶连接的组装时间和组装成本较高的缺陷,提供一种利用快速连接器的空气压缩机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本实用新型构造了一种空气压缩机, 包括储气瓶、与所述储气瓶连接的瓶盖、软管以及外壳,其特征在于,所述软管通过快速连接器与所述瓶盖连接,所述瓶盖固定在所述外壳上。
在本实用新型所 述的空气压缩机中,所述瓶盖包括与所述储气瓶连接的凹入式连接部分、与所述快速连接器连接的凸出式连接部分、卡槽、卡销、以及底座;所述卡销包括导向部分和沉台部分。
在本实用新型所 述的空气压缩机中,所述快速连接器包括凹入式连接件、设置在所述凹入式连接件上的插槽、以及凸出式连接件;所述插槽包括与所述导向部分相对应连接的槽孔,通过与卡销连接,实现锁固所述快速连接器与瓶盖之间的连接。
实施本实用新型的 空气压缩机 ,具有以下有益效果:空气压缩机软管与储气瓶之间的连接结构简单、操作简便、成本低。

具体实施方式
为了对本实用新型的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
如图 1 所示,在本实用新型的空气压缩机实施例中,包括储气瓶1、瓶盖2、快速连接器3、软管4以及外壳5。储气瓶1与瓶盖2连接,软管4通过快速连接器3与瓶盖2连接,瓶盖2固定在外壳5上。
如图2所示为快速连接器3的立体结构图,包括凹入式连接件31、插槽32、以及凸出式连接件33。插槽32设置在凹入式连接件31上,两端设置有槽孔。快速连接器3与软管4的连接立体结构图请参阅图3,凸出式连接件33插入软管4的开口端,凸出式连接件33上设置有密封元件,保证了快速连接器3与软管4之间的连接密封性能和连接稳定性。这种连接方式不需要松脱螺纹连接,避免了错扣螺纹的危险,实现快速连接器3与软管4之间连接的速度快,软管4采用短软管,从而减少了组装时间和组装成本。
如图4和图5所示,瓶盖2包括凹入式连接部分21、卡槽22、卡销23、凸出式连接部分24以及底座25。凸出式连接部分24插入凹入式连接件31中,以实现快速连接器3与瓶盖2的连接,两者之间设置有密封装置,从而保证连接的稳定性和密封性能。卡销23包括导向部分和沉台部分,卡销23的尺寸与插槽32相对应,采用弹性材料。导向部分采用圆弧倒角,利于卡销23插入插槽32中;沉台部分用于限制插槽32的移动。在完成快速连接器3与瓶盖2之间的连接时,凸出式连接部分24须牢固锁定,且应当形成稳定、持久的连接,如果稳定性不够,快速连接器3与瓶盖2之间的移动会导致连接内部过度磨损和过早破坏,尤其是密封元件。本实用新型采用卡销23与插槽32的配合连接,可以锁固快速连接器3与瓶盖2之间的连接,减少两者之间的移动导致连接内部过度磨损和过早破坏的风险。当快速连接器3与瓶盖2与连接时,用于锁定两者之间的连接;当按压卡销23时,用于打开锁定,并可拆卸快速连接器3与瓶盖2的连接。
储气瓶1包括瓶体11、凸出件12、以及瓶口。瓶口与凹入式连接部分21连接,两者之间设置有密封元件,实现储气瓶1与瓶盖2之间连接的稳定性和密封性能。凸出件12与卡槽22配合,以限制储气瓶1与瓶盖2之间的移动,提高两者之间连接的稳定性。
储气瓶1与瓶盖2连接,通过瓶盖2的底座25固定在外壳5上。在具体使用快速连接器3操作时,首先将快速连接器3的凸出式连接件33插入软管4的开口端,然后将快速连接器3的凹入式连接件31插入瓶盖2的凸出式连接部分24,同时将插槽32中的槽孔对准卡销23插入,从而锁固软管4与储气瓶1之间的连接。 空气压缩机软管 4 与储气瓶 1 之间的连接具有结构简单、操作简便、成本低等优点。

  1. 一种空气压缩机,包括储气瓶(1)、与所述储气瓶(1)连接的瓶盖(2)、软管(4)以及外壳(5),其特征在于,所述软管(4)通过快速连接器(3)与所述瓶盖(2)连接,所述瓶盖(2)固定在所述外壳(5)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空气压缩机,其特征在于,所述瓶盖(2)包括与所述储气瓶(1)连接的凹入式连接部分(21)、与所述快速连接器(3)连接的凸出式连接部分(24)、卡槽(22)、卡销(23)、以及底座(25);所述卡销(23)包括导向部分和沉台部分。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空气压缩机,其特征在于,所述快速连接器(3)包括凹入式连接件(31)、设置在所述凹入式连接件(31)上的插槽(32)、以及凸出式连接件(33);所述插槽(32)包括与所述导向部分相对应连接的槽孔,通过与卡销(23)连接,实现锁固所述快速连接器(3)与瓶盖(2)之间的连接。
