由于终端在使用免提通话时, 终端所在场景的噪声会对通话质量有一定 的干扰, 且用户在不同的场景中终端需要的增益也是不一样的, 如在比较安 静的环境或是吵杂的地铁环境中, 终端所需要的增益会不同, 所以本实施例 中将用户所在环境作为调整终端增益的一个条件。 其中获取所述终端所在场 景的信息, 具体包括: 启动所述终端的摄像头, 使所述摄像头拍摄所述终端 的用户所在的场景信息。 本实施例中, 摄像头拍摄到终端用户所在的场景后, 如现场的装饰、 现场的声音或现场的摆设物品后, 将摄取到的图像或声音与 数据库中存储的数据进行对比, 得到用户所在的场景信息。
本实施例中当终端上安装有红外线功能时, 可选地, 获取所述终端所在 场景的信息, 包括: 启动所述终端的红外线传感器, 根据所述红外线传感器 得到的温度信息获得所述终端的用户所在的场景信息。 本实施例中具体的通 过红外线获得场景信息的技术与现有技术类似, 对此本实施例不再赘述。
202、 获取终端与用户间的距离信息。
本实施例中, 当用户启动终端的免提通话功能时, 为了提高终端的语音 质量, 实现语音质量能够根据用户与终端间的距离不同而进行适当的调整, 即当用户移动时, 所听到的话音质量能够不受用户的距离变化影响, 本实施 例中也可以将终端与用户间的距离信息作为调整语音质量增益的一个条件, 其中获取终端与用户间的距离信息的方法有多种, 包括但不限于通过终端上 的摄像头或是红外传感器来获得终端与用户间的距离信息。
本实施例中, 通过摄像头获取终端与用户间的距离信息的方法包括: 启 动所述终端的摄像头的功能, 使所述摄像头对焦到所述终端的用户上; 获取 所述终端上的摄像头对焦的位置信息; 根据所述位置信息计算所述终端与所 述用户间的距离信息。 当用户启动免提通话功能时, 终端自动开启摄像头, 用摄像头对焦到用户上, 获得用户的人像信息, 根据摄像头对焦的位置计算 用户与终端的距离, 其中具体的计算方法与现有技术类似, 对此本实施例不 再赘述。
本实施例中, 可选地, 如果终端上安装有红外传感器, 还可以通过红外 传感器获得用户与终端的距离信息, 具体的方法包括: 启动所述终端的红外 线传感器的功能, 使所述红外线传感器扫描到所述终端的用户; 计算所述红 外线传感器的红外线扫描到所述用户后反馈的时间; 根据所述反馈时间计算 所述终端与所述用户间的距离信息。 当用户启动免提通话功能时, 终端自动 开启红外线传感器的功能, 使红外线传感器的红外线能够扫描到用户, 并计 算红外线扫描到用户反馈回来的时间, 根据反馈时间计算用户与终端间的距 离, 其中具体的计算方法与现有技术类似, 对此本实施例不再赘述。 值得说明的是, 本实施例中步骤 202是可选地, 具体执行过程中也可以 不执行步骤 202, 对此本实施例不做具体限定。
203、 根据所述距离信息和所述场景信息获得所述终端的音质预设值和音 量增益值。
本实施例中, 预先设置一个数据库, 该数据库用来存储场景信息对应的 音质预设值和音量的增益值, 当然也可以包括场景信息和用户与终端间的距 离对应的音质预设值和音量的增益值。 其中, 音质预设值包括: 频响, 回声, 降噪等参数的预设值, 用于调节 MIC发送音质和喇八接收的音质, 而音量增 益值用于调节麦克发送音量和喇八接收音量的大小。 具体实施过程中, 可以 将该数据库存放于终端上, 也可以将该数据库存放于网络侧, 对此本实施例 不做具体限定。
可选地, 当该数据库存放于终端侧时, 根据所述场景信息获得所述终端 的音质预设值和音量增益值, 包括: 在本地查找与所述场景信息相匹配的音 质预设值和音量增益值。
可选地, 当该数据库存放于网络侧时, 根据所述场景信息获得所述终端 的音质预设值和音量增益值, 包括: 将所述场景信息上传到网络侧, 使所述 网络侧查找与所述场景信息相匹配的音质预设值和音量增益值; 接收所述网 络侧返回的与所述场景信息相匹配的音质预设值和音量增益值。
本实施例中, 如果执行了步骤 202 , 则具体的需要根据用户与终端的距离 信息和终端所在的场景信息两个条件来获得音质预设值和音量增益值, 具体 获取方法与上述通过场景获取音质预设值和音量增益值的方法类似, 即在本 地查询数据库中与距离信息和场景信息对应的音质预设值和音量增益值, 或 是通过网络侧获得与距离信息和场景信息对应的音质预设值和音量增益值, 具体釆用哪种方式获得与距离信息和场景信息对应的音质预设值和音量增益 值, 本实施例对此不作具体限定。
本实施例中,为了提高通话双方的收听到的音质,不仅调整终端的 speaker (喇叭)音量的增益, 同时也可以调整麦克音量的增益, 所以本实施例中的 音质预设值和音量增益值包括: 喇八的音质预设值和音量增益值和麦克的音 质预设值和音量增益值。 当然也可以不调整麦克的增益值, 对此本实施例不 做具体限定。 本实施例中根据用户所在场景的不同和用户与设备间距离的不同, 给出 的增益是不同的, 如根据卧室环境、 办公环境和地铁环境的不同, 终端自动 调整音质和音量的输出, 得到最优的音质, 使用户在使用免提通话时获得更 好的用户体验。
204、 根据所述获得的音质预设值和音量增益值调整所述终端的音质和音 量。
本实施例中, 根据用户所在场景和用户与终端间的距离信息获得音质预 设值和音量增益值, 根据该音质预设值和音量增益值调整喇八或是麦克的音 质和音量, 使终端输出最优的音质。 具体的, 根据得到的音质预设值调整终 端的音质包括: 根据音质的预设值降低或增加频响、 回声、 双降和降噪等影 响音质的参数。 根据得到的音量增益值调整终端的音量包括: 根据增益值降 低或是增加音量的大小。
其中, 根据音质预设值和音量增益值调整喇八或是麦克的音质和音量的 方法与现有技术的方法类似, 对此本实施例不再赘述。
本实施例的有益效果包括: 当终端启动免提通话时, 获取所述终端所在 场景的信息; 根据所述场景信息获得所述终端的音质预设值和音量增益值; 根据所述获得的音质预设值和音量增益值分别调整所述终端的音质和音量, 从而控制终端的音质和音量, 使得用户能够收听到更好的音质, 提高用户在 使用免提终端时的体验感。 参见图 3 , 本实施例提供了一种控制音质和音量的装置, 包括: 第一获取 模块 301、 第二获取模块 302和调整模块 303。
第一获取模块 301 , 用于当终端启动免提通话时, 获取所述终端所在场景 的信息;
第二获取模块 302 ,用于根据所述场景信息获得所述终端的音质预设值和 音量增益值;
调整模块 303 ,用于根据所述获得的音质预设值和音量增益值分别调整所 述终端的音质和音量。
可选地, 参见图 4, 所述第一获取模块 301 , 包括:
第一启动单元 301a, 用于启动所述终端的摄像头, 使所述摄像头拍摄所 述终端的用户所在的场景信息。
可选地, 参见图 4 , 所述第一获取模块 301 , 包括:
第二启动单元 301b, 用于启动所述终端的红外线传感器, 根据所述红外 线传感器得到的温度信息获得所述终端的用户所在的场景信息。
可选地, 所述第二获取模块 302 , 包括:
查找单元 302a, 用于在本地查找与所述场景信息相匹配的音质和音量增 益值 或,
上传单元 302b, 用于将所述场景信息上传到网络侧, 使所述网络侧查找 与所述场景信息相匹配的音质预设值和音量增益值;
接收单元 302c, 用于接收所述网络侧返回的与所述场景信息相匹配的音 质预设值和音量增益值。
本实施例中, 所述终端的音质预设值和音量增益值包括: 喇八的音质预 设值和音量增益值和麦克的音质预设值和音量增益值。
本实施例的有益效果包括: 当终端启动免提通话时, 获取所述终端所在 场景的信息; 根据所述场景信息获得所述终端的音质预设值和音量增益值; 根据所述获得的音质预设值和音量的增益值分别调整所述终端的音质和音 量, 从而控制终端的音质和音量, 使得用户能够收听到更好的音质, 提高用 户在使用免提终端时的体验感。 需要说明的是: 上述提供的控制音质和音量的装置实施例中, 仅以上述 各功能模块的划分进行举例说明, 实际应用中, 可以根据需要而将上述功能 分配由不同的功能模块完成, 即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块, 以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。
另外, 上述实施例提供的控制音质和音量的装置与控制音质和音量的方 法实施例属于同一构思, 其具体实现过程详见方法实施例, 这里不再赘述。 参见图 5 , 本实施例中提供了一种终端, 包括: 处理器 400;
所述处理器 400 , 用于当终端启动免提通话时, 获取所述终端所在场景的 信息; 根据所述场景信息获得所述终端的音质预设值和音量增益值; 根据所 述获得的音质预设值和音量增益值分别调整所述终端的音质和音量。 参见图 5 , 所述终端包括: 喇叭 500和麦克 600 , 可选地, 所述终端还包 括: 摄像头 700和 /或红外传感器 800。
可选地, 所述获取所述终端所在场景的信息, 包括:
启动所述终端的摄像头, 使所述摄像头拍摄所述终端的用户所在的场景 信息; 或,
启动所述终端的红外线传感器, 根据所述红外线传感器得到的温度信息 获得所述终端的用户所在的场景信息。
可选地, 所述根据所述场景信息获得所述终端的音质预设值和音量增益 值, 包括:
在本地查找与所述场景信息相匹配的音质预设值和音量增益值; 或, 将所述场景信息上传到网络侧, 使所述网络侧查找与所述场景信息相匹 配的音质预设值和音量增益值;
接收所述网络侧返回的与所述场景信息相匹配的音质预设值和音量增益 值。
本实施例中, 所述终端的音质预设值和音量增益值包括: 喇八 500 的音 质预设值和音量增益值和麦克 600的音质预设值和音量增益值。
本实施例的有益效果包括: 当终端启动免提通话时, 获取所述终端所在 场景的信息; 根据所述场景信息获得所述终端的音质预设值和音量增益值; 根据所述获得的音质预设值和音量增益值分别调整所述终端的音质和音量, 从而控制终端的音质和音量, 使得用户能够收听到更好的音质, 提高用户在 使用免提终端时的体验感。 上述本发明实施例序号仅仅为了描述, 不代表实施例的优劣。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通 过硬件来完成, 也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成, 所述的程序可以存 储于一种计算机可读存储介质中, 上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘或光盘等。

Claims

权 利 要求 书
1、 一种控制音质和音量的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
当终端启动免提通话时, 获取所述终端所在场景的信息;
根据所述场景信息获得所述终端的音质预设值和音量增益值;
根据所述获得的音质预设值和音量增益值分别调整所述终端的音质和音 量。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取所述终端所在场景 的信息, 包括:
启动所述终端的摄像头, 使所述摄像头拍摄所述终端的用户所在的场景信 息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取所述终端所在场景 的信息, 包括:
启动所述终端的红外线传感器, 根据所述红外线传感器得到的温度信息获 得所述终端的用户所在的场景信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述场景 信息获得所述终端的音质预设值和音量增益值, 包括:
在本地查找与所述场景信息相匹配的音质预设值和音量增益值; 或, 将所述场景信息上传到网络侧, 使所述网络侧查找与所述场景信息相匹配 的音质预设值和音量增益值;
接收所述网络侧返回的与所述场景信息相匹配的音质预设值和音量增益 值。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端的音质预 设值和音量增益值包括: 喇八的音质预设值和音量增益值以及麦克的音质预设 值和音量增益值。
6、 一种控制音质和音量的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括: 第一获取模块, 用于当终端启动免提通话时, 获取所述终端所在场景的信 息;
第二获取模块, 用于根据所述场景信息获得所述终端的音质预设值和音量 增益值;
调整模块, 用于根据所述获得的音质预设值和音量增益值分别调整所述终 端的音质和音量。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一获取模块, 包括: 第一启动单元, 用于启动所述终端的摄像头, 使所述摄像头拍摄所述终端 的用户所在的场景信息。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一获取模块, 包括: 第二启动单元, 用于启动所述终端的红外线传感器, 根据所述红外线传感 器得到的温度信息获得所述终端的用户所在的场景信息。
9、根据权利要求 6-8任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二获取模块, 包括:
查找单元, 用于在本地查找与所述场景信息相匹配的音质预设值和音量增 益值 或,
上传单元, 用于将所述场景信息上传到网络侧, 使所述网络侧查找与所述 场景信息相匹配的音质预设值和音量增益值;
接收单元, 用于接收所述网络侧返回的与所述场景信息相匹配的音质预设 值和音量增益值。
10、根据权利要求 6-9任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述终端的音质预 设值和音量增益值包括: 喇八的音质预设值和音量增益值以及麦克的音质预设 值和音量增益值。
