如图 1所示,现有液晶显示装置一般包括前框 1、液晶显示面板 2、中框 3、 导光板 4、 背板 5等部件, 导光板 4上还附有光学膜片, 其中前框 1、 中框 3和 背板 5分别具有不同的功能, 前框 1主要用于固定液晶显示面板 2并防止其跳 脱, 背板 5主要用于承载光学膜片、 导光板 4、 灯条等部件, 而中框 3主要用于 和背板 5—起固定导光板 4、 光学膜片等光学组件, 同时承载液晶显示面板 2, 背板 5、 中框 3和由此两者固定的导光板 4、 光学膜片和灯条等结构构成了背光 模组。
现有的导光板是被中框压紧在背板内, 背光模组和液晶显示面板由前框固 定, 背光模组作为中间产品也需要进行转运, 在其运输过程中, 导光板仅由中 框进行固定限位。 由于装配及零件公差的因素, 有时会导致中框对导光板的压 紧力不够, 这样背光模组在运输过程中, 导光板可能会上下移动位置, 甚至倾 斜, 影响光学品质。 又或者, 如果希望对液晶显示装置的结构进行筒化, 背光 模组中不再设置中框, 或设置的中框不再起固定导光板的作用时, 在转运过程 中对导光板的固定成为较大的问题。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种背光模组及液晶显示装置, 所述背 光模组的导光板在垂直方向被很好地固定, 从而能保证背光模组在运输过程中 导光板不易移动, 从而具有较高的光学品质。

本实施例中,所述固定件 6包括头端 61和尾端 62, 头端 61和尾端 62通过 卡扣结构连接, 更具体的, 所述固定件的头端 61上设有第三固定孔 611 , 所述 尾端 62侧面设有卡扣 621 , 所述卡扣 621插入头端的第三固定孔 611 , 使头端 61和尾端 62连接, 卡扣连接安装快速, 可以提高装配效率。 本实施例中, 所述固定件 6的横截面为矩形, 所述固定件 6上的第三固定 孔 611为矩形, 尾端 62的横截面也为矩形, 这样可以使固定件 6与导光板 4和 背板 5表面紧密地贴合, 更好地起到固定作用。
本实施例中, 所述固定件 6为白色或无色透明的塑料件, 以免对导光板 4 的光学性能产生干扰。
作为本发明背光模组的实施例二, 如图 5所示, 与实施例一不同之处在于 所述构件单元包括框边构件 32, 分布在背板的四个边上, 相邻框边构件 32之间 存在间距, 本实施例其它结构及能达到的有益效果均与实施例——致, 此处不 再赘述。
当然, 在上面所有实施例中, 所述中框还可以由框角构件和框边构件共同 组成, 框角构件分布在背板的四个角落, 框边构件分布在背板的四个边上, 固 定件分布在相邻构件单元之间, 来实现固定导光板的目的。
作为本发明背光模组的实施例三, 如图 6所示, 与实施例一不同之处在于 所述背板侧壁 51上设有第二固定孔 53 ,所述固定件穿过导光板上的第一固定孔 41和背板上的第二固定孔 53把导光板 4固定在背板上, 当背板底部不适合设置 开孔时, 就可以采用此结构, 本实施例其它结构及能达到的有益效果均与实施 例——致, 此处不再赘述。
作为本发明背光模组的实施例四, 如图 7所示, 与实施例一不同之处在于 所述背板侧壁 51和底壁 52上均设有第二固定孔 53 , 所述固定件穿过导光板上 的第一固定孔 41和背板上的第二固定孔 53把导光板固定在背板上, 当背板侧 壁 51较高, 固定件环绕整个背板侧壁 51时, 导光板在垂直方向上可能会存在 一定的移动空间, 在背板侧壁 51中部设置第二固定孔 53 , 可以使固定件更好地 固定导光板, 第二固定孔 53与导光板的高度接近时, 固定效果更好, 本实施例 其它结构及能达到的有益效果均与实施例——致, 此处不再赘述。
作为液晶显示装置另一实施例, 包括导光板 4和背板 5 , 背板 5 包括侧壁 51和底壁 52, 所述导光板 4设置在背板 5内, 所述导光板 4上设有第一固定孔 41 , 所述背板侧壁或底壁上设有第二固定孔 53 , 上面所述的固定件 6可以仅仅 在背光模组的运输过程中使用, 而在组装成液晶显示装置时被去除, 导光板 4 可通过上方的其他部件, 如液晶显示面板压紧固定, 故在背板侧壁或底壁上遗 留有第二固定孔 53 , 在导光板 4上遗留有第一固定孔 41。
在本实施例中, 所述液晶显示装置无论是不使用中框, 还是使用分段式中 框, 即所述中框包括多个构件单元, 相邻的构件单元之间设有间距, 所述固定 件设置在相邻中框构件单元之间, 都能在运输过程中保证导光板不移动, 从而 保证背光模组的光学品质。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种背光模组, 包括导光板和背板, 背板包括侧壁和底壁, 所述导光板 设置在背板内, 背光模组还包括固定件, 所述导光板上设有第一固定孔, 所述 背板侧壁或底壁上设有第二固定孔, 所述固定件穿过导光板上的第一固定孔和 背板上的第二固定孔把导光板固定在背板上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述固定件包括头端和尾端, 头端和尾端通过卡扣结构连接。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述固定件的头端上设有第三 固定孔, 所述尾端侧面设有卡扣, 所述卡扣插入头端的第三固定孔, 使头端和 尾端连接。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述固定件的横截面为矩形, 固定件上的第三固定孔为矩形, 尾端的横截面也为矩形。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述固定件为白色或无色透明 的塑料件。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述背光模组还包括中框, 所 述中框设置在导光板上方, 中框包括多个构件单元, 相邻的构件单元之间设有 间距, 所述固定件设置在相邻中框构件单元之间。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述构件单元包括框角构件, 分 布在背板的四个角落, 或者所述构件单元包括框边构件, 分布在背板的四个边 上。
8、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括背光模组, 所述背光模组包括导光板和背板, 背板包括侧壁和底壁, 所述导光板设置在背板内, 背光模组还包括固定件, 所 述导光板上设有第一固定孔, 所述背板侧壁或底壁上设有第二固定孔, 所述固 定件穿过导光板上的第一固定孔和背板上的第二固定孔把导光板固定在背板 上。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述固定件包括头端和尾 端, 头端和尾端通过卡扣结构连接。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述固定件的头端上设 有第三固定孔, 所述尾端侧面设有卡扣, 所述卡扣插入头端的第三固定孔, 使 头端和尾端连接。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述固定件的横截面为 矩形, 固定件上的第三固定孔为矩形, 尾端的横截面也为矩形。
12、 根据权利要求 8所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述固定件为白色或无 色透明的塑料件。
13、 根据权利要求 8所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述背光模组还包括中 框, 所述中框设置在导光板上方, 中框包括多个构件单元, 相邻的构件单元之 间设有间距, 所述固定件设置在相邻中框构件单元之间。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述构件单元包括框角构 件, 分布在背板的四个角落, 或者所述构件单元包括框边构件, 分布在背板的 四个边上。
15、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括导光板和背板, 背板包括侧壁, 所述导光板 设置在背板内, 所述导光板上设有第一固定孔, 所述背板侧壁或底壁上设有第 二固定孔。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述液晶显示装置无中 框; 或者包括中框, 所述中框设置在导光板上方, 中框包括多个构件单元, 相 邻的构件单元之间设有间距, 所述固定件设置在相邻中框构件单元之间。
17、 根据权利要求 15所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述液晶显示装置包括 中框, 所述中框设置在导光板上方, 中框包括多个构件单元, 相邻的构件单元 之间设有间距, 所述固定件设置在相邻中框构件单元之间。
