一种用于环锭纺技术的直接润滑结构,属于环锭纺纱技术领域,适用于所有环锭纺细纱机,包括钢领本体(1),所述钢领本体(1)的上部设置有钢领跑道(2),下部固定于钢领板(4)上,所述钢领本体(1)上开设有与钢领跑道(2)相连通的输油通道(5),所述输油通道(5)内设置有输油芯(6),配合输油芯(6)设置有盛放润滑油(8)的储油盒(7),所述储油盒(7)上设置有自锁密封口(9),所述输油芯(6)的一端浸没在储油盒(7)内的润滑油(8)中,另一端穿过自锁密封口(9)伸入输油通道(5)内。上述用于环锭纺技术的直接润滑结构在环锭纺高速运行时润滑油进入钢领和钢丝圈的接触面,减小两者之间的摩擦力,从而延长钢领和钢丝圈的使用寿命,稳定产品质量,提高纺纱速度。

Description

一种用于环锭纺技术的直接润滑结构 技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于环锭纺技术的直接润滑结构。 背景技术
环锭纺纱 (ring spinning)是目前市场上用量最多, 最通用的纺纱方法,钢领钢 丝圈是环锭纺技术的核心部件, 通过钢丝圈在钢领跑道上高速回转对纱线进行 加捻卷绕, 目前的钢领和钢丝圈处于高温、 高速、 干摩擦状态, 运行一段时间 后必须调换, 既影响设备效率和产品质量, 也是制约纺纱速度的瓶颈。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于环锭纺技术的直接润滑结构, 其能够减少 钢丝圈在运行过程中与钢领跑道的摩擦力, 延长了钢领和钢丝圈的使用寿命以 及提高了纺纱速度, 以解决现有技术中环锭纺的钢领和钢丝圈易磨损、 更换频 繁的问题。
为达此目的, 本发明釆用以下技术方案:
一种用于环锭纺技术的直接润滑结构, 其包括钢领本体, 所述钢领本体的 上部设置有钢领跑道, 下部固定于钢领板上, 其中, 所述钢领本体上开设有与 钢领跑道相连通的输油通道, 所述输油通道内设置有输油芯, 配合输油芯设置 有盛放润滑油的储油盒, 所述储油盒上设置有自锁密封口, 所述输油芯的一端 浸没在储油盒内的润滑油中, 另一端穿过自锁密封口伸入输油通道内。
特别地, 所述输油通道开设于钢领本体的内部。
特别地, 所述输油通道开设于钢领本体的外表面上。
特别地, 所述输油通道为圓形、 矩形或 "V"字型的任一种。
特别地, 所述输油通道釆用直通或弯曲的任一种形式。
特别地, 所述储油盒固定于钢领板上, 且位于钢领本体的下方。

本发明的有益效果为, 与现有技术相比所述用于环锭纺技术的直接润滑结 构在钢领上开设输油通道, 输油芯布置于输油通道内并与储油盒内的润滑油接 触, 在钢丝圈的运行过程中, 储油盒中的润滑油通过输油芯, 持续地输送到钢 领和钢丝圈的接触面上, 减少了钢丝圈与钢领跑道的摩擦, 从而延长了钢领和 钢丝圈的使用寿命, 提高了纺纱的速度, 稳定了产品质量。 附图说明

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
请参阅图 1及图 2所示, 图 1是本发明具体实施方式 1提供的用于环锭纺 技术的直接润滑结构的结构示意图; 图 2是环锭纺加捻卷绕机构的结构示意图。
本实施例中, 一种用于环锭纺技术的直接润滑结构包括钢领本体 1 , 所述 钢领本体 1 的上部设置有钢领跑道 2, 所述钢领跑道 2上设置有绕钢领跑道 2 高速运行的钢丝圈 3 , 所述钢领本体 1下部固定于钢领板 4的上方, 所述钢领 本体 1 内开设有与钢领跑道 2相连通的输油通道 5 , 所述输油通道 5内设置有 输油芯 6, 配合输油芯 6于钢领板 4的下方固定有盛放润滑油 8的储油盒 7 , 所 述储油盒 7上设置有自锁密封口 9, 所述输油芯 6的一端浸没在储油盒 7内的 润滑油 8中, 另一端穿过自锁密封口 9伸入输油通道 5内。
另外, 所述输油通道 5还可开设于钢领本体 1的外表面上, 只需输油芯 6 能将润滑油 8输送到钢丝圈 3与钢领跑道 2的摩擦面上即可。 所述输油通道 5 可釆用直通或弯曲的任一种形式,其截面形状为圓形、矩形或 "V"字型的任一种。 所述储油盒 7的外形可为圓形、 矩形或椭圓形的任一种, 所述输油芯 6可为釆 用空心的或者实芯的材料制成。
工作时, 纱线 10从前罗拉 11输出, 经导纱钩 12进入钢丝圈 3 , 钢丝圈 3 在管纱 13的带动下沿钢领跑道 2高速回转, 给纱线 10加上捻度, 并卷绕到管 纱 13上。 在这过程中, 储油盒 7中的润滑油 8通过输油芯 6 , 持续地输送到钢 丝圈 3与钢领跑道 2的接触面上, 利用润滑油 8的润滑作用, 减少了钢丝圈 3 与钢领跑道 2之间的摩擦力, 从而延长了钢领和钢丝圈 3的使用寿命, 提高了 纺纱的速度, 稳定了产品质量。

1、 一种用于环锭纺技术的直接润滑结构, 其包括钢领本体, 所述钢领本体 的上部设置有钢领跑道, 下部固定于钢领板上, 其特征在于, 所述钢领本体上 开设有与钢领跑道相连通的输油通道, 所述输油通道内设置有输油芯, 配合输 油芯设置有盛放润滑油的储油盒, 所述储油盒上设置有自锁密封口, 所述输油 芯的一端浸没在储油盒内的润滑油中,另一端穿过自锁密封口伸入输油通道内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于环锭纺技术的直接润滑结构, 其特征在于, 所述输油通道开设于钢领本体的内部。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于环锭纺技术的直接润滑结构, 其特征在于, 所述输油通道开设于钢领本体的外表面上。
4、根据权利要求 1、 2或 3任一项所述的用于环锭纺技术的直接润滑结构, 其特征在于, 所述输油通道为圓形、 矩形或 "V"字型的任一种。
5、根据权利要求 1、 2或 3任一项所述的用于环锭纺技术的直接润滑结构, 其特征在于, 所述输油通道釆用直通或弯曲的任一种形式。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于环锭纺技术的直接润滑结构, 其特征在于, 所述储油盒固定于钢领板上, 且位于钢领本体的下方。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于环锭纺技术的直接润滑结构, 其特征在于, 所述储油盒为圓形、 矩形或椭圓形的任一种。
