Description
本発明は、隣り合う伝熱管の隙間に設けられ、伝熱管の振動を抑制する振動抑制部材、振動抑制部材の配設方法及び蒸気発生器に関するものである。
従来、内部に複数の伝熱管を設けた蒸気発生器が知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。蒸気発生器に設けられた各伝熱管は、U字形状に形成されており、伝熱管の内部を冷却材等の流体が流通する。流体が伝熱管の内部を流通すると、U字形の伝熱管の円弧部では、流体の流通による振動(流体励起振動)が発生する。このため、蒸気発生器には、円弧部となる複数の伝熱管の隙間に振動抑制部材としての振れ止め金具が挿入される。
ここで、特許文献1に記載の振れ止め金具は、ピンで組み立てられたパンタグラフ機構を有する骨組構造物であり、折り畳まれた状態で複数の伝熱管の隙間に挿入される。そして、挿入された振れ止め金具は、パンタグラフ機構により拡張されることで、振れ止め金具の幅を伝熱管の隙間よりも若干広く拡張させ、伝熱管に接触させた状態とする。
ところで、複数の伝熱管の隙間は、寸法公差等の各種要因により、必ずしも一定にはなっておらず、ばらつきがある。ここで、特許文献1に記載の振れ止め金具は、パンタグラフ機構により伝熱管の隙間を均等に拡張する。複数の伝熱管の隙間を均等に拡張する場合、局所的に伝熱管の隙間が広い部分があれば、その部分における伝熱管に、拡張後の振れ止め金具を接触させることができない可能性がある。
そこで、本発明は、伝熱管に対し好適に接触させて、伝熱管の振動を抑制することができる振動抑制部材、振動抑制部材の配設方法及び蒸気発生器を提供することを課題とする。
本発明の振動抑制部材は、隣り合う伝熱管の隙間に配置される中空部材と、中空部材に設けられ、中空部材の内部に流体を流入させることで、中空部材を膨張させるための流入口と、を備えることを特徴とする。
この構成によれば、伝熱管の隙間に挿入された中空部材は、その内部に流入口を介して流体が流入することで膨張する。このとき、膨張する中空部材は、伝熱管に接触すると、接触した部分の変位が伝熱管により拘束される。つまり、膨張する中空部材は、伝熱管に接触しない限り変位する。換言すれば、膨張する中空部材は、伝熱管に接触するまで変位する。このため、伝熱管の隙間にばらつきがある場合であっても、中空部材は、膨張することで、伝熱管に対し好適に接触させることができ、これにより、伝熱管の振動を好適に抑制することができる。なお、中空部材の変位は、弾性変形であってもよいし、塑性変形であってもよい。
この場合、中空部材は、流体の流入前において隙間よりも小さく、流体の流入後において隙間よりも大きくなることが好ましい。
この構成によれば、中空部材を伝熱管に対し確実に接触させることができるため、伝熱管の振動をより好適に抑制することができる。
この場合、中空部材は、所定の部位における厚さが、基準となる基準厚さに比して薄くなっていることが好ましい。
この構成によれば、中空部材の所定の部位が薄いため、中空部材の所定の部位は、膨張し易いものとなる。このため、中空部材の所定の部位を、伝熱管に接触させたい部位とすることで、伝熱管に狙って中空部材を膨張させることができる。
この場合、流入口は、複数の中空部材の内部同士を連通する連通管に接続されることが好ましい。
この構成によれば、中空部材に設けられた流入口を連通管に接続することで、複数の中空部材の内部同士を連通させることができる。このため、複数の中空部材の内圧を均一にすることができる。また、複数の中空部材の内圧が同じ圧力となることから、内圧を一様に管理することができるため、圧力管理を容易にすることができる。
本発明の振動抑制部材の配設方法は、上記の振動抑制部材を、伝熱管の隙間に配置する振動抑制部材の配設方法であって、流体の流入前の振動抑制部材の中空部材を隙間に配置する配置工程と、流入口を介して中空部材の内部に流体を流入させて、中空部材を膨張させる膨張工程と、中空部材を膨張させた状態で、流入口を封止する封止工程と、を備えることを特徴とする。
この構成によれば、配置工程により伝熱管の隙間に挿入される中空部材は、膨張工程において、流入口を介して中空部材の内部に流体が流入されることで膨張する。これにより、膨張する中空部材は、内圧により弾性変形しながら伝熱管に好適に接触することができる。そして、封止工程において、膨張状態の中空部材の内部の流体を封止することで、中空部材を伝熱管に押し付けた状態とすることができる。このため、膨張する中空部材を伝熱管に好適に接触させて、伝熱管の振動を抑制することができる。また、中空部材の流入口を封止することで、中空部材の内部の圧力を中空部材の外部の圧力よりも高圧にすることができるため、中空部材を伝熱管に常に押し付けた状態とすることができる。
本発明の他の振動抑制部材の配設方法は、上記の振動抑制部材を、伝熱管の隙間に配置する振動抑制部材の配設方法であって、流体の流入前の振動抑制部材の中空部材を隙間に配置する配置工程と、流入口を介して中空部材の内部に流体を流入させて、中空部材を膨張させる膨張工程と、膨張させた中空部材の内部から流体を流出させる流体流出工程と、を備えることを特徴とする。
この構成によれば、配置工程により伝熱管の隙間に挿入される中空部材は、膨張工程において、流入口を介して中空部材の内部に流体が流入されることで膨張する。これにより、膨張する中空部材は、内圧により変形しながら伝熱管に好適に接触することができる。そして、流体流出工程において、変形した中空部材の内部の流体を流出させることで、内部の圧力を開放することができる。このため、変形した中空部材を伝熱管に好適に接触させて、伝熱管の振動を抑制することができる。また、中空部材の内部を開放することで、中空部材の内部の圧力を中空部材の外部の圧力と同じ圧力にすることができるため、中空部材の内部の状態を安定なものにすることができる。
本発明の蒸気発生器は、内部に空間を有する角筒体であり、前記角筒体の一方の端部に流入口と、前記角筒体の一方の端部に開放口とを備え、V字型に形成される振動抑制部材を有することを特徴とする。
この構成によれば、伝熱管の隙間に挿入された角筒体の内部に流入口を介して流体を流入させ、角筒体を膨張させることで、伝熱管に対し角筒体を好適に接触させることができ、これにより、伝熱管の振動を好適に抑制することができる。
以下に、本発明に係る実施例を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。なお、この実施例によりこの発明が限定されるものではない。また、下記実施例における構成要素には、当業者が置換可能かつ容易なもの、あるいは実質的に同一のものが含まれる。
図1は、実施例1の拡管治具が用いられる蒸気発生器の側断面概略図である。伝熱管を内部に複数有するものとして、例えば、加圧水型原子炉(PWR:Pressurized Water Reactor)に用いられる蒸気発生器1がある。この蒸気発生器1には、原子炉内を流通する原子炉冷却材及び中性子減速材としての一次冷却材(例えば、軽水)と、タービン内を流通する二次冷却材とが流入する。そして、蒸気発生器1では、高温高圧となった一次冷却材を、二次冷却材と熱交換させることにより、二次冷却材を蒸発させて蒸気を発生させ、かつ高温高圧となった一次冷却材を冷却している。
蒸気発生器1は、上下方向に延在し、かつ密閉された中空円筒形状となっている。蒸気発生器1は、上半部に対して下半部が若干小径とされた胴部2を有している。胴部2は、その下半部内に、該胴部2の内壁面と所定間隔をもって配置された円筒形状を成す管群外筒3が設けられている。この管群外筒3は、その下端部が、胴部2の下半部内の下方に配置された管板4近傍まで延設されている。管群外筒3内には、伝熱管群51が設けられている。伝熱管群51は、逆U字形状をなす複数の伝熱管5から成る。各伝熱管5は、U字形状の円弧部が上方側に凸となるように配置され、下方側の両端部が管板4に支持されていると共に、中間部が複数の管支持板6を介して管群外筒3に支持されている。管支持板6には、多数の貫通孔(図示せず)が形成されており、この貫通孔内に各伝熱管5が挿通されている。
胴部2は、その下端部に水室7が設けられている。水室7は、内部が隔壁8により入室71と出室72とに区画されている。入室71は、各伝熱管5の一端部が連通され、出室72は、各伝熱管5の他端部が連通されている。また、入室71は、胴部2の外部に通じる入口ノズル74が形成され、出室72は、胴部2の外部に通じる出口ノズル75が形成されている。そして、入口ノズル74は、加圧水型原子炉から一次冷却材が送られる冷却水配管(図示せず)が連結され、出口ノズル75は、熱交換された後の一次冷却材を加圧水型原子炉に送る冷却水配管(図示せず)が連結される。
胴部2は、その上半部内に、熱交換後の二次冷却材を蒸気(気相)と熱水(液相)とに分離する気水分離器9、および分離された蒸気の湿分を除去して乾き蒸気に近い状態とする湿分分離器10が設けられている。気水分離器9と伝熱管群51との間には、外部から胴部2内に二次冷却材の給水を行う給水管11が挿入されている。さらに、胴部2は、その上端部に、蒸気排出口12が形成されている。また、胴部2は、その下半部内に、給水管11からこの胴部2内に給水された二次冷却材を、胴部2と管群外筒3との間を流下させて管板4にて折り返させ、伝熱管群51に沿って上昇させる給水路13が形成されている。なお、蒸気排出口12は、タービンに蒸気を送る冷却水配管(図示せず)が連結され、給水管11は、タービンで使用された蒸気が復水器(図示せず)で冷却された二次冷却材を供給するための冷却水配管(図示せず)が連結される。
このような蒸気発生器1において、加圧水型原子炉で加熱された一次冷却材は、入室71に送られ、多数の伝熱管5内を通って循環して出室72に至る。一方、復水器で冷却された二次冷却材は、給水管11に送られ、胴部2内の給水路13を通って伝熱管群51に沿って上昇する。このとき、胴部2内で、高温高圧の一次冷却材と二次冷却材との間で熱交換が行われる。そして、冷却された一次冷却材は、出室72から加圧水型原子炉に戻される。一方、高温高圧の一次冷却材と熱交換を行った二次冷却材は、胴部2内を上昇し、気水分離器9で蒸気と熱水とに分離される。そして、分離された蒸気は、湿分分離器10で湿分が除去されてからタービンに送られる。
このように構成された蒸気発生器1では、一次冷却材が各伝熱管5内を通過する際、逆U字形状の円弧部にて流体励起振動が発生する。そこで、伝熱管5の円弧部には、伝熱管5の振動を抑制する複数の振動抑制部材14が設けられている。
図2は、蒸気発生器に設けられる伝熱管群の斜視概略図である。伝熱管群51の上端部は、逆U字形状となる複数の伝熱管5の円弧部が配置されることで、半球形状に形成されている。つまり、図2に示すように、各伝熱管5は、面内において所定の曲率半径で曲げられている。複数の伝熱管5は、各面内において曲率半径の径方向外側に向かうにつれて曲率半径が大きくなるように設けられると共に、軸方向が平行となるように並べて設けられることで伝熱管層5Aとなる。
また、図2に示すように、伝熱管層5Aは、その面内方向に直交する面外方向に所定の隙間を空けて平行に並べて設けられている。この複数の伝熱管層5Aでは、面内において曲率半径の径方向の最外側にあるそれぞれの伝熱管5が、面外方向の外側に向かうにつれて曲率半径が小さくなっている。このように複数の伝熱管5が並べられることで、伝熱管群51の上端部は半球形状に形成される。
複数の振動抑制部材14は、平行に並んだ複数の伝熱管層5Aの間にそれぞれ挿入される。各振動抑制部材14は、V字形状に折り曲げて形成されており、折り曲げられた屈曲部が伝熱管5の曲率半径における径方向の中心側(内側)に位置するように配置され、その両端部が径方向の外側に位置するように配置される。振動抑制部材14の両端部は、曲率半径の径方向の最外側にある伝熱管5から外側に突出している。
複数の振動抑制部材14は、V字形状の大きい振動抑制部材14と、V字形状の小さい振動抑制部材14とを含んでいる。そして、V字形状の大きい振動抑制部材14の内側には、V字形状の小さい振動抑制部材14が配置されることで対を成している。対を成した振動抑制部材14は、面外方向に隣り合う(積層される)2層の伝熱管層5Aの隙間において、例えば3組配設される。3組の対となる振動抑制部材14は、曲率半径の周方向に沿って設けられる。
上記のように、複数の振動抑制部材14が配設されることで、複数の振動抑制部材14の端部は、伝熱管群51の半球形状の円弧に沿って伝熱管層5Aの面外方向に一列に並んで配置される。また、一列となる振動抑制部材14の端部は、伝熱管群51の半球形状の円弧に沿って伝熱管層5Aの面内方向に沿って所定の間隔を空けて複数列配設される。つまり、複数の振動抑制部材14の端部は、格子状に配置される。
各振動抑制部材14の両端部には、接合部材15がそれぞれ設けられている。この接合部材15は、後述する保持部材16に接合される。なお、接合部材15は、例えば、ステンレス等の金属材で構成されている。
保持部材16は、図2に示すように、伝熱管群51の半球状の外周に沿って円弧状に形成された棒体である。この保持部材16は、伝熱管群51の半球形状の円弧に沿って一列に並んだ各振動抑制部材14の端部を繋ぐように配置される。そして、この保持部材16には、各振動抑制部材14の端部に設けられた接合部材15が溶接等により接合される。
なお、振動抑制部材14は、V字形状のものを用いたが、直方体形状(直線形状)のものを用いたり、あるいは、V字形状のものと直方体形状のものとを混在して用いたりしてもよく、特に限定されない。
次に、図3を参照して、振動抑制部材14について説明する。図3は、実施例1の振動抑制部材の模式的な構成を示す模式図である。図3に示すように、振動抑制部材14は、内部に空間を有する円筒管(中空部材)31と、円筒管31の一方の端部に設けられた流入口32と、円筒管31の一方の端部に設けられた開放口33とを備えている。また、流入口32には、供給管34を介して流体供給装置35が接続されている。
円筒管31は、直管をV字形状となるようにプレス成形を行うことで形成される。円筒管31の内部には、流体が流入可能となっている。円筒管31は、その内部に流体が流入することで膨張する。このとき、円筒管31は膨張することで弾性変形する。円筒管31は、膨張前において、隣り合う伝熱管層5Aの隙間よりも小さく形成されている。つまり、円筒管31の外径は、膨張前において、隣り合う伝熱管層5Aの隙間よりも小径となっている。一方で、円筒管31は、膨張後において、隣り合う伝熱管層5Aの隙間よりも大きくなる。なお、実施例1では、円筒管31が弾性変形する場合について説明するが、塑性変形する構成であってもよい。また、後述する振動抑制部材の配設方法では、弾性変形する場合と、塑性変形する場合とで異なるため、それぞれの場合について説明する。
この円筒管31の他方の端部には、閉塞プラグ37が設けられている。閉塞プラグ37は、円筒管31の他方の開口を気密に閉塞している。閉塞プラグ37は、閉塞可能な形状であればいずれであってもよく、例えば、図3に示すように、断面凹状のキャップとして形成してもよい。この場合、閉塞プラグ37は、円筒管31の他方の開口に圧入されることで、円筒管31の他方の開口を閉塞する。なお、円板状の閉塞プラグ37を円筒管31の他方の開口に配置し、閉塞プラグ37と円筒管31の他方の開口とを溶接してもよい。
図4は、実施例1の振動抑制部材の一方の端部を示す模式図である。図4に示すように、円筒管31の一方の端部には、流入口32と開放口33とが設けられている。流入口32は、円筒管31の軸方向において、円筒管31の端部から突出して設けられている。この流入口32には、開閉弁41が設けられており、開閉弁41は、流入口32を開閉可能となっている。開閉弁41は、円筒管31の内部に流体を流入させる場合に開弁される。一方で、開閉弁41は、円筒管31の内部からの流体の流出を抑制する場合に閉弁される。この流入口32には、供給管34の一方の端部が接続される。このとき、流入口32と供給管34とは、ジョイント継ぎ手等を用いて接続してもよい。
開放口33は、流入口32と同様に、円筒管31の軸方向において、円筒管31の端部から突出して設けられている。この開放口33には、開閉弁42が設けられており、開閉弁42は、開放口33を開閉可能となっている。開閉弁42は、円筒管31の内部に流体を流入させ、内部のエアーを流出させる場合に開弁される。一方で、開閉弁42は、円筒管31の内部からエアーが流出して、円筒管31の内部からの流体の流出を抑制する場合に閉弁される。
流体供給装置35は、円筒管31の流入口32へ向けて流体を供給する。流体としては、例えば、水または空気等が用いられる。なお、振動抑制部材14は、伝熱管5回りに設けられることから、流体として、加熱時における膨張を考慮し、水を用いることが好ましい。また、流体供給装置35としては、持ち運び可能な手扱ぎポンプを用いることで、振動抑制部材14への流体の供給を容易に行うことが可能となる。
次に、図5を参照して、振動抑制部材の配設方法について説明する。図5は、振動抑制部材の配設方法に関するフローチャートである。なお、図5に示す振動抑制部材14の配設方法は、円筒管31が弾性変形する場合の配設方法である。先ず、隣り合う伝熱管層5Aの隙間に、振動抑制部材14を挿入して、所定の位置に配設する(ステップS11:配置工程)。この後、供給管34を振動抑制部材14の流入口32に接続して、流体供給装置35から振動抑制部材14へ向けて流体を供給可能な状態とする。続いて、開閉弁41および開閉弁42を開弁して、流入口32および開放口33を開放した後、流体供給装置35から流体を供給する。
流体供給装置35から流体が供給されると、円筒管31の内部に流体が流入し、円筒管31の内部が流体で満たされる。このとき、円筒管31の内部のエアーは、円筒管31の内部に流体が流入することで流出する。円筒管31の内部が流体で満たされると、続いて、開閉弁42を閉弁し、開放口33を閉じる。すると、開放口33が閉じた状態で流入口32から流体が供給されるため、円筒管31は弾性変形しながら膨張する(ステップS12:膨張工程)。このとき、膨張する円筒管31は、伝熱管5に接触すると、接触した部分の変位が伝熱管5により拘束される。つまり、膨張する円筒管31は、伝熱管5に接触するまで変位する。このため、伝熱管5の隙間にばらつきがある場合であっても、円筒管31は、膨張することで、伝熱管5に対し好適に接触できる。円筒管31の膨張後、開閉弁41を閉弁し、流入口32を閉じる(ステップS13:封止工程)。これにより、円筒管31の膨張状態を維持することができるため、振動抑制部材14を伝熱管5に対し接触させた状態にすることができる。そして、流体供給装置35からの流体の供給を停止することで、振動抑制部材14の配設を完了する。
次に、図6を参照して、振動抑制部材の他の配設方法について説明する。図6は、振動抑制部材の他の配設方法に関するフローチャートである。なお、図6に示す振動抑制部材14の配設方法は、円筒管31が塑性変形する場合の配設方法である。ここで、図5の振動抑制部材の配設方法と重複する部分については、説明を省略する。
先ず、図5のステップS11と同様に、隣り合う伝熱管層5Aの隙間に、振動抑制部材14を挿入して、所定の位置に配設する(ステップS21:配置工程)。この後、図5のステップS12と同様に、円筒管31の内部を流体で満たした後、開閉弁42を閉弁し、開放口33を閉じて、円筒管31を膨張させる(ステップS22:膨張工程)。このとき、円筒管31は、塑性変形しながら膨張する。円筒管31の膨張後、流体供給装置35からの流体の供給を停止し、開閉弁42を開弁することで、開放口33を開放する(ステップS23:開放(流体流出)工程)。このとき、円筒管31は塑性変形していることから、開放口33を開放しても、円筒管31の膨張状態を維持することができる。このため、振動抑制部材14を伝熱管5に対し接触させた状態にすることができる。以上で振動抑制部材14の配設を完了する。
以上のように、実施例1の構成によれば、伝熱管5の隙間に挿入された円筒管31は、その内部に流入口32を介して流体が流入することで膨張する。このため、伝熱管5の隙間にばらつきがある場合であっても、円筒管31が膨張することで、伝熱管5に対し円筒管31を好適に接触させることができる。これにより、振動抑制部材14は、伝熱管5の振動を好適に抑制することができる。
また、実施例1の構成によれば、円筒管31は、流体の流入前において隙間よりも小さく、流体の流入後において隙間よりも大きくなる。このため、円筒管31を伝熱管5に対し確実に接触させることができるため、伝熱管5の振動をより好適に抑制することができる。
また、実施例1の構成によれば、膨張工程S12において、膨張する円筒管31は、内圧により弾性変形しながら伝熱管5に接触する。そして、封止工程S13において、膨張状態の円筒管31の内部の流体を封止することで、円筒管31を伝熱管5に押し付けた状態とすることができる。このため、膨張する円筒管31を伝熱管5に好適に接触させて、伝熱管5の振動を抑制することができる。また、円筒管31の流入口32を封止することで、円筒管31の内部の圧力を円筒管31の外部の圧力よりも高圧にすることができるため、円筒管31を伝熱管5に常に押し付けた状態とすることができる。
また、実施例1の構成によれば、膨張工程S22において、膨張する円筒管31は、内圧により塑性変形しながら伝熱管5に接触する。そして、開放工程S23において、膨張状態の円筒管31の内部の圧力を開放することで、円筒管31を伝熱管5に押し付けた状態とすることができる。このため、塑性変形した円筒管31を伝熱管5に好適に接触させて、伝熱管5の振動を抑制することができる。また、円筒管31の内部を開放することで、円筒管31の内部の圧力を円筒管31の外部の圧力と同じ圧力にすることができるため、円筒管31の内部の状態を安定なものにすることができる。
次に、図7及び図8を参照して、実施例2について説明する。なお、実施例2では、実施例1と重複する記載を避けるべく、実施例1と異なる部分についてのみ言及する。図7は、実施例2の振動抑制部材の模式的な構成を示す模式図である。図8は、実施例2の振動抑制部材の所定の部位を示す断面図である。実施例2の振動抑制部材80は、所定の部位における厚さが、基準となる基準厚さに比して薄くなっている。以下、実施例2の振動抑制部材80について説明する。
図7に示すように、実施例2の振動抑制部材80は、内部に空間を有する角筒体(中空部材)81と、角筒体81の一方の端部に設けられた流入口82と、角筒体81の一方の端部に設けられた開放口(図示省略)とを備えている。また、流入口82には、供給管34を介して流体供給装置35が接続されている。
角筒体81は、4つの側部を有する断面四角形の筒体となっており、V字形状に形成される。角筒体81は、断面凹状に形成された一対の凹状部材81aの両端部を突き合わせて開先を形成し、開先を溶接等により接合して構成されている。角筒体81の内部には、流体が流入可能となっている。角筒体81は、その内部に流体が流入することで膨張する。なお、角筒体81は、実施例1と同様に、膨張することで弾性変形してもよいし、塑性変形してもよい。
このように構成された角筒体81は、4つの側部のうち、対向する一対の側部が伝熱管5に接触し、対向する他の一対の側部が伝熱管5に非接触となる。膨張前の角筒体81は、伝熱管5に接触する対向する一対の側部を結ぶ方向において、隣り合う伝熱管層5Aの隙間よりも小さく形成されている。一方で、膨張後の角筒体81は、伝熱管5に接触する対向する一対の側部を結ぶ方向において、隣り合う伝熱管層5Aの隙間よりも大きくなる。
また、図8に示すように、角筒体81は、伝熱管5に接触する側部の板厚が、所定の部位85において薄くなっている。なお、所定の部位85は、例えば、伝熱管5に接触する部位である。つまり、角筒体81は、その板厚が基準となる基準厚さとなっており、部位85が基準厚さに比して薄くなっている。換言すれば、部位85における厚さは、部位85以外における厚さに比して薄くなっている。このとき、部位85の外面は、部位85以外の部位の外面と同一面となっており、一方で、部位85の内面は、部位85以外の部位の内面と異なる面となっている。これは、部位85を薄くする場合、角筒体81の内面側に凹状の溝部を形成して薄くしているためである。なお、実施例2では、角筒体81の内面側に凹状の溝部を形成して部位85の厚さを薄くしたが、この構成に限らず、角筒体81の外面側に凹状の溝部を形成して部位85の厚さを薄くしてもよい。また、溝部は、予め加工により凹状部材81aに形成されている。
また、角筒体81は、その他方の端部が気密に閉塞され、その一方の端部に流入口82と開放口とが設けられている。なお、流入口82と開放口とは、実施例1と同様であるため、説明を省略する。
このように構成された振動抑制部材80の角筒体81の内部に、流体供給装置35から流体が供給されると、角筒体81は変形しながら膨張する。このとき、角筒体81は、部位85が他の部位よりも厚さが薄いため、他の部位に比して部位85が膨張し易いものとなる。
以上のように、実施例2の構成によれば、角筒体81の所定の部位85を薄くすることができるため、所定の部位85を膨張させ易くすることができる。このため、例えば、部位85を、伝熱管5に接触する部位とすることで、伝熱管5に的を絞って角筒体81を膨張させることができる。
次に、図9を参照して、実施例3について説明する。なお、実施例3でも、実施例1と重複する記載を避けるべく、実施例1と異なる部分についてのみ言及する。図9は、実施例3の振動抑制部材の模式的な構成を示す模式図である。実施例3の振動抑制部材90は、連通管95に複数接続されており、連通管95を介して複数の振動抑制部材90に流体が供給される。以下、実施例3の振動抑制部材90について説明する。
図9に示すように、実施例3の振動抑制部材90は、連通管95に複数接続されている。このとき、連通管95に接続された複数の振動抑制部材90のうち、その1つの振動抑制部材90aに連通管95及び流体供給装置35が接続されており、その他の振動抑制部材90bに連通管95が接続されている。
振動抑制部材90aは、内部に空間を有する円筒管(中空部材)91aと、円筒管91aの一方の端部に設けられた流入口92aと、他方の端部に設けられた流出口93とを備えている。また、流入口92aには、供給管34を介して流体供給装置35が接続され、流出口93には、接続管94を介して連通管95が接続されている。なお、円筒管91a、流入口92aは、実施例1と同様の構成であるため、説明を省略する。また、実施例3では、実施例1の開放口33を設けてもよいし、設けなくてもよい。
振動抑制部材90aの流出口93は、振動抑制部材90aの円筒管91aの内部に流入した流体を流出させる。流出口93は、接続管94が接続されており、流出口93から流出した流体は、接続管94を介して連通管95に流入する。
振動抑制部材90bは、内部に空間を有する円筒管(中空部材)91bと、円筒管91bの他方の端部に設けられた流入口92bと、円筒管91bの一方の端部に設けられた閉塞プラグ97とを備えている。流入口92bには、接続管94が接続されており、接続管94を介して連通管95から流出した流体は、円筒管91bの内部に流入する。なお、円筒管91b、流入口92b及び閉塞プラグ97も、実施例1と同様の構成であるため、説明を省略する。
このように構成された複数の振動抑制部材90のうち、流体供給装置35が接続された振動抑制部材90aの内部に、流体供給装置35から流体が供給される。すると、振動抑制部材90aの内部は流体で満たされ、この後、振動抑制部材90aの内部の流体は流出口93から流出する。流出口93から流出した流体は、接続管94を通過して、連通管95に流入する。連通管95に流入した流体は、流体供給装置35が接続されていない振動抑制部材90bの内部に、接続管94を介して流入する。すると、振動抑制部材90bの内部は流体で満たされる。振動抑制部材90a及び振動抑制部材90bの内部が流体で満たされ、流体供給装置35から流体がさらに供給されると、円筒管91a及び円筒管91bは変形しながら膨張する。このとき、円筒管91a及び円筒管91bは、連通管95により内部が連通しているため、流体の内圧が均一となる。
以上のように、実施例3の構成によれば、円筒管91bに設けられた流入口92bを連通管95に接続することで、円筒管91a及び円筒管91bの内部同士を連通させることができる。このため、複数の円筒管91a及び円筒管91bの内圧を均一にすることができる。また、複数の円筒管91a及び円筒管91bの内圧が同じ圧力となることから、内圧を一様に管理することができるため、圧力管理を容易にすることができる。
なお、実施例3では、振動抑制部材90aに流体供給装置35を接続したが、この構成に限らない。例えば、複数の振動抑制部材90を振動抑制部材90bとし、連通管95に流体供給装置35を接続する構成であってもよい。

Claims (7)
- 隣り合う伝熱管の隙間に配置される中空部材と、
前記中空部材に設けられ、前記中空部材の内部に流体を流入させることで、前記中空部材を膨張させるための流入口と、を備えることを特徴とする振動抑制部材。 - 前記中空部材は、前記流体の流入前において前記隙間よりも小さく、前記流体の流入後において前記隙間よりも大きくなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の振動抑制部材。
- 前記中空部材は、所定の部位における厚さが、基準となる基準厚さに比して薄くなっていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の振動抑制部材。
- 前記流入口は、複数の前記中空部材の内部同士を連通する連通管に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の振動抑制部材。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の振動抑制部材を、前記伝熱管の前記隙間に配置する振動抑制部材の配設方法であって、
前記流体の流入前の前記振動抑制部材の前記中空部材を前記隙間に配置する配置工程と、
前記流入口を介して前記中空部材の内部に前記流体を流入させて、前記中空部材を膨張させる膨張工程と、
前記中空部材を膨張させた状態で、前記流入口を封止する封止工程と、を備えることを特徴とする振動抑制部材の配設方法。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の振動抑制部材を、前記伝熱管の前記隙間に配置する振動抑制部材の配設方法であって、
前記流体の流入前の前記振動抑制部材の前記中空部材を前記隙間に配置する配置工程と、
前記流入口を介して前記中空部材の内部に前記流体を流入させて、前記中空部材を膨張させる膨張工程と、
膨張させた前記中空部材の内部から前記流体を流出させる流体流出工程と、を備えることを特徴とする振動抑制部材の配設方法。 - 内部に空間を有する角筒体であり、前記角筒体の一方の端部に流入口と、前記角筒体の一方の端部に開放口とを備え、V字型に形成される振動抑制部材を有することを特徴とする蒸気発生器。
