便携式木工刨刀修磨器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种 木工刨刀 修磨配套工具,具体涉及一种便携式木工刨刀修磨器。
背景技术
木工刨刀是一种常用的木工工具,其在家具、木器制件加工和许多普通家庭大量使用。木工刨刀的刃口在使用过程中会逐渐变钝,特殊情况下可能会发生刃口损坏,因此有必要对木工刨刀进行重新修磨。
对于木工刨刀的修磨通常有两种方式,一种就是用传统的磨刀石手工打磨,这种方式对磨刀的技巧要求非常高,普通家庭消费者和小型企业通常难以完成。另外一种就是把待磨的木工刨刀收集后返厂使用大型的木工磨刀机修磨,木工磨刀机包括机身、导轨、打磨机构以及传动机构。打磨机构包括电机和安装在电机上的砂轮,打磨机构通过传动齿轮组安装在工作台的导轨上,刀片固定在工作台上,电机带动砂轮旋转,打磨机构沿导轨做往返运动对刀片进行修磨,在砂轮处还设有水管用于修磨时加水。由于现有的木工磨刀机均是为批量化生产和修磨木工刨刀而设计的,成本较高,且不能移动,普通消费者数量有限的木工刨刀如果返厂修磨既费时成本也比较高,因此很多情况下只能采取手工打磨的方式或者丢弃浪费。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种小型便携、成本低廉且磨刀效果好的木工刨刀修磨器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种便携式木工刨刀修磨器,包括有机座、与机座滑动配合的进给滑台、固定在该进给滑台上的刀具定位夹持机构,以及,
与所述机座滑动配合的磨削滑台,其滑动方向垂直于所述进给滑台的滑动方向;
设置在所述磨削滑台上的固定架;
设置在所述固定架下方,并固定在磨削滑台上的定位座;
安装在固定架上并与定位座相接的角向磨光机,其上的砂轮与安置在刀具夹持机构上的刀具的刃口相匹配。
角向磨光机是一种外形和结构都统一的手持式标准电动工具,是许多普通家庭和木工厂的必备配置。
对刀块是木工刀具行业常用的一种对刀的工具尺,用来保证刀具安装平齐,为了提高刀具夹持机构的定位准确性,可以在其上设置一个对刀块。
采用上述技术方案的便携式木工刨刀修磨器具有如下优点: 1 ,由于动力机构采用了角向磨光机,其体积小,使得整个木工刨刀修磨器的体积较小,便于携带,且成本比较低廉; 2 ,由于角向磨光机的砂轮与安置在刀具夹持机构上的刀具的刃口匹配,即 木工刨刀与砂轮的相交点的切线方向和木工刨刀的刃口方向保持相同, 所以其磨刀效果非常好。
作为优选方案,为了进一步减轻便携式木工刨刀修磨器的重量,增加便携性,所述机座为冲压成型。
作为优选方案,为了使得角向磨光机的砂轮在有一定的磨损后仍然能够与刀具夹持机构上的刀具良好的匹配,所述定位座通过调节螺栓与磨削滑台连接。
作为优选方案,为了进一步减小便携式木工刨刀修磨器占据的空间,所述固定架插接在磨削滑台上。
作为优选方案,为了进一步提高便携式木工刨刀修磨器的的便携性,还包括有安置机座的手提箱。
作为优选方案,为了节省砂轮的成本,同时保证砂轮的使用寿命,所述砂轮的基底为铝合金,外缘为 2mm 厚金刚石磨料,砂轮外缘的金刚石磨损极限厚度不得小于 1mm 。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明技术方案进一步说明:
如 图 1 、图 2 所示,本发明提供一种便携式木工刨刀修磨器,包括有 冲压成型的 机座 1 、带对刀块的刀具定位夹持机构 2 、 与机座 1 滑动 配合的进给滑台 3 、 放置机座 1 的手提箱 、 与机座 1 滑动 配合的磨削滑台 4 , 其中定位夹持机构 2 固定在进给滑台 3 上, 进给滑台 3 采用丝杆进给 , 磨削滑台 4 沿 固定在 机座 1 上的 导轨 8 滑动,导轨 8 的方向垂直于进给滑台 3 的滑动方向,在磨削滑台 4 设置有定位座 5 和固定架 6 , 定位座 5 通过调节螺栓连接 磨削滑台 4 , 固定架 6 的底部插接在磨削滑台 4 上,定位座 5 位于 固定架 6 的下方, 固定架 6 上固定有角向磨光机 7 ,角向磨光机 7 的头部顶在定位座 5 上, 角向磨光机 7 的砂轮 9 与刀具夹持机构 2 上的 木工刨刀 10 相匹配, 即木工刨刀 10 与砂轮 9 的相交点的切线方向和木工刨刀 10 的刃口方向保持相同,砂轮 9 的转动平面平行于 进给滑台 3 的进给方向,木工刨刀 10 的刀口方向平行于 磨削滑台 4 的滑动方向, 砂轮 9 的基底为冲压成型,外缘为 2mm 厚金刚石。
使用时,首先打开手提箱,将 固定架 6 插接 到 磨削滑台 4 上,然后固定 角向磨光机 7 ,并使其头部顶在定位座 5 上,之后将木工刨刀 10 安装在刀具定位夹持机构 2 上,用对刀块对木工刨刀 10 进行简单的定位,然后转动丝杆使 进给滑台 3 向砂轮 9 运动,使得木工刨刀 10 的刃口与砂轮 9 相切接触,然后启动 角向磨光机 7 并来回移动 磨削滑台 4 ,使得 角向磨光机 7 上的砂轮 9 对木工刨刀 10 的整个刃口进行打磨修复。
如果遇到砂轮 9 磨损,或者 角向磨光机 7 的头部受损时,只需前后调节 进给滑台 3 并对应调节 定位座 5 的高度,使得木工刨刀 10 的刃口重新与砂轮 9 相切即可。对于刃口损坏修复的状况,亦可以前后调节 进给滑台 3 并对应调节 定位座 5 的高度,使得砂轮 9 对木工刨刀 10 磨削一个新的刃口即可。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明结构的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种便携式木工刨刀修磨器,其特征在于:
    包括有机座、与机座滑动配合的进给滑台、固定在该进给滑台上的刀具定位夹持机构,以及,
    与所述机座滑动配合的磨削滑台,其滑动方向垂直于所述进给滑台的滑动方向;
    设置在所述磨削滑台上的固定架;
    设置在所述固定架下方,并固定在磨削滑台上的定位座;
    安装在固定架上并与定位座相接的角向磨光机,其上的砂轮与安置在刀具夹持机构上的刀具的刃口相匹配。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式木工刨刀修磨器,其特征在于:所述机座为冲压成型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式木工刨刀修磨器,其特征在于:所述定位座通过调节螺栓与磨削滑台连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式木工刨刀修磨器,其特征在于:所述固定架插接在磨削滑台上。
  5. 根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的便携式木工刨刀修磨器,其特征在于:还包括有安置机座的手提箱。
  6. 根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的便携式木工刨刀修磨器,其特征在于:所述砂轮的基底为铝合金,外缘为2mm厚金刚石磨料。
