具体实施方式
[0036] 如图 1至 15所示, 本发明创造提供一种电子烟装置, 包括电子烟充电器 100及含有 电源杆 200的电子烟, 所述电子烟充电器 100用于为电子烟的电源杆 200充电。
[0037] 如图 1 至 6所示, 本发明创造的第一实施例的电子烟充电器 100包括形成有中空内 腔 10的盒体 1、 设于盒体 1一端用于给电子烟充电的第一连接器 3、 包括有外部电源连接器 5的电源组件 7。 所述电源杆 200插入第一连接器 3内时, 可与电源组件 7电连接而实现充 电。
[0038] 所述盒体 1 呈烟盒常见的长方体外形, 当然, 也可设计成诸如圆柱形、 椭圆柱形、 多棱柱形等各种美观造型。 所述盒体 1包括相互扣合形成有内腔 10的上盖 11和下盖 12, 盒体 1 的一端用于安装所述外部电源连接器 5, 另一端用于安装所述第一连接器 3, 盒体 1 的一端设有第一卡槽 13用于安装所述第一连接器 3, 第一卡槽 13的内壁上还进一步设有嵌 槽 14。 盒体 1的另一端设有第二卡槽 15和挡板 16用于卡设固定所述外部电源连接器 5, 该 外部电源连接器 5固定安装于盒体 1上并伸出盒体 1外部。 所述上盖上设有指示灯孔 17, 而下盖 12的外壁上还设有沉台孔用于安装螺钉以使上盖 11和下盖 12紧固, 沉台孔外侧设 有用于封盖该沉台孔的盖板 18。
[0039] 所述电源组件 7 包括用于与电源杆 200插接充电的第一连接器 3、 外部电源连接器 5、 与外部电源连接器 5电连接并带有充电控制电路的 PCB板 76及指示灯 78。 所述第一连 接器 3、 外部电源连接器 5和所述指示灯 78均可集成于 PCB板 76上, 从而便于模块化生 产、 组装。 本实施例中, 所述外部电源连接器 5为 USB连接器, 其固定安装于盒体 1上并 伸出盒体 1外部, 该 USB连接器采用 USB接口。 可理解地, 所述外部电源连接器 5也可采 用可充电的蓄电池替代, 以该蓄电池作为电子烟的电源杆 200充电的电源。
[0040] 所述第一连接器 3对应设置于第一卡槽 13内, 其包括作为第一电极的第一座体 31、 设于第一座体 31中部并作为第二电极的第一极柱 32及设于所述第一座体 31和第一极柱 32 之间的第一绝缘套 33, 所述第一座体 31和第一极柱 32通过第一绝缘套 33实现电绝缘, 且 第一座体 31和第一极柱 32均通过导电线与所述 PCB板 76电连接。 如图 4所示, 所述第一 座体 31大致呈圆筒体结构, 第一座体 31 内部设有贯通孔 311, 贯通孔 311 内壁上设有卡环 313。 所述第一座体 31卡嵌于所述盒体 1上的第一卡槽 13内, 为将第一座体 31有效定位于 嵌槽 14 内, 所述第一座体 31 的外壁上设有凸环 315, 由所述凸环 315卡嵌于第三卡槽 15 中 (如图 3所示)。 第一绝缘套 33呈套筒状, 其中心设有内套孔, 第一绝缘套 33外壁上设 有卡槽 330, 通过卡槽 330对应卡设于座体 31贯通孔 311的卡环 313处而将第一绝缘套 33 固定于座体 31上。 所述第一极柱 32大致呈柱体结构, 其外侧壁上设有定位槽 320, 用于与 第一绝缘套 33的内套孔配合而将第一极柱 32固定于所述第一绝缘套 33中。
[0041] 如图 5至图 8所示, 所述电子烟的电源杆 200整体呈筒状, 其内部设有连接套 26、 电子烟电池 28、 控制电路板 29等部件。 电源杆 200的一端还设有可与电源组件 7的第一连 接器连接配合的第二连接器 27, 如图 6所示, 所述第二连接器 27包括第二座体 270、 设于 第二座体 270中部的第二极柱 272以及设于所述第二座体 270和第二极柱 272之间的第二绝 缘套 274。 第二座体 270和第二极柱 272通过第二绝缘套 274实现电绝缘, 且所述第二座体 270和第二极柱 272分别与电源杆 200 内部的电子烟电池 28的正负极对应连接。 所述第二 极柱 272是穿设于第二绝缘套 274中, 其一端伸出用于与外部连接器上对应极柱相抵接, 第 二极柱 272靠第二座体 270 内部的一端还设有挡圈 2720, 且在的第二极柱 272靠第二座体 270内部的一端还套有弹簧 276, 弹簧 276的两端分别抵于挡圈 2720和第二座体 270内端壁 上, 由弹簧 276将第二极柱 272保持于伸出状态。 在电源杆 200设有第二连接器 27的一端 还设有如图 7所示的连接套 26, 所述第二连接器 27设置于连接套 26靠内一端, 而连接套 26靠外一端设置有插接孔 262与所述第一连接器 3 的第一座体 31 的前端相插接, 插接孔 262的底壁形成一止挡部 264用于限定所述第二连接器 27。
[0042] 为便于在电源杆 200上的第二连接器 27与所述电源组件 7的第一连接器 3对接时更 好地定位和固定, 第一连接器 3 的座体 31可采用可导电的磁铁或磁性材料制成, 所述磁性 材料可采用铁质材料, 从而由座体 31 整体构成一第一磁吸部, 也可以是在第一连接器 3上 设置由可导电的磁铁或磁性材料制成的独立结构件来构成所述第一磁吸部。 而相应地, 第二 连接器 27 的第二座体 270也可以采用可导电的磁铁或磁性材料制成, 从而由第二座体 270 整体构成可与第一连接器 3上的第一磁吸部对应磁性吸附的第二磁吸部, 也可以是在第二连 接器 27 上设置由可导电的磁铁或磁性材料制成的独立的结构件来构成所述第二磁吸部。 在 如图 5及图 6所示的电源杆 200中, 采用了独立设计的磁铁或磁性材料制成的磁体环 8,来作 为第二磁吸部, 该磁环体 8 内设有中通孔 81 (如图 8所示) 供所述第二极柱 272穿过。 因 此, 第一磁吸部与第二磁吸部的匹配关系可以是磁铁与磁铁、 磁铁与磁性材料或磁性材料与 磁铁。
[0043] 如图 5及图 6所示, 当电源杆 200插入第一卡槽 13中并插入到位后, 其第二连接器 27即与电子烟充电器 100的第一连接器 3对接, 此时, 第二连接器 27的第二座体 270与第 一连接器 3的第一座体 720相抵接, 而第二连接器 27的第二极柱 272受第一连接器 3的第 一极柱 722的端面的抵顶而克服弹簧 276的弹力稍微回縮并在弹簧 276的作用下紧抵于第一 极柱 722上, 确保第一极柱 722和第二极柱 272接触良好, 由此即实现电源组件 7的电路与 电源杆 200内部电路的对应连通, 从而对电源杆 200内的电子烟电池 28进行充电。 同时, 第一磁吸部和第二磁吸部相互磁性吸附而稳固地对接电源杆 200和第一连接器 3, 保证了在 充电过程中电路能始终稳定连接。 而且通过磁吸原理来定位, 插入和拔出电源杆 200的操作 均得到极大的简化。
[0044] 本发明创造在上述实施方式基础上做适当改进和修改, 例如: 第一连接器 3 和第二 连接器 27的位置可以互换。
[0045] 如图 9、 图 10所示, 本发明创造第二实施例电子烟充电器 100与第一实施例的电子 烟充电器 100的结构基本相同, 所不同的是, 其外部电源连接器 5采用滑动伸縮式结构, 即 外部电源连接器 5的电源接口 51可通过滑动伸出所述盒体 1 (如图 9所示) 或縮进所述盒 体 1内 (如图 10所示), 电源接口 51利用导电线与所述 PCB板 76电连接。
[0046] 如图 11所示, 本发明创造第三实施例电子烟充电器 100与第一实施例的电子烟充电 器 100的结构基本相同, 所不同的是, 其外部电源连接器 5采用引线式结构, 即外部电源连 接器 5的电源接口 51置于盒体 1外部且通过导电线 52与所述电源组件 7的电路板 76电连 接。
[0047] 如图 12、 图 13所示, 本发明创造第四实施例电子烟充电器 100与第一实施例的电子 烟充电器 100的结构基本相同, 所不同的是, 其外部电源连接器 5采用翻转式结构, 即外部 电源连接器 5的电源接口 51利用转轴枢接于盒体 1上, 电源接口 51利用导电线与所述 PCB 板 76电连接, 盒体 1上对应位置设有容置槽 19, 其可绕所述转轴从正面或反面旋转而停止 于容置槽 19内, 电源接口 51的旋转角度可达 360度。
[0048] 如图 14、 图 15所示, 本发明创造第五实施例电子烟充电器 100与第四实施例的电子 烟充电器 100的结构基本相同, 所不同的是, 盒体 1根据外部电源连接器 5的长度其厚度相 应增大, 其容置槽 19位置也相应调整, 电源接口 51的旋转角度为 90度。
[0049] 以上所述是本发明创造的具体实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人 员来说, 在不脱离本发明创造原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰 也应视为本发明创造的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电子烟装置, 包括电子烟及为其充电的电子烟充电器, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟充 电器上在与电子烟对接的位置设有第一磁吸部, 而电子烟对应设有与第一磁吸部相互磁性吸 附以使电子烟和电子烟充电器稳固对接的第二磁吸部。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟充电器上在与电子烟对接的 位置处设有第一连接器, 所述第一连接器包括第一座体、 设于第一座体中部的第一极柱及设 于所述第一座体和第一极柱之间以隔离第一座体和第一极柱的第一绝缘套。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一座体采用可导电的磁铁或磁性 材料制成而构成所述第一磁吸部, 或者在第一连接器上设置由可导电的磁铁或磁性材料制成 的独立结构件构成所述第一磁吸部。
4. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟充电器包括盒体及设于盒体 内且用于为电子烟充电的电源组件。
5. 如权利要求 4 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述电源组件包括所述第一连接器、 外 部电源连接器及与二者电连接且带有充电控制电路的 PCB 板, 所述第一连接器的第一座体 和第一极柱均通过导电线与所述 PCB板电连接。
6. 如权利要求 5 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述外部电源连接器和第一连接器分设 于所述盒体的两端, 所述盒体的一端内部设有用于安装所述第一连接器的第一卡槽。
7. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一卡槽的内壁上还进一步设有嵌 槽用于安装所述第一座体, 对应地, 所述第一座体的外壁上设有凸环, 第一连接器借助于所 述凸环卡嵌于所述嵌槽内。
8. 如权利要求 5所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述外部电源连接器为 USB连接器。
9. 如权利要求 5 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述外部电源连接器固定于所述盒体的 一端并伸出盒体外部。
10. 如权利要求 5所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述外部电源连接器活动安装于所述盒 体的一端并可伸出盒体外部。
11. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述外部电源连接器滑动伸縮设于所 述盒体的一端; 或者所述外部电源连接器为导线式结构, 其包括伸出盒体外部的电源接口及 分别与该电源接口和所述 PCB 板电连接的导电线; 或者所述外部电源连接器为翻转式结 构, 其电源接口枢接于盒体上, 并容置于盒体上相应的容置槽内, 该电源接口利用导电线与 所述 PCB板电连接。
12. 如权利要求 2所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟包括电源杆, 所述电源杆整 体呈筒状, 电源杆内部设有电子烟电池, 电源杆的一端还设有与所述电子烟电池相连并与电 子烟充电器上的第一连接器对接的第二连接器。
13. 如权利要求 12 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二连接器包括第二座体、 设于 第二座体中部的第二极柱以及设于所述第二座体和第二极柱之间以隔离第二座体和第二极柱 的第二绝缘套, 且所述第二座体和第二极柱分别与电源杆内部的电子烟电池的正负极对应连 接。
14. 如权利要求 13 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二座体采用可导电的磁铁或磁 性材料制成而构成所述第二磁吸部, 或者在第二连接器上设置由可导电的磁铁或磁性材料制 成的独立结构件构成所述第二磁吸部。
15 .如权利要求 13所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二极柱穿设于第二绝缘套中, 第 二极柱靠第二座体内部的一端设有挡圈, 且第二极柱的靠第二座体内部的一端上套有弹簧, 所述弹簧的两端分别抵于挡圈和第二座体内端壁上而将第二极柱保持于伸出状态。
