此外,在本发明实施例中,终端设备可以是任何一种可与控制服务器进行通 信的电子产品, 包括但不限于:手机和电脑等。
步骤 202、 所述终端设备向所述控制服务器返回管控响应消息,以使得所述 控制服务器根据通知消息的发送地址,触发通知消息发送服务器将所述通知消息 发送到所述通知消息的发送地址对应的接收设备,所述通知消息用于通知用户通 过所述控制服务器对所述终端设备进行管控操作。
在本发明实施例中,终端设备接收到控制服务器发送的管控请求消息后,根 据该管控请求消息执行相应的管控处理,将其设置为可以接收管控指令,并能根 据管控指令进行管控操作的状态,该终端设备处理完毕后将相应的处理结果上报 给该控制服务器。其中,终端设备根据该管控请求消息执行相应的管控处理的方 式包括但不限于:
方式一、 终端设备根据管控请求消息获取该终端设备的通信记录, 例如, 短 信记录、 通话记录或者邮件记录等;
方式二、 终端设备根据管控请求消息获取该终端设备的位置信息, 例如, 该 终端设备的导航轨迹。
在本发明实施例中,通知消息的发送地址可以是当管控请求消息不能送达到 终端设备时,在用户门户服务器提供的登录管理界面设置的接收该控制服务器发 送的通知消息的发送地址,所述发送地址包括:短消息号码、电话号码或电子邮箱 地址等。
在本发明实施例中, 终端设备向控制服务器返回管控响应消息,以使得控制 — — 服务器根据通知消息的发送地址,触发通知消息发送服务器将所述通知消息发送 到通知消息的发送地址对应的接收设备,进而使得用户能及时的通过该接收设备 获知能对该终端设备进行管控操作。
图 3为本发明实施例的一个应用场景图,在图 3中,用户门户服务器提供用 户管理界面与用户进行对话,用户门户服务器通过通信网与控制服务器建立通信 连接,控制服务器和推送服务器通过通信网与终端设备建立通信连接,在本发明 实施例中, 通信网的类型包括但不限于: 通用分组无线服务(Genera l Packet Radio Serv ice, GPRS) 或 通 用 移 动 通 信 系 统 (Universa l Mobi le Telecommunica t ions Sys tem, UMTS) , UMTS或提高数据速率的 GSM演进(Enhanced Data rate for GSM Evolut ion, EDEG)等。 图 4为在图 3所示的应用场景下, 实 现本发明的另一个流程示意图, 如图 4所示,该方法包括:
步骤 301、 用户门户服务器向控制服务器发送管控请求消息;
在本发明实施例中,用户门户服务器可以是在外界的触发下,向控制服务器 发送管控请求消息,例如, 当用户,例如终端设备的所有者,发现终端设备遗失或 遗忘后,可以通过用户门户服务器提供的用户管理界面触发用户门户服务器向控 制服务器发送管控请求消息。
步骤 302、 控制服务器将该管控请求消息转发给终端设备,若该管控请求消 息不能发送到该终端设备,控制服务器将该管控请求消息緩存在推送服务器中; 在本发明实施例中,推送服务器可以和终端设备建立通信连接,用于向终端 设备主动推送管控请求消息,若推送服务器和终端设备的通信连接未能建立, 则 推送服务器可以按照设定的时间反复的尝试和终端设备建立通信连接。
在本发明实施例中,管控请求消息不能发送到该终端设备的情形包括多种方 式, 例如, 当终端设备未开机或者不在服务区时, 该管控请求消息不能发送到该 — — 终端设备,控制服务器可以将该管控请求消息緩存在推送服务器中, 推送服务器 时刻监视终端设备是否开机或是否在服务区,若终端设备开机或在进入服务区, 推送服务器和终端设备建立通信连接,并将管控请求消息主动推送到该终端设备。
步骤 303、控制服务器向用户门户服务器返回该管控请求消息未送达到该终 端设备的响应消息;
步骤 304、 用户门户服务器设置接收通知消息的发送地址;
在本发明实施例中,用户门户服务器可以在接收到控制服务器返回该管控请 求消息未送达到该终端设备的响应消息后, 向用户弹出一个对话框,该对话框可 以是用户管理界面,提示用户通过该对话框在用户门户服务器中设置接收通知消 息的发送地址。
具体的, 用户通过预先持有的登录账号和登录密码登录用户管理界面,根据 该用户管理界面提供设置方式设置通知消息的发送地址,此外, 用户管理界面还 可以提供通知消息的发送方式。
例如, 通知消息的发送地址为电话号码: 13987654321,通知消息的发送方式 为: 短信发送。 通过在设置通知消息的发送地址时, 同时设定该通知消息的发送 方式, 可以精确的提供通知消息的发送方式, 满足用户的特定需求。
此外, 还需要说明的是, 通知消息的发送地址包括但不限于: 短消息号码、 电话号码和电子邮箱地址等。
还需要说明的是, 在本发明实施例中, 步骤 304与其他步骤的顺序不限定, 可以是流程之前预先设置, 也可以在流程中设置。
步骤 305、用户门户服务器将该通知消息的发送地址发送到控制服务器保存; 步骤 306、 推送服务器将管控请求消息发送给终端设备;
在本发明实施例中, 推送服务器和终端设备的通信通道建立时, 例如, 当终 — — 端设备开机或者进入服务区时,推送服务器建立和终端设备间的通信通道,推送 服务器通过该通信通道将管控请求消息发送给终端设备。
步骤 307、 终端设备根据该管控请求消息进行相应的处理;
在本发明实施例中, 终端设备根据管控请求消息进行相应的处理,等待接收 控制服务器发送的管控指令, 进一步根据该管控指令进行管控操作。
其中, 终端设备根据该管控请求消息进行相应的处理的方式包括但不限于: 方式一、 终端设备根据管控请求消息获取该终端设备的通信记录, 例如, 短信记 录、 通话记录或者邮件记录等;
方式二、 终端设备根据管控请求消息获取该终端设备的位置信息, 例如, 该 终端设备的导航轨迹。
其中,终端设备根据管控请求消息进行相应的处理的方式可以通过控制服务 器和终端设备协商确定, 本发明实施例在此不做限定。
步骤 308、 终端设备向控制服务器返回管控响应消息;
其中, 在管控响应消息中可以携带终端设备的位置信息, 例如, 该终端设备 的导航轨迹,此外, 在管控响应消息中还携带该终端设备的通信记录, 例如, 短 信记录、 通话记录或者邮件记录等。
上述位置信息和通信记录用于控制服务器通过用户门户服务器向用户展示, 以便用户根据上述位置信息和通信记录决定是否对终端设备进行管控操作。
步骤 309、 控制服务器根据通知消息的发送地址, 将通知消息发送到所述通 知消息的发送地址对应的接收设备;
在本发明实施例中,控制服务器接收到终端设备返回的管控响应消息后,获 知该终端设备处于可以被管控操作的状态,进而触发通知消息发送服务器将所述 通知消息发送到所述通知消息的发送地址对应的接收设备。 — — 该通知消息用于指示对所述终端设备进行管控操作,例如, 该通知消息的内 容可以是: 尊敬的用户, 您在上午 9 点进行管理控制请求的终端设备在下午 1 点反馈信息,请使用您的帐号及时登录控制网站进行查看以及对该终端设备进行 相关的处理操作。
需要说明的是,根据通知消息的发送地址的不同,将通知消息发送到所述通 知消息的发送地址对应的接收设备的方式也不同,例如:
方式一、 当该通知消息的发送地址为短消息号码时,则将所述通知消息发送 到通知消息的发送地址对应的接收设备,具体可以为: 调用短消息服务器提供的 接口, 根据该短消息号码向该短消息号码对应的接收设备发送短消息。
具体的,短消息服务器提供远程方法调用( Remote Method Invoca t ion, RMI ) 或者筒单对象访问协议 ( S imp l e Obj ec t Acces s Pro toco l , SOAP )接口供控制 服务器调用 ,控制服务器针对短信提醒服务器提供的 RMI或者 Soap的 IP地址和 端口发起调用,控制服务器通过调用 IP地址和端口 ,将短消息号码和短信息内容 发送给短消息服务器,短消息服务器根据短消息号码将短信息内容发送到该短消 息号码对应的接收设备。 其中, 短消息内容可以为: 尊敬的用户, 您在某某时间 进行管控请求的终端设备在某某时间反馈了某某信息,请您及时登录进行相关的 操作。
方式二、 当该通知消息的发送地址为电话号码时,则将所述通知消息发送到 通知消息的发送地址对应的接收设备,具体可以为:调用电话服务器提供的接口, 根据所述电话号码向所述电话号码对应的接收设备拨打电话。
具体的,电话提醒服务器提供 RMI或者 Soap接口供控制服务器调用 ,控制服 务器针对电话提醒服务器提供的 RMI或者 Soap的 IP地址和端口发起调用,控制 服务器通过调用 IP地址和端口,将电话号码和电话内容发送给电话服务器,电话 — — 服务器根据电话号码将电话内容发送到该电话号码对应的接收设备。其中,该电 话内容可以是与短消息内容相同的语音。
方式三、 当该通知消息的发送地址为电子邮箱地址时,则将所述通知消息发 送到通知消息的发送地址对应的接收设备,具体可以为: 调用电子邮箱服务器提 供的接口,根据所述电子邮箱地址向所述电子邮箱地址对应的接收设备发送电子 邮件。
具体的,邮件提醒服务器提供 RMI或者 Soap接口供控制服务器调用,控制服 务器针对邮件提醒服务器提供的 RMI或者 Soap的 IP地址和端口发起调用,控制 服务器通过调用 IP地址和端口 ,将电子邮箱地址和邮件内容发送给邮件服务器, 邮件服务器根据电子邮箱地址将邮件内容发送到该电子邮箱地址对应的接收设 备。
其中,该邮件内容可以是与短消息内容相同文本文件,也可以是与电话内容 相同的语音文件。
需要说明的是,方式三通过邮件提醒的方式通知用户对终端设备进行管控操 作, 但是, 由于用户并不能及时的查阅邮件, 导致用户进而不能及时的对终端设 备进行管控操作,方式一、 方式二和方式三相比, 方式一、 方式二通过短信或电 话的方式通知用户对终端设备进行管控操作,能够更加及时的通知用户对终端设 备进行管控操作。
步骤 310、 若需要对终端设备进行管控操作, 则用户门户服务器向控制服务 器发送管控指令;
具体的,用户通过与通知消息的发送地址对应的接收设备接收到通知消息后 , 根据该用户门户服务器展示的信息决定对该终端设备进行何种操作,其中该信息 包括终端设备的位置信息。 — — 例如,若用户门户服务器展示的该终端设备的位置信息表明该终端设备遗忘 在用户的家里,则该用户可以不对该终端设备进行管控操作,或者将该终端设备 的呼叫进行转接设置;若用户门户服务器展示的该终端设备的位置信息表明该终 端设备遗失, 则该用户可以备份该终端设备上的数据, 以防止数据丢失,或者删 除该终端设备上的数据,以防止数据泄露,或者锁定该终端设备并发送提示消息, 从而尽可能的保全该终端设备。
具体的,用户在获知可以对终端设备进行管控操作的时候,通过用户门户服 务器向控制服务器发送管控指令,以便于对终端设备根据所述管控指令进行管控 操作。
其中, 对终端设备进行管控操作的方式包括但不限于: 备份终端上的数据, 以防止数据丢失,或者删除终端上的数据,以防止数据泄露,或者锁定该设备并发 送提示消息, 从而尽可能的保全该终端设备。
步骤 311、 控制服务器将该管控指令转发给终端设备;
步骤 312、 终端设备根据该管控指令执行相应的管控操作。
在本发明实施例中,控制服务器收到终端设备返回的管控响应消息后,根据 通知消息的发送地址将通知消息发送到该通知消息的发送地址对应的接收设备, 使得用户能从该接收设备上及时的获知可以对该终端设备进行管控操作的信息, 进而及时的能对该终端设备进行管控操作, 保全该终端设备。
图 5为本发明实施例管控装置的一个实施例的结构示意图,如图 5所示,该 管控装置 50包括管控请求发送模块 501、 接收模块 502和触发模块 503。
管控请求发送模块 501用于向终端设备发送管控请求消息;
接收模块 502用于接收所述终端设备返回的管控响应消息;
触发模块 503用于根据通知消息的发送地址,触发通知消息发送服务器将所 — — 述通知消息发送到所述通知消息的发送地址对应的接收设备,所述通知消息用于 指示对所述终端设备进行管控操作。
在本发明实施例中,管控装置接收到终端设备返回的管控响应消息后,根据 通知消息的发送地址,触发通知消息发送服务器将通知消息发送到通知消息的发 送地址对应的接收设备,进而使得用户能及时的通过该接收设备获知能对该终端 设备进行管控操作。
可选的,在本发明实施例中,接收模块 502还可以用于当所述管控请求消息 不能送达到所述终端设备时,接收用户门户服务器发送的所述通知消息的发送地 址,并保存所述通知消息的发送地址。
通知消息的发送地址为短消息号码时,所述触发模块 503可以具体用于调用 短消息服务器提供的接口,根据短消息号码向短消息号码对应的接收设备发送短 消息, 短消息用于通知用户通过控制服务器对终端设备进行管控操作;或
通知消息的发送地址为电话号码时,触发模块 503可以具体用于调用电话服 务器提供的接口,根据电话号码向所述电话号码对应的接收设备拨打电话,该电 话用于通知用户通过控制服务器对终端设备进行管控操作;或
通知消息的发送地址为电子邮箱地址时,触发模块 503可以具体用于调用电 子邮箱服务器提供的接口,根据该电子邮箱地址向所述电子邮箱地址对应的接收 设备发送电子邮件,该电子邮件用于通知用户通过控制服务器对所述终端设备进 行管控操作。
此外,接收模块 502 可以具体用于接收所述终端设备返回的管控响应消息, 该管控响应消息中携带有所述终端设备的位置信息,该终端设备的位置信息用于 决定对所述终端设备进行何种管控操作。
图 6为本发明实施例管控装置的另一个实施例的结构示意图, 如图 6所示, — — 该管控装置包括至少一个处理器 601 , 至少一个网络接口 604 , 存储器 605 , 至 少一个通信总线 602和用户接口 603。
该通信总线 602用于实现上述组件之间的连接通信;该用户接口 603用于实现 与用户交互。 其中, 处理器 601用于执行存储器 605中存储的可执行模块, 例如 计算机程序。存储器 605可能包含高速随机存取存储器(RAM: Random Access Memory ) , 也可能还包括非不稳定的存储器 ( 醒- volatile memory ) , 例如 至少一个磁盘存储器。 通过至少一个网络接口 604 (可以是有线或者无线) 实 现该系统网关与至少一个其他网元之间的通信连接, 可以使用互联网, 广域 网, 本地网, 城域网等。
在一些实施方式中, 存储器 605存储了程序指令, 程序指令可以被处理器 601执行, 其中, 程序指令包括管控请求发送模块 6051、 接收模块 6052和触发 模块 6053 , 其中, 请求发送模块 6051的具体实现参见图 5所揭示的请求发送模 块 501,接收模块 6052的具体实现参见图 5所揭示的接收模块 502,触发模块 6053 的具体实现参见图 5所揭示的触发模块 503 , 这里不再累述。

可选的, 发送模块 702可以具体用于向控制服务器返回管控响应消息,该管 控响应消息中携带有所述终端设备的位置信息,该终端设备的位置信息用于决定 对所述终端设备进行何种管控操作。
图 8为本发明实施例终端设备的一个实施例的结构示意图,如图 8所示,该 终端设备包括至少一个处理器 801 , 至少一个网络接口 804 , 存储器 805 , 至少 一个通信总线 802和用户接口 803。
该通信总线 802用于实现上述组件之间的连接通信;该用户接口 803用于实现 与用户交互。 其中, 处理器 801用于执行存储器 805中存储的可执行模块, 例如 计算机程序。存储器 805可能包含高速随机存取存储器(RAM: Random Access Memory ) , 也可能还包括非不稳定的存储器 ( 醒- volatile memory ) , 例如 至少一个磁盘存储器。 通过至少一个网络接口 804 (可以是有线或者无线) 实 现该系统网关与至少一个其他网元之间的通信连接, 可以使用互联网, 广域 网, 本地网, 城域网等。

图 9为本发明实施例发送通知消息的系统的一个实施例的结构示意图,如图 9所示, 该发送通知消息的系统包括管控装置 901和终端设备 902。
管控装置 901用于向终端设备 902发送管控请求消息,以及接收到所述终端 设备 902返回的管控响应消息,并根据通知消息的发送地址触发通知消息发送服 — — 务器将所述通知消息发送到所述通知消息的发送地址对应的接收设备,所述通知 消息用于指示对所述终端设备 902进行管控操作;
终端设备 902用于接收所述管控装置 901发送的管控请求消息,以及向所述 管控装置 901返回管控响应消息。
在本发明实施例中, 管控装置向终端设备发送管控请求消息,终端设备接收 管控装置发送的管控请求消息,以及向管控装置返回管控响应消息,管控装置根 据通知消息的发送地址触发通知消息发送服务器将通知消息发送到该通知消息 的发送地址对应的接收设备,进而使得用户能及时的通过该接收设备获知能对该 终端设备进行管控操作。
管控装置 901还用于当管控请求消息不能送达到终端设备 902时,该管控装 置 901接收用户门户服务器发送的所述通知消息的发送地址,并保存所述通知消 息的发送地址。

所述控制服务器接收所述终端设备返回的管控响应消息,根据通知消息的发 送地址,触发通知消息发送良务器将所述通知消息发送到所述通知消息的发送地 址对应的接收设备,所述通知消息用于指示对所述终端设备进行管控操作。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述控制服务器向终端设 备发送管控请求消息之后, 所述方法还包括:
当所述管控请求消息不能送达到所述终端设备时,所述控制服务器接收用户 门户服务器发送的所述通知消息的发送地址,并保存所述通知消息的发送地址。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通知消息的发送地址为 短消息号码时,则所述触发通知消息发送服务器将所述通知消息发送到所述通知 消息的发送地址对应的接收设备,所述通知消息用于通知用户通过所述控制服务 器对所述终端设备进行管控操作,包括:
调用短消息服务器提供的接口,根据所述短消息号码向所述短消息号码对应 的接收设备发送短消息,所述短消息用于通知用户通过所述控制服务器对所述终 端设备进行管控操作;或
所述通知消息的发送地址为电话号码时,则所述触发通知消息发送良务器将 所述通知消息发送到所述通知消息的发送地址对应的接收设备,所述通知消息用 于通知用户通过所述控制服务器对所述终端设备进行管控操作,包括:

4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述管控响应消息 中携带有所述终端设备的位置信息,所述终端设备的位置信息用于决定对所述终 端设备进行何种管控操作。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述控制服务器接收用户门户服务器发送的管控指令,将所述管控指令转发 给所述终端设备, 以便于所述终端设备根据所述管控指令进行管控操作。
6、 一种发送通知消息的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
终端设备接收控制服务器发送的管控请求消息;

8、 一种管控装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
管控请求发送模块, 用于向终端设备发送管控请求消息; 接收模块, 用于接收所述终端设备返回的管控响应消息;
触发模块,用于根据通知消息的发送地址,触发通知消息发送服务器将所述 通知消息发送到所述通知消息的发送地址对应的接收设备,所述通知消息用于指 示对所述终端设备进行管控操作。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块还用于当所述 管控请求消息不能送达到所述终端设备时,接收用户门户服务器发送的所述通知 消息的发送地址,并保存所述通知消息的发送地址。
1 0、根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述通知消息的发送地址为 短消息号码时,所述触发模块具体用于调用短消息服务器提供的接口,根据所述 短消息号码向所述短消息号码对应的接收设备发送短消息,所述短消息用于通知 用户通过控制服务器对所述终端设备进行管控操作;或
所述通知消息的发送地址为电话号码时,所述触发模块具体用于调用电话服 务器提供的接口, 根据所述电话号码向所述电话号码对应的接收设备拨打电话, 所述电话用于通知用户通过控制服务器对所述终端设备进行管控操作;或
所述通知消息的发送地址为电子邮箱地址时,所述触发模块具体用于调用电 子邮箱服务器提供的接口,根据所述电子邮箱地址向所述电子邮箱地址对应的接 收设备发送电子邮件,所述电子邮件用于通知用户通过控制服务器对所述终端设 备进行管控操作。
1 1、 根据权利要求 8至 10任一所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块具 体用于接收所述终端设备返回的管控响应消息,所述管控响应消息中携带有所述 终端设备的位置信息,所述终端设备的位置信息用于决定对所述终端设备进行何 种管控操作。
12、 一种终端设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收模块, 用于接收控制服务器发送的管控请求消息;
发送模块, 用于向所述控制服务器返回管控响应消息,以使得所述控制服务 器根据通知消息的发送地址,触发通知消息发送服务器将所述通知消息发送到所 述通知消息的发送地址对应的接收设备,所述通知消息用于指示对所述终端设备 进行管控操作。
1 3、 根据权利要求 12所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块具体用 于向所述控制服务器返回管控响应消息,所述管控响应消息中携带有所述终端设 备的位置信息,所述终端设备的位置信息用于决定对所述终端设备进行何种管控 操作。
14、 一种发送通知消息的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 管控装置和终端设备, 其中,
所述管控装置,用于向所述终端设备发送管控请求消息,以及接收到所述终 端设备返回的管控响应消息,并根据通知消息的发送地址触发通知消息发送 务 器将所述通知消息发送到所述通知消息的发送地址对应的接收设备,所述通知消 息用于指示对所述终端设备进行管控操作;
所述终端设备, 用于接收所述管控装置发送的管控请求消息,以及向所述管 控装置返回管控响应消息。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述管控装置还用于当所 述管控请求消息不能送达到所述终端设备时,所述管控装置接收用户门户服务器 发送的所述通知消息的发送地址,并保存所述通知消息的发送地址。
